First and foremost, most of the sale people are kind, knowledgeable people but after shopping there for over two years, I must say it's a trash dispensary. I place an order online and every time I go to pick up my order they don't have it. even when having a second and third choice. I don't even get a confirmation message or call before hand so I don't waste my time traveling for no reason. I feel very disappointed in this false online advertising and horrible service. Literally, hands down worst dispensary and experiences at a dispensary. Their glass shop is alright though.

This is hands down the best shop I have ever been to, from selection to customer service they come out on top. Between Crystal and Devaughn (so sorry about spelling) I have never had a bad experience, Devaughn is always there to help with the best picks and good convo about the crazy people out there and Crystal knows how to make a customer happy, this girl just pulled money out of her TIP JAR so I didn't have to pay an ATM fee, management this girl needs a promotion she is doing customer service right, I promise I got you next time boo. Thank you both for your superb service every time that keeps me coming back! stay high

THE BEST WEEEED IN SEATTLE. Very overpriced though. Might as well drive into the actual city and go to the high end shop. Customer service is great though. Lines are usually long.

I always have a generally good experience coming to this shop, but I wanted to give a shout out to the bud tender that assisted me today. David was quick to greet me and recommend some great options when I was unsure what I wanted. Super friendly and got me out the door in a timely manner with products that I'm excited to try. Thank you for all your help!

This place is high when it comes to price and most of the employees are way too high to be working. I was buying some cbd products and this employee told me how good they were and how he ate a whole container before coming into work and that this is a regular thing for him then he shows me a cbd drink that they don't even see and says his manager gave it to him to drink at work! How unprofessional on both their parts . I was told the manager doesn't care how high they are as long as they don't smell to strong

Love this place. Very clean inside. Colorful crowd! (Very good thing, love the diversity!) Especially fond of Artizen Saturdays. Great selection and prices, plus tons of parking!!! Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Great community building business, radiating positivity which is so needed and inspiring in these times.  A+++ highly recommended!

I guess I'm giving it two because it sells marijuana to the gen. pop. Staff is nice only when they receive a tip. Over priced like a lot of the shops. I smoke a lot of flower and they have some pretty good product like most shops but the flower is ridiculously over priced. They have weekly deals like other shops but would only come here if I'm in the area and need to re-up. Would recommend the drive to my other places that I have reviewed that have much better accommodations for its customers.

I will drive out of my way to go to Greenside! (Des Moines store) The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! The store is clean and they make an effort to keep #'s down in the store during this covid time! They carry a huge inventory and have decent prices. Keep up the great work!

This location is perfect if u r in Renton, Auburn, Kent etc. Greenside Recreational has it all. They have a daily specials. I order online to just go in and out. No lines to wait in. And a10% discount when u order online. I'm heading there as soon as they prepare my order. See ya there.

Generally a good experience. It's the weed shop that I normally go to all the time. Just a few things that you can improve on since you're asking me.. I wasn't reminded about how many points I have during checkout and it doesn't seem like anybody knows the exact rules pertaining to expired IDs.  But again, overall good experience and I really appreciate everything you all do.Thanks

The service varies here. The blonde girl working cash register tonight is awesome and super friendly every time my boyfriend and I come in. The guy who serviced me at the counter tonight?  wasn't too enthused about his job, it seems. He wasn't rude but seemed either too bothered to help me, or was just done for the night. Every time I come in with my boyfriend the service is awesome, it's only by myself when it varies. The prices are really high. There are tons of places in the area that have great prices and even better product. Marley 420 is right around the corner from me and, it has great prices, but poor hours . They also have 20$ eighths & it's top notch product. Green side rec is super high prices for a skimp on product. Tonight I bought a gram and it looked like two baby nuggs. The great thing about green side rec is there hours. I love that they stay open late & are way closer than emerald haze, but even they offer better deals. & also if you have deals your costumer service reps should let the consumer know! To start, there is no parking in front of the dispensary. You must pull into their large, sketchy looking side lot. I was concerned someone would hit a lick on my whip just for parking there in the dark. Good thing there looked to be an employee overseeing the vehicles?? Not really sure.....Inside, I was helped by Dominic. He was rude and sarcastic. I tripped over the edge of a rug and almost fell. Instead of asking if I was okay, he told me to go fix the rug. That's how you greet a customer who walks through your door? All budtenders also seem to spend a lot of time chatting amongst one another in the middle of helping customers. It's a shame, since their prices for certain growers are pretty competitive. I can't think of too many places where you can pick up an 8th of Area 51 (Artizen) flower for less than 20 bucks. All in all, they are one of the larger dispensaries in the county with a decent selection of products. Their prices are what you'd expect for the area. You can get deals if you know what you're looking for. I just don't see myself coming back though.

