This has got to be the absolute worst dispensary I have ever walked into in my entire life. Once you get through the door and you are yelled at through the glass to go back outside because they have reached their capacity, you will have a better understanding. The staff there is overly nice to the point where it's very clear that you are an inconvenience to them. Think of talking to either Buffy, or Biff, or Chad, or a name that someone annoying has. They always act like they are better than you.  It kind of starts with being asked to wear a mask, when the CDC says that we do not have to. When the company puts in special rules that no one else has, it showing you that they think they're better, they think they know better than the science they swear they follow. This company will NOT last long. Cutaleaf in Morton always has 20 people before me.... I am still out in 20 mins. It takes that long to get in the back room with these people. This would be an excellent business for Houtzdale Pa., or someplace you never would hear of unless you had to be there. Their idea of a major sale is 10% off. I got news for them 10% off is a daily occurrence anywhere.  You can make a big deal out of it when it's like a third off or 25% off or 50% off. I spent about $100 for every $5000 I spend at this place. Mostly because once in a great while, they will have a product that I am looking for. "Durban Flower" was the last reason. NEVER AGAIN!!

Any unbelievably poor on line ordering system. The system will  frequently not let you place orders for in-store or curbside pick up. Call the dispensary and you will get  lame invitation to come to the dispensary - "most of the sale medicines are in stock". I travel 25 miles to visit this dispensary, I am not going to  travel to maybe get the medicines that they represent as available on their web site. This goes along with long waits at the dispensary when you are able to place an on line order. As the previous reviewer indicated this is without a doubt the most poorly run/managed dispensary in the greater Philadelphia area. A shame, a location with great potential that is cluelessly run.

I cannot understand the wait times at this dispensary. It absolutely makes no sense. Every other dispensary in the area ensures their wait times are as brief as possible, while this location seemingly cannot get their head out of their own ass. No matter what time day or night there will be multiple people waiting, and multiple bud tenders standing around with no patients. Do better beyond hello. Do better.  Also stop putting my medicine upside down in the bag!

This is the closest dispensary to my house and I will NEVER use them or ANY other BEYOND HELLO dispensary again.  Like many, I rely on medical marijuana to help alleviate chronic pain and like many, I can use as much help as I can get in paying for my medication so when Beyond Hello began offering a reward program, I signed right up. Like all rewards programs, there's fine print and it's always a good idea to read the fine print. In theirs the fine print explains how points expire after 6 months. Here's where it gets tricky...  As I'm sure you can imagine, it takes some serious spending to acquire some serious points and therefore any kind of serious discount. And so, after spending some serious $$ I was just under the threshold (by 12 points) to receive the $60 discount. I went in on Friday and made a purchase spending another $261. The points from that purchase when added to my balance would've bought my next few days worth of medication I take for severe inflammation which I would've gone back and picked up the next day on Saturday. The problem with that is the points aren't added automatically upon purchase, it takes 2-3 days, longer if you purchase on a weekend. "Just poiicy, is the answer I was given when I asked the reason. What I can't seem to get an answer to is why is it that it takes 2-3 days, longer if you purchase on the weekend, to add points and yet right at the 6 month mark they delete automatically. If they delete automatically they should be added automatically. I lost a significant discount because that's just "the policy". They lost a customer because that's the policy.

Have been coming to this location since they have opened and have always gotten top notch help and recommendations. PC gab Schneider always has vast knowledge of all products on the menu and always goes out of her way to make sure you have the best dispensary experience. The entire staff is so friendly I always look forward to going in! You’re all aces

Best dispensary in my area. I Come here all the time. They are extremely kind and are always there to help. Me and my brother have been coming here for more then half a year and we have always had good things to say! I recommend doing the curbside as Thad and Tori are always quick with my orders!

Tori and Jon were great! Definitely converted a customer for life! After a very poor experience from another dispensary I came in and was greeted with a friendly smile! This place is awesome and with the discounts and sales you can’t beat it! Great brands and variety also! Thanks again!

This is a great place! Yea sometimes there's a long wait.. but everyone is there to take care of you the best they can. Justin is very educated and friendly with all the customers! And GG is good at giving recommendations! I love this place..they have a loyalty program so I can get free products after I spend a certain amount! You gotta come to this dispensary!

The BEST! There are a lot of shops popping up but I will always go to Beyond/Hello West Chester. It is the atmosphere plus amazing pricing that will keep.me there. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. Tori is great. She always has a recommendation or asks how the last thing I tried worked so she can let me know what strains they have/will work for me. Also, my dog loves to come and the curbside staff security always come over and say hi and give her a treat! If you haven't been here I would 100% say give them a try!
