Great place! People are super educated on it and helped me find the best stuff for my epilepsy.

Fantastic service and nice variety of goods. So civil! You need your driver's license and either cash or a debit card.

GreT service great product.  Ordered via website and everything went smoothly.  Leave a couple of hours to get order ready.

I have visited silver therapeutics four times. I come all the way from Boston on my way to visit family. Giant parking lot, very friendly and helpful staff, And I've never waited more than five minutes although I do tend to be there in the early afternoon when maybe it is quieter. Like all recreational marijuana dispensaries, it is expensive but I like knowing  exactly what I am getting

No line, no wait. 2 police in the parking lot.  Pizza next door, as well as Mexican and a beverage store.

Staff is very rude. Will not be coming back. Terrible customer service and communicationThey had use wait 25 mins for the order and definitely did it on purposes.

Very poor experience over all. The product wasn't what was advertised online. The staff were very friendly but ownership seems a little sketchy. I'd recommend Berkshire roots a bit further away. They have always been very helpful to any one I referred!

Very nice.  i explained my needs as a pain patient.   I wanted to purchase 2 or 3 products but they suggested I try the one they reccomended for my needs.  That is amazing.  I would have spent much more but they valued my experienceTherefore they have built my trust

Just had an absolutely A+ customer service experience here. Actually, every trip to this dispensary has been great so far.Definitely recommend these guys over the chaos and long lines of the south county stores.

I can't compare ST with other dispensaries because I won the lottery w them being my 1st choice! The only reason I'd consider looking elsewhere is when ST opens a store in NY! But till then, I'm very happy! With the staff being no.1 ! People like Racheal & Hunter.. bravely going from car to car in neg. deg temps.. always cheerful and kind! I don't know how they do it! I'm their often enough to know it's always the same! Always pleasant! They even go out of their ways and fix a minor fault and except full responsibility! (Respect is earned remember, so don't go and take advantage of their kindness!) Next.. the products are pretty exciting! You know what you're getting but how.. it's like Christmas! I try ordering something different each time and so glad I do since each thought out source they offer are real quality products! I got a beautiful lighter and a great vap pen .. with the product! I love the containers to reuse or recycle but I do wonder if they take back the containers.. hmm.. anyways, rain or shine I promise you won't be disappointed!! Love ya guys! Keep up the good work!

I am glad I waited to review as my first experience was a bit rough around the edges, but not typical of all my other visits. The menu varies with the recent shortage of high end product, but is typically better than average. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's right now in a 3 way tie for my favorite dispensary in the Berkshires. It also, being in Williamstown, is only subject to the state tax, not the BS city tax in North Adams and Pittsfield. I mean you can't blame the other dispensaries for that but it is another advantage of getting things here.

We like silver good products and choices. Friendly and helpful staff. High prices, but more recently have had lower price options.

This place deserves 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. The prices are more than reasonable by MA standards. 2. There are never any lines while I’m there, and I can pre order ahead of time. 3. The staff is awesome, and the guy with the fishman donut lanyard helped me twice and was efficient and great to talk to. 4. This should be number 1, but the quality is terrific 5. The drive from Troy is gorgeous with some of the areas best mountains views. What’s not to like?

Always a great experience when I go here. They have recently started adjusting their prices which makes it even better! Always friendly staff. The space itself is small though. Ordering online makes this an even quicker stop.

Love this store! Been going off and on since their Day 1 and it's the only weed store I EVER want to go to, will go 30+ minutes out of my way to buy their stuff. Like many say here it's the super friendly chill upbeat staff they have. Cheery and good-looking (especially a certain curly haired cutie with the sweetest smile) - miss the parking lot delivery a bit that was awesome! Anyway HIGHLY recommended.

Third time visiting. It's a small place, but it never feels claustrophobic. The staff is friendly and helpful. They move the line quickly. The prices are reasonable and the quality is high. Plenty of parking nearby.
