Great selection, nice, friendly staff. The staff is very knowledgeable and will tell you all about the different varieties. You will definitely get an education on their products. Keep up the good work!!!!!

This club is definitely somewhere to stop if you are looking for knowledgeable staff and quality medication. Sometimes prices can a bit higher than usual but they always have specials. I strongly recommend their CBD tincture, it works wonders!

This place is seriously the BEST! You couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of staff than these guys! If you want to know anything, ask for, Patrick! He is wonderful and knows his stuff.  The products are so good! Fantastic choices! Don't miss this place of u need to fill your rx.

AS a boomer who has found this placd to be well run, very compassionate and in it it for all the right resons.  I recetly was diagnosd with Cancer and they have been nothing short of 'angelic.High quality local ingredients and a wide selection.  They stand by their products, when I recentky had a mechanical issue with a pen they relaced no questions asked.  Staff is wonderful, good vibes....

I paid 25$ for 4 pre rolled joints, broke one open & it was full of stems & leafs. Worst selection around. This place is a joke.

Unbelievably informative!!! My first visit was so awesome. They give you a tour of all the products they carry & VERY knowledgeable staff. They tell you right up front that they are there to help you, not just take your money. Totally answered my questions, & gave excellent suggestions. This is definitely a place to go for all your needs or wants. Highly recommend!!!

I've been to many clubs and this place is by far my favorite, not only because of the amazing selection but the amazing staff! From the first day, I was welcomed by all the staff. Very knowledgeable, caring, helpful and truthfully just Nice! Try one of the vapes!!! I can say that the Cute lady that runs the place, Logan, Shad and all the crew are my type o folks and I appreciate all of the people there. I am a true patient and to be treated like one is essential... Y'all rock!! oh and "Lemon Lights" is coming soon and will exclusively be offered by All Natural!!!!!!If you don't know, now you know, you'll see it at All Natural soon!!

They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I know nothing about medicinal products and new to the products but they know just what to tell me to help me find what I need for my health condition.

CASH ONLY!  My doctor told me she wouldn't suggest anything in particular - the people at the dispensaries know about all the products.  Drake is amazing! Give him your symptoms and he'll tell you what you need... and he explains whats the best product for you.Again, El Dorado County has ONLY medical dispensaries (IMHO That's really dumb. There's serious taxes they would get rec). I got my medical card from an online site (starts with an Nu**). It was quick, easy & the doctor was very attentive & intelligent.The store is small, dank & *not* well stocked. Once you're registered & go in, the 1st thing you'll see is a classy folding table with brochures. Make a right & you'll be looking into their small showroom of products. The staff would tell me, "That product will be in on Tuesday". Then on Tuesday, they'd say, "Thursday', etc. I hope you're getting the idea, because you might not get the pot products you need.** for my online medical approval site, the rest of the name is "gg". I got the paper approval immediately & also ordered the plastic ID card (the approval lasts one year). All finished in ten minutes flat!+  They're open late. Staff is friendly. The store is downstairs on the 1st floor, right under the staircase. - CASH ONLY!! I mean real paper money. They don't take debit or credit cards. The store is often out of stock.Bring:Your numbered paper approval letter (or plastic card) medical marijuana; your drivers license or state issued ID card; and CASH.

I'm new to town (move a lot for work) and thought your place was perfect for my needs till I was turned away! I have been buying medical Marijuana in California for 3yrs now and have never ran in to an issue with my ID being out of state. As long as my California medical card is up to date. The guy at the front window said they can't legally sell to me in the state of California? So I went down the road to another store and had no problems!

This place is a fucking joke if you care about marijuana do not go here the establishment is dirty the people are stoned the prices are over priced and they're selling a bunch of bullshit weed that already has the crystals taken off of it saying it's 25% good lord that place is a total scam and rip off trust me screw medical marijuana just drive to Sacramento these guys are absolute clowns when I called him back to ask what we could do about it he's like yup so like that's it so they'd rather burn me once and lose me for the rest of their life that's fine what a bunch of bombs I'm from the bay area where Pot Club.'s have some fucking class this is a fucking disgrace   PS somebody pick up a fucking broom and like get the spiderwebs and all that dust out that place with your raggedy ass little picnic table full of a bunch of ripped off shit     trash!

The help we received was extraordinary. The information and education I am going home with is so helpful. There are many products for many things and instead of being overwhelmed, the staff is laser focused on what products would be best for her and will help through all stages of her cancer. I went home with a balm that I can apply to painful spots, a coconut butter infused with cannabis to support her skin through radiation and high doses of CBD's that are prepared with glycerine and not chemicals.  I plan to return soon for a black cherry juice infused with THC to support the nausea during chemotherapy infusions and those rough hours afterwards. The fact that everything is all natural, organic for the most part and chemical free (processes can use butane, etc, and they ensure none of their products have this I truly am grateful for the staff being so helpful for what we needed. The education and kindness, and compassion makes my heart melt. We have come a long way in this world. The prices are great, too. Will be back.

Sent my girlfriend in to get two clones. She has her medical recommendation and I do not and in placer county you must have it to enter clubs. However she came back bragging about how they said that they were the best clones and perfect. Both clones were about 7 inches tall with roots crammed in almost a thimble sized sleeve. Both plants had mildew all over them. And were wilted. It’s partially my fault for sending her and not going myself but the fact that they bragged to her about the “quality” of the clones and how they are only “third generation “ . Anyone who know anything about clones can see that these cutting are total garbage and had been neglected and sat forever and they tried to unload them on an unknowing woman. Waste of $50 and I will never go through them again. And for sure will tell everyone I know to not support them either.

It's shrinking! And I'm surprised that a medical cannabis facility doesn't share information with OTHER "medical" cannabis facilities in regards to WHO is licensed. Was turned away by another facility when my license was still good for 3 months.

Vape carts are very affordable here. I basically walked out with an extra surplus cart because the price here didn’t include my arm or my leg. The lady who helped me knew the difference between the kinds of cart technology an actual dropped some knowledge on me about the C-cells. So yea, I wasn’t expecting that, pro move y’all. I’ll be back!
