so happy with this place! came here for some cbd for my pup and joshua was so helpful the entire time! definitely will be returning once again! love it here!!

It used to be great. It's all overpriced now. What I used to get for about $50 less than a year ago cost me $90 today. What?!The worst part is when you walk in they don't just let you look around. There's someone on you immediately. You can't just shop. It puts so much pressure on you and makes you feel weird. Especially for people that already have social anxiety. I won't be back.

What a rip off. I asked for their most premium high testing indica. Got sold an eighth for $90.00. I figured wow this must be REALLY good for the price. Open the jar to find what was worth $40 on a good day. The jar said it tested at 26% or something ridiculous. Definitely wasn't even that. Second time I came, they say they close at 10. Arrive at 9:55. Wouldn't let me in because they were "packed." Sat in my car on a phone call for about 15 mins and saw one person exit. Still writing this review and not one other person has walked out. What a joke. So much for customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Green Angel who are basically next door. Best flower and customer service in Los Angeles area.

I'm moving & leaving the Higher Path as my regular store is going to make me so sad! 6 years of awesome deals & fun events. Ugh... no other store will ever compare!

Love this place, I can say I'm the OG of this shop, been going here for a while, even worked security prior to covid, great employees here and they've been coming and going throughout the years at the shop but this place is great at picking the right personnel's, in my opinion I've been getting great results from these employees in general, Max,Derrick,Teresa and Gerard ( sorry if I spelled name wrong) there recommendations are valuable and they never steer you wrong. Truly, the best experience at a dispensary I've ever had.The entire staff was incredible! It was my first time going in and every single person working there was so engaging and helpful, down to the security guard!The place is beautiful as well. I had always been hesitant to stop in because it looks like it would be a bit pricey, but it wasn't anything crazy. The ambiance of the place is just so comforting, I felt like I could have stayed for hours!Rocky was the guy assisting me and he was amazing. We chatted for a good while and talked through all the products I was looking at and I'm really excited to try out all my goodies that he suggested! I called my best friend immediately after and convinced her to go!Definitely will be back!

My husband has been a long time customer and he usually picks stuff up for me. The past couple of times, I've gone in with him. I have trouble sleeping and often have trouble finding the right product. The first time I went in with my husband, they had a liquid/drink called Kwik ZZZs on promo. I decided to try it and it was amazing. Calmed me down and knocked me right out. Great stuff!  I went back to get more and unfortunately they aren't carrying the product anymore. Geoff helped me and made a recommendation for a tincture that works really well for him. He also helped me find a reusable battery version of my favorite Dose cartridge for sleep. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and I'm so happy he was there because I would have been lost without him. I'm really looking forward to trying his recommendations.

I have been going to the Higher Path for many years now.  This is the most consistent dispensary that I have found. It is super clean and the staff is really friendly the bud tenders are very knowledgeable and if you want or need to count on a place where do you know that you can get good stuff it's the higher path is the only place to be get there immediately!!!!!Thank you higher path for making my neighborhood I'm a little bit brighter we love you

I love this place. They're extremely knowledgeable, helpful and they always have whatever I need. When I wear the free shirt they gave me I always get comments from strangers who rave about what a great place it is.

I had a mask on and my boyfriend didn't in the car. They wouldn't serve me on top of it they are racist because they banned me after years of coming here and not him and he's white. I will be Cc ing Jarred K in the email you wrote To me so he knows you're costing him money and i will be sending videos of you guys not washing your hands in between customers. Really disgusted that you guys are little bullies. Not once did a manager come out and talk to me. Why would i take my bandana off and wear your mask when you guys don't ever wash your hands and take identification cards and cash? Highly recommend the shop down the street. They are kind and friendly and very clean. Even one of the bud tenders said he was bullied by other employees for his beliefs.

Do you remember when you were a kid and adults told you that dreams were important and necessary for success? They lied to you. Buy some Gunja and get out of the matrix. This place is very welcoming and the staff seems knowledgeable. I'm not a cannabis scholar so I wouldn't know any better but they at least have good customer service and a wide selection of product.

Dont get your weed from this place.As a first time visitor , the boy in the parking lot threw my driver's license into my car on purpose and the security guard two handedly, flipped me off. Why , you ask? Because I parked in "the wrong spot" even though it was unmarked. I went to the place 1 block away and I hope I will forget the experience I had to go through.

Unbelievably long waits every day. And incredibly rude employees Zach K. Literally provided the worst customer service ever, after i waited 30 minutes. There are many other places to go with better service. This place is absolutely mismanaged and the employees are the worst ive ever seen.

Kat Was so kind today as the staff always is at the Sherman Oaks higher Path. The incentives and the discount days are so good I refuse to shop anywhere else. I often also take them up on the free delivery. I love their wide array of products and the knowledge of the staff at all times to help me through my order. I enjoyed cats direction today and followed her advice. This is my favorite place For my CBD and THC needs! They are like one happy family and they treat you like family when you come to pick up your product.

Wellll... I wanted to like this place. I got some good recommendations from the iChat on their website. When I went to pick up my order (after receiving a text that my order was ready) the people inside behind the glass seemed very confused.My order was not ready. Some hippie chick shooed me away from the window and they scrambled to put my order together. No words of "sorry, it'll just be a second" or "one moment please"-- there was a very off putting air. I'm a first time customer and I also didn't receive the "fabulous free t shirt" they promised. Not that I would wear it, but still.Also-- if you don't have cash--your order will be rounded up to the nearest five dollars and then they add an additional $3 fee.Not worth it.

Today is the 3rd time I fell for The Higher Path "25% THE ENTIRE STORE!!!" It is not, as advertised, the entire store, which is bait and switch. Also, they push their own brand first. Finally, their $1 pre-rolls suck.

Mike really knows his stuff! I'm an athlete and needed major nerve and muscle pain relief. After many attempts with other "experts" I finally got the advice I needed for relief without getting high. I didn't want to have to quit my career at 43 years old but my body was in so much pain. Mike knew exactly what to recommend and it saved me! I can continue my work as a stunt woman and personal trainer and recover now...I was about to give up hope. This means so much to me. I thought I'd have to switch careers. Thank you so much! The Higher Path recently created a new Compassion Program for medical cannabis patients who need, but aren't able to afford their medication.  I learned I was their very first Compassion Program patient and I was both thrilled and amazed at their kindness and generosity.Being a disabled woman for nearly 35 years, no one can understand how important a program like this can be to those in need.  I commend Jerrod, the owner of The Higher Path for his compassion, kindness and generosity.  My deepest thanks to you, sir, for both creating and enrolling me in this program.  My appreciation also extends to Lauren, Jocelyn, and all the budtenders and support staff.  You go above and beyond each time I visit The Higher Path.When we give to others, we strengthen ourselves, our beliefs, and the very foundation of our society.