Check your packages! I walked away tonight from the shop expecting what i preordered and paid for, and was only offered something I didn't want and an empty tube. Paid full price for what I wanted just to be told by management that I'm just tryna cheat shit, when asked to be refunded. Y'all check your employees before you doubt your loyal customers. Again, check your items before you leave, cause you won't be refunded for anything. BUT They are sweet enough to tell you they doubt you and offer a 15% discount!!!

Man, I love this place! Very friendly bud-tenders and they remember you! They will help you get what you want, recommend strains for you, no judgement, and it's a cool lil spot! Plenty of parking to the south of the building and a cool lil store inside that sells glass bings, pipes, wraps, snacks, grinders, etc!

This a koo spot. I had a blast the whole time here. Samoan dude at the front was professional and personable and knows a lot about the zodiac signs, interesting lol. But shoutout to the guy that rang me up cause I asked for a recommendation and he dId a good job, I'm high af rn..... and the blunts almost just to half way... and I be smokin... I also just ordered onlline and they already had my order there that I ordered about 20 mins ago! 4 stars-parking

It seems like this place has really listened to a lot of the reviews. I have not seen the guy who works the door (referenced in my previous review) in quite a while. Thank God! All of the guys I encounter while walking in now are ALL friendly, all kind, and not sitting on their phone when you walk in. It's super nice, actually, and they're helpful! They've asked me a few times whether I'm here for an online order or not, and what to do if so. They almost always say something to me or other customers as we're leaving. The rest of the staff is awesome, as usual. I haven't had any issues with my purchases being incorrect. I do pay more attention now, but I've noticed that they actually double-check the items with me before bagging them. They have recently finished (or at least close to finishing) some remodeling inside, and it looks great! Excited to see what else they will do with the place!Their online ordering system has definitely improved - my order confirmation gets sent to my phone and is typically finished within three minutes. All in all, I'm still happy with this location and I'm very happy to see that it seems like they're listening to their reviews and genuinely trying to improve the business and overall vibe and attitude of the place. It's great!

Moved into the neighborhood, but I always drove into town to get my supply.  I always drove past this spot, and read the reviews and didn't ever bother to come in til' one   day I didn't feel like driving to Seattle.Finally stopped in the store, when I came in, "I was like, whoa there's a line I'm not use to this," But it moved swiftly.Met the rep (Devon), told him specifics. He got right to the point, asked which one he tried he pointed out papaya wedding cake.  He was very polite, and even wished me a Belated B-day.  When it was all said and done the bill was cheap and I didn't tip well I was cheap ( my fault )So next time I see you Devon I will tip well, cause what he recommended was pretty good.  We will be regulars.Thank you!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I usually buy my carts from evergreen market when I used to live in Renton and had zero issues returning or exchanging faulty carts. Moved to Des Moines a couple of months ago. They do NOT honor the return policy on cartridges. I went in to return a cart that stopped working (airopro series) and they wouldn't allow it, instead they gave me a new one which was the WRONG strain from the get go I had placed an online order for a different strain. Do yourselves a favor go to evergreen market if you can. Their customer service beats Greenside by a  mile

Every time I go here the staff is super helpful and prices are fair. Most recently I was assisted by Anthony. He was fun and professional. He helped me find exactly what I needed quickly and we had great conversation while we waited for an open register. I will definitely be returning for not just some of the best product but also for the delightful staff.

This was the closest dispensary to the airport 'cause yes, we got off the plane and hit up a dispensary.ID'd at the door. When you walk in you're in a third party's shop where you can buy paraphernalia.. (They had cheap little pipes for our recreational needs.)..but if you bypass this room into the next-- welcome to Greenside. You get in line and wait for the next available budtender. The guy helping us was really nice. I think he knows about the product but can't convey it like the people that overly state, "you know".. when you don't know because they can't communicate to you. We're in different zones.They had a color coded selection to show you which was indica, hybrid, or sativa. I think, generally, at dispensaries it's expensive but it is what it is. They have an assortment and I thought we had to go with pre-rolled joints but nope, remember they have cheap pipes in the next room. You choose what you want and you get in the cashier's line where they have your stuff waiting for you. Pay and be on your way. We did decide at the last minute in the cashier's line that we wanted edibles as well and they were able to grab that for us.Vegans beware of contents of edibles.

My favorite Rec shop in the area! Xavier has helped me a few times and always knows what to recommend. I love the environment, and they have a huge parking lot.

Unprofessional door people since the start of the business. What a shame. For example, they don't even stop their conversation with each other to greet you, they just expect you to know they "need" you to take your ID out of your wallet. When a pretty lady comes in though they drop everything and super unprofessionally hit on her. They also demand you to take your bag off and leave it next to the front door for anyone to grab on their way out (theres not even a reason for this policy) and then tell you they're not responsible for it even though they legally are. Aggressive door people. Always picking fights with other customers over the simplest of things. Bumped into me while I was grabbing my bag and basically demanded an apology from me (the same unprofessional dude aforementioned). Spent a ton of money here and went spend another dime here. I'll go to Seattle or Tacoma instead from now on.

