What an arrogant group of people. The guy checking ID was reading a book and couldn't have been anymore uninterested if he tried. Was there for an interview and Madi also seemed disinterested in doing her job. No questions about me or my skills, just went on and on how they are  the Nordstrom of the cannabis industry. I guess if that means to look downy your nose at customers, they have succeeded.

They don't do military discount on any given day Because they have "specials" everyday. So do other shops, and they take my ID. This is my once a year place stop if I forget anything on my way to the pass.

So just a heads up for anyone who has recently turned 21. You're not allowed to shop at Issaquah Cannabis Company until you've received your horizontal ID. Why they won't accept vertical ID's like every other cannabis store, I have no idea. Vertical ID's still scan so it's not like people can't be identified with a vertical ID. Either way, it's a bit of a strange policy that I personally do not understand. Bouncer/doorman was nice about it at least.

The prices are higher than a lot of dispensaries . They do not offer a point system where you can earn discounts for frequent customer purchases.My biggest concern which prompted me to write today is very important. During this pandemic even though they are limiting Numbers of customers inside the small dispensary, there were ten people inside the small space . No lines on the floors for social distancing. People were not social distancing. Besides myself only one other customer had a  face mask on. NONE of the workers wore masks . They had gloves on however, in such cramped quarters, every one in there should be required to wear a mask. In order to exit you MUST walk right next to another person as hallway and stairwell is small. Not safe during this pandemic.There was a time in my life I would have argued that this pot shop was not an essential business but I have experienced tremendous relief of arthritis pain with the CBD/THC tinctures. Please consider a point reward system, masks for your employees, and better social distancing expectations.

II had a great experience! The budtenders are great and gave me good intel on the products I wanted. Alex was super helpful with picking out some mints. Place was poppin and the prices for edibles were decent, if not cheaper. The process was smooth and the shop was welcoming.

I went out of my way to sign up for Yelp because it was frustrating to see ICC had such a low rating. I can't wrap my head around that considering my expectations are always met or exceeded when I come in. Product selection is top notch, pricing is reasonable (average or slightly above), and their staff is fantastic. While there is usually a new employee or two in training, they are always accompanied by a seasoned staff member who knows their sh*t and knows it well. Also, if you're a regular, they call you by your name and they never rush customers. The transaction process is simple and efficient, which is bizarrely not the case at many WA pot shops. As such, 5 stars--would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Don't bother shopping here if you've still got the vertical license. No signage anywhere to indicate you must have a horizontal license. Waste of time. Staff was rude too.

Doesn't know how to read IDs properly. I'm 24 and from Alaska and have a legitimate, updated ID and they wouldn't serve me. Don't even know what to do in this situation.. Extremely frustrating.

Do not bring your business to this place. The service is terrific, but the company refuses to keep an up-to-date inventory list on their site (and leafy is anything BUT reliable). Also, prices are waaaaay out of line with even most downtown Seattle vendors. To those who say the prices are the same..... you're simply lying, because I can name ten cannabis stores in the Seattle area off the top of my head that offer the same product for 25-30% less.

We come here just because of convenience. It's a pain to drive into Bellevue but might start doing that. Went in today and evidently they don't accept passports? Uhh the WA State Liquor and Cannabis Board clearly states that a passport is an acceptable form of identification. lcb.wa.gov/enforcement/a…Due to covid, the DOL offices are currently closed. I can't get a replacement right now. You'd think an INTERNATIONAL VALID ID would be enough to prove age? Nope. Annoying and inconvenient. The one positive...the budtenders are nice and very helpful. I've also heard sketchy stuff about the owner....look it up if you're curious.

