My first visit to this dispensary I made a fairly large purchase of several different items that included bud and vape cartridges. Because we purchased many different items it was a couple of months before we opened one of the vape cartridges, and when we did we discovered it did not work. I called the store and was Informed that they would only make an exchange in the first 2 weeks after purchase. Who opens and tries all their product immediately after to check for defects? We purchased several vape cartridges, and they usually last 1-2 months. This was a $40 cartridge! They took my information and told me that someone from the main office would contact me but that never happened. I will never spend my money in this or any other Green Dragon dispensary again.

They're super knowledgeable at this location. This location has a good variety and of all the GD's is the one likely to have an item in stock. Clean and well constructed, as well as strongly staffed. The entire team is friendly and willing to always help! Close to home and the hours are lengthy, so they've got you covered!Downside: the $2.50 charge for using a credit card, I use cash now.

This is a really great shop, and all the people working there have been so super awesome and friendly. They all seem to be very knowledgeable about their products. Lots of stuff to choose from. Super clean and modern.However, they are in violation of state law. I've been here on 3 separate occasions. 8/18, 8/31, and 9/22. They have a sign at each register that states there's a $2.50 fee for using a credit card. This is a violation of CO state law.C.R.S 5-2-212(1) states, "no seller or lessor in any sales or lease transaction or any company issuing credit or charge cards may impose a surcharge on a holder who elects to use a credit or charge card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means. A surcharge is any additional amount imposed at the time of the sales or lease transaction by the merchant, seller, or lessor that increases the charge to the buyer or lessee for the privilege of using a credit or charge card."I spoke with someone in their accounting department, and it sounded as if they were not aware of this law. He was happy to refund the $5.00 I had paid on the two previous occasions, which I have confirmed were refunded to me the same day I spoke with him (9/6). I thought this would be the end of it. I returned there today to see that the fee signs are still there, and they are still charging all credit card users this $2.50 fee. I was charged that fee when I went there today. So for the past 16 days they have continued to charge people this fee, even though they are fully aware that it is a violation of state law. They have been charging people that fee since the first day they opened. What's worse is that they don't detail that fee on their receipt. Even though the receipt says $66.33, my card was charged $68.83.Instead of posting a negative review, or getting an attorney involved, I contacted them directly, hoping they would do the right thing, and they only did half of that. I'm so disappointed, because I really love this shop. If you have been charged a fee by this company for using a credit card, please contact me. You are entitled to a refund of that fee, and I will let you know how you can get it.Once they stop charging these illegal fees, I'm happy to change this review to 5 stars.

I love this shop and the employees, but am ordering online even though they seem to be running normally in this virus worried time. So that concerned me to see People waiting closely together and staff with no masks or gloves. Hope the Owners are in the process of correcting this for the health and wellness of their staff and clients.

I was in dire need of some  & decided to check out my fav dispensary like usual but I swear I've never felt so uncomfortable and judged for being there. I waited for 10-15 min while two bud tenders stood there having a conversation before realizing I was just standing there. (When they saw me they literally ignored me and stood there) I never felt so disgusted with the looks I was getting from them like I wasn't good enough to be in there. A simple smile and a 'can I help you' would've been better than all those looks. Personally love green dragon but not this one.

This was my regular place until the pandemic hit. I decided if I placed the order online, I could run and pick it up at the counter closest to the entry and be out. They closed the online register today and I was forced to stand in line with everyone else. There were 7-8 customers and the room. Only one person I saw was wearing a mask and one employee didn't even cover her face fully. I felt so unsafe being in there and regret even trying to make a purchase. My final cost online wasn't the same cost as what was rang up on the register. He said it will always be off between online and the store. What's the point of having an online order if the amount will be different at the store? This place is cheaper than some dispensaries around but you seriously get what you pay for. Horrible place that doesn't really care about your health or it's customers.

Moved to Denver 2 months ago from OR. Purchased my first flower from GD last evening, Limoncello, and it is by far the driest flower I've purchased in forever! Seriously; I grew up in CA and I'm over 50; that shit was dry! First thing I had to do was place a rehydrating ball in the jar I had to put it in. The sticker on the green plastic pouch it came in disintegrated in my hand when I opened the pouch, and it dropped all over my dining room table; I had to get a warm towel to clean up the mess and then wax my dining room table.  Hey people at GD, have some consideration for your customers, and pride in your product, and keep your flower hydrated.  Maybe if you put a harvest or packaged on date on the pouches, like they do in OR, you'd know what flower becomes dated and you'd rehydrate or sell at a great deal price.  Bad Show!

I love this dispensary. This is pretty much the only one I go to. My bud tender Cal was awesome and went above and beyond to help me today :)

If I could give less than a star I would. The flower is horrible small little bugs. Then when I went in to buy a guy name Sean bitched about politics and how Trump is a piece of shit - like give me a break dude. I will never go back.

This place has amazing flower and concentrates and a huge variety of edibles. They also have a great selection of CBD products, and their prices can't be beat. Do yourself a favor - stop shopping at wherever it is you're picking up your cannabis products currently, and start going here.