I don't have a problem with the bud tenders, they are all super cool. This place is the closest to me and has a great selection. The touch screens of the inventory are also really cool. BUT, I really do not want to go there anymore. The front door/security/greeting glaring dude is so not welcoming. I have seen him on many of my visits and he seems more than cordial to his friends/people he knows, but those he does not know are met with quite a severe eye. Now that the glass walls have gone up partitioning off the pipes/accessories and the security desk has moved away from the front door you get this death stare as you walk towards him. (Shudder) I'm just there for weed, man, not to cause trouble. I don't feel like this anywhere else I go. So, I will go there. Elsewhere.

PSA: Inspect your buds before you open the container or bags! I bought a ounce of Gods Gift from Forbidden Farms, went across the street to get a swisher. As I opened the bag is smelled like burnt piss! I broke off a little nug from the long ass unmanicured buds to find spider webs! Took it back over to the dispensary across the street to be told they cant do anything because the packaging was opened.  ( Well yeah, I bought the weed to be smoked, not have spider webs on them!) However the budtender offered to give me 25%off on my next visit. I'm sorry that's not good enough! There should have been a option to switch out for something else! What good is a 25% discount for the next visit when I have a ounce of weed that cant be smoked? I rolled a blunt for my husband, as he was smoking the blunt it smelled like burnt tires!!!! Not happy at all with the resolution! Do better for your customers!! Especially when they are regulars!

I always shop at Greenside.  They have amazing customer service and they're one of the only places near me that's still open when I get off work. I usually order online before leaving work and pick up, sometimes my order isn't ready when I get there, but they have so many people working that usually someone helps me within 5 min and I'm out the door. Rang out with Anthony tonight, they were out of something I wanted and he gave a really good suggestion on another cartridge, and the price wasn't that much higher.They're also always running deals and have discount days for certain brands, or even just customer appreciation discounts.

I have given the place multiple attempts. Today was the last straw. I don't understand how the prices here are more expensive than other dispensaries and the weed is mediocre.The whole purpose of having an online ordering system is to decrease the inconvenience of waiting in line, so I ordered 30 minutes prior to my arrival, arrived and gave my name and stood there for an additional five minutes as the employees ran around in circles not knowing where my order was... Who I was... Or what I had ordered... This is literally the worst dispensary to go to, and it really sucks because it's conveniently located to my home, but I rather drive all the way to Seattle than ever commute here again... honestly.

I've never been into smoking. Coughing, sore lungs, etc. Not my thing. My boyfriend and I wanted to try edibles though, and I'd say things went pretty well.The parking lot for this place is HUGE, but don't be surprised if it's stacked. They ID you before you're even allowed in, and you're ID'ed again at purchase. The line was probably about 15 people long, but we got in and out of there quickly. The employee that we came across first wasn't really much for making recommendations,which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5. We straight up told him we were very new to this and he was just pointing in the direction of what we might be looking for instead of giving us a recommendation like we asked... The cashier gave us a lot better of an idea of what we are looking for than that dude did.All in all, I'd say it's a solid place if this is your kind of thing. Nice employees (especially the door guard), large selection, and quick service.

This place has been the most helpful and friendly one I've ever found sence moving to the area 3 years ago! The people that work there are wonderful! Kind, knowledgeable, always willing to help you find a deal on exactly what you are looking for. They have become mine and my husband's favorite place to go for quality cannabis! 5 stars always for them!

Depending on the time of day you go can be quiet busy, but always quick wait time and very friendly and knowledgeable staff .

As a fellow stoner, I've been to a few dispensaries around WA. This place sucks. They have no good deals, & the deals they do have all the product is trash. Uncle Ike's is a lot better in my opinion. They can sell you some pretty cheap, good quality stuff. I bought an eighth here for like 20ish bucks, I can buy the entire ounce at uncle Ike's for 60 of that same brand, same product. Also, the cartridges suck. I bought one & the exact same day I bought it, it already started leaking out of the top. Overall, very poor experience & if I could I'd rate this 0 stars. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Just trying to save a life I wish I would've known about all this before I went there.

YHUPP, went in to buy three grams of rosin (expensive) and I work for a dispensary also, so I asked for the industry discount, and they refused to look at our paystub and badges, which is digital, because it wasn't in paper. They didn't make the pre order, earlier in the morning WHICH WE ORDERED ON MY BREAK AT WORK FROM WORK SO THEY had a hard time finding the grams we PRE ORDERED. THREE big spenders, literally I dropped hundreds every time damn near, won't go back. One point one out of ten would not recommend.