I love THP! This shop is the experience I had been looking for. It is incredibly well decorated and spacious and airy. The lobby is cool and they have some cool backdrops for photos as well. The place feels secure and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. Recently I ordered online because of the new protocols for health and safety - which I followed to the letter because I so appreciate the service they are providing. The website ordering experience is absolutely on par with the in-store experience. Easy to find everything and the order is ready to pick up very quickly. Don't forget to tip!

THE GOOD: -Very friendly staff. Everyone was really nice and my budtender (Teresa) was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.-Free T-shirt for first-time customers, along with 10% off. -They also have all sorts of daily deals happening as well as discounts for online reviews. -Charming interior. -Like most dispensaries, they can't accept credit cards. Not clear on all the details, but it's basically because marijuana is still illegal on a federal level. In addition to cash, they do accept debit cards which is a plus.THE BAD:-Wasn't super thrilled about their stock. Didn't have too many sativa disposable pens available (two options) and both were priced at $50 plus. They didn't have any $35 disposable pens in stock (which is what I was looking for).

Best prices in Los Angeles worth the drive if you have to travel more than 25 miles I want to top tear dispensaries and by far higher path has equally higher potency and cheaper prices can't beat it you're so friendly they even gave me a hug for my Overwhelming enjoy

I attempted to visit for the first time during COVID-19. I entered and gladly stopped to check-in with security, who of course was ready to take my temperature. I prefer to do so at the wrist yet this guy insisted my forehead. I pray more business educate staff during this period and that more people resist opportunities to be rude during this crisis.

Prices are pretty high. Bougie. It's a female owed business which is cool but there's this one employee there who literally judged the amount of weed I was buying. He scoffed in my face and said "that's it? Wouldn't even last me two nights" -- what am I suppose to say to that? Sorry you don't have a life Bud and I do other things than sit on my ass and smoke weedUPDATE: The owner reached out and was so sweet in response to the employees' behavior that does not represent the company. Commitment like this from local businesses are what keep me coming back. The staff have been beautifully patient and compliant to safety during COVID and I thank them for keeping their doors open!

People are going to know what's up.  First of all, they are all about that bullshit. They are so boughie there it makes me want to knock their heads together to get somehow smarter than what is natural, just like Moses parted the sea. It would have to take a miracle for this place to ever get a handle on any mid-late 20s and 30 year olds as clients who even come back if it was to become the last dispensary on Earth. Waiting room was for the dead lady who could only breath through a full on oxygen facial covering mask machine leading into her via esophagus.  This place says the wait isn't long but if they take long then at least you have this impending doom of a faux-tree cluttered room that looks like one single piece of furniture from every police auction was purchased separately. And still, they are hella boughie!  Can you believe the nerve of their vibe?!?  Okay, so let's get down to the nitty gritty.  The products are cluttered, on top of each other, likely lost without their knowledge, and improbable to find anything at all, actually. Customer service is non-existent. Maybe I should have logged into ebay and bought a full face oxygen mask and machine first(?). Can I get some GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING assistant here on aisle YZV? No. I am still being my sweet self and waiting patiently, because truth be told, I am a patient individual- always have been and everyone notices it. So for anyone who isn't just like that naturally might end up in a Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler movie, probably called, Anger Managment II. This place gives you bad vibes. Like, damn, people die, yo. Or, sober, wow; life is so fragile.  Jesus Christ. Who wants to go visit the chill ass dispensary when there is an 11 foot tall security guard both in the waiting room and inside the clinic(?) Yes, you heard me correctly. They have two armed guards. This place is on Ventura, in Sherman Oaks-Studio City. The shop isn't on 18th Street nor Crenshaw. This was such a bad disaster of a business that I couldn't honestly even compare 911 to it. (jk)Final thoughts are these: They tell you nothing about the weed strains and cannot even suggest what is a Sativa dominant hybrid or what it is. Also, they do not weigh anything in front of you and whatever you smelled or chose, is in the back and pre-packaged in a dangerous ass slice your hand apart while high tuna can. Like can opener type of shit. The weed is bunk and the worst I have ever had.Okay, WAIT! Stop, stop: I take it back! I called and they have my favorite Sativa spawn of OG Purple and Cookies- CANDYLAND. Two other dispensaries, including Puffy Delivery and MedMen are out of stock, and it'll be gone til November (Wyclef was manning both telephones jk). This place was actually like, legit the shit. Saw me so fast, Justin was awesome. Bought Green Crack and a Pineapple Express CBD cartridge. I am so high right now and have been allll dayo for yayo (not Yayo, though. For all you squares that means Cocaine.) and that high was the most Indica Sativa I ever did smoke. If I stop writing, I'll probably just go right to sleep. Anyway, they played cool jellies like "Return of the Mac" and I'm down.

I was a first time customer (first time smoker, actually) and the customer service was superb. Product was also pretty amazing. However, I am having second thoughts on whether I should come here again. I told the guys at the shop that I was completely new to this, but I already knew what I wanted based on some googling (lol, I know). The bud tender somehow convinced me that that wasn't the best choice and recommended something else instead. Though I was very happy with the product, I didn't need that much and I also wasn't told the price until it came time to pay. I'm not a penny pincher by any means, so I didn't complain and just paid, but I knew I was being taken advantage of. Second thing, I was told their debit reader (or whatever is called) doesn't accept odd numbers, so it would round my total from 67 to 70, and he'd just give me $3 dollars from the register. And he did, but upon looking at my bank statement I was actually charged $73. Odd, given the explanation I was given when I was paying. So yeah, if you're new to smoking, go with someone who knows what they're doing. Otherwise you will likely be taken advantage of like higher path did to me.

I don't know what to say about THP other than that it's truly the best.  The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, conversational, and go above and beyond to make it a personal experience.  They always have a diverse and ever-evolving selection of products and deals.  Their online ordering / curbside pickup system is very efficient;  However I'll now take any excuse to go in-store as their new expansion is amazing.  I went in for their 4/20 extravaganza yesterday and they did such a wonderful job.  Mason was my guide and I don't know what to say about him other than that he was a gem and helped me get everything I needed and also exposed me to some new products.  Cannot wait for my next trip back!

The buds here are nothing special and they are absolutely not the best in LA. I bought the wedding crasher from here and it literally tastes like dirt, looks beautiful but tastes bad and didn't really medicate me and get me high. I would not returnPlus the prices are a little ridiculous compared to other shops

My first time at a dispensary in LA. First glance, the waiting room is very nice and comfortable. After waiting a few minutes to head to the back I must admit I was a little underwhelmed. The dispensary I had been to previously this year in Colorado was much larger with all the flower in the cases to see and just overall more exciting.The budtender was knowledgeable but a little confusing. He definitely helped me get to where I needed to be for my purchase. Good quality edibles (gummies). I would definitely go back when I'm back in LA next time. Overall good experience.