There are 60 reviews for ICC, all of which are either 1 star or 5 star. There are no ratings in between. Why do you think that is?? Personally, I feel all of the 5 star reviews are from people who have only visited ICC a couple of times and have yet to experience how ICC handles problems when they arise. On the other hand, all of the 1 star reviews are people who have been to ICC for a number of years and have experienced instances where they've been treated so badly that they never return. With my last review I decided I would stop frequenting this shop regularly. I still dropped in from time to time, but after tonight I will never come here again. What's important to keep in mind is that there isn't another dispensary within a 12 mile radius. To reach the nearest dispensary you'd have to drive into Bellevue if you're going west, and 70 miles to Cle Elum if you were going east. That leaves ICC as the only option for people living on the plateau. They have no competition, and the demographic of residents on the plateau are wealthier people who don't bother to waste time driving to other dispensaries since they have money. All of this greed and high traffic results in terrible customer service practices. The door man checking ID's today named Jimmy literally yelled at me. I handed him my ID, he looked at it, then scanned it, then looked at it some more. I took two steps to my left and stuck my hand out waiting for him to return my ID. He raises his voice and yells at me saying 'Hey! next time stay right in front of me and don't move until I give your ID back.' He motioned with his two hands to show the space in front of him that he expected me to remain standing in. Last I checked I was a paying customer at a business, not an inmate in a lunch line..... So instead of cussing him out and having the police called on me, I smiled and went inside, told his manager to come from the back room and out to the front desk. Then I explained what had happened in front of both of them. His manager apologized and acknowledged that is no way to talk to someone. How exactly does someone develop such a glorified sense of authority checking ID's at a dispensary? My first impression of this dispensary years ago were from the vast selection and rock bottom prices. My lasting impression of this place has been from the steady increase in prices, no point system, no discounts, no tipping so that more money goes towards owners rather than staff, and increasingly terrible customer service. The owners have at least one other dispensary down in south King/north Pierce county. I don't see them lasting in Issaquah the way these reviews are turning out.

DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH GOING INTO THIS DISPENSARY!!THE MANGER IS A JOKE. YOU CAN TELL HE HAS ISSUES WITH HIMSELF AND PROJECTS ONTO THE CUSTOMER. WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT HEALTH CONCERNS REGARDING TAKING OFF MASK IN DOORS HE BECAME DEFENSIVE AND REFLECTIVE. Went into the store to purchase a few joints for my hike. When checking in at the front desk I handed the gentleman my ID to go in. The front desk clerk said I'd have to take off my mask and flash him the rest of my face. My ID clearly represents me mask on or off. I was not wearing sunglasses or any other coverings. After working at a Quarantine Center over the last three months, it's morally bankrupt to force people to take off their nose and mouth coverings, with dozens of people in a confined space especially when you can ID someone without risking being infected. There are other dispensary's that may have you take off glasses and hats, but never your mouth and nose covering; especially in a confined space during such unprecedented times. I've reported this practice and business to the governors office. How grotesque of this business. Shameful.

They decided to fix something that ain't broke by discontinuing their menu binders. Before, I would go in, look at the binder, pick something out according to price and thc level, then to the counter, tell them what I want, pay, out the door in 5 minutes. Now, you get to crowd around the display case to see what they have, along with all the other people looking. They don't list thc percentages and everything is grouped by grower, instead of indica, sativa or hybrid. So now, what used to take 5 minutes is up to about 15 at least. What used to be me shopping their list and making my own decision, I now have to rely on the guy behind the counter. I'm going to find somewhere else. You should just stick to what works.

While the negative ratings are valid... they're valid for a fast food restaurant.  Not for a pot shop.  The State has numerous laws that they must adhere to.  Sure... i bought some bad products.  Not happy at all, but there's no return policy, due the the state, not just this specific store.The people are all nice.  They have many laws, some don't make sense, but unless you work there, you definitely don't know them.  So... go in, buy some stuff and chill.

I used to be a regular, enjoyed this dispensaries. Never has that great of deals but had enjoyable workers. I had one incident with one of the managers & we'll say kindly he blew it up to be way more than what it was, instead of communicating & talking as adult. They lost me as a customer & many of our regular friends. There's a another dispensaries 2 exits up.

I would suggest the business owner take down the part in the Specialties section of this business profile that says, "Anyone 21+ with a valid ID welcome.". I presented my passport, one of the most valid ID's available in the US and around the world due to the stringent requirements to obtain one, yet I was not let in because it's a personal company policy, not WA state law, to not accept passports.  A more accurate statement would be, "Anyone 21+ with a valid ID (excluding passports and passport cards) welcome.". Doesn't take any form of ID. Passport Washington state drivers license isn't accepted. A normal passport pulse a drivers license doesn't meet their "needs". Over priced weed compared to the other stores in the area. And over all very bad customer service. 0/10 recommendation. Poor manners by the staff. Needs new management.

I have nothing but great things to say about Issaquah Cannabis Co. I walked up the stairs and was greeted immediately. I went into the main area and was instantly greeted again by my budtender Andy, who just happens to share the same name. He asked what I was looking for and pulled a couple carts and explained how they would hit me. My only complaint is they don't accept tips. A1 customer service both times I've been in and be sure to ask for Andy.

They sell defective wax pens and do not stand behind the product after sale.  They were rude and condescending when I tried to talk to a manager.  I went to the car to call and a worker came out and asked me to leave.  When I stated that I wasn't going to be giving them anymore business because of how I was treated the manager responded "good, just like a bunch of other people, I don't fucking care".