I am just done with this place. The product selection is great, but the staff sucks. They are far too busy talking to each other.End of the day its a retail job. Stop talking and help the huge line of customers instead of playing around. I will drive elsewhere where i dont feel like i am at the DMV waiting in line to be helped by a surly employee.

I consistently go to this shop for all my cannabis needs while the lines are frustrating it is what it is. I know the crew well there and i spend ALOT of money and have always been satisfied with the weed more or less. Im reading the other Reviews and a few of these 1 star reviews and they are not fair in my humble opinion. While there are couple budtenders that are painfully slow and couple workers are high as hell continually , the customer service (face to face interaction-not waiting in line) is excellent. I went Ike's in capitol. Hill and wont be back- horrible service ( face to face interaction. And seriously people stop whining and complaining about the lines - there are options that make it easier - its hella sketchy area but that is also what makes it interesting, i don't know maybe i an going to Greenside to much lol Great place with sketchy surroundings but they fixed the parking lot!

I love this shop! Today I went in during their 25 percent off sale and had preordered an ounce, but they only had eighths and I was accidentally charge the eighth price. So I stopped back by and Josh, the manager, totally awesome guy, re-rang me and made sure that I got the ounce price and for my trouble he gave me a Vape pen and a silicone pipe for free. This is what you call customer service. I am a seizure patient and they always help me figure out which product would be best for me and my anxiety issues! Dominique and Martell are amazing with their recommendations! Highly recommend!!

First time I went here was last Wednesday.Parking,lack of restrooms,few types that were NOT gram sizes..ConsPros .. patient help,closeness,late hours.

I went in specificity to snag one of the Mother's day specials that they had posted online.. When I went in,  it was double the price! (Edibles) when I showed the post the employee didn't apologize for the mistake or offer another deal. When I did ask about their "deals" it's the normal prices of other shops and the lowest quality product. Bad prices and bad service. Mistakes happen but it seems they falsely advertise to bring people in. Something they could do to improve is get a menu/ to show the day's specials and have better customer service. It would help make up for the high prices.

Update: the mango juice is to die for and the price was amazing also. I will be revisiting before I fly home.

Greenside is the only place I go to get my cannabis and cannabis products. The staff are all knowledgeable and on the days when I dont know what I have the taste for,  I never have to worry because I just tell my budtenders that I prefer the indica strain, and they take it from there. I have NEVER been disappointed in anything that I have purchased from this establishment. Great location, great service, ample parking, and you can expect a top notch experience whether you puff, dab, use oils or edibles. I love you Greenside!! Please never close!!!!!

Super friendly staff and atmosphere. First experience at a dispensary and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Online ordering is so convenient and you can tell customer service is a priority here. The additional store and location are very convenient.

Pros: the selection is medium sized and there is a lot of parking.  The staff is sometimes reasonably knowledgeable.  The quality is good, but I expect that at any shop.  Some products are decent deals when they have the products I'm looking for.  Closest to SeaTacCons: the layout and pricing are both terrible.  Although the same can be said about a lot of Seattle pricing.  It's designed to be a production line and you don't get any feelings of comfort browsing or asking more than a few simple questions.  The entire small display is theatre-roped off to enforce the "line up and get processed mentality." Every time I've been there I felt tolerated and nothing more.  The selection isn't really that great either.  Now that I finally found a good shop in Seattle I doubt I'll ever be back here.

I just visited today, and Adam helped me. We discovered that half of my online order had been replaced with other things because they were out, but they'd never called me to ask if the replacements were ok. (One was not even close to the strain I'd ordered) To make it right, he gave me two 1g containers to make up for the 2g I was supposed to get, and he PERSONALLY paid the difference! I've never seen anyone so dedicated to customer service that they would pay out of pocket to make it right. I will definitely be returning! Be sure to ask for Adam! He truly cares!

By far the best selection I've seen in the numerous dispensaries I've been to. That's probably why there's usually a line. It's great that they have such knowledgeable staff, welcoming, and a separate line for pre rolls. I try to go to dispensaries closer to home (Federal Way) but just can't seem to compete with the quality goods from Greenside. Thanks for keeping me in a "Mellow Mood" guys and gals!!

2 stars only for pricing vs quality. They charge way more then most dispensarys and they have their lowest quality flower for their "deal" and their "specials" bring you back to normal prices of their competition. However if I could write a seperate review for customer service they would get 5 stars on that. Allison is very professional and knowledgeable. Raise time

This place can be great but the employees there are just sh**. They act like they doing you a favor by letting you by here. It is the closest dispensary to my house but from now on I'm shopping elsewhere. We are all human beings and we are all equal. No room for that here in the pnw. You guys should be ashame

This used to be my go to shop for greens but now I avoid this place if I can. The staff doesn't seem to understand their products or have the ability to help you pick something. I came here today and asked the person helping me for a few different strains, I asked if they had XY and Z products and the guy just stood there saying "I dunno......" and "I don't think so....." and didn't even bother to ask anybody or check for me. I also noticed they don't carry a lot of the higher end brands that they used to. I didn't recognize hardly any of the packaging displayed. I ended up spending about half of what I originally intended to due to the terrible service and lack of giving a crap. I've noticed they also raised their prices.I'll pass on Greenside for now. I prefer Evergreen Market in Auburn.

