I spoke to someone on the phone who seemed quite knowledgeable and appreciated the time she took with me.  I have to say they seem quite expensive.  This is what deterred me from follow up.

Very welcoming and friendly service. COVID precautions  exceeded my expectations. Felt very safe and sanitary. Impressed with my experience.

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the menu and not many changes since my last visit here 30 days ago. Outside of that, this place is clean, folks are nice and knowledgeable about products. You are not rushed here. Enjoy!

Great products and better service, I highly recommended this place, especially during covid. They make it easy to order online with their website and then you simply wait for a text and come for curbside pick up. They are personable and following all safety protocols.

Only reason I'm giving 4 star is because their buds are always fresh, stony and have plenty of choices which honestly is hard to find. That being said the faculty is like what I would expect from a bowling alley. Giggy at the door that makes me take my mask off to "verify" who I am (never done at any other dispensary) then once inside it's so loud I can't hear what is being said to me. I will say I have never had to wait in line (love that) the bud tenders that I have dealt with 2 out of 3 have been very knowledgeable but today the girl was just not. I mean she literally bs her way through the whole Q&A. Most of my questions were legitimate but a couple were just gotcha questions to see if I was dealing with a professional and sadly I wasn't. We all are new at our jobs at one point but she straight up mislead me on a medical question; I have epilepsy. I mean if you don't know the answer ask someone who does. Do we not teach that to these kids anymore. Long story short. The weed is great, I will return probably because it's the only dispensary within 40 miles, I wish it was more affordable but shit people it's legal stop complaining kids in school get more supplies. Oh yeah one more thing their gummies are disgusting like I ate one and literally have to gift that shit away, never again your baker sucks...sorry

This place is fantastic! All of the staff were super happy and friendly.. even the security guard. The budtenders really know their stuff and helped all 4 of us find exactly what we were looking for. We thought about looking going to other dispensaries but decided to just keep going back to NuLeaf because they were so awesome! Planning on visiting again today!

Been here about 10x now. Really nice facilities in a convenient location in town. The staff is very friendly although I think they are a bit heavy with sales, sometimes I just want to grab my product and head out and not chat a bunch. They charge for credit cards and add money onto it and give change. I think the last time I was there the woman forgot to give me my change back. They round up and then give you money back which is weird. I believe it is $4 to get cash from the ATM. Its pretty pricey and I probably wont be back since I discovered I can get my CBD products online for half the price. Employees always seem super high, its great to know about the products but its also good to be a little more sober just to be more professional and easier to talk to.

OK. Not great selection of CBD heavy tinctures (4:1, 3:1's)- usually none when I've been in. So I have to drive down to Tahoe Wellness in So Lake T to get Humboldt Apothecary tinctures. This location prob fine if you want straight up cannabis.

Insanely expensive. Do not go.Sad to see supposedly an inclusive industry be so expensive.There needs to be competition to this store filled with way over priced products. Customer service is rather okay.Figure it out. Go to Reno if living in area or get it before coming. This place is a joke.

Ive spent a lot of money here and regret doing so. Dispenaeries in Carson city or Reno have a wider range of options and taste better! NOT to mention the employees feel unmotivated while working its not a good look for a business. They also told me a lie about how many times I can visit the store . I googled Nevada state law and it says limit is one ounce. I only got a pre roll but they are pathetic and got lazy I came twice lol.  Gee I will be spending money at SIERRA WELLNESS.:) god bless America

This was my first time going to a dispensary! After reading the reviews of other places I was a little nervous. A local pointed me in the direction of this place and I'm glad he did. The host was very nice and once we went to the back the guy that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. He guided me to what I was looking for!! Awesome place will be back again!

Great selection , great prices (especially during happy hour). The strawberry shortcake edible is amazing!!! Super friendly staff. Also the bags they give you are pretty dope, smell proof and have s child safety thing on the ziplock part. Definitely going to reuse this bag for travels.

I was in today and usually the process is easy and great. However, today, a woman working in a plaid shirt with dark hair was extremely rude and Raiser her voice at me. Wrong time for poor customer service.

Security guys always super rude. Told the person, I go somewhere else then this attitude change. Not the first time this happen. Be nice I'm spending money at your store.

Checked out their website and decided to check it out. Very nice staff and they carry Mary's wonderful salves, lotions, etc.and we like the Kiva chocolates....Especially liked the attention we received and will return. (Note: no sales tax in Nevada)

They were really welcoming and even gave me better directions to the airport when I told them that I had trouble getting there!Super friendly and knowledgeable of the products.

Could have been a 5 star easily if they didn't hire such unbelievable ditzes. The guy with red hair is great, he seems to know everything. But if he's not there you're stuck with a lady manager that doesn't know much or the white girl with dreads that seems to only like getting stoned not learning ANYTHING about pot. She couldn't answer one question with any knowledge and the crap she did talk about was wrong. My daughter has studied a LOT about pot besides growing it but we don't know a lot about vaps, (which I've discovered I love, you can smoke them in hotel rooms!!!) but this girl didn't know a thing. She called for the manager and when she came out she looked and talked like an accountant that would never even think about getting stoned and she didn't know a thing more than the other girl which was nothing. Please fire them and make Nu Leaf the great place it could be.