Moved from out of state, and they wouldn't let me in because they insisted I had a fake ID. Not sure how to prove my real ID is real, but either way once they deemed it was fake they were rude and loud which was pretty embarrassing since there were a lot of people waiting. I was trying to think of a way to prove it was real, but realized it's not worth my time and effort when there are many other dispensaries in the area with better reviews. I personally wouldn't make this my go-to spot -- there are other business to support that treat customers with respect and tact

Literally every preroll I've ever bought sucked. I feel as though their cheaper rolls (6-$8) are the same quality as their $12+ prerolls. Plus they taste awful. (Which pretty much says a lot about the quality of the bud). After giving it a solid 6 months of my on/off service, I'm no longer coming here. Plus their stuffs overpriced. Want good bud? Try Green Theory in Bellevue or The Reef in Seattle. You'll see the difference real quick.

ID is expired because covid is keeping them from sending it out. Washington State has given 90 days grace and I have my receipt for ordering a new license that shows I did renew it back in April and a waiver that I printed off from the dol website. Other dispensaries have accepted this but these guys refuse to.

They don't accept vertical IDs. Even though I've been 21 for a while now. Your "store policy" has to change. Plenty of other options nearby that accept the scary vertical ID.lcb.wa.gov/publications/… If your store actually read the laws, you would notice a vertical ID, or a passport works for a legal ID. If you're scared of accepting a fake one, train your employees better.

I was at Issaquah Cannabis Company earlier today. I was feeling a little out of sorts and I wasn't sure what I wanted. I enjoy the friendliness the employees consistently exude.  Jenn was my BudTender today.  She was warm, welcoming and efficient.  Her intuition was on point helping me to pick out two strains optimal for keeping my productivity high today and I was pleased with the results. I will be back frequently.

Over-priced and poor customer service. I bought a vape battery from them and it is making a rattling sound. I tried exchanging it within their 5 day window, I had the receipt and all packaging. They refused to let me exchange it, and told me that the rattling was normal. Other stores sell the same products for much cheaper and with better customer service.

I lived in Issaquah for 2+ years and this was my "go to" weed store. I'll shamelessly admit I stopped in at least 1x a week during that time. (So, over 100+ visits if you do the math)Despite the reviews from others that might suggest otherwise, I *NEVER* had a single issue with any of the staff. They were always professional, helpful, not pushy nor condescending. I always sincerely appreciated their willingness to help me find the 'best bang for my buck'. You don't have to spend $50-60 for an 1/8th -- there's plenty of super dank weed for as low as $30 (Ex. Golden Tree Productions). The "Daily Deal" and "Last Chance" menus have some top-shelf stuff on there and the regular menu is comprehensive. Also, glass is very competitively priced (the head shop just down the street on E Lake Sammamish charges wayyyy more for lower quality gear). There's no tip jar, and every time I tried to give the bud tender a tip, they politely declined with a smile! Wow! (Business must be *really* good haha)There were two instances where I had to return defective vape cartridges -- once because it was a dud, and another because it came apart. Both instances the manager on duty took care of it promptly, processed a full cash refund, and I immediately spent the money refunded on more weed. No drama, no complaints.I deducted 1 star for two reasons. Number 1: The "No firearms allowed on premises" sign, which frankly, is pretty stupid. Never stopped me from carrying inside; concealed means concealed, but considering how much cash this place probably moves, it's silly to try and stop law-abiding citizens from potentially saving your lives should SHTF. Number 2: I'm not sure why they need to scan your ID with the iPad at check-in. The *bleep* seems kinda sketchy (uhh, are you putting me on a list??), but it is what it is.All in all, I still recommend this joint and will always stop by when I'm in town.

I just tried to go there and because of COVID-19 my driving license cannot be renewed because all of the DMV's are closed so I brought my passport and the guy at the front tells me that his boss said that they don't accept passports... WTF?! Who doesn't accept passports? If the government and places like the airport etc. accept it then you should too as a weed shop owner. Don't ever go to this shop!! all of the bad reviews are true people!

I've got some stuff here that was not what the weight specified on the sticker. Also the prices are definitely with out a doubt higher then 95% of shops for the same exact stuff. If this is the only shop near you then I guess but I'd rather drive and save $20 every time.

Straight garbage! If I could, I'd give them a negative 5 star.WA cannabis is always a hit and miss, and when you mix terrible customer service from a company who isn't for the consumer, it creates hate throughout the cannabis community. ICC is managed by a dude who's father murdered his wife. Go figure, family of nut jobs selling cannabis who are tight on money. Learn how to appreciate your consumers who pay your overhead bills.