I went in there to see what the other stores have to offer, and found a friendly staff, but they were out of a lot of sizes of strains. And no discount for industry workers.Not sure of the name of the RA that I was helped by she was very nice, no name or sales person ID on sales ticket

This place is a place that I always shop at but at a different location I recently moved into the area and thought that I would get the sameService and treatment as I have gotten before, but it seems like this place is ran by a whole whole different giant my first issue was being misinformed by an employee Who clearly wasn't listening to what I was looking for in a product. So not only did I go home and try a product that I did not like I had to go out of my way and come back to exchange for the product that I did want which was an Indica. The menu clearly states letters next to the products I , H , s which are for Indica sativa and hybrid I chose an Indica which was the bubblegum but when I got home and open the package it was labeled a hybrid "clearly confusing". When I had to return it not only did it look like I got a used product there were fingerprints  on the part where you smoke from and look like oil had been leaking out of the cartridge on the exchange that I had received. On top of that The guy acted like he was going out of his way and doing me a favor even after I explained my situation he never even tried to apologize or take any responsibility. I told the guy I had a bad high with this stuff and after he exchanged my product he told me to keep it, I was like seriously did you even listen to what I said. There's a 50-50 chance I visit another location but one things for sure if they don't make it right I will never be back here.

I've been going here since they opened up.  They've got the best cannabis at the best prices and the customer service is outstanding.  Had a bad atomizer on a cartridge I purchased, and I was only half way through the medicine.  They swapped out the cartridge for a full 500ml Sour Diesel, no questions asked!!

We have been going to this store since it opened. We have been satisfied until the past few months when their selection and pricing has changed DRASTICALLY. The same flower that we had been getting was very loose and not eye appealing. The selection of sativa is almost gone and have been very disappointed. They now do not show the pricing for ounces and states "ask about ounce pricing" which is higher then we've paid before. Not happy with this dispensary and it was the best in town before. Very disappointed.

Almost everyone at this dispensary has been helpful and friendly, and easy to get along with! We moved nearby a few months back and glad we have a great dispensary near by. This weekend we came by and had the rudest bud-tender since we moved up here so I wanted to make the store aware-Claire was very clearly impatient, judgemental and should not be working in a place where everyone is usually happy and laid back. She was this way to us and the other groups of people behind us in the store.. Just don't really want to deal with that attitude as we typically love coming here.

They place and the staff are nice..but the flower ain't got no name..I am very disappointed spent over 150 dlls and not very enjoyable to smoke it. Tough because I am in colorado was gonna find some good but it didn't end that way.

Love the vibe and feel of Green Dragon dispensaries. I picked up some great flower for a good price. They have a nice selection/variety of edibles, concentrates and everything you want/need... The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Each time I have visited, they were on top of Covid and social distancing... You will be pleased if you stop in!

Staff is awesome, but if you want weed that isn't just seeds and stems go somewhere else.

Nice looking store but the weed I got was 90% leafs and stems. Total rip off. I've smoked some of it so the pic isn't all of it but really horrible.

First off, I'm a Denver native this is the closest dispensary to me, unfortunately. I go here all the time and it just always looks like I'm being shorted. Next time you go here and buy weed, weigh it when you get home and I guarantee you it will not be the correct amount. I can see why Green Dragon doesn't weigh their product out in front of their customers, because you shorted my 1/8 that is SUPPOSE TO BE 3.5. I went home and it weighed out to 2.8. I use to live near a wide range of dispensaries and you guys never fail to make my experience, pure shit. I'd rate you guys a negative 10 if I could for ripping people off with your jank ass weed.

This has been my go to place for a while. However, the online ordering is useless. If they are out of anything you order online they wait until you get there and then let you know what they didn't have. What is the point of ordering online. Happened again today.  It happened yesterday as well. Also, the online menu is not accurate. That happens quite frequently. Very frustrating.

Horrible service 4th time this happened not an issue this is a problem..  Go some where they can sell you product!

I give Green Dragon 1 star for the nice young man who answered the phone. I picked up a ounce for a little over $100 not expecting much but for supposed Chemdog it smelled & tasted like hay. No buzz at all. Just be for warned. Too many dispensaries around that actually have smokable product!PEACE

I had never been to a cannabis dispensary before. I was expecting to walk into a store that looked like Spencer's. Nope, this place was legit. You are carded immediately then they let you in as the place is kept locked at all times. It was very well lit and the displaysWere super organized. They have pretty much anything you could imagine. Rolled joints, lollipops, gummies, clothing, etc. The employees were awesome & super helpful. Green dragon even has online pick up if you wanna get in a out quick. They also have free stickers so I had to take one for the road. Great experience & if definitely recommend.

I really enjoy this location as they have dropped their mask mandates and the facility is always clean and smells fresh. The employees are wonderful and I've never had a bad experience with customer service. With that being said their bud is pre packaged which dries out the product fast. Even the employees will tell you I bought x type of bud and it was really dried out. I do wish they would go to jars and weigh it out, this would keep the bud fresh longer and create a over all better product for their customers to buy. I do love their edible selection here as they have a lot of sweet treats for the people who have a sugar bud craving. Their edibles range from gummies, sodas, chocolate bars, and even brownies plus many more treats. If you have a craving for edibles I would strongly suggest stopping by this location and checking it out!

I’ve always gone to this green dragon since we moved up in the area and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful, never a problem. Tonight i came in and meet Anthony, he already knew I had an online order by remembering my name from my license. We had the best conversation about our dogs and he treated me just like family! He made my typical trip to the pot store so much more personal and I’m 10x more excited to come the next time!!!

This place is the best! friendly staff and fair prices. The website says "lowest prices in colorado" but they're not! Still a great shop though.

Great place ! Fantastic selection! The staff are amazing as well …. Except one employee is extremely rude constantly. Beware of the curly haired man that looks like Richard Simmons . Other then that love that place !

This place is clean, well organized, has great inventory. The only downside is they don’t add taxes into the prices like others do so it will always be 20% higher than you think. Additionally shout out to Lily she is the best!! I wish everyone was as helpful and knowledgeable as she is! Give that women a raise!