First time going to a dispensary and all of the staff members were helpful. My boss was in town and she wanted to do edibles, and I usually fall asleep or raid the fridge, so I asked for something that was the opposite and his recommendations were on point. Cash only, and they have an ATM inside. If you use their ATM machine sometimes they cut a few $ off to make up for the ATM fee you get slapped with.

This location has been a lifesaver through this pandemic. Not only is it a drive-through but they have fire ass house joints and deals all the time. I'd definitely stop by if I were you and get you some greens if you're in the city of Sherman Oaks or anywhere near the area.

As someone who is new to this area and more on the cautious side of things, what I loved about The Higher Path is how educated and informed they are. The whole team is incredibly friendly and personable. I had a consultation specifically with Mason, who is not only very informed, but he was incredibly patient and kind to me taking as much time as I needed to find the right fit, make sure I had all my questions answered and felt comfortable. I highly recommend The Higher Path.

Blu Gummy REALLY wanted to dig this place.... ....but dig this place, Blu Gummy did not.Although the waiting room aesthetic is cool, and extremely pleasing to a lil'stoney session, the employees are just SUCH a let down. Dealing with them is reminiscent of interacting with a high school cliche who thinks they are the most legit of the legit, when in actuality they're just mean-spirited dorks, who are marinating in insecurity, peer envy, social media blues, and essentially are a FAR cry from chill.Blu Gummy would expect a dispensary to employ cool, CHILL peeps! Makes sense right? But it is abundantly clear that these pretentious fake- hipster dweebs don't actually care about their customers, but instead (most likely) only strive for their commission cuts like the vampiric, bad-vibes-behind-the-eyes, chill-wannabes that they are.(Blu Gummy hates having to slam peeps, but as you know, loyal Blu Gummyites, Blu Gummy don't stand for no bad vibes. Nuh uh. LOVVVVVE, yo! We need looooove! And to get to love, the Bad Vibers need to be called out. It's a tough job and someone's gotta do it!)Okay, details, details, details: Blu Gummy is talking relentless up-selling attempts and an overall lack of knowledge and straight up BULLLLLshat knowledge about their products. (One dude actually told Blu Gummy that X product is very "Instagramable". He said this with a straight face. Please understand that Blu Gummy is a Ganja Connoisseur and has very much has studied the herb thoroughly. BUT, at The Higher Path, employees have repeatedly treated Blu Gummy like he don't know sheeeeeeaaatt, even when he has exhibited that he do. He DO know sheeeeeeatt! Very frustrating. They're also expensive. Back to Eaze Blu Gummy goes (what's Eaze? Weed delivered. Good prices, good products, and nice drivers!)But The Higher Path... this lil'shop of Bad Vibes... it gets a VICIOUS 0.5 BGs out of 13 Blu Gummies. Sorry, pals.

Just moved to SO and had to find a new weed shop; a friend recommended THP, saying that though their prices are a little higher, their customer service is unequalled. And he wasn't wrong (though the prices are not THAT much higher, tbh)! They have a great process in place: you place your order online or over the phone and either pick it up 'curbside' in the parking lot behind the shop or go into the lobby for pickup. I did the former, and met the friendly and helpful Tema, who could not have been kinder or more informative. She saved me extra $$ as a first-time customer and gave me a free t-shirt... and, of course, the products I came for. Will definitely go to THP again- thanks Tema & company! :D

Very knowledgeable and accommodating even for infrequent visitors. Yelp is giving me anxiety about the length of my review. I'm not certain why an enormous amount of detail is required to simply acknowledge a business that inspires, but it will make me question the cost v benefit ratio when attempting next to provide feedback.

Been coming here awhile and have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and working hard for their customers! Rocky is awesome and a delight to interact with, as is everyone else!

I visited this place a few weeks ago when I was in LA to visit my friends and family. The staff was extremely friendly. Bobby helped me and I have to say, I'm surprised with how they stay up to date with regulations regarding cannabis, both in LA and other states so that was helpful as I am from Ohio/PA area. Before I came back to Ohio, my friends and I decided to do an impromptu thing, so I came back here to get some stuff. My phone was 2% by the time I got there and thanks to Heather who let me use her hotspot, I was able to get a Lyft home (I turned off my data to save power). She literally saved my last night in LA.

A friend recommended this shop so I stopped by one night. The staff is extremely friendly and chill, very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. At first it seemed super busy but the team works fast and I was helped within 5min. Thank you to Bethany who helped me and totally knew exactly what I needed!! And there was a manager with dope neon pink eyeliner who I'm sorry I forgot your name!! I will definitely be coming back soon! :)

Higher Path does Cannabis right! And they for sure do customer service right! Went here for the first time when weed was only available for medicinal purposes - and at that point - the Higher Path was voted best dispensary in LA. No surprise - it was over the top in product, education and customer experience. Went back now that it's for 21+ also and while I was a bit concerned the experience overall would be diminished - I am thrilled to say - the Higher Path proved me wrong. This time I ordered online and picked up at the store. Easy Peasy. Got a confirmation email that my order was submitted, then a text and email that my order was ready for pick up. Parked, walked in the store, showed my ID and was handed my stash. No fuss no muss. This place is clean, safe and super friendly. My only go to for weed. Love them. God bless Higher Path!

Always great service, very easy with the curbside pickup! The prerolls are a great deal, and the dog cbd items have been extremely helpful for my anxious puppy! Rocky was the nicest and extremely helpful!

Nice shop well located in Ventura Blvdsnd very knowledgeable staff. The downside is the over pricing and gauging in many products by as much as 100% over the next shop. This shop now won't be my go to shop. They have sold me ( yes I am a sucker ) a Kiva Terra bites for a whopping $31.00 a box plus taxes,  Atrium sell same for $15.00  and this is only 1 item .  All I can say is shame on you guys, with so many dispensaries out there , you should work harder to bring clientes over, it's easy to lose one

Not a fan. It seemed great the first time we came in, with their Bougie-fun-looking reception area; but in light of all the glaring discrepancies with their service and availability of product the shine faded quickly.As their stock fluctuates wildly it's impossible to keep hold of any favorites, so their staff tells you that whatever they happen to have in stock is always SO MUCH BETTER than what you got last time or what your favorite is. They're super inconsistent with their advice and descriptions of their products. This is bad if you need something say, for muscle relaxation and they sell you on something that makes you hyper. So be warned...they WILL blow sunshine up your ass and tell you whatever they think you want to hear. Don't think for one second because of the nice setup that they're anything different from street shiesters.  They can say all they want about how 'legal' and 'safe' they are; it's just a ploy attempting to validate their inflated prices. Because they've so repeatedly been out of stock we've been forced to look elsewhere - I mean Ventura Blvd. is dripping with dispensaries! And after visiting a few other well-known, legal dispensaries we weren't too surprised to see we were being price gouged. Bottom line: Inconsistent service, lack of availability & overpricing of product make this shop on the low end of dispensaries in Los Angeles.