You're better off buying spice off your local dealer, first of all prices are inflated to the max, products come tampered/ B grade, Staff is not only dumb but rude! Don't let me get started on ADAM. I'm no therapist but this guy has SERIOUS issues. Why are they dumb? No social distancing throughout the store, no mask, just business as usual. BEYOND MONEY HUNGRY.

High-priced sugar coated dispensary.We've purchased thousands of dollars  on flower and dab at this store within 4 months. The owners and mgmt team are not consumer-friendly and aren't on the consumers side when it comes to faulty products. All they say is:  "We'll go through the product and take it off the shelf if need be" Prior to moving to Redmond, I lived in Bainbridge Island  and always purchased cannabis at the #1 dispensary in WA State; Paper and Leaf. People from all over the Greater Seattle Area travel to Bainbridge to visit this unique and well-informed dispensary.The owners at Paper and Leaf are kind enough to reach out to consumers and find a solution to replace faulty cannabis. In other words, the owners take the time out to make customers happy; I was forced to come here to ICC . Per WA state laws, consumers have a right to return faulty cannabis. It really comes down to the owners discretion if they're fair or unfair. Paper and Leaf are not the only dispensary that take returns, several other dispensaries like Danks Emporium-Olympia, take returns and exchanges as well. We even searched for ICC owners name and found out he has skeletons in his closet, but we won't go there. When you have an ex-con and his family members running a business, their literally running a circus there, no wonder! Customer service is 100% fake and unprofessional. They lie in your face about the product. All their bud tenders try too hard to upsell premature harvested flower, and pre rolls that are tightly rolled and packed wrong. You literally have to spend lots of money on concentrates in order for the products to hit right. After 4 months of being dedicated customers at ICC, we will be taking our business elsewhere!! Over priced products, changing prices on products that obviously are more popular. No true deals on any products that are "on sale". Not to mention they don't allow passports or passport cards as a form of ID. The only reason this place stays in business is because they are the only dispensary in town.

Horrible customer service, person who check Id's  first said we don't accept vertical DL (even tho I'm  21 years old) then I gave him my passport and he said we don't accept that either, makes me think that guy just wanted give the tourist a hard time and there is a homeless people around the building yelling at you when you get out. Issaquah cannabis company  must be the worst cannabis store if you not from around there

Guess I should've looked at the reviews before coming here....purchased a bag of Lush berry gummies, which I had previously bought at another shop, and use to get to sleep. Got home, opened the package, and the gummies were a different color--and there was a label on the back that said they were Sativa.  Took them back, but ICC would not let me return them, claimed that Lush "changes its formulas." the clerk said, "I always tell customers that they change the formulas." Yeah, well the one who sold them to me DIDN'T mention that. As for that no-return policy, Magnolia in Oakland CA has taken back items they've erroneously sold me and given me a replacement. OBVIOUSLY they can't resell it; it's just good customer service.

Not sure where to begin. Honestly I've never been treated so poorly. Couple issues I've had here:1. Empty pre roll containers2. Grinder where the mesh bottom fell out3. Mini bong where the paint peeled and seal broke within 2 weeks. I spoke to the owner about the bong. I was super polite and calm. He acted like he was on crack, very aggressive, very angry. He did the following:1. Said all sales are final.2. Said he has never seen me and I'm not a loyal customer (I am)3. Said I was trying to defraud him (over $15)4. Said he's the owner of this store and the world5. Screamed at me and told me "this conversation is over", wouldn't listen to my concernsI know a good amount of people in the industry, including parts of my family that own a major plantation/supplier. I'll be sharing my experience with them. They don't care about the customers. They don't care about the products they sell.

Tried to go in with a valid non expired vertical ID and was denied entry. Guy was pretty rude. I've never had my ID denied at any cannabis store or bar. Also have had weed from this store before and it is shit. Suggest that ownership change their ID policy to match every single other store in the state

This place absolutely sucks. According to the Liquor and Cannabis board any company that sells alcohol or cannabis has to take passports by law. I went in here and they refused my valid drivers license and passport.. To me that is just wrong and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Places like this do not deserve business, especially when the owner makes up rules that go against the LACB.

I have gone here for about a year now and just bought a cartridge there, it was defective and I returned it within 5 minutes of buying it only to be told by the manager "sorry there is nothing we can do for you." The manager there doesn't care about the customer just wants his products off the shelf.

