Budtenders are very friendly, great service and definitely "cozy".  Would recommend to a friend and return again to purchase.

Love this shop. It's small but packs a huge punch. The shelves are always brimming with great bud choices and even when the shop is busy I've always received quick and friendly customer service. I recommend NW compassion to all my friends. And the cupcake shop next door is pretty great too.

My husband and I just went down to this dispensary for the first time...my husband has never been into a dispensary before and I've only gone into a couple. When we got to this store, there was a guy standing outside and informed us that he was in line...about 3 minutes later, a couple walked out, and the guy In front of us went in. We waited until another guy walked out and we hit the call button and both showed our id's, then they buzzed us in. As we walked in, the guy behind the counter, a younger guy & heavy set, yelled at us. He yelled in front of everyone "this isn't a free for all, you don't just walk in here, one of you needs to leave" I was so shocked and taken back. He saw our ID's and our faces in the camera, so why not inform us just one of us was allowed in? My husband was pissed told me to hurry, and stormed out. I got some smoke and asked him if he could roll me a joint. I saw on their website that new customers get a free pre-roll. He chuckled and said "no I don't do that, I'm not that good at it and I've got two many customers to do that." Then he proceeded to joke about it with the other clientele. Wow! So needless to say, my first time in this dispensary was a disaster. I left feeling embarrassed and furious! I'm so shocked at the customer service I received....I did my research and their store got great reviews, and this dispensary had the best website, ect. so I was excited to check it out. look, I know they have hundreds of customers and their store is very busy, However this employee should be a little less abrasive and a lot more friendly. Ive been a hairstylist for 12 years and ive been in the customer service industry for 20 years and I would be mortified if employees treated any customer poorly! That's a direct reflection on me and my business. People talk and I make most  of my business through word of mouth, so customer service is my top priority! I wanted to love this place so badly! Bummed!

I had subpar experience only time I went there.  I bought an oz of blueberry for $220 (after tax) and I didn't notice it at the time, but it was 2/3 - 1/2 shake.  I emailed them about this and they said I could return it but its just far away from me and not really worth my business.  They had high amounts of variety and I bet their other strains were good, but they had high prices and lower quality ratio compared to some of the other stores I like.  I didn't like how the employee was saying not to "menu shop online" because thats what I frickin' do on leafly man.  If you can't keep your menu database updated, don't get mad that we use the menu.  I liked getting a free cupcake next door with the ounce though.

I don't know where to start to be honest. One of the employees ( Robert) was so rude to me I was shaking. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected ever by someone working in a business in customer service. I had bought a cartridge the 19 th (Tuesday )from them to go on my pen. I noticed with both the pens it does not work and the draw vapor was almost nothing. When I had put it on a second pen it still did not really work and also this little pin came out the bottom when I took it off the second pen. I put it back in the cartridge and put it on the pen again. It did not work very well still. It came out a few times so I decided I wanted to take it back. I took it back on the 22nd (Friday) around 3 ish with my receipt when two men were working . I told the guy exactly what happened and he told me perhaps my pen was the issue. Let me say I every cartridge I've ever gotten has worked with the first pen I tried the cartridge on. The second pen is usually my back up pen when The first is not working. My battery pen was exactly like Roberts pen. Then he told me maybe my pen was dirty and was loosing connection to the  cartridge. I told him it's not possible because I had cleaned them both before putting the new cartridge on the batteries. He started going on talking about how they leak. He took my cartridge put it on his pen and put his moth on my cartridge to see if it worked . Really ? You put your mouth on my cartridge!? He goes on saying it worked  ,but I didn't see anything come up. That's when I asked him if he wanted to see the batterie pens I have and take a look at the connection. I brought my pens with me to show them what I had to put the cartridge on.  That's when he flat out said well I'm sorry I can't help you with our items that we have on sale on Tuesdays.  I couldn't believe after all That he was dishing out to me he finally come out to the decision he couldn't replace it because i bought it on Tuesday. I told him "well I'm sorry sir , if you can't help me I'm going to have too give you a bad review since I spent 35$ on this and am a customer That came all the way out to sandy to purchase from you and drive back because I have issues with the product . "  He then rudely began saying "I'm sorry you choose to live out in sandy and my name is Robert do you need me to spell it out for you ?"  He was saying this to me in front of another customer embarrassing me and upsetting me. I walk out the door saying " wow what ever dude !" Because I COULD NOT BELIEVE he talked to me like this. Being in customer service for over 10 years I couldn't dream of being this rude to the companies customers. If I was the owner I would seriously advise them to never be disrespectful of a customer or Would go as far as termination. I don't know if he has ever been this rude to anyone else but I'm appalled. I will never return and I definitely told a lot of my friends about it and a couple have told me they have received really crappy customer service. I know neither one of those men were the owner and would like to contact the owner about this mans behavior. I don't even want to give this one star but I have to to post this review.

Theres times I go in, and everyone greets me. MOST of the time I go in and they barely acknowledge my existence. They seem to be "tight" with a lot of their customers, yet Ive gone in over a handful of times and I still get this awkward experience. Like I said, there are times when they are very nice, and others when they just treat you like an inconvenience. I have gotten attitude from 90% of the women that work here, the big guy,  but NEVER have I gotten it from the other guy that works here. HES SUPER NICE! If you can, I would have him assist you and no one else. (I will try to describe him without sounding judgmental lol) hes the thinner one, not super short but shorter than the bigger guy here, hes a little bit older, but hes always full of energy and very welcoming, and for that I THANK YOU!