If you're looking for quality and affordability higher path is where it's at. I promise they are NOT that over priced place with only decent quality they are the complete opposite. Their deals are great and the fact that they have GREAT quality resin for a great price really adds to their greatness. On this visit, though, I just wanted some pre rolls. I was helped by Jorge and he was super helpful. I heard what I preferred and gave me great options. Highly recommend this spot!

So,I'm going to be the person who takes the time to write this review like a grandmother because it was absolutely imperative to express how I feel.The reviews for The higher path were so impressive that I walked into the green angel (dispensary) and walked out because I realized it was the wrong business and took my extra few minutes to drive to the higher path.I was picking up some product for my wife for Mother's Day  (I don't smoke or know much about products either)I was waiting for 35 minutes for someone to help me.4 people were helped before me, although I had arrived senior to them.I kept my cool,although I was on a time crunch, and tried to wait patiently as if I was at the bar in the club.I was ignored. I was standing right in front of someone and she legitimately looked straight through me.No one asked if I was being helped, they just ignored and assumed, so I was standing there like a fool. At this point I'm just waiting to see if anyone will help me.I would have walked out but by that point I was late and needed to buy some product. I regret spending my money there out of principle for the sake of disappointing service.I'm sure It doesn't matter to them because they profit well, and if I could write this review using my wife's social media platform to vent about the lack of service,I would. But it would have a severely negative result for the dispensary and I'm not that vindictive.

I've been coming here for a couple years and always experience friendly staff until today. I brought a friend and it was her first time in a dispensary.. The flamboyant white male wearing a pink t-shirt with brown hair, blue eyes and freckles was extremely rude and dismissive as we approached the window. I began to try to tell him I was a returning customer and that I had lost my ID to see if he could take my birth certificate and see that I was a returning customer. He wouldn't even simply listen and quickly cut me off saying "I can't help you" and put his head down to look at the computer as if we weren't even there. I'm not one to leave a Yelp review like this but that was the worst customer service I've experienced and my girlfriend that I brought as a new customer decided to take her business elsewhere because of the blatant disrespect. We all have bad days, but I won't be returning after that.

A great shop, friendly staff and knowledgeable without being rude to people who are new to MJ. They have an enormous selection of every type you can desire and the staff will walk you through them to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Shady business dealings, and overpriced, watch out when getting your changeI've come in here a few times to get the pain cream for myself and some family members. The staff are usually cool when you get someone without having to wait. Very often they're out of stock of the cream but I've been able to catch it a few times. This most recent time I came in and used cash instead of my card which I usually do. I got fed up paying the credit card fee. After the young woman rang me up I noticed I got no change. When I asked her about it she said, "We dont give change." I thought to myself, "Wait...what?" I was stunned and asked her, "but I'm losing my money then?" She said, "Well we dont deal with change, it's been like that for years." So basically you pay a fee for using your card or lose your change...either way you're getting screwed by this business. I thought to myself, "What audacity to deny people their change when they use cash and then act like you're above giving people their change. Even if its .05 cents it's my 5 pennies that I worked for." Mind you their prices are already high and they're often out of stock. Shady cash dealings, overpriced, and low stock, I'd recommend going someplace else. There's plenty of other options that give you the money you're due and dont gauge you.

They gave a good impression when they gave me a free shirt and said if i wear it next time I come in I will get a regularly priced $5 joint for $1. I was super stoked, so i came in next time wearing the shirt and the lady tells me that in order to get the $5 joint for $1 I have to initially PURCHASE a joint to get that deal, so I said okay fine thats still not a bad deal ill take it, just wish she would have told me the first time. Here's the part that makes them suck: they only take a $10 minimum when it comes to debit cards, my total was 7.24, so they charged me $10 on the card machine and gave me back $2.76 cash, whatever fine, but then on my bank account it says i was CHARGED $13 for the transaction, so they have a debit card fee but didn't think to say anything??? And on top of that a day later a new charge comes in for "$2.50 atm fee" wtf?? Really? You just charged me $5.50 extra, for what? To use my card? Seems ghetto to me, what scammers. Makes me even more angry now knowing that this is the 3rd time I have paid this amount with them I just assumed they would only charge me what it said on the screen and never checked my bank statement but I am never going there again. I am going to talk to them about this soon, I'll update if they are decent people and refund me or find a way to reverse this because this is not okay!!

The Higher Path is lit. They are a high end dispensary with very knowledgeable staff. Bethany was my bud tender and not only was she gorgeous she was extremely helpful and had great recommendations. This club is expensive but worth every penny for the high quality products and nice atmosphere.

There are so many great people at this store. Jordan the manager if you have any questions just talked to him. Gigi's my budtender if she's there. I've been in the business since 1981 when I was a freshman in high school. These people have taught me so much, so forget that old saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I live 78 miles from them. Lot of closer options some free some more expensive some less expensive. But I trust these people. Basically I trust them with my life. If customers can deal with change at a donut shop or the grocery store, they can deal with change in your shop as well.If you really wanted to round prices, you could have priced items in a way that they came out as a round number after adding tax.Or if that doesn't work, just round it DOWN every single time, even if it means you lose a few pennies. Now THAT would really mean "for your customers".As for the LINX or whatever other system, I don't need or want to jump through hoops in order to pay the amount listed in the receipt, let alone pay any "processing fees" (if applicable) for any transaction.Please stop trying to pass your cost of doing business to your consumers. Why don't you add a dollar surcharge to cover for security expenses? Or another dollar to pay for your internet provider or cleaning services?You chose a line of business, it comes with certain expenses. Please deal with it the same way us other business owners deal with it.

The customer service here is amazing, absolutely bar none. Every aspect of the interior is pleasing to the eye, from the product displays, the signage, the decorations, and even the plants. The cake case is a very nice touch, and I love the chalkboard menu as well. The budtenders are so nice and approachable, and the products Wyatt recommended to me are exactly what I was looking for. This place is awesome. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and patient with you to find the perfect item. The edibles I got were amazing and very affordable. I also love how all the employees were women! Can't wait to come back.

What a great selection! After experiencing other dispensaries that are sleazy, this place is a classy Very helpful staff. Gorgeously decorated, original artwork on walls, a really great experience overall. They have a fantastic rewards program as far as discounts when you've bought a certain amount over time. They didn't  have what I wanted once, I emailed them, and they called me when it came in. Almost no one does that anymore! I highly recommend this place. There is surrounding free residential parking galore, but after a certain time it's permitted resident only and you will get ticketed so check the signs.