I walk in and the first thing the person at counter says is "sorry we don't take vertical ID's" and i'm like HMMM OK. bc apparently if you have a vertical ID, it could possiblybe fake??? WHEN IM 21. I GOT MY ID WHEN I WAS 19 AND CANNOT USE IT AT THIS DISPENSARY. don'twaste your time or energy at this useless dispensary.

I have been coming here since it opened due to the convenience of it being close relative to my home. However, it has always been lacking in bud tenders with good customer service and extensive product knowledge. Tonight I entered with my cousin who is visiting from Oklahoma. They denied her entry and told her that her ID was fake. So I went in and to my surprise he person checking ID's had just checked and accepted my Oklahoma ID just 3 days before. I use my Oklahoma ID every time I go in because my Washington ID does not have a photo (which you're allowed to accept by the way; I have my liquor and cannabis license too, ya'll need to actually study the info given before you take your MAST test!) I have never had a problem. When I confronted the person about the issue and asked them to check if my ID was fake too, another employee came up and was very rude to me, presenting clear hostility. I asked him if I was coming off as rude and why he kept shaking his head at me? He responded by asking me if I was "okay". The problem was absolutely not handled properly in regards to customer service. In the end he could not tell me that my ID was fake and he asked us to leave. Aren't you suppose to confiscate "fake" ID's? At my work where we sell controlled substances, you are suppose to. Needless to say I will absolutely not be coming back to a place that hasn't been coached in how to handle upset customers and making them feel like they did something wrong. Guys, save your money for higher leaf in Eastgate or the 100 other cannabis shops near by. Do not waste your time here. We went to higher leaf after to buy our bud and write this review. Our experience was EXCEPTIONAL.

I went there with my friend being a Seattle local I've worked at two dispensaries in Seattle WA! Me and my friend went to to this location, she wanted to get a cartridge for her vape pen.We are both 23 years old. She got her id before the switched the laws and it was a vertical enhanced id she got before right before she turned 21! We went in there two weeks ago, she has enhanced vertical id and just Incase she brought her passport! We walked in were very polite! She showed the i.d checker her I.d right away he told us no I can't accept this. Being a former an employee at a dispensary in Seattle I found it weird so she pulled out her passport he said sorry no.Then proceeded to tell us, they don't accept passports because another issaquah dispensary closed down because they accepted a fake passport.Right after that I had gotten very irritated I've lived in issaquah 6 years before the laws for recreational marijuana passed there has never been another location.. I didn't say this to him but after that I asked to speak to a manager and he told me there was no one above him there to speak to..I was shocked then when I tried to go in alone I was asked rudely to leave. Great knowledgeable budtenders and rotating daily specials. Flower prices seem in line with the market and some edibles have dropped in price accordingly over the last year. Ask about bulk product availability as these change regularly.Establishing a point system or frequent flyer program would definitely be a good addition to a great business and earn my fifth star on this review

Just moved back to the Issaquah Highlands. Was sad to leave my usual weed shop star buds in Kirkland because their prices are amazing. I had gone to Bel Mar in Bellevue and had an awful experience and felt their prices were ridiculous compared to most weed stores. But I came across issaquah cannabis and was very pleased. Their prices and deals were similar to starbuds. They had phat panda which I love and $3 joints! Definitely will back. Also the guy who helped me was very nice and provided great service. Will be back!

I went to this dispensary with both a passport and a Green card and was refused entry by a lady under the reason that neither of these forms of ID were accepted by them. I tried in vain to address to her that these documents are governmental property and that you cannot make more official forms of identification. As the lady refused me, she added in a rude and uncaring way that I had to step back from her desk so other people could get in. I told my friend who had come with me that we should go elsewhere, which we did and where we had no issue.

Sold me faulty product then refused to replace it or refund it. They cited their policy that once anything that leaves with THC or CBD they can not replace it. However their deadhead policy (for vape cartridges) is if it doesn't work for any reason you bring it back and they will replace it. Yet when I questioned it they told me that it was a different policy. When I asked for the owners contact information they refused. I did retail management for 15 years and never have I treated a customer as poorly as I was just treated.0/10 would NOT recommend

Less than ZERO stars, if I could. I bought something here that was described at sale to have a return policy based on window of time and their ability to "troubleshoot" a problem should one exist. If I returned in the time frame given and they could not fix the problem that I would be refunded. Would you like to hear a SHOCKER? When I tried to return the goods I was met with a flyer outlining their ACTUAL return policies which were far more stringent and one of which canceled my product from being replaced. To be more specific it was a cartridge that was activated by a battery. Their policy stated that if it had been connected to a battery and found to be defective it was then NOT returnable. How would a person establish whether a product was broken without trying it? How would a person try something activated by a battery without connecting it to a battery? When I asked why I wasn't described the whole policy the managers reply was "this conversation is over" and proceeded to ask me to leave. I will never go back here and I will tell all my friends about my HORRIBLE experience and the money I lost dealing with these crooks.