Great prices, great customer service, great selection and  knowledgeable! This place has it all!! I love coming to this place as they are very consistent with every customers needs. Not only do they have a variety of items, but they are incredibly great at guiding you through and making suggestions based off my taste. Nicolett helped me last time and was able to get me the best bang for my buck! I'll definitely continue giving these guys my business. Kudos NuLeaf!

HEYYYYYY, get yer edibles here!  Let's just say I'm not much for this stuff, but I was leaving the state of NV and it was probably my last chance to purchase anything like this legally, so why not?Be prepared to show ID and have tons of cameras trained at you.  Wave and smile.They take the embarrassment and shame out of the experience and you walk in and try to be nonchalant about BONGS! HERBS! CANDIES THAT AREN'T REALLY CANDIES!Talk to a "budtender" and tell them, if you are a newbie at this, what you are looking for as far as a result.  Me? I wanted something I could chop up and use sparingly for those occasional, um, nights, that I, ah, wanted, you know, to yeah, relax, that's it.

Terrible service, rude, unmarked parking, non-flushed weed, no live-resin. The manager gave me serious attitude about how I parked my truck, which was mostly out of the way, and I was about to make a purchase and leave. 3 minute visit tops. Instead, I walked out and decided not to give them my money. They obviously don't need it.

Initially wasn't stoked on service but they went out of their way to make it right. All in all appreciate what they did for me and they have a good selection. Quinn and Sam were nice and helpful.

I've normally had great experiences here. This morning I arrived at 10 AM and they weren't open yet. Parked my car outback, and made sure to not park anywhere that said dispensary customer parking only.  I made sure to be there right at 11 AM when they open. Dropped about $300, and on my way out the bud tender let me know that someone had papered my car. I guess I had parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to, even though there were no signs anywhere indicating that was dispensary only parking. He said I blocked in an employee. I did no such thing. There were no cars parked around me. Getting out to my car and found out that they not only papered in my rear windshield but also paper my front windshield,  I guess you really wanted me to get the message. Why don't you try embracing sustainability and saving some paper next time, after all I did in fact end up being a patient.The bartender who actually help me was awesome. Chill guy, and super knowledgeable.

Beautiful interior space, not impressed with the customer service from the girl who talked like she was just totally stoned and came across as frankly very ditzy. Walked out annoyed, with nothing.

INSANELY expensive, we are local and it's cheaper to drive to Sacramento. I haven't paid $60 for an eighth since I was 13 on the east coast. The select carts here MORE THAN DOUBLE the price compared to any store down the hill, I want to support a store up here but these prices are disgusting, definitely a tourist markup

Its OK. REALLY overpriced. Clean inside. Nothing spectacular as far as product or service.

Not too shabby.  It will definitely do in a pinch.Come for the weed.  The prices aren't terrible.  I had zero wait time.The customer service was adequate, but they could do better.  My budtenders were fine, but they were being sort of mean to another customer, an obvious weed tourist.If you are in the area visiting, and need something on this side of the lake, check it out.  It's not that bad.

Arrived 30 minutes prior to posted closing time. Employee told me they were closed and couldn't help me. Will take business somewhere else.

Like the other review said....Incredibly overpriced !!You can grow your own.for pennies on the dollar.Visit your local grow shop.It would cost you a boat load of cash to buy enough CBD to help you if your IllEmployees seemed nice enough

I Love Nuleaf!! I go into nuleaf at least two times a week and I always have a great experience. They have about every kind of anything you need to medicate, it's pretty cool that merchandise is on a wall instead of behind a counter. There's always a good selection of sativas indicas and hybrids, along with a lot of different edibles and topicals to choose from. The staffs always knowledgeable about the products they carry and It makes it easier to find the right thing. Overall I give nuleaf 5/5 and I'll continue driving up from Carson city because they're worth the drive, thank you Nuleaf.

Easy peasy for ur marijuana needs.  Peeps r cool.  Very mellow atmosphere.  Sales peeps were knowledgeable. We will return.

I absolutely love this place!  The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, polite, and accommodative.  Everyone was so friendly and it is located in the best area in incline!

She was patient as I asked her a ton of questions and she had an answer for everything. The place was clean and easy to find. Very comfortable feel to it. I will definitely be returning!!!

I had a wonderful experience visiting! The girl upfront (Ivory i think) was super knowledgeable about their products when asked and gave my husband and I some great recommendations on where to eat in town too!

Price gouging is out of control here.  As a local and loyal customer, it makes me nauseated how Nuleaf has institutionalized societally sanctioned theft with their ridiculous prices. Compare a 1/2 gram top-shelf pre-rolled joint between Nuleaf and Reno dispensaries...$20 (Nuleaf) vs $5 (e.g. Blüm).  The weed at the latter is better at an affordable price. I paid $40 at Nuleaf for two run-of-the-mill joints. ONE GRAM FOR $40 (a rate of $140 for an eighth)---sickening. My friends and I will never return.