@GreensideRecDES has the worst customer service, the people called me a liar. I will not shop here again and will make sure everyone knows not to. I use to shop here a lot but not anymore #fail #badservice #greensideRecDES

Everytime me or anybody I've asked who has been to this dispensary has been so unpleasant the workers are so rude and disrespectful they treat you like you are in the way waste of time, several times I was met with no answers to my questions no options and then given low quality product. I was told I could do an exchange because they have no cash return so I leave to get more money and when I return the manager is in my face rude and shouting that "all sales are final" I think he should have honored what his employee told me if not I would not have left to get money and returned to disrespect. The only dispensary in the area so I'm forced to go but I would take the drive to auburn for evergreen. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

This rec shop is my go to recommendation for the area! Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a decent selection and good, competitive deals. I had the pleasure of talking David (I believe) and as a fellow BudTender I was happy with the service and the layout of the cases. They didn't have what I was looking for but had plenty to offer to compensate what I needed. I highly recommend them for this end of town! Thanks guys!

This place is terrible absolutely horrible customer service when I first went there my first experience was decent I didn't know what else existed out there so I thought they were cool I was new to the area so little did I know. Since my first experience they have steadily declined in customer service and quality they are five to $10 more expensive than everywhere else they sell you on bad product and don't really listen to what your needs or wants are. They take forever to help you and then rush you out the door it makes you feel like you're still kind of on the street making an illegal buy.  No Bueno I will try my hardest to never have to come back to this place again.

Came here looking for a specific vape pen which they had so I purchased my flower from the other side and came back to get my vape pen from the front after. Short guy curly afro "rings me up" tells me the Indigo Pro battery is 40 dollars which it's only 30 at every other store. He must have thought I was un aware. Then I forgot I wanted to buy some wraps so I threw that in the purchase her like... Oh they are on the house? Why? Because you pocketed my extra 10 dollars??? Apparently the receipt couldn't print in the front when I JUST got one in the back? This place is ghetto as hell and the people who work in the front are unprofessional. I now d ont have a receipt for my pen in case something goes wrong. And my guy got a extra 10 from me and who knows who else. Scammers.

Making online selection is easy. Get the confirmation text that your order is ready. But every time I've ordered from here. Every time they never have what I ordered.never. It's always when I'm en route to pick up that they don't have it which is disappointing and misleading. There should be better communication with inventory and online order.

Very kind people, I asked the bud tender to choose a top shelf strain for me and I'm not impressed with the weed quality. I called to see if there was anything they could do and I was told they couldn't help at all. If you're going to buy from here, beware the weed may be of low quality. You are totally rolling the dice with your money based on their recommendation.

After waiting in line for over 20 minutes I was finally called to the counter, I found the product I wanted to get and asked how much and if they do industry discount, because I work at a dispensary in Vegas. The lady said yes we do it's 20%.(she never asked in state or out of state) She then told me the total would be $36. So I went to the atm and took out the money needed. All for her to then tell me when I got back to the counter that she doesn't do out of state discounts, for whatever reason, makes zero sense of you ask me. But then told me I would have to take more money out and get charged again by their atm for a mistake she made. Safe to say customer service sucks here and they aren't very smart how they do business. Will not be returning.

I medicate with marijuana for health issues. When medicating I must use only indica strains. Today I had a 10 hour flight home to Seattle. When I left to the airport I called home to my lady who would be picking me up on the other end of my flight. I asked her to do a VERY important but VERY simple favor for me, and that was to swing by a rec shop and pick me up some Indica buds so I could medicate when I got into town on my flight. She walks into "Greenside recreational" on pac highway and tells the budtender what she needs. (A bud tender whos sole purpose in the job is to know his weed, and know what it does so as to properly assist clients in an educated decision for safety and all other obvious purposes)She instructs the bud tender that she needs a pure indica strain of flower. They commence trying to find one that fits.After trying to sell her a handfull of things she didnt ask for they come to a few good options.She reviews them all and finds an indica strain at 15 dollars per gram that she knows will work for me.As she decides she wants it she notes the price.The bud tender says "well if that price is too high i have this one at 13 dollars"She goes for the discount and pays the man and leaves.Well it turns out the bud tender carelessly gave her a SATIVA strain.Anybody that knows a thing about safe marijuana consumption, knows that giving sativa to an indica only smoker could be like giving sugar to a diabetic.I get off my flight close to midnight and we go home.I grab the bag to find its a sativa. Meaning no medication. Meaning no appetite. No mental stability. No damn sleep.Not only that but I open the bag to find that not only is it obviously sativa, but their "Super Blue Dream" is GARBAGE dry crappy weed. Take my review for what you will. You may think, "maybe they made a simple mistake, and this yelp writer is over reacting."But as Im sitting here writing this, Im all sorts of fucked for their "simple mistake" Im throwing their trash blue dream in the trash.I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE.If quality, educated staff, fair price/quality ratio, safety, or a good experience is something you want then go elsewhere just to be safe.Thumbs down.