Let me start by saying that I worked in the cannabis industry for 6 years and in the customer service industry for over 10.  My experience at ICC was the worst experience  (Cannabis Related, or not) I have ever had.  My girlfriend and I went into this store to purchase an Oz of dried flower that was advertised at $95.  When we went to purchase this oz it rang up at $120, we asked to speak to an manager so we could get it fixed.  When the inventory manager said "it cost $120, there is nothing I can do" we asked to speak to a manager because the price was listed on their menu in store (right in front of them).  The manager Adam came and flat out refused to work with us in anyway, saying it's cost $120 no matter what the menu says.  My girlfriend then asked what can he do for us to make it right, and again he replied with nothing.  We then asked if we needed to contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know that ICC does not offer prices as advertised.  At this point Adam exploded into a fit of rage and told is to "get the fuck out" and followed my girlfriend and I out to the car as if he was "escorting us out."   He informed us we are now ban, so I asked why?  He said "because you threatened to call BBB"  he then followed up by saying "now, keep walking."  At this point I had enough and said "no need to act like a tough guy"  to which Adam (store manager) shouted at the top of his lungs like a child "I AM A TOUGH GUY."   The cannabis industry already had a terrible Stigma about being seedy and having a criminal aspect to it.  ICC further perpetuates this sterotype by having wannabe thugs like Adam as the manager that represents their businesses.  0/10 wouldn't ever return even if I had not been "ban."  This store is an absolute disgrace to the cannabis industry.  Only good thing going on here is the Actual staff is wonderful, the management is full of incompetent cul-de-sac gansters.

Avoid this place. They endanger the lives of their employees and customers. No one was wearing a mask when I was there. They also force you to remove your mask in order to enter the store, which defeats the purpose of a mask. The manager told me this was the law. Not true.  They do not have plastic protective windows or masks. I had to lower my mask to "prove it's you" in order to gain admittance. The front door guys at Issaquah Cannabis- especially the large one with dark hair and a beard- are beyond rude. They yell at people and are unbelievably aggressive. The Novel Tree store in Bellevue does not require you to do that. Stay away from this place and go to the Novel Tree Store. They have polite, professional employees, a great selection and wonderful environment. They wear protective masks and also have plastic windows between customer and employee. They also have a great loyalty program. Issaquah Cannabis is also more expensive with a inferior product. It's an awful place. Stay away!

Decided to go to the closest dispensary while staying in the area and was not very impressed.Overpriced productsNot very knowledgeable staff (regurgitated feedback on a couple strains but no understanding of anything)Selection was pretty nice and staff attempted to be friendly.Cash only made it seem sketchy but at least the receipt was itemized.They try to make things look fancy but they are a pot shop not a high class restaurant so the atmosphere shouldn't be the priority especially when the service comparison is like having Taco Bell staff at Daniel's Broiler...

The people who work there are nice but the problem I've been having at ICC compared to other dispensaries is that their prices are inconsistent. I went to ICC the other day and bought some great dabs for 20$ a few days later I was like I'll get some more of that only to be surprised  when I got there that and the price is now 24$ after just two days the price is totally different. It's not like they were on sale before, seems like they were popular so they raised the price. Why?

The lady manning the front desk was not able to explain why they do not accept passports then immediately told me I had to leave the building and could not even wait in the lobby. This place is absolutely awesome. The employees are professional and they know everything about the products they sell. This is not a co-op shop this is a legal business that makes its living selling products to those who lack the medical need for marijuana. They have special of the day that changes daily, so it might be worth calling to find out what the special is, some start at $9-$10 per gram. They are great at making recommendations at what type of products would be best for you to purchase based upon your particular element or desire. It's a bit hard to find but I would recommend this place to anyone without a "green card" (Medical Marijuana Patient).

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!Went to this store, purchased flowers and cartridges. The store clerk assured me if the cartridges didn't work then I could bring it back. I had one bad cartridge with a faulty contact closer. The manager had to pull the contact out of the unit with a paper clip for it to even work then claims half the oil is gone, then back pedals and says "it's pooling up like a bathtub around the coil so it's still in there". I purchased yesterday and was unable to use as the contact was recessed into the threading. And the silicon was also very recessed. "The oil is still in there just burn it off", that would make half the cartridge wasted, and faulty for bad electrical contact. The manager even went as far as to say I should go buy a syringe and take the oil out and transfer it to another cartridge!. This store had a chance to make a bad experience a good one and after having to talk to the manager 3 times I was told that I was not going to get any help, so my recommendation is go to uncle Ike's. More of a drive but way better service. Don't waste your money.