Found the place uniquely designed, friendly staff, and plenty of products. The products are as strong as they say they are and work well. However, try to use my bank card to pay and it was rejected. Try to second bank card it was rejected. I Ended up paying cash. As I was paying the cash I looked up overhead notice a security camera focused on the counter and keypad. I thought myself, this is not good. A week later I got a call my bank saying my card was compromised. This will never happen again because I will pay cash only when I go back to NuLeaf. Suggestion for a NuLeaf..Move the camera or put a privacy feature on the card reader.

Nice staff, but they don't have much flower or edible to choose from. Pricing in Nevada isn't too bad.Only thing that made me rate 3 stars was the location. Really wish there was a dispensary in Stateline. An hours drive from South Lake is kinda shitty.

Love visiting this dispensary, I'm from Vegas and love there dispensary there as well but when I come to the beautiful Lake Tahoe, I visit there Location at incline village!! It's the only dispensary in town. When you walk in the door a friendly staff is always welcoming you. It's very clean and most of all there products.. so much to choose from.

The girl at the front desk was so rude, literally talking shit about people as they walked through. Not ok! My husband has a temp ID on paper and she asked for his passport, because of his race?? This isn't the first review about poor service, but it's worse than poor service. Prices were also way more, $20 more than other dispensaries. Honestly if your in North Tahoe it would be better to drive to Reno where you have kind service, better choices and better price. I would suggest management here checks their front desk before they lose all business. The people in the back were really nice, however.

Convenient location, front desk attendant was nice. Prices we're pretty high comparably speaking.  The guy at the medical counter was not very friendly or helpful. They should find employees who enjoy educating and helping people identify the right medicine for their condition and not act like their being put out by answering legitimate questions.

Staff was super friendly but they were out of the 4 things we had asked about. It was kind of loud inside and it was hard to hear the sales girl.

I was told on the phone that they had what I wanted in the store.  I drove over an hour the next morning. When I entered I was told that they never had that particular product. They lied. Don't believe what they say.

Yo I'm a smoker thru thick n thin but your cartridges aren't ment for our pens n that's a damn shame. For the prices you guys charge people might as well hold them at gun point.I know the whole sale prices on cartitagides and you guys are screwing over your customers. This Cali boy is sticking to his own stuff n won't recommend going here.You also over charged my card n gave me an 8th when I said gram. Step up the plastic b.s. n get glass. I wish what I seen at cannibis cup was the same I was gonna see here.

Wait time was fine. Tried to purchase several things and their computers were not allowing the bus tenders to ring anything up. Paid cash. Took 30 mins to just get my change and then had to wait another 10 for them to just print labels. Maybe it's a California thing.... but this place was ridiculous and of course taxed. Prob the worst running dispensary I have been to.

Very friendly and informative staff. I had a lot of questions about the CBD options and they gave me a lot of helpful and detailed information. Nice, clean and organized environment as well.

Placed an order online, I usually do curbside, but I went in to pick up for the first time. Dark hair girl at the front was extremely nice and friendly. I was told, "if there's a line, just bypass it and go to the online orders side." I walked in, there was about 5 people to my left, the online orders was empty so I walk up, there was a short dark hair guy with a black/gray tshirt on, that started walking over. When he got closer, I said I have an online order. He spouted off saying "well, I'm helping someone and these people have been here a long time." He said other things which were inaudible. Completely RUDE! I said "well, you might want to tell your receptionist not to have people by pass the line. He kept on, put his hand up to tell me to stop talking. Blatant disrespect to a long time local, (female) customer. I was taken aback and PISSED!! He embarrassed me in front of the entire store, I told him he didn't have to be a d**k and turned around and walked out. I will never walk in that store again. Don't hire "Richards!"

Really great experience, kind workers with good recommendations. Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone in Tahoe, quality flower, highly enjoyed Chem Crasher & Ego Checker Pre rolls. Also bathrooms with cute decor & a free terpenoid brochure, total plus!

I was in desperate need of pain relief. I have really bad Myalgic encephalomyelitis and in horrible pain. Trent helped me. Not a lot of people know or care to know about this disability. Trent, in my absolute surprise knew exactly about my disability. He suggested CBD oil for pain along with some great flower. Went in looking for some flower, left with more flower, CBD, oils, and feeling like, Trent knew his business. Take care of your good team members, Nuleaf. I'll be back to spend more!$$$$

Meh. OVERPRICED. Check in staff need a tutorial on not being total assholes, there's a pandemic and multiple natural disasters happening. Kindness is free and goes a long way.

This place was great. A friend and I went on a long drive from sac to lake Tahoe, and when we wanted to find a dispensary, this was the closest one that actually had good reviews, and boy howdy am I glad we went here. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. 10/10 will come here again on our next drive to lake Tahoe.

I had an amazing experience at NuLeaf. I was vacationing in the area and decided to try some disposable vape pens (I usually smoke flower) and was not disappointed. The person who helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) was knowledgeable and had great recommendations for me. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area again!
