It was my first time there and Morgan was the best. She helped me and gave me great suggestions. Will definitely be back and going to Morgan again.

This is the place for me only thing is the steps r a little hard to get up them but I want stop going I love the serve great help keep up the great work

This is an awesome Community Place that really cares about everybody that they help treat

Let me say this is not Directed to holistic health but it is directed towards their licensing company that they use . my card was denied because their doctor had the wrong phone number down I paid $100 to have my car denied then I had to take extra time off work to come back to have them fix their mistake when I ask if I could get my money back they told me they are not in control of that and then they told me I can not be compensated anyway because technical my card expired today remind you I would have had a Valid card if it would have been approved the first time I did my card had they filled out THEIR half correctly . bull shit and I think holistic health should stop fucking using them as a licensing . I will never return and I will tell all my friends about the bad experience.

Despite having to climb a flight of stairs and a parking lot that is in need of repair, this is one of the best dispensary's around. Their medicine is top notch for all price ranges. If you like flower this is your spot! They have on average 20-40 different types available. No pressure zone. I wish their employees were better dressed, instead of wearing pjs how about cleaning up your image?

I'm medical patient and my friend is recreational we had to have to separate budtenders which I was unaware of. But super uncomfortable made a huge issue when I tried to talk to him. Bizarre they were encouraging us to leave like oh well go somewhere else. It could of been handled more professionally were both business owners and we don't treat are customers like we're better than them they pay our bills. Obviously they don't need new customers. Came from Ann Arbor just to come their. The lady at the front desk informed us we could come in together. Maybe it was a lack of communication but we deserved better treatment than received! Felt very rushed and they were happy we were leaving.Found a place I'm annarbor called pure roots waiting room was very comfortable and they had Fiji water for free. Most beautiful place inside very knowledgeable! I give them six stars

Great People, Friendly environment, and best of all good results on the table. They're good for 30-60 strains  on hand & have a few brands to choose from of the other stuff you may want.Overall if you buy something that's not good from a place this big, you should of used your eyeballs cause it's there Lol Happy blazing Yallll!

Literally the worst weed I've ever bought. Spent $48 on 8th and more than half of it is all water leaves. This is the 3rd time I have over paid for this far below average shitty weed filled with seeds and stems! Complete rip off! They deserve less than one star for their consistency of "quality" medical marijuana. Do not waste your time and money going here.  I will never recommend this want to be top notch clinic. They will never compare to a true Colorado or California clinic. This place is fucking horrible. Give me my money back!!!!!!!

Came up here for a quick visit, only to find out after I arrived they aren't allowing anyone indoors. (Nothing posted on their site or daily deals page) Anyways, no big deal right? I call and place my order over the phone and they say 20-30 minutes of a wait. After 20 minutes I still did not receive my product. Waited another 20 -respectfully- and then I called. I was put on hold after explaining I've waited 40 minutes and I have my service dog in the car and thinking this was gonna be a quick trip, I did not bring doggy bags. She says she will go check on it and places me on hold. After an additional 5 minutes on hold she comes back on the phone and thanks me for holding and asks what she can help me with.... again.... I repeat myself and she says she literally JUST THEN handed the bud tender my slip. After 45 minutes. WTF!? 20 more minutes went by before I received my one single product. Over an hour total and every single other car (including ones that came after me) left.No one tried to make it right. In fact the gentleman that FINALLY brought out my 1 thing, waited as if he should receive a tip for the poor service I got. I always leave good tip but it should be earned. There were 4 different people walking around outside that worked for holistic, constantly coming over by my car and telling me "it'll be soon" when none of them even once checked on it.I'll take my business elsewhere.Edit - I left more then 1 star because the staff is usually decent but maybe things are changing.

Made the drive from OH and the prices and selection are waaay better in MI. For first time customer the process was quick. I was quick to get back there and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Since this is recreational there is no limit on amount of weight you can purchase.If you are driving across state lines ensure you have everything in the trunk and packaged, sealed or in a locked case (they sell them there too)Make sure to tell them you are first time customer and they give you some free goodies !The edibles here are someOf the best I've had. Looking forward to a return visit !

Overcharged me $5 and sold me edibles that are expiring next week from 2020. I emailed and they ignored my email then I called to try and resolve the issues. The manager refused to replace the near expiration edibles from two years ago and said they are allowed to sell them up til the expiration date and then lied and said the $5 I got shorted was for delivery fees which I already paid for. When I tried to explain this and where the price discrepancy came from, the manager kept cutting me off and raising their voice. Extremely rude and unprofessional, they do not care about patients. I won't be returning, Exclusive is my go to from now on. Always positive experiences through Exclusive.

Now that "recreational marijuana" is available to the general public all the dispensaries are experiencing substantial growth. Granted, I realize not everyone feels the same in this debate, but given the general consensus, it's here. They've changed the name to "Joyology", location same but in rear of building. So if you're so inclined, take a trip to Joyology North side of Michigan Ave. West of Newburgh Rd.

Joyology is my favorite place to go! The vibe is my vibe! I feel so happy every time I go! They have the most friendliest and knowledgeable bud tenders (good to know as a newbie) than anywhere else in this area. They also have great deals too! If you sign up for VIP they text you every day the specials! I won’t buy from anywhere else!

I have visited multiple times and today, a manager (Riley) went above and beyond when it wasn’t necessary. Always extremely clean, well stocked, and everyone is very polite. My preferred option in the area and highly recommended!

I Enjoy going to Joyology!! I've been to several other dispensaries n Joyology has a Great Selection of bud n edibles at a Good value!! The products they carry are top shelf even if they aren't"Top Shelf" per their classification!! The service is Always Friendly and pretty knowledgeable!! They have a Great Store!! And it's Clean!! GREAT Job Joyology!!

Always enjoy going here. They always have what I need, have been other places. Love this place. Close to 🏠. The Budtender are excellent and if I have any Questions they have no problem asking other for information. They are Fantastic. 🤪💯😌😄😊😏👍👌❤🙋👱‍♀️🧑‍🦱🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