Great service provided by professional, knowledgeable employees. This is a well run, retail business that truly puts customers and customer service first. They provide product information and answer customer questions without pressure.  I am most impressed by the way handle warrantees on accessories (in our case, a vaporizer that died after a couple of days). They made the process super easy, providing an immediate replacement on-site and indicating that they would deal with the manufacturer. They clearly care about the customers and are intent on building a long standing relationship and serving the community. Other establishments should pay attention and learn fm these guys - kudos to this team!

So... First off, I have been a regular customer since opening. Well not any more!!#1- I was sold the wrong item in a the context of a large purchase.. Basically, bought vape supplies, buds.. Normal stuff. $100+++ . Well, 1 item was wrong, no biggie right? It wasn't a weed product. It was an accessory, unopened with receipt. I go to return it, remember, regular customer, unopened with receipt. So, I'm told no returns no way.. Nice business practices, right?I leave, try to boycott, but return a week later less pissed... I go and make a purchase, as I'm in line I see a guy trying to return the same item they sold me incorrectly!!! Are you kidding me?? I ask the guy, hey is that a coil for you vape pen they sold you? Let me guess it doesn't fit and they won't exchange or return it... He says yep. That is BS#2- They regularly let people cut line, skip you as you patiently wait in line.. Bud tenders help friends first??#3- I am a 40+ year old man and having to show I.D. Twice is stupid. They sold to underage people already , so customers deal with it because poor managementDrive to Bellevue.... I do now,..So I got lazy and went back.... should have went to Bellevue. HIGH prices and a strange attitude to boot!! Don't waste your money people..  I'll try again in a year and see if they are in line with everyone else's pricing.

I really love Issaquah Cannabis Company.  I like that you can go in & check out everything behind glass yourself, or you can just get in line & ask a bud tender to assist.  I'm perplexed by the negative reviews, I've always had nothing but great service from them and everyone has been really friendly and service has always been fast.  They always have plenty of staff there, so even when it's busy, you can still get in & out in 5 minutes or less if you know what you want.  I usually do. They carry a wide variety of strains which is a plus, and I have found some new favorites thanks to their recommendations.  Gorilla Glue #4 by Leaph is a perfect example.  I would have never tried it, I had never heard of it, but the budtender recommended & I sooooo thank him.  I am sampling that purchase as I type, so if this review sounds stupid, blame the excellent buds I got from Issaquah Cannabis Company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This place straight hustled me. They do NOT stand behind their return policies and if they sell you something faulty well then they will just tell you to eat it. When I requested that they honored the policy as it was stated to me when I made my purchase I was escorted out of the store by a manger who attempted to assault me in frustration. Thugs like this manager are the reason recreational marijuana still is seen in a poor light. I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Stopped in to grab a couple joints. Easy to find product with menus and displays. I think Jeremy was the budtender that helped me. He was friendly and helpful and answered my questions and offered to look up pesticide info for me when I asked about a certain grower. Prices were not as low as I've seen elsewhere but competitive. It was a quick satisfying stop! Best shop I've been to on the eastside.

This place used to be good, and judging by their menu they continue to at least have a good selection and decent prices.  The problem is that their yelp profile's assertion of "anyone 21+ welcome" is now false; they've decided that it's easier to simply reject legitimate state-issue ID's that are in the 'vertical' format, rather than perform the basic arithmetic and reading comprehension necessary to see if a potential customer is in fact 21+.  A quick google search reveals that this policy is simply a knee-jerk reaction to a mistake of the store's that occurred last autumn.  Some might say, well why not get your ID changed? But really who wants the DMV experience more than every 5 years, and just to shop at the one store that is grumpy about this, a store that penalizes its customers for one employee's lack of 3rd grade-level skills? There are plenty of other shops with better customer service,  which is where I plan to take my business, and my beautiful, fabulous driver's license, regardless of its future angular orientation.

This place is the best. I have been to other places on the Eastside and for regular purchases and they are ok but I always come here when I need stuff that is high quality and harder to find such as cartridges with a high CBD %, topicals, edibles, etc. I seriously don't get all the bad ratings over store policy and state law. I guess a lot of people are unhappy that the store and the managers are more interested in keeping their business open than bending the rules to appease one person's complaints. This isn't ordinary retail here and as long as you don't have unrealistic expectations that you are more special than the hundreds of other customers who come through there, and you accept the store policies as they are, you will be just fine. I have always been treated very courteously and respectfully by the people who check IDs and the employees behind the counter. I have been helped by Adam and Sam there and they are extremely knowledgeable and patient with me since I tend to need a lot of info about what I am getting if it is something that costs more money-again that's why I am there in the first place for the high quality stuff-and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with my purchases.

