My fav dispensary in the local St Pete area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about products and background. I enjoy my interactions with the staff. It makes the process that much easier. Thank you. Don't forget to sign up receive news. Several discounts are sent out every month. It goes a long way.

always cheerful. very knowledgeable about strains. I started doing order ahead, and I really like that.  If I am out running errands, I can stop there and be in and out. Good prices. You can earn points for discounts. They run specials. I get text messages letting me know when stuff comes in. Not too much to ask and these people deliver! Thanks St Pete!

True great customer service. My last budtender was KAT. ( at Clearwater) She listened to me, and then helped me with my battery charger. That actually made my day. I have had a good experience each time. Their 9lb hammer Indica never disappoints.

Very professional and courteous people at the front desk.  First time here and very impressed.  I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dispensary.

I normally love this place I go atleast 2 times a week and support them and give them my money. but this time is different story it seems Trulieve doesn't care about quality during these busy times I got 4 minis and a ground flower and 3 of my minis were short of 3.5 and have a lot of stems in them and all ranking really low thc and Terps, and Mg of thc is very very low the ground flower is also very low thc and dark green which is never a good sign. I am very disappointed in my Trulieve experience today I also forget to mention I waited an hour just for that nothing of good quality. Seems like the growers are just trying to get it out quickly and not worrying about quality definitely will not be shopping here again. The cannabis is not good at the moment Trulieve shoppers beware - Robert Owens I am now adding to this post because I was suppose to get a free gift with a purchase of 100$ or more and I spent 130$ and didn't receive shit this company has pissed me off to my limits today I have even tried contacting someone to help me with my problems and nope no answer no one wants to help everyone's to busy I'm taking my business elsewhere Trulieve you have showed me you do not care about your customers

I am deeply saddened to leave this review. I was formerly all about Trulieve, and used to recommend them to anyone seeking a dispensary locally. I no longer feel that way after my experience today.I will recommend any of their many local competitors from this point forward.Trulieve sent me an email about a 20% off promotion. I made sure to place my order immediately on the morning on 07/02/2018 to take advantage of the sale prices. Then a bit later that day, a customer service agent called me to let me know there was a problem with my recommendation.I called my Doctor immediately to correct the issue on their side. The Florida database was also down, so they had to wait for this before they could fix my problem. Since I was already out of my medication for three days, I called Trulieve back immediately to let them know that this issue had been corrected.Trulieve customer service informs me that they will not honor the 20% discount for me, even though my order was placed and is dated 7/2/18. I have been a loyal customer, and referred many people to their location in St. Pete and in New Port Richey. As a local healthcare advocate, I will now also be changing which local dispensary I recommend my network of colleagues to after this experience.I understand company policies. In this case, however, the circumstances preventing me from picking up my order on the day of the sale were complete out of my hands. My doctor dropped the ball, and then there were delays with the state database (which are frequent). I do not think I should be punished for errors beyond my control. I should still be permitted to pick up my order with the 20% off price since I placed my order in good faith on the date of the sale.I am sad to see them lose my business over something that could be rectified so easily. I would be willing to update this review if someone from Trulieve would like to contact me to make this right. I am not asking for anything special or free. All I want is the order I placed on 7/2/18 with my 20% discount as advertised.Considering that there was nothing at all that I could do to fix this and that absolutely NONE of this was within my control, I should be given the discount and permitted to pick up my order with the 20% discount since it was place the same day, and the delays were not on my end. I am happy to provide my email as proof of the date it was submitted, as well.Until or unless my order and the sale price are honored, I will happily take my business and recommendations elsewhere. Thankfully, there are many other choices, likely with better customer service.

Collect points with purchases. They have a relaxed return policy if you have broken product or unhappy with the purchase. Helpful staff. But their inventory is always low.  I wish they had more flower options available as well or at least keep products in stock.

