Been here a couple times and the atmosphere is just stressful. You're not allowed to open the door yourself, but it's too small for the man to open it for everyone like he does. The guy checking IDs also spoke so softly I had to ask "what?" several times in the span of 30 seconds. Also, the staff is fairly rude. Two times I have been there and a staff member behind the counter has ignored me while I stand there finally to say "I'm not working right now someone else will help you." and continue to stand doing nothing. Just a really stale vibe. All old people too.
Had an awesome experience at this local dispensary today. I have been here multiple times before and everyone is very friendly and happy to help their clients. I had to return a cartridge this time, unfortunately. The owner was super kind and understanding to the situation.

Visited the store last Friday afternoon (3ish). The line was maybe ten deep, but it moved fairly quickly. When it was my turn, I was welcomed in by friendly security and a door greeter, who seemed very knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer any questions that I had. Then he offers me a restaurant style menu to look at while I waited maybe two minutes max to be served. In no way did I feel rushed by the person helping me. He was very patient and helpful in choosing the right strain for me. The bud is packaged in a black plastic container and this is where it differs greatly from what you can buy on the street. The trichomes are still fully intact!! Beautiful, lovely uncrushed bud that not only smells delicious but feels smooth and sexy. It was a little bit pricier than I was accustomed to, but, overall, I think the bud that Caroline's retails is a better quality than I get in town. I was treated well and see myself going back from time to time. A professional and courteous staff made this a very positive experience. As I planned my visit, I expected to be there for an hour or so, but, from parking the car, to waiting in line, to being served, to getting back in the car was at most ten, fifteen minutes. The line moved surprisingly quick.
The bud is ok, you can find better quality almost anywhere. The line does move fast but you are bunched into this SMALL closet of an area which is the entire dispensary. Awful if you have anxiety or social anxiety. I like to look at the products and take my time and ask questions, I'm a paying customer. I also like to be informed. I feel rushed since there's about 15 people behind me in this tiny room waiting for me and when I ask the employees questions they don't seem knowledge and have literally ROLLED their eyes at me and another day huffed! If you don't want my business I'll go to Millis. I did and they have a great selection and are much more patient, knowledgeable, and more space. The only saving grace for Caroline's is the nice security guard outside/the guy checking your ID is usually kind. I don't feel like this place is very secure as the side warehouse door (shared facility) is always open and sketches me out and their back door inside that says employees only. I have also had my flower weigh less than what it should be on 2 occasions and was told it was due to the length of time it was sitting there. Not cool. I hate when I get to the counter I feel rushed I can't looked at the edibles and what's in the cases. Just overall not enjoyable experience compared to others
Overall it was a disappointment. Short line (maybe for a reason) and friendly service was a plus. I bought 2 carts, 1 broke and 1 was empty before you could say, "boy these carts are a ripoff". Hopefully when they reappear after the ban they will improve. They have to for me to buy one again. The flower was average and I wasn't fond of their limited menu.
There is always a little line but the friendly staff keeps things moving quickly. Good product!
Kinda off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. Never a long line. Line moves pretty fast. Staff is friendly. As you enter you are given a restaurant style menu. Lots of edibles. Cheaper pricing then other local dispensaries.
Update Def won't go back the cartridge's were all very light I think the attorney general should look into this
It was a total disappointment this time. Out of stock on everything. Customer service was horrible, but no line on a Sunday. Again totally disappointed
LOVE the shop, so cute & the owner makes homemade signs which are so creative & amazing. i bought one & love it. only complaint i would have is they could trim their bud a little better. been to many dispensaries & this is the only one with leafy buds. its still good stuff though! one hit & i feel lovely already. ill post a pic of my sign & bud

Way overpriced even without the taxes. Showed up 12 minutes before closing after rushing to get there after work and was rudely turned away without explanation. If you close at 6:48, then post that.
You guys got greedy today! I understand you've lost revenue during the pandemic but why can golf courses get it right you didn't? We had a pick up time of 12:30, we arrived at 12:20. We were handed a number in the 90's and you were only only the teens! Don't make a pick up time if it's still another two hour wait! How's the cops didn't shut you down already is beyond me never mind the fact the parking lot ran out of spaces! Use today as a learning tool please or we will be driving to Millis instead
If I wasn't shortchanged on 2 separate occasions I would have given 5 stars. Count your change EVERY time you come here. As a result, I now go to as dispensary in Blackstone where this has never happened
This place always has great flower. Lots of different strains. I always grab a couple of 1/8's and couple of prerolls. Line moves quick. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sucks to pay taxes on this pot but it's the same across the board at all dispensaries. So I'll stick with a place that has quality bud.
Carolines is the Best! Caroline and husband should be regarded as heros in the cannabis world. Independent of a growing operation, Carolines can seek the best quality and variety in New England. There are many cannabis shops in the Boston area. Only two are truly outstanding. Carolines is clearly one of the best on the East Coast. A+ to Carolines. Rumors of an expansion and a second shop coming soon.
I absolutely love going into this shop. They are more than helpful and open to any questions you have. A woman owned business is a plus! I am never disappointed when I walk in the doors. The staff are open to as many questions as you ask, and will make sure you walk out of the door satisfied!
Caroline's has a very good selection of flower at reasonable prices. Worth the trip from NYC. The selection is better than some of the other dispensaries that are slightly closer.
I love this place! Very homey and personable. Recently tho, they added live music and it's honestly kinda weird. It's cute, and I appreciate the idea, but it takes away from the atmosphere. You can't chat with the other patrons in line and it's difficult to talk to the cashier over the music. I had trouble hearing the cashier as well. Maybe skip the live music guys. For the neurodivergents who have trouble communicating in the first place, and for the hard of hearings sake
