Product quality, price and variety is fair! Customer service varies on employees, store manager needs to learn service dog laws! When he was at Ultra he told me "no dogs in store they might pee the floor he didn't care if service animal"; today at SW Wellness he said"covid laws don't allow service animals in dispensary"

Another Fantastic Shop! Customer service was great got to take my time and ask questions without feeling uncomfortable. Nice weekly deals as well and it's local! Definitely recommend products!

Very dissatisfied been coming here since it’s open price is outrageous the preroll are no good always Weight under a gram same thing goes with half a gram last time coming here . Now I see why this place lost lotta employees .

I purchased 2Bhang cartridges at Southwest Wellness in Espanola. Got into the car n both of them did not work on either one of my batteries. I called them and the guy tells me, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". I spent almost $80 in your store to get a 🖕in the face. BTW, you sold me broken carts. You should hire people with knowledge that I WAS your patient not a customer.