I find this place to be a normal recreational spot. It's clean,somewhat secure. Prices are pretty up their. They have lower prices and more selection since firstOpening. If the state lowers the greed level it would work out so much better. Can I call our state leaders "ballers/shot callers"?

It's a tourist trap because it's right next to the airport, so they can get away with selling dry a** bud at a really expensive price. I think out of all of the dispensaries in the Seattle-Tacoma area this is the biggest ripoff, but maybe i'm just being dramatic. Employees are cool though so +1 star

Lovely staff, truly. This is what I consider a self shop, the guys behind the counter just guide u to what u want and they were very understanding and did not try to upsell me which I appreciate. Sativa all the way that morning and it was lovely. I would not waste time with any drinks, they were a waste, the edibles were cool but ur just better off getting their pre rolled $7 hybrids blends. This is my cousins go to since its around the way from them. Will be back!

I really enjoy going to Greenside.  They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never rush through a transaction .  David is especially helpful, and deserves recognition for all his hard work as a Budtender!

Terrible attitude from the security there and pot holes everywhere in their parking lot, in general a terrible location I'll stick to going to a different dispensary

Yeah this place is awesome!!! if you want to feel like a criminal, and get racial profiled where you have to look at the camera but the next guy can walk right through.. oh! And when you ask for a gram of thin mint and instead they give you some dried stuff that smells like grass.. greatest experience everrrr!!!!You gotta check this place out!

I feel like the prices could have been better but whatever.  This is the closest dispensary to SEA-TAC airport (approx 4 miles if I'm not mistaken) and they make that known, which could explain a bit of the price-gouging.  The employees were friendly and knowledgeable if we had any questions (we did but were in a rush as we had a cruise departing that morning and they were much accommodating).  The 'bouncer' at the door even took a few pictures of us in front of the store as he could probably sense how giddy we were.  Again, I'm sure there are probably stores with better prices, more expansive selections, etc. but for a first-time dispensary experience, this was more than satisfying and made my cruise that much more enjoyable.  Thanks guys!  I'll be sure to come through the next time I'm in Seattle!

Chris was wonderful. Very helpful. Much better then other places I've been. Selection has been good. Signed up for text alerts as well. Go in the second entrance though...large potholes going in first entrance. Busy place..they are quick though. Again thank you Chris for the great help.

Very skimpy overpriced sacks.  They are making money hand over fist so customer service is almost non existence.  Just make sure you moooooo while you go through the huge line........

Well I wanted to write a good review after finding out this is my closest dispensary and after going to other dispensaries with my military ID and DL and NEVER being refused, I didn't even make it pass the entry way so not much of a review I can leave except the fact that I was told by the door guy that my form of ID is not acceptable because of the LCB, which I can totally understand if what he said was accurate but after looking up the liquor control boards website for acceptable ID's and speaking with someone who works there, it clearly stated on their website that identification MUST be valid aka not expired, which mine wasn't, it did say military so I can see how the door guy could have gotten confused, but it's 1030 at night my husband had my car keys and already walked inside and then I got told that I can't even stand in the entry way and told me I had to leave the building. So I'm standing outside in the parking lot of a sketchy shady area. The part that really upset me, because everything else I understand about the rules and what not, was the fact the guy told me thanks for my service but also kicked me outside, I am a 100% disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD and MJ helps stabilize my episodes. I mean one of the main reasons why MJ passed in this state is because of military and PTSD. So now I'm outside in a dark shady parking lot all alone. Ill also leave thi(Door guy wasn't rude to me, I just don't think he realized how disrespectful it was to me to get thanked for my service which resulted in me having PTSD and then kicking me out of the building where I came to get medicine and had to be alone without my husband but again the door guy didn't know my history but next time don't bother thanking someone for their service and kick them out in the next sentence)

Not being very cultured in the world of marijuana, my husband and I decided to give this place a try. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. You're ID'd before you're allowed in the door, which brings you into a glass room with various pipes. Then you walk into "the" room. I don't have much to compare it to, as I previously mentioned I am new at this, but there is a LOT of different stuff there. Holy smokes! It's totally an adult candy store. The staff: they are amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with a girl who is totally confused. And I have loved the products I have purchased there. The prices seem decent. The whole process was extremely enjoyable and we will most definitely come here when the need arises. Oh and to top it off, they have a rewards program where you get 10% off after every 10th visit. When you sign up for this program they text you occasionally (less than twice a month) with sales and offers.