Terrible service, the second we walked in they didn't greet us but when another customer walked in they greeted that person instead. No good selections on the pre rolls, I asked the employee what kind of strain the sativa joint was and only gave me the name but lacked on additional info. No eye contact and rarely spoke to us when we asked for help. Usually when I go to dispensaries, they provide info on how it makes you feel, whether it's body/head high, which one relaxes or keeps you up during the day and they didn't do any of that. Don't recommend going.

Pros: Excellent selection, Cupcake & Teriyaki shop attached (seriously yummy stuff on both accounts), very friendly staff (no skimpy-dressed ladies employed for those of us who are uncomfortable with that kind of thing, so it's safe! no offense to anyone who dresses like that), awesome deals (1/2 an oz cartridge for $90... these guys have a full 1 oz for $45, so they're not gouging people so nice!), the flower selection is very nice lots of CBD strains. Cons: Small place, one person at a time can enter, you have to show your ID at the camera to get in - seriously the only con, well worth a trip. Love that they are local! I hate having to drive so far for my medicine, really love that these guys are so close. They give 25% off the cupcakes next door with your receipt as well *winks*

Their selection is horrible, their top shelf is ugly,smokes horrible and is all way way over priced. If you want a good dispensary head to Cannabis Nation!

The only reason this isn't one star is because one of the employees there was pretty knowledgeable and they had a surprising selection given the small size of the place. Gaining entry to this place can be a bit frustrating. There is a multi-step procedure posted on the door which spells it out so as long as you and everyone in line in front of you follows it you shouldn't have any problems. It's nearly impossible to hear the intercom due to traffic noise.  I visited them on a Friday night about 1 hour before closing. My wife had asked me to pick up a 1g Hush cartridge of whatever sativa they had available. When I got there all they had were .5 grams. I didn't want to hold up the line while calling my wife to present her with the options so I went with the .5 gram. When I got home about 20 minutes later she said she would have preferred the 1 gram in whatever strain was available and asked if I had a receipt. I had not been given a receipt but didn't think much about it at the time. My wife shops there regularly and said they usually stick it inside the OMMP required pouch. So I called the place to explain my situation and they were absolutely no help.  I explained that they hadn't given me a receipt but that I had been in there 30 min ago. The guy on the phone said they didn't remember me and couldn't help me out without a receipt. I explained that I never got a receipt and that my wife wasn't really happy with my purchase and if there was any way he could help me out. His response was something to the effect of "yeah, well this is why we always tell people to be sure they know what they want before coming in here". So not only did he not help to resolve my issue but I got a bonus mini-lecture as well. Some businesses still don't get it that these are real "make it or break it" moments for a customer's loyalty. Had they made any attempt to resolve this issue I'd probably be inclined to go out of my way to give them business in the future. Also the resolution of these type of situations, good or bad, are inevitably related to friends and sometimes posted on social media.  It would make good business sense to give someone that called you as soon as they got home the benefit of the doubt that even though they don't have a receipt that they probably aren't trying to get over on you.  There's just too may dispensaries in the area now to put up with sub-par service.

This place should be sued for false advertising. They claim to "guarantee" everything they sell, whatever that means. Claiming if you are not happy, they aren't. Overpriced. If you change your mind and want a refund on an unopened bag, you will be met with inexcusable rudeness. What kind of guarantee is that? The weed is always poor quality. Will not be returning.  The place is like a bedroom sized hole in the wall, and you have to show your ID to camera as the front door is locked. All the bad reviews are justified, all with similar experiences. Cannot express how rotten the employees conduct themselves, the owners obviously don't care about anything but themselves. Highly NOT recommend.

This place is straight trash almost all the employees look like ex tweakers. This place is a scam it's the only place in the WORLD that charges you $2 for a "exit bag". Every other dispensary gives you that for free this place is a straight scam knowing damn well no one just carries around extra bags with them then they want to charge you money for it I will never go there again and the flower is mediocre the cartridges are garbage

This place screams CRUSTY. You want to buy weed that looks like hay and stems? COME HERE! You want to pay for an exit bag that's given to you for free at other dispensaries? COME HERE! The shop is the size of a broom closet and really claustrophobic. The employees looked severely unhappy. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Probably the dispensary I've had the pleasure of enjoying.  You gatta love the "advertisa-dolls" out front!  Most importantly the prices are fair! They're not asking too much for medical grade stuff! And even the residential prices are reasonable. Most importantly though the staff is very helpful and patient furthermore they take the time to help you even if you don't have no clue what's going on. This is quite a contrast in regards to other clinics where too many of them just want to process you through like McDonald's not here at the compassionate Clinic!GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!:-) :-) :-) :-) :-)!!

Horible spot to go to they sold me a defective 27$ 1/3 of a gram of buddies and wouldnt let me exchange it. Not even 2 min after buying it. They just didnt care at all.

Service was outstanding and the two employees working were very patient and informational. The vibes were awesome in there and theselction was amazing all around the store. I highly recommend this place as a first dispensary stop for anyone looking for a good dispensary.
