This is a wonderful store and lately they are expanding inventory!!   Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Screw the bad reviews over dumb shit. These guys are incredibly consistent, elastic to customer feedback, and dedicated to delivering a good experience. They can't control the construction that the city did (which made it hard to access) and they are in their first year of business. I'm sure they will gradually invest in improvements. This is a relative 5 star review. Well done theorem.

I shopped here once and that was ENOUGH. Ridiculously over priced flower. Their top shelf is $16 for a gram. The owner is obviously a greedy person. It's important for us consumers to not tolerate shops like these and they will hear our voice by NOT shopping with them. With a plethora of shops in Washington we don't have to put up with pricey weed.

This was the worst consumer/client I have ever ever seen. This was the worst services I have received in Washington till I got here. I left the Manager a message. Also the guy who sold me .5 of blue dream as a "gram".  Thank you

The bud tenders are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very wide selection without it being too overwhelming. I like that they have a little bit of everything and change up selections often. Fair prices with discount times and days. I never feel rushed out like some other places -I'm scared to make a wrong move - this place is chill!

This place is FULL OF SHIT!!!Do not buy top shelf products, this business knows they are faulty vapecartridges, and still enforce a 2 day return policy, then interrogations in another building.I don't have time to jump through bunch of your red tape.Fix it, you are not the only shop in town.I buy 2 or 3 cartridges at a time, some bud,$200.00 to $300.00 every couple of weeks,because I like to get stoned.But also due to the extreme inconvenience of getting your car in and out of thatf-ing parking lot!!!

Very strange layout of this store. Too many staff members (approximately 10) on the floor during my visit making the establishment seem crowded and stuffy. Friendly counter staff, though not very knowledgeable. Small selection of flower, very small. So small that I was unable to purchase. Huge selection of edibles for those of you willing to pay $1 per mg (standard edible pricing in this state).May consider revisiting in a few months.

The prices are almost *always* higher than all the other stores nearby, and worse, every time I've been in there they insist I take my ID out of my wallet so so they can scan it into their database. This is something I DO NOT WANT (and if you're smart, you don't want that either). I'm almost 60 so it's *not* like I look underage. NONE of the other weed stores I've been to scan my ID or or ask that I take it out of my wallet. So I'm crossing Theorem off my go-to list forever. Parking is also inconvenient and if you miss the turn, too bad- it'll take you 10 minutes to go down the highway, wait for the light, turn around, come back, wait for another light, turn around again, and hope you don't miss the turn again. TD,DR: This place makes a permanent copy of your ID or license, is too expensive, and also has terrible parking/access.

Pricing is way more then I'm used to. $25 is the cheapest gram of dabs they have and it was easily compatible to $15-20 grams at other places. Tenders don't really know what they are talking about. Probably won't come back.

Nice little store. Their selection is a bit on the small side, but they have decent prices and their staff is great! I was shocked that they weren't open past 8 this Sunday - Maybe due to the holiday? Either way, it's a great local spot!

5 stars to Theorum! Came to browse and ended up leaving with a Nectar Craft pen, a sparkling cranberry soda, Mr. Moxey's mints & some flower. Cindy did an amazing job answering all of our questions and really steered me in the right direction. The shop was super clean and everything was easily accessible. Will definitely be sending everyone I know to this rad shop!

Awesome rec shop in Kenmore, only 4 stars ---edited at end of review-----due to difficult parking, especially in a large SUV or truck. The staff, shop, and product all get 5 million stars! I'm a pot snob and have been for double the years most of the readers have been alive lol. I live in the South End and have my regular shop down there...they match me snob for snob, I now have a favorite North End spot to do the same! Love love love! Screw it, changing it to 5 stars because the parking can be dealt with haha.

This place bums me out.To expound, I noticed that they will always upsell the most expensive products; it's clearly a commission situation. They don't really do cartridge returns. The staff are insincere and often pretentious.

This place is conveniently on our way home from work so we've overlooked high prices, poor restocking of their edibles, and small selection of product overall. After my husbands experience today, we will never go to this shop again. We wanted to purchase CBD oil in addition to our normal edibles and bud. They gave him a box and he didn't look too hard at it because he trusted them. When we got home we realized it's bacon flavored CBD oil marketed to cats and dogs. If I didn't think the flavor would be awful tasting I would have just kept it because really, what's the difference. So he drove right back and saw the guy that sold it to him, the guy apologized and asked who I assume was the manager how to exchange it. The manager said what's the difference - husband said it's bacon flavored (we love real bacon, bacon flavored CBD oil makes me gag at the thought). Then the manager asked for a receipt. Husband told him they didn't give him one. Besides he paid cash and was just in there. Needless to say, husband told them to keep it and just left. Worst customer service I've had in a while and worst yet, it was obviously a member of management that gave it. Get your act together - there are too many pot shops around here to put up with senselessly poor customer service.

Parking is annoying....but the staff are pretty friendly. They have decent product knowledge, although they do try and up sell quite a bit. Really just depends on who you talk to.....they're really strict about carding people and showing ID numerous times......and the prices are a bit higher since there's no competition in Kenmore. There's some really good flower though and they run small promotions every so often.