This places blows, point blank.... Cancer patients BEWARE, absolutely overpriced!!! Go to Kush21, down the road in Burien, 10 minutes away!!! Grams that cost $15-21 at "Greenside" are only $6-13 at Kush21.... STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF GREENSIDE... And, your customer service is THE WORST.... Same with your parking lot, lack of care for your handicap parking stalls and your check out process... All super horrible!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I know what I like, so I tell them that and how much I have to spend and they never, ever do wrong by that. They are legit!

I absolutely love the store and the staff!  Everyone is very professional and they actual stay informed on their product!!!  It's also pretty sweet that they offer discounts for being a repeated customer and they also offer industry discounts if you work in the 502 industry!  I love this place and it is my forever go to store :)

They have spruced the place up since my last visit and the service was way better. I was helped by David who was phenomenal and well informed. I felt that he knew what he was talking about plus he tried his hardest to accommodate my needs. The prices are a little high but well enough. There is always something here for every budget. I still stand firm concerning them charging for matches. Who does that?

If you want quality service and plenty of options, this is the place to go!! Every employee provides their undivided attention to you while you make your decision. Definitely check this place out and don't forget to share your experience here so the word continues to spread!

Greenside would be the dope at place to go to get wax and flower and everything else; there's a good vibe when you first walk in and get the help you need with whatever you buy. Everything I've tried there so far the best. Only way you know is if you got to Greenside

Derek was spaced out. Did not talk or make any suggestions. I asked someone else for help and they suggested panda glue. I smoked it and it is harsh and bad taste. You guys just made today my last time in this shop. There's too many other friendly shops with better tasting weed. Do not come here.

Great place to visit for nothing else then to try a cookie. They have a wide selection to choose from and parking is easy

The people are nice and the shelves are stocked, but since they are the only dispensery in the area - the line is usually out the door. Good for them - I just don't like to wait in line.

Wax prices are crap here, places in Seattle are more better priced. Everything else is fine.

This place was horrible. I drove way down to BFE to get some weed and the cranky bouncer said my REAL ID was fake and turned me away because he's too stupid to recognize a Montana ID. Would comment on the place but I can't even get in.

I go here several times a month with my boyfriend... About a month or two ago, I go in and have my ID out and hand it to the guy and he lets me through... Well 2 minutes later as I'm standing in line, the same guy came back up to me taps me hard on the shoulder and says "miss, come with me." I go back up front and he starts to interrogate me about my ID and accuses me of having a fake. He made me tell him everything on my ID and by the time I was done being harassed my boyfriend was already done and ready to go. The last few times I haven't seen him. Thanks for making your customers feel like they're criminals with their REAL ID's.

1st time in a dispensary, would give it 5 stars but dont have any thing to compare it to, but dont think i will ever be able to cause i dont think i would ever go anywhere else. Great staff very friendly and knowlegeable. Defiantly be back!.

Too expensive and you can't browse any of the product.  Try any other place, other than Emerald Haze in Renton; and you'll have a better experience for a lower price.

I've been to this place a few times. Every time I'm greeted by a security guard that acts like your putting him out to have him stand up from his seat and do his job. This place is so overpriced, from the flower to the Kief to the cartilages for the pens. When leaving I say goodbye to the guard, and he dosent acknowledge your existence.  There are many place to buy recreational marijuana, spend your money where you get treated with respect. The first person that you have contact with in a business shouldn't be a dick!!

I place my order the guy helping me gives me a price then when I get to the register they say is $10 more than what I was already quoted. Instead of honoring the price they switch it out for some less garbage stuff. I will never shop here after today. Also I picked up a pre rolled joint that was I the last chance case which is 10% off they charged me 11.50 but 10% ok 12 is 1.2$. So not only are they bait and switching the can't do math. Don't buy here you will be ripped off.

I'm only giving it four stars, only because I've nothing else to compare it to. My wife and I were back in town after living on the east coast and stopped by to have a look. The entire business seems very clean and well run with a good selection.  I went in looking for edibles and was impressed by a knowledgeable staff who told me about items I didn't even know existed. It was also a nice surprise to find that everything is very well marked with potency and the staff were able to explain what does what. We will certainly be returning to these guys.

