I have been here twice. Both times I have been treated pretty badly. Firstly, I have Lupis, and secondly my sole mode of transportation is a motorcycle. Both times they have told me to leave my handbag in my bike. Tonight the guy behind the first of two check in windows (the one with the metal detector) had the nerve to tell me about their surveillance gear AND made a point to show me his impressive bank of cameras on the monitors.  As he is showing me the cameras, he tells me that they catch thieves really quickly! I have NEVER been treated so rudely at a dispensary in my life. I refused to "leave" my handbag unattended on my bike, and the agent let me in anyway.  I hate this dispensary and will NOT be coming back. Their edible prices are not THAT good. I am 5 foot 2 inches tall and weigh about 160. It's not like I am coming there to rob you. You should be more concerned about the drug deals that take place right on the corner of Eddie Albert Way!!

Good location,  fast,  friendly but very small selection.  I prefer having my medicines weighed out in front of me.  Nice to see older clientele as well.oyelib@gmail.comLynn

Looks like meth heads in here and unless you are the card holder, you cannot escort a patient. Not customer friendly at all. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever the staff is very rude I was harassed right before I got into my car the other day I guess the woman employee didn't like the way I dressed she told me horrible rude things & when I returned today I was banned! Wow  they are extremely rude, very slow and apparently they let their employees degrade and treat the customers horribly!

Cool spot been going here since they opened in like 2012 2013. Always had the same flower they got there own grow house. That sky 9, sky walker are pretty fire if you like that OG or diesel type kush. Problem is they be taxin 50$ a 8th unless you go in early 8-11am early bird special. I like to buy in large amounts I don't want to spend 200$ on a half OZ

This dispensary, unfortunately, is closest to Buckeye.  Never go there without cash. You can't depend on them to keep ATM stocked appropriately.  Twice I have made the trek there and no cash. Most recently on Columbus Day. And, when you say, hey I drive a 3/4 ton truck, this costs me! They just shrug.

This place sucks. They charge an atm fee, they close really early, they are out of stuff routinely and some of the service sucks. Ask guy a few questions. Was too occupied to look me in the face and acknowledge me. Wanted to point at products vs giving me more info. The other place I go to waves atm fees, closes at 10! Vs 5pm?! They always have extra which makes for nice sales and really friendly people. These guys look like they just got paroled. I straight walked out without buying. Not wasting my money on bad service.

Horrible! Rude! Will not be back! It's supposed to be first come first serve but, that doesn't happen. And, they did not give my husband what he asked for in product! This was their last and final chance after not going there for two months!

0 stars save yourself the time here. workers are extremely rude. And treat this whole thing like A joke. don't recommend a soul to come here it's a joke seriously. Place also looks like shit

Same strains for months, no deals, old people that do t understand technology as customer service, this place just sucks I'm sorry. Rude ass bud tenders, overall a terrible experience never going back !

This place is trash your better off going into phx and finding a better dispensary  VALLEY OF THE TRASH

I can not recommend this place. Poor customer service. No respect for loyal customers. Plenty of amazing dispensaries out there just not this one.

How can you enforce the mask mandate and yet you're sitting in there checking everybody in not wearing a mask yourself and then give attitude when somebody confront you asking why don't you have yours on and the owner of the business says well you can go stand outside then nice  attitude last time there

This is a convenient dispensary. but now that recreational is legal, they take recreational people first rather than medical.  I am a legit medical and got my card from my family practice MD.  Due to nerve pain and stomach issues.... I have to wait while 5 recreational go in before me... and we all know why...$$$$$$$This place sucks for medical patients... go elsewhere, I recommend Sol on 99th and thunderbird. It's a trek but it's not a zoo like VOTS is.

Owner is trash and so are employees. Nothing but attitudes from punks !! Only dispensary u have to wait. They are so far behind even new places. Don't use this dispensary. They are 10 mins from my house a 1 min away from my work but I drive 30 mins one way to other dispensary who are worlds better . It would be like going from America to a 3rd world country !! They don't care about your time or your business!!

Very unfriendly staff with Budtenders Who have absolutely NO Real Cannabis Knowledge and I have never smelled such a awful nasty cat piss/ dog piss smell through my mask!! P.S.- I have NEVER paid $35 for 1 nasty NOT INFUSED PRE ROLL (tasted moldy) and 1 package of edibles. I don't know how this store even passes Health Codes. I recommend you do not come to this Dispensary! Very disappointed I hope they step up there game!

I'm reviewing their prerolls mostly cause their flower is too expensive to buy on the reg.  $5 top shelf $8 premium, it's a good deal.Except it's just not anymore. Their prerolls have become so harsh its ridiculous. They're all sugar leafs which are very harsh. Plus their thc% have been low for months. Some of their weed smells like hay. Something changed here. They used to have some fire, even their prerolls with shake was good but they make me cough my lungs out now.

Soooo late on this review. I've been going here for the past 2-3 years & felt this was overdue. The best medicine. Anytime I waste my time going elsewhere I'm always left disappointed. This place has the best buds, never dry, never seedy or twiggy. I love the staff here-Paul, Eddie, Joaquin etc everyone's super friendly and helpful.Always comfortable here too. I know they have good surveillance and there's never been a time, as a female especially, that I felt uncomfortable. Won't waste my time or money elsewhere. I heart VOTS!

Great quality on flower and great deals! Highly recommend this dispo. The staff are very friendly too!

Always on time and provide excellent information about the medicine and community outreach programs. Definitely a spot to get quality product and information for all ages.

Update to this review this place hasn't changed, in fact its worse. its the lowest hole in the wall dispensary in AZ, They take way to long with customers either by talking or system issue's all the time. The have no products because they screw there vendors. They are extremely frustrating with time management. The guy with the hat in there all time has said "He does not care about medical users, wouldn't care if I wrote this bad review etc." that's the level of customer services for you. Just take the time go to a better place, let this one and all the employees get bought out and fired.

Amazing staff. Great deals. And awesome product. They know my name, habits, and offer new product. I go here for medicine, rigs, pipes, and little things. NOT OPEN LATE. BIGGEST DRAW BACK. ESPECIALLY THE WEEKENDS. NOT A GOOD SPOT FOR THE REAL SMOKER WHO WANTS A PLACE TO COUNT ON. SAD BECAUSE IT COULD BE SO GREAT FOR THE WEST SIDE. Lastly, it is cash only so a trip to a non fee ATM would be great. It's $3 a transaction from their ATM. Plan ahead.