The guys in here are super nice, and seem pretty knowledgeable about their strains. I wouldn't take any stars away for the staff. What prevents them for getting 5 stars is a few things. Prices are so high here for some reason! Granted some is good quality stuff and worth it, I find the flower to be overpriced. They do have a sale thing where each day is a different thing. Saturday is 15% off top shelf. Parking is also difficult here because there's not many spots, and if it's full there's no real backup. There is an empty building next door but the lot is tiny. Lastly, the lack of edibles. They do carry my favorite chocolate bar, but other than that it's mostly bulk items or none of the more popular items. Convenient for my because I can walk there, but otherwise it can be difficult.

Local Tip! You can take the stairs up from the Burke Gilman Trail. This shop keeps Kenmore lit with some of the best herb in Washington. Kiona, Sky High, Cannasol, all consistently deliver quality flower.  Some reviews mention price as a point of concern - I call BS. Premium green will always cost more than $5 a toxic gram. This lil shop is stocked with top shelf and budget friendly options from farms producing quality cannabis. And they offer daily deals. Theorem has a reliable selection of CBD products to keep pain away. CBD forward strains provide a whole new headspace of productivity. S/O to Raven Grass for their great green. Between "Gilda" and "Frida" I have the support system to make it through the day. Or at least up the stairs.

Theorem has the best view of the lake & a great spot to stop off on the Burke Gilman.  I always enjoy the good vibes from the staff, and the product selection is consistently great!

I literally love Theorem Cannabis. Anytime I go to another shop, which is rare and only if I have a coupon, I am reminded by other shops dingy atmosphere, loud rap music, sketchy locations or rude and arrogant employees why I should  stick to Theorem. I recommend Theorem to stoners who are nostalgic for quaint dispensary feelings, noobies who have never ever smoked, elderly folks and literally ANYONE else. It is a very welcoming and lovely atmosphere.Theorem is really pretty- I like the light tones of everything (the counters and the walls and floor are white/tan/grey/light colored.The store itself is actually pretty small, and they have a window overlooking the lake and the seaplanes. Their website is really nice looking too. The selection is big but not overwhelming, with flower/oil/edible/glass in different sections, easy to look at in glass displays (other shops have things so jumbled together you get overwhelmed and just want to leave), and have little color coordinated labels with a legend (sativa, hybrid or indica). The staff offers focused, friendly attention. When I used to go to bel mar it seemed like a madhouse where they rush you along and are looking to hurry you along to get to the next customer, I never get that feeling here. Everyone is really nice, knowledgeable, and patient! Tori (I am fairly certain that is her name- brunette with glasses) has wielded many, many questions from me and is super bubbly. Alexis (Alexa? I am so sorry! Blond gal) is also really chill and the rest of the staff is just the same- friendly, warm and chill. I always enjoy coming here, and I wish I could come more often, but I have to keep myself and my wallet in check! ha ha.I have never had a "sketchy" experience here, and while I carry pepper spray everywhere, not once have I seen sketchy, vagrant creepers wandering around the outside of the store area like many other shops. The store is on a stretch of 522 on the lake side, closer to Kenmore but not far from Lake Forest Park. This is a big plus for me as a young lady to not have to worry and be scared. I have come at 11pm and feel perfectly safe.The parking, however, is a total nightmare. The lots are short and small and hard to maneuver, so I usually go later in the evening so I can do my 80 point turns without being too wary. This place is so conveniently located that I don't REALLY care about the parking lot to knock a star off. It would be a breeze to bike here on the Burke Gilman.As for prices, they are reasonable and the buds are ALL high quality. I have spent 220 on an ounce, and I have spent 260 on an ounce. Another reviewer pouts about the $16 dollar top shelf, but even in medical dispensaries years ago and other shops, that is usually what top shelf costs. The middle and even "bottom" shelves are usually around 10-11 a gram which is what I have been paying for years. I bet that same reviewer goes to Red Lobster and complains about the $30 lobster meal instead of purchasing the just as delicious $15 shrimp scampi. You will be just as full (or high) off the non-top shelves, and that is no reason not to come here!Another reviewer says low quantities, you have to ask for a higher quantity they have the grams on display but they sell higher quantity! Of course only up to the legal OZ.Theorem is my one and only go to shop for weed! Keep up the good work, it is obvious they care about their customers and the experience! I recommend this place to everyone and anyone over 21.

Theorem Cannabis has a variety of smoke on hand. The help is knowledgable, and willing to help. The only thing to watch for is traffic both in and out. Not safe!

I absolutely LOVE this place. My wife and I originally came in because it was in our neighborhood, and stayed because of the stellar staff and selection. Not once have I had a bad experience there. The staff always makes us feel welcome, and most of them remember us and always recommend me 🔥 things that they think I'll like. Keep up the good work y'all!

Great! An amazing view of the Lake

The budtenders are always knowledgeable about strains and know just what you need. I come here to pamper myself honestly. The music can be loud during busy times though so go during off hours if you don't like loud music.