In my opinion they are still the best dispensary in Pinellas county. They have the best prices and the best discounts. They offer free delivery to seniors. I only wish they could tell you the THC percentage of the flower when you order on the phone. I called in the order one day and the next day I received a text that they would arrive in 25 minutes and then text me when they were in my driveway. It was all very efficient.

I give 3 stars due to my first visit here which was phenomenal and went perfectly. I was encouraged to order online next visit so I did that today with the intentions of using a coupon my doctor gave me specifically for this location for $75 off $125 purchase. I chatted with online customer service and was told to complete my purchase and the $75 would be removed manually. I get to the store to pickup my order, checkin online and go inside when I am prompted to do so by the app instruction. After waiting inside a chaotic waiting room I am escorted back and am asked to pay full price. The cashier calls Josh over who explains I have not in fact been charged and will not apply my coupon that is clearly stated is for my second visit. The cashier says he can use this discount pointing to his screen and Josh quickly says no. With dispensaries popping up all over the state I recommend using a different location. Or better yet if you want to waste an hour to try to get in touch with someone over the phone. Not only did you lose $159 sale today but my future business as well.

J knows what I'm looking for with flower. Told him what I was looking for put me on the space age cake. Woulda gave the shop five stars but they didn't have trustik pens available. They did however give me a charger for free when they couldn't sell me another pen which made my vacation very convenient. They also had a wide variety of trustik pods I took advantage of.

I have been here many times, but normally have had deliveries made. I went today, after receiving notification that my order was ready. I checked in while in the parking lot, and began a wait. I was fortunate enough to have a space in front of the door, so I was "handy". After 20 minutes, I went inside tosee what number I was in line. The man went to the back and said I was called awhile ago. I showed him that I did not get a message to come in, and I ws right in front had someone come out to call my name. He  was basically calling me a liar.  He said I had to wait, and when I was going to wait outside, I was told I had to wait inside.  I cancelled the order and left. I have never had an experience like this at this establishment, but the guy was just plain rude and mean. I will never go back.

The product is great. The service is awful. When I place a pick up order and see two walk ins enter the waiting room after me and go in first. What is that all about?

One of the worst dispensary's in the area. Always a 15 minute wait or more. Not enough seats to sit and wait. Customer service = garbage

I tried this location because I was In the area and was in a rush from getting my hair done for my wedding I was rushing to so I tried checking in with this location for the indica edibles bc Tyrone was out and I knew I would not have time to go anywhere between the ceremony and the honeymoon but the chick I think looked at me crazy like she wouldn't dare help me to find out if they were in stock or not, didn't even ask for my ID she just assumed I wouldn't wait the 15 min "possible " wait which I would've if I could've been treated better. Like the one dude said. They lost mine and my husband's money to MüV their edibles are way straight!

Don't bother with Trulieve. No one calls you to let you know when items in your orders are unavailable, parking can be awful, and there's no attempt to try to fix inventory issues that are ongoing. I've given too much money to a company that does not care about its customers, and am no longer a fan.

Wow! Customer service sucks. We called in an order. Gave our prescription information. 3 hours later no order. We called their location: (8435 Fourth St N Saint Petersburg, FL  33702) and we were hold for 15 minutes. Typical Florida dysfunctional horse crap

I ordered online, checked in through text, and waited for under five minutes. I went in, picked up my order, and paid. Customer service was kind and efficient. Atmosphere was clean and professional. I recommend it, and would definitely return.

I use them regularly. Last experience was the absolute best. They honored the current day's special discount even though I had ordered on the one previously. Keith was my budtender and steered me in the right direction, as I'm completely satisfied with his recommendations. I definitely left with improved mindset and I can thank him for it.

Hands down my favorite Trulieve!! Cannot say enough about the staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, if they don’t know an answer about a product or strain they’ll get one. The staff remembers what medication’s work for me. Kudos to the entire staff especially Kevin at the front, Casey, Cassie, Alissa, David Watson, both Jay’s, happy machine Mackenzie and the entire rest of the staff!! Super blessed for all dispensaries in the area BUT Trulieve St Pete ROCKS the best for me.