This store is overpriced and service is super slow. I'm not coming back ever again. Sometimes it's better to stick to your proven store. Bad try

HIGHly recommended. OK, seriously, I'm so happy to have this spot in our neighborhood. There's never a long wait, no matter what time I go there. The staff is always smiling and eager to help you with whatever question you might have. There's no snotty attitude to be found there. I also think the daily deals they offer are decent and no one's ever pushy about them either.

Best place ever! Staff are the friendliest, lots of variety and information, the green is great, and the curbside pick up is super easy. Just order from the website and once it's ready it's a super easy pick up from your car or the lobby. Even during a pandemic, this place rocks!

First of all, this shop is way overpriced. I just picked up 1/8 for $45 and it is whatever. It was "pre-packed" which makes me wonder why they even need bud tenders. I could tell the flower had been sitting for a while because it smelled like hot plastic when I opened the jar. It should have smelled like herb. The cartridges are also on average $9-$10 more than other shops. Honestly there are recreational shops with better bud at better prices. I feel like they make most of their money from people who do not know better. On the bright side, the staff seem nice enough (though a little slow, but who am I to judge? ).  It is a beautiful shop and the staff are professional.

An item I purchased there had stopped working for an unknown reason and I brought it into the store to see if they could fix it.  The manager Jocelyn Sanchez was so friendly, immediately helped me and couldn't fix it but rectified the situation. Great people, great products.

Manager at HP stated THAT SHE AND 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES, SMOKED FROM my pen to "TEST" it in the MIDDLE of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC.That is what prompted my review.Your response DOES NOT ADDRESS my issue in any way.When I questioned her actions, she replied that she wiped it down and it was 'safe.'As you know,  per our messages to each other, the pen has been destroyed.I could not take any risks.Because I now do not trust the safety precautions at the HP, I declined the offer of a replacement.I NEVER said that I've had "numerous wonderfulexperiences" with this manager. THAT IS SIMPLY UNTRUE. Tho I have seen her many times, the only time I ever remember engaging with her was when HPrefused to accept my RX for medical marijuanabecause it didn't have a gold star.Apparently the staff was not trained to recognize a medical RX and she intervened in my favor.Once again, I had to give them one star in order to post this.

Even as an infrequent weed purchaser this place is more expensive than everywhere else. Things that would cost under $20 at a regular dispensary have a $10 mark up for no apparent reason.

Great vibe, great look, great brands, great staff. I called ahead to see if they stocked Chemistry and Heather was happy to help. Jorge helped me and was so welcoming and proactively told me about specials they were running and new brands they were featuring. Will definitely return and recommend. I hope in the future they carry more of Chemistry's line, but overall the selection is great and the brands are all quality. They run some great specials too.

When all other dispensaries in the area were shut down as the new regulations went into effect, The Higher Path embraced the neighborhood and provided deals for all budgets. I come by bus and it stops close by. The waiting room is very pleasant with artwork to look at (and buy), hot tea and comfortable seating. I get the Friday pre-roll deal but the selection is quite extensive and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating.The only concern is with the 2 rooms, the patrons mill about regardless of the order they came so they need a velvet rope!

If you want your bud to taste like laundry detergent and spend $30 on an 1/8th, this is the place to go. Only 1st time patient deal is 10% off which is basically just tax. Ambience is cool which is what the extra star rating is for. Security loves to treat you like a criminal, they were nice seeming but made me feel uncomfortable in the end. Its rated the best in LA but I think its only rated that by the owner and staff. Would NOT recommend 10/10.

Dude, this place is so amazing and the staff is hella rad! This was my first time going to a dispensary and the people were so informative and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made great recommendations on what to purchase.When I told the young women working there I was from TX they offered extra information about the products I was buying to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. This place has a neat set up with a check in and then once they validate your ID you're called inside to look over all the goodies. They've got so many amazing products. WOOOW, never did I ever think I would be here writing this... nor had I ever thought that I would ever be denied service from the higher path. I have been an avid customer coming in almost DAILY for years. Became acquainted with the employees being a regular customer. Until today. Higher path has always been at the top of my list, primarily for convenience. Today, was another day, like always, I head to the higher path. today, like some other odd days, I didn't want to walk, so like before, I'd rent a bird scooter and head over, cutting my time from 8 min to 2 min. I parked the scooter out front, like I always have, **and at this time the scooter was paralleling the tall store front windows away from the front door facing it as well. If you come here you would know, it was OUTSIDE on the sidewalk, paralleling the right side of the windows of where the security sits, facing west, on its stand. ** I walk in and front door security receives notice from from a supervisor asking me to move the scooter. I, confused and concerned, wondered why? I look back to ensure that everything was okay, I did not see anything wrong with where the scooter was parked, and I turned back around to continue checking in with the front desk, however, with a second security coming out, they seem to have an issue with the scooter and where it is parked... I, curious to know what they seem to have recognized, asked what's wrong, if it was illegal where it was parked, if there is a policy, or mandate that forces me to have to comply and move the scooter, which is in no way wrongly parked or placed, giving no obstruction to any pathway. I was given the answer that there is nothing wrong with where the scooter was parked ( I what the second security mentioned) however, he tells me that he just "wants" it to be moved.... ???? So I have to do what you say because you want me to? What am I a slave ? I, in not the best of moods, and with everything going on in this world, especially with police brutality, wanted to secure and practice my rights... I felt that it made no sense for me to be inconvenienced by this at all to where I have to go against my will and comply with such a ridiculous request.... Because he wants me to.... that's not a good enough answer for me... if I HAVE to do it, I will.. but, I don't HAVE to do anything. I, especially after further assessing the situation, let the security know, if you FEEL that there is an issue and that it should be moved then go ahead and move it. I have no issue with the scooter being moved. I was the only customer in the store at this time and he tells the front desk clerk, do not serve him until he moves the scooter...... what in the freaking world.....What kind of treatment is this? I have never experienced this before.... I grabbed my ID, said "okay, thank you" I left the scooter there and ordered the one right next to it, literally, went to the green angel dispensary down the street, parked the scooter the exact same way, told them about it, and everyone seems to agree that it's a little absurd to be denied service over something like that. No one could seem to find the problem there. Now, I most definitely am just being petty... but I drove the scooter back to the higher path, parked it in front of the store again, waved at the securities, with my dispensary purchase, and flipped off the camera for the supervisor to see... I don't think I'll be allowed back after that, and I don't think I will ever be back unless someone shows me proof that I most definitely HAD TO MOVE THE SCOOTER... so I can apologize lol but until then ???? trying to make me move it because you want me to ? And deny me service if I don't comply ? Come on now, that's a little too hostile for me... thank you for our time together... The staff always puts a smile on my face while I sit in the waiting room, especially Shorty. The high quality customer service definitely overshadows the occasional long line. Looking forward to going back in!