Quality products and staff!  I love the fact they are open 7 days a week and if I have any questions their knowledgeable staff can point me in the right direction. Also, wow, the prices posted show the end price so you know what total price for the product is with the taxes.  First retail store I have frequented and it is classy! Don't be deceived, it's a hidden treasure behind the gravel pits.  I will be going back for the Zoots Brownies and Banana Kush!

There are some friendly folks I've run into that work here. But since I discovered that the owner murdered his wife and tossed her body in the water, I will not shop here. His son also manages this location (which is creepy), and their family has several pot related interests in the Seattle area. If that sits well with your personal ethics, then shop, smoke and enjoy. Otherwise, just don't do it. Life is far too short and precious for petty compromises.

Place is over priced and awkward as shit with everyone Harrassun you. Just leave me alone and let me look at stuff, I'm a grown ass man If I need help I'll ask your  scrawny little ass. But that's not the reason I wrote the review I can deal with overly hyper and aggressive cashiers who know less than I forgot about weed (thanks 5 years growing illegally). All I wanted was a dab pen because mine broke. They are charging $50 for a $35 pen. But the best part is , everything else is marked up too. Their Mfused pods are more, concentrates are more joints are more. Taking advantage to of the wealthy people in the area. Just take the 20 min drive somewhere else and save the extra money. Especially if you are like me and buy $100s a week on weed.

Now I know why they have 2 stars. Lost my wallet last week. Normally you would think that if you have a passport and a government ID you would be fine. Unless you want to buy your indulgence here. They will only accept state ID. I could maybe even understand if the 2 forms of ID I had were expired or even if I looked close to the age of 21 instead of in my upper 50s. I'll just have to spend my money somewhere where common sense comes into play. Just kind of curious why they only accept state ID only.

I was Trespassed after I came in & the "manager", a older skinny guy w/ a beanie on, stopped me from entering & told me bc I pushed the alarm button in the elevator the last Time I was there, I was no longer allowed. The elevator wasn't working when I got in. What was really unacceptable to me was he even went as far as falsely claiming that the fire Dept. Showed up bc I pushed it. So I called the fire Dept & they stated they never got a call, & I didn't do anything wrong.       Dude was loud, rude, & lied to try to prove a point.not really concerned bout being trespassed, not really missing out on anything.      there overpriced. They don't have CBD, they didn't have online ordering, no selection, no rewards. Do ur self a favor & drive a lil farther to somewhere else like Noveltree or wherever. Somewhere that has better reviews. staff were mostly great besides him. Really seemed like he takes things a lil overboard.

Man I wanted to like this place. But in this competitive market, one can afford to notice the small things The deals are hot trash. And they print them on FLYERS, so they just wreck trees to print information nobody is taking because the deals are garbage. 5% off of bud, guys? Seriously? The service is hit and miss. There's one young gal I like in the sea of dudes cos she's kind, approachable, friendly, and honest. She will steer you from more expensive flashy stuff if there's a better more affordable strain, and that kind of honesty keeps me as a customer. The rest are fine, I guess. Some of them sketch me out tbh The quality is okay, but nothing you can't get better elsewhere. I finally kinda broke after buying a pack of pre rolls from them. I opened them up and the rolls are BARELY wrapped. Like clearly some dudes were just like "fuck it bro just get it done I'm clocking out today" and there you go. I'm not expecting premium shit but at least show you try? Honestly what these guys need is a kick in the pants competition. They've gotten complacent that they're the only one in the immediate Issaquah area so I'm waiting for a new store to set up soon and scare them into giving a damn

Nice shop, clean, and neat. Prices are in the medium range. The employees are friendly and kind, but unfortunately ill equipped at suggesting products. 3x someone has sold us total dog poo saying "this is the best stuff! I love the flavor"! I feel these people either have no taste buds or has never smoked cannabis. The recent cartridge purchased was Fire Bros Golden Pineapple. The guy swore up and down it was the best! I like pineapple blends, but this one tastes like boiled string bean water with a hint of dirt. It's so bad! It just sits in a drawer now and no one touches it. What a total waste.

Great selection, reasonably priced and very helpful. There was nobody in there that would make you feel uncomfortable. I will return there again. I like a place who educates when speaking with their customer.