Security was so rude to me I was trying to play nice and act funny and he was so rude and tried to kick me out of the weed store. Dont go here, rude security and overpriced. Yuck

I give this place a 5 star and I really hope it stays this way. I was very new to smoking and buying weed and was very glad that I had people there who are patient with me and help get me the things I was looking for. They're friendly and they don't make you feel judged for not knowing much and I really appreciate that. But there was that one guy who seemed annoyed with me and wanted me gone right away. Just happened only one time and my first time talking to him. The place and the people are great, not sure how to feel about that guy in particular though.

The people working here put up with a lot of bull shit and deserve a lot more patience from customers. Thank you guys for working and being available during this pandemic

The best dispensary I been to In Washington. They always have deals going on and have so much variety when it comes to having options. It does get packed on the weekends but online orders make it easy!

This place charges too much for weed in general , you can honestly go to zips cannabis and find the same farmers and strains , for half of of what this place is charging , they're literally charging $380 an oz for some regular when you can get the same strains by the same farmers anywhere else for 125-180 tops

This place WAS my go to dispensary for almost 2 years but not anymore for a few reasons: - the price on ounces is ridiculous. I used to be able to find a decent quality ounce for around $85-$120 which was fine but now you can barely find one in there for less than $200 and if you do, it's like bottom of the barrel trash. - there used to be several Black staff who worked here but overtime they've all disappeared. The white ppl who have always worked there are still there but most of their staff of color aren't there long. Diversity here seems more like a formality than a choice. - they sell stale blunt wraps in their smoke shop. Everyone knows if you lightly press on a pack, you can feel the stiffness of the wrap without opening. Soft = good, hard = stale. Once I bought 3 packs of game leafs from this store. After I got them I took one out of the bag and felt it. It was a BRICK! I very politely asked if I could exchange it for another pack of the same flavor, and the girl behind the counter refused! She said they couldn't return tobacco products but i guess have no problem selling stale ones. every single one of those wraps i had were useless. they crumbled immediately as the touch. so that was $10 completely wasted.  - some of their staff don't know enough about weed to be selling it. they stick to 1 or 2 options that they know of but don't offer any choices outside of that and I get the strong sense it's because they don't know what else could work for what the customer is asking. Thankfully, I've tried enough strains and farms to know which ones I like and can pick things for myself, but if I was a novice weed smoker, coming here would be a headache. - the final time I came here, they had no good choices for ounces that weren't like $300 and I understand being competitive in your prices but there are too many other good dispensaries around here with consistent deals and more variety -- the inflation in prices doesn't make sense, especially if they don't have the product to back it up. Even with their loyalty program doesn't really help bring the price down anymore. I go to Kush21 now. It's literally 15 minutes away from this place and a much better experience. They have big discount deals literally every day, a good mix of top shelf and mid shelf options and I'm back within my price range comfort zone.

Great deals, friendly staff, in and about in under 10 minutes. Selling pre-packed oz for $80 - grade B flower. The parking situation is a little weird as all of the parking is on the side of the building. Overall very satisfied and will be back.

I received a deal from a text from them stating product + Product up to 7G would be 20% off. Going in and trying to purchase they tried to tell me I couldn't have it because you had to buy 7G in 1 single item. How is a joint ever going to be 7G?!?!?!?!  Being in marketing personally I knew what they were telling me wasn't legal. I just moved to Federal Way, but will never be going back to this shop. The ones in Burien are so much better. Don't stop here.

Never again! I thought I was doing everyone a favor by ordering online and also thought I got a deal when they sold me an 1/8th at 15% off at $33. Then I got home but instead of being able to smoke I spent almost an hour taking all the sugar leaf out. I feel like that's completely acceptable when I'm buying from the street dealer down the street. But from professional growers to a professional business you all look bad. Greenside for selling this and these growers for throwing this quality marijuana into a container. The only reason I gave you two stars was because my bud tender was really nice. Too bad we both missed this!

Totally new staff here except for a few. Such a weird vibe in this place. There are only about four bud tenders across their staff that seem to be able to tell you anything about the products. That friendly, welcoming, and fun vibe is totally gone. I actually had several negative experiences with bud tender Cezanne but Brendan and Josh always have great suggestions and are some of the staff still here from their best days. Not sure if management changed or what but it's definitely different in there unfortunately.

First time visit to Greenside Recreational Dispensary. Big crowd in line outside the doors, but seemingly well monitored and controlled. Some confusion for those in line as some pre-ordered (on-line order) vs perusing products in store. Might speed up processes if on line orders had quicker service. Searching the web I found that they were having a great sale so decided to stop in for a look. Entrance controlled by a 'security person', then upon entering one must remove their COVID mask and mug for a wall mounted camera (security system), then you step into line. Of course the on-line orders where going much faster.Parking is provided immediately south of the shop. I missed it first time driving by. Staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable.

I always want to try new things and I always ask the staff about different products and opinions and they're always very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention super friendly..