Super nice people & knowledgeable. Decent selection. 10% off for first timers vs 15% or 20% I've experienced at most dispensaries. Also, I overheard that seniors receive 10% every time which is nice. I was in for a pack of pre-rolls, and they charge SIGNIFICANTLY more for the same brand I just bought -- $10 more to be exact. If you're looking for a lot of assistance & don't mind spending more for the same product, this is a good little dispensary for you.

What an experience. I'm not one who frequents dispensaries but this one blew every one I've ever been to out of the water. From the second you walk in the door staff is smiling and extremely welcoming. Harrison was my "budtender" and he was a wealth of information. He helped me make well informed, confident decisions and kept me laughing. I never want to go anywhere else.

Going to dispensary's that aren't Black owned or lack of Black employees makes me cringe as we know there are still huge disproportional rates of Black people CURRENTLY in jail/prison for marijuana offenses, but this shop is close to my house so I've tried it out of convenience despite the gentrifying feeling. The prices are really high, most 8ths are 55/60 PLUS tax. The reason I'm leaving this review and with such a low score isn't because they're not black owned or just because the high prices but the customer service with the staff is bad. I've come here multiple times and I've always felt like their staff was borderline rude and not friendly, but the last time I came here they called multiple people who came in after me. After the third person I went to the desk to ask what's up and they were so rude about it. Skip this shop if you don't want to receive bad customer service while overpaying.

Place is way too busy. Victims of their own success. Entitled, unfriendly and condescending attitude. Not a place I would recommend. There are more competent and WAY friendlier alternatives, thankfully.Update: I gave them another chance. What a big mistake and terrible mismanagement of resources. Your bags can't be taken in, but are left in a OPEN-EASY-TO-STEAL "cubbyhole" type furniture. The only person. Supervising these bags are surveillance cameras. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and staff, indignant about a customer pointing this out - are arrogantly responding with: "Well, you should to bring the bag with you."... How can this kind of business operate under this kind of ignorance and still be called a five-star place....Three stars after the second visit. Other that the managements utter failure in keeping an eye I. Your stuff they actually are a very good dispensary. Female staff interaction with customers was dismal that evening. I came in for the first time last night, and was absolutely blown away with the level of service and professionalism from everyone working there. The legalization of cannabis use in CA is a monumental step forward, but it's still a long battle to change the stigma that's been historically associated with marijuana. By running such a tight, clean and WELCOMING operation, the folks at The Higher Path are doing just that.I started off by submitting all my forms online via their website (ID, Medical Recommendation, etc.) Once that was done, I browsed their products, added what I wanted to my cart, and BAM! It got prepared immediately and was ready for pickup. One of the products I ordered was unfortunately out of stock, but they reached out via text to let me know; they even suggested comparable products/strains that would be just as effective, and offered to update my order accordingly. WHO DOES THAT?!Walking in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was absolutely welcoming. I handed her my paperwork to verify (be sure to always have your ID and rec on hand just in case), and my package was there ready and waiting for me. Service aside, their Brand Identity and packaging is ON. POINT. Everything from the bags, to the containers, to the rolling papers were beautifully designed. As a Creative Director by profession, I'm constantly critiquing packaging, The Higher Path is KILLIN' IT in this regard.When I got back to my car, I realized that I had forgotten my FTP goodies (since I placed my order online, this might have been overlooked on accident. What normally happens is you're given a special card at the front desk that you can take to your budtender to let them know it's your first time.) So I went back in to let them know, and was greeted by a different receptionist by the name of Sarah. She was equally welcoming and also incredibly professional. She apologized for the oversight and immediately rectified the situation by bringing me back and putting together my FTP bag. She also informed be about the "Second Time Patient" incentive that I'm 100% going to take advantage of :)PLUS they take CREDIT CARDS which is phenomenal. I NEVER carry cash, and hate paying ATM fees. As others have said before, there are so many options to get your medication (either delivery or some other dispensary) but there's nothing like discussing the buds with someone friendly & knowledgeable in welcoming environment.Also, there's Tazo tea in the waiting area. This place just gets better and better the more you pay attention.SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT: please keep hiring friendly people, they're the lifeblood of your company. Tell Sarah she made my night. PLEASE look in to carrying "Select Oil" concentrates. They're my #1 go-to brand, and I can't wait to buy my fav product from my fav dispensary.

This place is the bomb diggity bomb. First off, it's so preeeetty to look at, I love pretty places they make me happy :) Secondly everyone there is very helpful, nice and also pretty, I love pretty people they make me giddy :) Third, they're PRETTY reasonable with their prices ;)   The Pineapple Express oil is the best sativa. It doesn't make you feel lazy and unproductive. You can be creative and productive at the same time! :)

Place is overpriced af!!! 81 dollar 1/8 before tax! And then their mid is like 60, BEFORE tax! I remember the days of 35 cap, what a shame.

I come here once a week at least, spend hundreds of dollars here. Came today on Halloween just to be harassed by the "manager" after I stuttered on accident.

As a first time customer in a legal state, this was a great experience! The sign above the door says, "Voted Best Dispensary in LA" and we were worried when we walked in and there was a bit of a wait that we were in over our heads but once we got inside it had such a laid back, local shop vibe. We told them it was our first time buying recreational marijuana and our budtender was so patient showing us what everything was and had way more information than we knew what to do with. Everyone behind the counter was chatty and jumping in to add comments about what we were looking at and it just felt so chill. We walked out with some of the strongest weed we've ever smoked and we'll definitely be back before leaving California!

This spot has been here forever and has become more like a Starbucks but. W.e. buds are still good and it's Ventura Blvd. Wtf do you expect?!

Knowledgeable staff and great products. They also have daily discounts and deals, so there's usually a more affordable option. They've helped me navigate through different products to deal with pain and insomnia, and even helped my dog with CBD for a long flight (which the dog appreciates greatly). Only giving 4 stars because they're often busy and a visit involves at least 10 minutes in the waiting room. Now that there are several other options in the neighborhood that have no wait time.

That's all... I'm updating my review because I went to another dispensary, bought the same product "Brass Knuckles" and it's just as bad. It's the product. Not the place. My bad.

i love everything about this place. not only is it walking distance from my apartment, which makes things easier when i'm feeling lazy, but the people who work here and the flower they sell are worth coming back for. the budtenders are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about both THC and CBD products. they always have some sort of deals going too, which is a plus.besides being an all-around great place to buy your buds, the atmosphere is unmatched. they have a silver throne in the waiting area, surrounded by greenery and art on the walls. and when you walk into the dispensary area, there is a skylight with hanging vines. it's comfortable and funky and worth checking out.

