The staff is always friendly and willing to share product info. Best deals & prices around in my opinion.

They adjusted to the recreation crowd very well and stayed loyal/went beyond for their medical patients.

Now that recreational has passed this place has dramatically raised all of their prices. The offer of a 10 percent discount for card holders is insulting, especially since we are the ones that helped you build your business. I have been a patient since you were located on ironwood, but no more. $12 edibles are now $14 and they no longer offer the 20 percent munchie Monday deal. The quality of the flower is down but the prices have sky rocketed. No more super saver deals either for when money is tight. I can't imagine how much rec users are paying, especially with their higher tax rate. I've taken my business down the road to crimson.

My first time in today. My bud tender was nice and helpful! The strains all smell and taste great. I do wish they had a higher dose edible. Like a 100mg Chill Pill or the higher dose of the Yummy Gummy. They could also use some of those dried fruits from Uncle Herbs.

I was not going to write a review but thought people should know about my experience. I am a vet and I was going to pick some product for my son.(which I found out you are not allowed to do).did not know what he was getting but read what was on the post it note he gave me. The cashier had to run back and get what I had told him to get .It was not ready even though it was called in by my son. I guess I was not paying close enough attention to what he was saying as he packaged it up. Paid left ,went home ,low and behold wrong product. went back and basically was told this is not their problem. I told them it was not my fault I received the wrong product. argued with a little girl who was supposedly the manager. She said her cashier was right. He had stated he did not hear what I had said through the plexy glass barriers which is an ongoing issue according to my son who was a frequent customer , she still backed him. The customer ,according to this manager is never right. I did get a little heated being called a liar and was asked to leave. Another employee who happened to be a vet spoke to me outside. I calmed down and apologized to all involved. In my opinion the one who should be in charge should be the vet who was very professional. The so called manager should be retrained or just become a "bud tender". Customers are not valued here .Lots of other dispensaries around find one that appreciates your business. I thought you would want to keep repeat business. Sooner or later you have to have some sort of a wake up call We will be taking are business elsewhere from now on.
