Not much product for $80.00I got the calm pen. Staff was nice and helpful. Not sure if I will be back. Expensive.

The pre-charged pens are faulty. I lost brain cells sucking on that thing waiting for the light to turn on. It never worked right. I spent about $300 on various items at the dispensary, none of them work right. Even the pens every dispensary uses in the tubes from pharma cannis don't work right. I almost wonder if they got a good deal on some reduced inventory. I will NEVER return to this place. I'm thinking about taking the 50 min drive back to the store to return everything I purchased because it's so F!@#$ annoying. I've never had these issues with other dispensaries. I reached out to customer care and the manager Jessica contacted me. BUt there is NO WAY they don't know about issues with the pre-charged pens. Even the girl Destiny when I called said they don't always work right. Okay I live 50 minutes away, I don't have time for yall to MAYBE GIVE ME A PRODUCT THAT WORKS RIGHT. If you have knowledge of your stuff not working, maybe time to pull those products. But what do I know....I'm just a customer that will never return, except maybe to return all this crap product I bought from yall.

I'm grateful for this dispensary because it's the only one that is less than an hour away from me.  It's very professional.  I like that I can make an appointment, so there's usually only a few minutes wait.  The vape pens are awesome - so easy and so effective.  They only offer 3 types of cannabis delivery: pens, capsules and oil.  I feel confident that they have a quality product and I'm treated with respect.  Yes, it is expensive... but no more so than other dispensaries. I was recently in Denver, where Cannabis is legal for recreational use.  I, personally, don't have a problem with that.  I did buy some in different forms (cream and patches were my favorite), that I liked... but most of the products were much less effective, in my opinion.  Quality is unreliable.  Not much cheaper... I'd rather get it in NYS where it is produced under strict hygiene and quality standards.I was disappointed to go in the 2nd visit to find out they only take cash - as at the first visit they accepted debit cards.  I was unprepared, and it was very inconvenient.  Their web site still says they accept debit cards, but you should definitely call first.

The absolute worst experience ever.  I have been there no less than 5 times and have only walked out with product ONCE.  i show up, their credit card machine is broke, i show up, they are out of product, i show up and they have some kind of lame excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME. they are SO RUDE!  You got this guy at the front desk who cops an attitude with you every time you go in.  Asks if you have an appointment - you have 2 people sitting in your lobby. Last time I went, i walk in, he says have you been here before, I say yes, and then he says - oh well i have to tell you we are out of this and this, no wait, i think we are out of that and that, and so i ask, well what the mg dosage of this product, and he says and i quote "i dont know dude Im a cop, just sit down and ill have a pharmacist talk with you."  first of all, im not your DUDE, you may call me Mr. Ferrari, sir, or Chris.  Second of all, i DO NOT like the idea of an undercover cop sitting at the front desk - all he does is talk with some other asshat aimlessly walking around the lobby wearing a suit like he is important.  Let me clue you guys in - you're not fooling anyone with the suit - you have a toxic environment that is not friendly and you have sick patients looking for medication  - be professional, i don't want to listen to you gossip with your coworkers while I'm sitting to meet with someone.  So anyways, i get in there to the pharmacist, and they say - oh well we are out of this this this and this (completely different than what the cop at the front desk told me.)  This is where i snapped.  i told them that every time i come in i leave empty handed.  and the girl was just like - oh well - its a blessing we get to even do this.  and i said no its not a blessing, its a law now - you're a business and youve been open a year and a half and there is absolutely no excuse to have your dispensary running like this.  she shrugged her shoulders.  some old guy in a lab coat said - we wish it would run a little more smoothly here.  SO RUN IT SMOOTHLY!  medmen is why i am not renewing my card for a second year.I can assume that every other location is probably awesome and nice, but the staff at this one, are just awful.  just plain awful. really terrible vibe from this place.  do yourself a favor and go to pharmacannis - they ALWAYS have product, and everyone there is SO NICE and they really take their time to answer questions - they are not pretentious or dressed in suits like a bunch of douche canoes.  much better vibe - feels like a professional environment, not like medmen.

I love this store. The reps are very knowledgeable and the most helpful. I love the CBD salve, which is great for pain relief and they have a few different CBD teas that I like. Coconut is my favorite. You go in and they are very open to answering questions and giving tips and information. The staff takes people's identification if they are getting a medical prescription filled and ask them to wait. It seems to flow nice and they help them select whatever it is they are coming to get. All other products that aren't medical consists of teas, salves, lotions, sprays and more. I have found the collections to be quite extensive and the service to be top notch

We went to MedMen and the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I myself have visited other medical marijuana stores in the area, and this store is the best!!! Adam and the Store Manager Kelsey were amazing. Kelsey spent a lot of time with us. She did a lot of teaching and answered our questions ( we had lots). I look forward to returning to MedMen in the near future. Thank you to the amazing staff! I would recommend this store to family as well as friends.

Very nice and helpful. Kelly was awesome and really helped me with online and explaining everything. Great service and definitely recommend.

Clean , bright , extremely helpful, friendly staff. Complete opposite of my experience at The Botanist where I was turned away at 5:05 on because they stop accepting new patients at 5pm. This was after driving 30 mins to get there . They’ve lost my business through that interaction and Med Men has mine, through their superior customer service .

I will be going to MedMen from now on. Kelly R was very helpful and I really appreciate all the time she took to assist me. I highly recommend MedMen.

Kiah took her time to explain all my options. I do not have my State certification yet. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Her customer service skills was astounding!!
