After speaking with Emily Wood about my concerns of the effects are of e-liquid, MCT oil and botanical terpenes in their vape products. I also brought up the fact the trulieve uses other carrying agents such as TecTemper which is classified hazardous material in much of their TruClear line. She explained that she would note my account and the store would be able to exchange my products no questions asked. When I arrived 3 employees inspected my return while calling me a liar the whole time, causing me to break down in tears... Someone from the back came out and finally let me return the products. After the return was complete, I finished my transaction for the order I had placed for the replacement products on sale. However they DID NOT apply any discount what-so-ever! With it being an order placed online on the sale weekend I should have at least gotten that discount. On top of that I clearly listed in the notes on the order to use BOTH of my discounts on the order when it was submitted. So on top of everything else they ended up overcharging me $81! THANKS TRULIEVE

What started as a company that had promise has become a disappointment. They never answer, the call center is just as bad. You never get through on the first call and have to wait hours for a call back. They have supply issues and now almost never have what I need anymore so I have to keep checking and hope. I use specific strains they sell to manage pain, it's become impossible now due to unreliable inventory. They will not tell you that they can transfer inventory and even if it's in another store the transfers are not reliable either. The website is not good either, it is slow to be updated and not very user friendly. I can't wait for the competition is allowed to catch up, but since they do not have a political connection in DBPR it will have to wait. So the take away is poor service and unreliable inventory.

I was the first in a line that was almost to the door and the blonde-haired coordinator took the lady's id behind me then did not even acknowledge me and walked away. When she came back out and called three more people that was behind me I asked if she called my name? She said "NO." in a nasty tone. I then replied. "I was here before all those people." and she says.."They had online orders Ma'am!" I have been totally loyal to this location but this is not the first time staff have mis- treated me at this here. Ive been discriminated against a few times at this store.

Not my first visit to this location. Unfortunately IT WILL BE MY LAST. I could not be more disappointed in the severe disrespect and unprofessional service.

This is about the censorship and getting kicked out of the Trulievers Official Group as well as being blocked from the main page. I violated none of the rules, I have screen shots of everything! I am wondering, like many of the other patients, what the effects are of e-liquid, MCT oil, botanical terpenes, and TecTemper . I have purchased thousands of dollars in unsafe miss labeled products over the past 3 years, I think I am do some compensation!! Furthermore, I've been trying to get this question answered for about 6 months now.  Why do employees get 30% discount on every purchase?  While Vets, who fought for the freedoms that allow Trulieve to operate only get 10%. Which happens to be one of the lowest in the industry. The best example, GrowHealthy offers 30% to Vets while only offering a employees 15%.

Most annoying cannabis buying experience I've ever had. I woke up early to place my order for true flower on the website, when I placed it one product I wanted was not available, it showed on the site but it wasn't available to purchase. about an hour or two after the order was placed it became available but my order had already been placed. I tried to call to change my order but got no one on the phone, I tried the chat feature on the website of course that doesn't work. The product I wanted sold out immediately. Of course I couldn't get the product I wanted because it sold out to people after me. I asked is there a certain time so I can know next time, they said no. The Tru Ground selling out so fast every week is super annoying. Honestly staff more people at your store stock more product but don't have a line of 20 people outside your store sitting in their car waiting like this every week and then don't even answer the phone or anything. I dove across town to go here really never want to give this place my business again after this.

The products speak for themselves. Very professional and tasteful packaging. I visited Trulieve very early on and the staff is the most caring and thoughtful I have come across. They helped me do the prerequisite paperwork to get my card. Now the actual waiting room of Trulieve is very well decorated with beautiful couches and chairs. And sometimes the soft music is Jazz. When we get full flower, IT'S ON!  Special shout out to Dr. Dorn, Mason, Heritage Glass Gallery, and Regulate Tallahassee. Let's let 2018 be the year Florida enters the 21th century of intelligent Cannabis legislation.           Oh oh oh, one more thing. They only take cash. So there is an ATM there. Regular customers can use CanPay. An app that allows you to pay for your medical cannabis electronically.

Quality product. Only downside really is the wait times at peak hours. They offer discounts, and they offer a point system so you can get future discounts. And yes, you can stack your points with discounts like SNAP or veterans, etc.Great people, clean place. Would recommend.

Zero customer service, rude staff, and piss poor leadership. This company knows they have the best product and their customer service shows it. I order every time at 8AM only to have my recommendation ready at 5PM. Who do you have working at your establishment? I see tons of staff on hand yet this place is run horribly. Oh and even when I do get inside the building I've been waiting outside behind "walk ins" that get their orders before me. What in the world is the point of ordering online or online check in? This place is an f-Ing joke. Go to curaleaf. Friendly staff, great products, and no wait.

Everything about this store is a joke, I don't even know where to start. FIRST don't even attempt to purchase their ground flower unless you want your hopes and dreams to be completely crushed. On FOUR yes FOUR separate occasions I attempted and successfully ordered ground trulieve flower. The bad part is when I attempted to go pick it up they always "ran out" list last incident was a doozy. My roommate and I both have our medical cards. I submitted my order 10 min before hers around 7am. We both got confirmation texts regarding said order. An hour later neither of us had revived a text to pick it up. But my roommate was next to it and decided to stop in just to see. She was able to get hers so I decided to drive up there to get mine maybe 30 min later. When I tell you I sat in the waiting room for 15 min only to be told "SORRY WE RAN OUT" after much protest of how it shouldn't of been possible and how they are servicing walk ins before orders which if u didn't know is against their policy. I called 4 different times after this incident hoping for some clarification on why this keeps happening but nothing prevailed. This company is a joke and so are the employees. You'd think people who work in this industry would actually care but no trulieve in Tallahasse Florida is a JOKESave your money and go else where just me they aren't worth it. Btw attempted to get the ground at made my order at 5 am just to see and u can guess what happened. Smh Just got off the phone with customer service representative there said he's worked there for five years and has only been able to obtain the ground flour 20 times truly a terrible corporation

Ok, you win trulieve, after leaving my last review, I sent them another email from their main page and you guessed it, it appears that Trulieve is never going to call me back no matter how bad my pain gets. That is ok, I don't have to patronize their store and I will spread the word about their care if their customers. I spent too much time on them already but I figured I would be able to talk to someone somewhere from Trulieve.  That is ok, I will make this my last post because they apparently don't care sonI assume I will never get a call back. I'm gone, too many options to worry with a company that can't return a damn call.

This location was a lot of help to me. I'm from out of town visiting a friend for a few days and they were able to do an exchange for me and even exchanged one of my pods for me that was acting up. The bud tender I had, Kiersten, was so so helpful and patient with helping me with my exchange. She was so kind and friendly, it was very appreciated. The check in process was a bit confusing. They had someone outside/at the door checking people in, whereas I'm used to checking in at the desk at my usual location. Overall a good location!

Professional friendly staff, knowledgeable and accurate. Good sales too! Attractive clean store. Never a long wait, I'm a walk-in and the service is always great

Best service of all dispensaries. Quality products. I think the prices for all dispensaries are high. I hope the prices go down. Maybe not such pretty packaging a baggie will do 😊💜 awesome store!!!

Every associate here is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Never had a bit of trouble here. Would recommend to anyone.

The service is very fast The staff is very knowledgeable you ask a Question and the staff knows the answer. In and out in less than 10 min. And very safe Security Guard greats you at the door

Even when busy I can get in and out quick. 🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽
