My one star is just because of what I was sold and how you couldn't see it. The entire thing was just weird because I'm used to being able to SEE WHAT IM BUYING. Everything online is a stock photo and you have to be 5 ft away. I'm not sure what massive trichomes you can see from that far away but.. They have good deals but it's just overpriced unless you buy their expensive shit on a deal. Just got a half of some barely trimmed bud that doesn't look bad, but for the price.. just go to Speedy Weedy. Or at least hire a photographer.. I have no problem paying a lower price for slightly lower quality. Just don't sell mids under a stock photo that the buyer could still spend half an hour trimming..

Nicest dispensary I have been in. Beautiful store. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Friendly and easy check in with Dee. Jordan was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. Store had good social distancing and very clean. Great daily discounts. Will definitely be back! Thank you Urbn Leaf!

I like that they insist on masks. Did not like not being able to take a look at everything on the shelves behind the counter. While I understand that nobody wants covid, it seems a bit overboard at this location. Other dispensaries to which I have been insist on masks but you at least get to browse products and do not have to lean over 6' to pay and get my order.

My father who is a disabled Veteran was turned away because a VALID military ID is not good enough for these people. They said they need a drivers license. He cannot drive. He is disabled. These morons cannot understand that.

This location is amazing! The budtenders are so friendly and knowledgeable listening to my wants and needs. Everyone is so so friendly! They were able to help recommend products for all of my needs. The store looks amazing and I've been waiting for Urbn Leaf to come to north county! Not to mention all of the deals they have. They offer daily deals, savings bundles and first time patient deals.... WOW! This location is medical only so you will need your medical recommendation on hand. MY NEW FAVORITE SHOP!!!

The boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and ran into this awesome place!  We are usually hesitant when going out of town and trying something we normally don't try. However it was soooo worth it! Dispensary reminded me of a nice boutique. Everything nicely stocked and organized. I can definitely say whomever is in charge is doing a great job. The customer service was great! The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable.  Everything went nice and smooth. Questions were answered and everyone was so friendly! Great deals! Great price! We will definitely be back when visiting again. And recommend to our friends. You won't be disappointed!

The first time I went I was treated like a king. The second time i went the doorman and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. They even chose to use racist rhetoric. I escalated an issue to the manager that I was having with the doorman. He interrupted my conversation with the manager. As an US Veteran and medical card holder I expected to at least be treated humanely. my name isn't Bro. It's Sir. Once a member of management is involved that employee is obligated to remove himself. I will never spend a dime in that place. I recommend going somewhere where you will be valued as a person. From the looks of other reviews they definitely don't value our disabled veterans which is extremely alarming as this is a military city.

Thank you for bringing the best store in San Diego to North County. Plan ahead as you need a prescription or document or whatever they call it. Go online and spend $30 and take 15 minutes and it saves you money anyway. Best discount you'll ever get. The staff here are much more knowledgeable, the range of products is the best. The display is the best. I've tried stores from LA to San Diego and within the county I have not found anything comparable. I also like that their stores have a very comfortable layout.

Andrew and Jordan seem to always have the best attitude and offer so much knowledge. I am so thankful for these two, they pointed me in the right direction for anxiety and pain.  What happened to the other manager?  I didn't have the best experience last week with their new manager.  However, these guys both keep me coming back.  Thanks for helping keep the pain at bay!!  Rock on guys!

security has some problem where they don't want you to park in certain spaces and will not let you in the building unless you put the car exactly where they want it

The product ok but the customer service is terrible. There are other places to get what you need and still be treated with dignity and respect.

Update:Still have good covid protocols, and now they let u look at the products up close. Still no menu. Which really sucks cause they make u scan one on your phone but then your stuck trying to navigate the online menu and look around the store to see if the picture is actually the same as the product an what not. Just put a menu up already!

Myra (hopefully I spelled that right) was so great! She helped check us in and helped us select some items. My favorite was that she made sure we took advantage of every offer we could (20% off for first time visit, but 2 get 3rd half off edibles etc) she made sure we were taken care of. She gave great recommendations and was super friendly to us and my little dog that we brought in. Really nice shop. Our first time visiting this one. We'll definitely be back. Staff is awesome here.

First time here and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk worker and the behind the counter chick were incredibly kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and made whole experience fun. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want/need which made it even better. I really like the clean and fun atmosphere in here and I'll recommend them to everyone! A wonderful place in vista to get your goodies!!

It was our first time here and the customer service was fantastic. Jimmy helped us at the counter and was very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating without making us feel rushed. We'll definitely be coming back.

I'm new to Urbn Leaf and off course a new dispo with a bunch of choices and a bunch of opportunities for deals can sometimes be overwhelming. Chris is knowledgeable and helped me to narrow down to what I was looking for, and not to mention was friendly!

Mark was Great. He made a much needed visit a real pleasure.  In the face of my real time competing requirements, he very quickly and personably answered my questions and gave me the best value on my purchase.  Very Good Staff here. Patient and professional.

First time coming to this dispensary. I had an online order. Everyone there was so nice! They had such good vibes and were very friendly. Toni helped me out with my order and she was also really nice. Had great service and the products they have there were amazing. I will be returning again.

This place is amazing and new. Highly recommended. They were patient and engaging. Joe went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed in the price range I wanted with no extra push or sales. Angel made suggestions and added an extra smile that made it feel less like a purchase and more like a consult. Prices are affordable and viewable. Swag was nice and everyone was very consistent. I will definitely be coming here more often and I normally don't give dispensary reviews! Thank you guys! Check the pics.

Update. July 2021. Second visit and I stand by my first review.. There's no push to buy, yet the helpers are willing to explain product. This is top notch.. its beautiful and the selection of product is amazing. Bought edibles as a gift for a loved one. If you bring your bag in there's a small credit. Love this place.

I have recently found this spot and LOVE it! The inside is clean and put together really well. Most of the flower/concentrates are privately grown and the customer service is out of this world! Dee helped my boyfriend and I today and she was amazing! She was so sweet and so helpful with getting us exactly what we wanted! Can’t wait to come again!
