Their flower does have a ton of bag appeal but was tasteless like most shops I go to these days. The dry air doesn't help and I get that but if you charge top shelf prices you hold a dif standard than if I bought your snicklefritz and got the same results. In reply to your response the flower was Tropicana cookies and it was probably fire at some point but I was not happy paying 40$ for an 8th that was so dry.

Joe or Joseph, the manager was arrogant and rude when I just asked a simple question about product. Way to treat your costumers👍🏻 Not a good look, buddy.

Go elsewhere to shop! I was asked for my DL which I showed the clerk, he told me I had to take it out of the lamination on the wallet tab and I replied it does not come out easily. He immediately spun on his heel and as he walked away said "it's up to you if you shop here or not". Was it possibly my limp and grey hair? really disappointing and somewhat rude service. Reply to the owner- As a first time buyer/consumer of a cannabis product, It would have been better if the clerk had just explained to me that this was the law or rules, rather than turning on his heel and walking away when I told him the license was very difficult to get out of the clear plastic portion of the wallet, and could he scan it through the lamination?

I took my husband to Steamboat Springs for the first time. This was the first and ONLY shop we went to. We met with Katherine and she was SUPER nice and friendly and helpful. They had our Harlequin strain that we've been unable to find for 2 1/2 years. We were so excited to have the strain back. It's a really neat store and the service was great. Thank you Billo and Katherine for making the end of our day wonderfully memorable!

Great place! My first visit was great...quick, easy, informative. And it was great quality. Second visit (the very next day) the guy that greeted us was pretty rude and told me I could not enter because my driver's license had a small crack it in it. We left and ending up spending hundreds at another dispensary up the road. I had visited multiple other dispensaries during my visit to Colorado and not a single person ever mentioned the crack in my DL as something that would preclude me from entering. Pretty disappointing, even after I explained to him that I had been a satisfied customer literally 24 hours before -- which was summarily dismissed. Other than that, my experience was fantastic.
