I placed my order online for pick up. The staff was great, they answered all my questions and gave me a bunch of information about the products. Overall the store was very clean and the whole experience couldn't have gone smoother. Definitely will be coming back.

Stopped in here yesterday (7/20/21 3Ish) and Joe gave me great service. However,  I found the older guy in the ball cap behind Joe's seat making inappropriate comments, inserting himself into the conversation extremely rude.  He was making thinly veiled personally insulting remarks about me.  Let me guess he's the guy who leases the corvette out back?  He was making remarks about how much better he was than me for having it.  I felt like saying back to him him "nice payment."   if this rude person interrupted my sales people like this I would fire him on the spot.  What a jerk. I'll be going elsewhere and recommending friends go elsewhere until this is addressed below:  I'd like to know people have been interviewed and he was fired.  He had no place around customers.  Joe was great.

This was a Flagship store untill Muv started "Dispensary Rescue" program. Taking the manager from this dispensary and sending him off to failing dispensaries for business rescue. Not a good business plan in my own opinion, and this is an opinion. The people here are wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of them, they are good hard working people. I believe this  is more of a corporate plan.  I feel that if the budtenders were paid better and allowed to build rapport with the patients business would increase. This would cut down on the never-ending cast of new faces and names to keep up witth.

They are so helpful here! Really go out of their way to make you comfortable and great easy atmosphere!! LOVE the products here!!

Staff is very informative and courteous. They are truly there to help. Josh and Tayler are great!

I took my first trip to the dispensary today since getting my Medical card and Matt made things so easy for me!! He explained every product, showed me some of his favorites, and overall hooked me up with a great deal and gave me an awesome experience. I’ll be back soon for sure!!

(I have worked at a dispensary here in FL so I didn't need to ask much for information. This is about your awesome staff.) First time here and had Matt as my consultant (not sure their titles at MUV) and had an absolute blast talking to him while feeling right at home. The other staff members were all in fact nice to talk too. Unlike some places were they won't even give you a look or welcome. I will 10/10 come back to this location every time. Also the product I got was so good I forgot what I was writing half way through. GGWP.

This was my first trip to a Florida dispensary and Matt made it an enlightening and fun experience. He took the time to explain all the new technology and options that are out there. I highly recommend a visit to Muv and Matt.