This is my all time go to shop. The employees are all knowledgeable about the products and are super friendly. The interior is gorgeous and the waiting room is very cozy and tranquil, offering teas and water. They prices are wonderful! Do yourself a favor and swing by to check it out. You won't regret it!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries! The staff is super sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. It's also super adorable on the inside. The Weed is great quality and they have a good variety of flower, edibles and other fun things. I Highly highly recommend everyone try!

I've been coming to The Higher Path since I lived in Studio City and it was my neighborhood dispensary. Now I live in Porter Ranch I still drive out to The Higher Path because other shops I've been to inter valley just don't compare to The Higher Path's deals, service, and overall ambiance! I highly recommend this shop, and make sure to stop by on Friday's for BOGO joints for $1!!

Decided now was a good time to write a review. I moved here recently and though it's not the closest, it's certainly the most special dispensary. I went in for an 1/8 of the sherbet and two $1 joints last night. Ended up buying joints that were $14 a piece (!) It's all good quality and the prices are standard, but the extra friendly staff makes this experience worthwhile. So even if you don't go in knowing what you want, you can definitely find someone willing to help. Thanks for making every visit pleasant

Use to be my go to when I first moved to Sherman Oaks. When it was smaller and before it got real popular last summer. The flower use to be good. But now, it's always wet, can't smoke it. Some pre roll premium brands same thing, could never smoke it, it just wouldn't smoke. I went as recent as few weeks again and paid top dollar for an 1/8 and was too wet to smoke again.

Customer service was top notch as well as the flower selection. I've yet to try the edibles, but I'll be coming here again to try some more of their products. This location is also very convenient, I believe they have parking in the back.

The staff is super helpful and informative.  They helped me find exactly what I needed.  I wish had extended business hours but 10PM is not too bad.  The prices are comparable to others in the area.

The budtender there actually took his time to consult my desires in a weed strain and was very informative which is the #1 thing I look for in dispensaries. If you lack in knowledge of marijuana strains, or maybe just wanna switch things up, this is the place to go. Also, prices are reasonable! I'll definitely be visiting again.

This was my first time ever being in any sort of dispensary/collective. And while I have nothing else to compare it to, I was led here by yelp reviews and was not let down. I originally called to see if they did recommendations, to which a very polite employee told me that while they did not, she could give me the names of places that did. Great. After sending me on my way, I vowed to come visit and see what was good. Although I am new to the medicinal practice here in California, I am not new to cannabis and I was pleasantly surprised to find that The Higher Path has a very diverse selection of strains. Prices are decent, and everything here was immaculately clean from the waiting room down to the supply jars. They also have a decent selection of edibles available, which I did sample (two baked lollipops for $5 each) Definitely worth coming to check out if edibles are your thing. When it was all said and done, I checked out with two lollipops and two strains. Was not overly pricey, and I was even discounted due to it being happy hour. After wrapping everything up nicely, I was on my way. The only downside to the entire experience was the fact that when I checked the product, I'd been given the wrong bud on one of the strains. One was correct, the other wasn't.But given the fact that the experience was easy and comfortable, it's easy to overlook the mixup. I will definitely be returning.

Expensive. On top of being way over priced, no parking, no system at all.  It was a zoo. Rude bud tenders.  And of course over charged me $15 and never gave me the first time discount.  Don't walk, run anywhere else.  The valley has so many good places.

Really great, friendly vibe.  They make you feel welcomed.  Everyone seems in a great mood, customers and bud tenders.  Bethany waited on me and she really listens to what you say, which is a relief -- you don't always get that at other dispensaries.  She's very knowledgable and honest.  I appreciate that so much!  I left with a smile on my face!  Thanks, Bethany and thank you Higher Path!

Probably my favorite dispensary in the valley. If you know what you want it will only take a few seconds, and the staff is super friendly! Teresa is awesome!

Good customer service but already with higher prices.  Been loyal but due to raising the 3 dollar pre rolls to 5 dollar pre rolls is a total waste of money and rip off.  I will be shopping else where from now on.  The quality of the 5 dollar joint is the same as 3 dollar joint, and you will get same high , no more.  It's safe to say now that higher path is going greedy and is more for taking advantage of new smokers and losing loyal customers who know better.

Long wait times, high prices, poor selection, rude staff. Go LITERALLY anywhere else.

The Higher Path collective is amazing. I was searching all over Los Angeles for an edible that helps me go to sleep. No one had it, even when they listed it online, but Higher Path did. They let me order online and when I came into the shop, it was ready for pick up. Everyone at Higher Path was incredible -- from the security guard, to the other clients, to my amazing bud tenders Felicia and Gigi who helped me out and really took the time to care how I was doing. I'll keep coming back to Higher Path for the fantastic customer service and for keeping my medicine in stock.

I've been coming to The Higher Path for years now. They are hands down my favorite dispensary. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is perfect. They always play great music. The budtenders are extremely knowledgeable about all the products they sell and they have a wide selection of flower and concentrate. I love this place!

By far the best place I've been comfortable going to in LA probably b/c I was being helped by GG, who listened and understood my budget and my concerns with weed.  I almost want to be his smoking buddy. As a first time customer here and newer to this world he definitely made me comfortable and listened and understood what my needs were and definitely met them with his suggestions.  Damn, did I just repeat myself, good job GG your guys'  sh*ts good.  I will be returning here b/c the staff are incredible and let's not lie, the kush is solid.

Being a new user of these things, I was nervous about going to a dispensary and not knowing what to ask, sounding dumb, etc. but from the cheerful super friendly receptionist welcoming me  to the knowledgeable and very nice salesman, Bobby, it was great. Put me at ease immediately. Bobby was sooooo helpful, I got just what I needed and a few extra things I didn't even know I needed!! So happy with my purchases and his suggestions. Thank you!

I've been going here for almost a year (pre-recreational). I've enjoyed the nice staff and convenient location (across from Ralph's grocery store). Since January the business has really boomed and the wait times have gotten crazy. But tonight there wasn't anyone in the waiting room so I got right in to the weed room. There were two budtenders helping customers. I waited 20 minutes before another budtender came out and said "I can help the next customer." A Higher Path is a victim of their own success... too much business, too few budtenders. Management should re-examine their staffing schedules for prime evening hours. I'll be exploring the many other dispensary options in the area. I've always felt that if a business doesn't make it easy to give them my money than I'll go somewhere that will. What a crazy time for us old heads.UPDATEAfter visting three other dispensaries in the area, I decided to try The Higher Path one more time. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. There was a full waiting room (approx. 15 people) and eight people in the weed room and they still only had two budtenders working. And boy can those budtenders yammer on. They were chatting with the customers / patients for 20 minutes (yep, another 20 minute wait). Plus, the online ordering / pickup is not at all ready for the public. I looked at their website and half of the deals that are available in person aren't listed on their website. So... a sad and disappointing return that has ended my patience with The Higher Path. Best of luck.

Great rewards program, I've accumulated enough points for 2 free eights which is an amazing perk! As a women, I feel safe at this location which was on the top of my list of requirements when I was searching for a collective to call home. The higher path checked that box and all other boxes thereafter. Bud tenders are very knowledgeable and chill. I started this journey knowing little to nothing about cannabis, forget about edibles vapes and strains! Now I feel very much well versed in the world of cannabis and know exactly what to buy based on what I want to treat or how I want to feel. 5 stars all around.Suggestion: Bring back some Cali OG on a regular basis.

Higherpath has always been a pleasant experience when getting my Cannabis. The Budtenders are nice, knowledgeable, their products are always quality and they have been around for a long time. I love them!! There are some remarkably nice people working there!

I'm pretty fond of The Higher Path in Sherman Oaks. The budtenders are like walking encyclopedias when it comes to *all* of their products. I can't smoke, but they have a respectable selection of edibles. I was able, with their help, to get enough products to tailor a THC/CBD combination to make significants inroads against my chronic severe pain. Good people, clean place, smallish but the wait wasn't long at all.It was my first time and they made me feel very welcome. I'd gone in about two weeks previously to find out how to get my doctor's letter and how collectives work, and a fellow named Gabriel took plenty of time to explain everything. THAT was why I went back to THP as soon as I got my doc's letter -- there are no stupid questions, they really *do* want to help people feel their best, and they all have the patience of Job. When it comes to herbs, these people have the equivalent experience to some medical professionals. Tip your budtender generously, because that knowledge is worth some cash.Mason helped me when I was in on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with his expertise, the donations for products, and there was even a vendor in who had a CBD spray I tried which was excellent.

This was hands down my favorite dispensary in the city. The staff was so cool, the shop was amazing. They recently turned to recreational.  Now the wait is ridiculous and it takes 45 minutes to get anything.  What irritates me more than anything is the used to have a loyalty program where you get points for dollars. I had over a thousand points and that system is no longer valid. 1000 points gets me $40 off now. Back before recreational it would get me a lot more. I'm done with this spot. I'm a little bummed because I really liked it. I've spent thousands of dollars here and because all my business in the past now equates to $40, I'm moving on to the next dispensary

This used to be one of my favorite stores. However, after today, I will not be returning. Since they became recreational, the prices have skyrocketed due to sales tax and zero good deals. Since they took away the iPad with the loyalty program, there is no way of knowing what your points are as no one updates you on them. Furthermore, before they changed over, I had 800 points. Now, they're saying I have less than 200.  WTF?!!!  They're always conveniently out of the $25 budlet eighths and since they don't give a free gram with happy hour anymore, this place is very overpriced.  Their excuse to me for this was that they can't offer free stuff, but if that is the case, they should lower their prices to counteract it. The wait was about 15 minutes today and about 30 from a c weeks ago.My response to the owners long-winded reply: I'm signed up for emails and texts and NEVER received any information about a grace period to use the points. I get texts from you guys all the time, but one that discussed points NEVER showed up so I believe you're lying.  I also have a medical card and was NEVER told I would be charged less for taxes. I was charged the full amount in taxes after showing my card to you guys on 2 occasions. This is completely unacceptable, and for sure, I will not be back.  I prefer shops that are simple, with less headaches and ones who appreciate their longtime customers instead of writing back to them long-winded snarky replies.

I got my recommendation today and found this I found this clinic on yelp not to far away. Boy am I glad I looked to Yelp for my first dispensary experience.  The budtender who helped me was so patient, he took his time with my large order and gave  me plently of recommendations. He also included a few free gifts with my purchase which was beyond generous. I live away an hour away but its well worth the drive.I got my recommendation at 420 Doctors which is close and I had such a great experience I was a new patient. Walked in at about 6 on a Saturday the entire process was under 15 mins. I was so please with the staff and doctor. The price was reasonable at $45. 420 Doctors 15333 Sherman WayOh and after you smoke your cannabis be sure to stop at Mendocino Farms its a sandwich shop that is vegan friendly. I honestly have never had such a delious meal, and its walking distance from the higher path

I did have a good experience in the store. Everyone is nice and friendly. What happened is probably just a mistake but it's still unacceptable. I didn't feel like getting angry about it or going in to talk to the manager for something so worthless so I've taken to yelp. They sold me a silicone case that I realized had already been used once I opened it at home. I thought yelpers should be aware of this. I don't normally review places but they upset me a little when I called on the phone and Mason doubted that I was telling the truth. Also, the stuff on the slabs looks a little better than the stuff pre packaged in the fridge so be aware of that too. Otherwise they have pretty decent buds so I suppose you shouldn't be deterred if that's all you want.

I had been a loyal customer since I originally started to come in like a month ago. Besides long wait times on occasion most everyone was polite and a friendly staff. I tipped many times I came in. And I was a daily customer. Today I waked in and three people were at the front just ignoring me. I have never had that experience at any dispensary in LA. The manager apologized sincerely and gave me a one dollar joint. But the disrespect was just ridiculous. Especially when I am polite to everyone as I come in. No one even said Hello. For like two minutes and it was empty. The weed quality is good. The good attitude of most of the staff is great but they permanently lost a customer.

Hands down, the best dispensary I've ever been to in California. Huge selection and variety of quality meds, amazing gear, knowledgable staff, great deals, clean, organized, and tasteful environment. Been going here for almost a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had a problem with them, and when I bought a damaged product (not their fault, company had a faulty vape cartridge), they didn't hesitate to give me a working one immediately. Highly recommended and very legit place. Try the Dream Queen and SF Dragon's breath.

So I asked her if I get a song and she started to sing me one. It was priceless.Yes indeed this place had awesome service and they ended up giving me a free pre-roll of my choice (fattie), a grinder, a little pipe and some stickers. I came here on a Monday which is happy hour all day (4.2 gram 8ths).They have a lot of good stuff here at decent prices and I honestly can agree with the hype. I can't believe I have written a review before, it's the only dispensary I go to anymore. It is (1) clean and safe (2) good selection (3) well priced (4) rarely understaffed and (5) has great daily deals and (6) the BEST customer service and knowledgable sellers.

First let me start off by saying this is by far one if the best shops I have been to! Definitely above par on every level! I have been coming here for 6 months. They have everything from flower to body products and CBD for dogs! Why go any where else?

This place is so amazing, yes they have the best selections, etc... But to me it's much more than just a dispensary. The people that work here are nothing short of incredible. They hands down have some of the coolest, caring, patient and kind souls that come together as their team! When I first walked in there, they welcomed me like family. They have helped me in so many ways I didn't even know were possible and I am incredibly grateful! Thank you again and I highly recommend coming here!! I've always been happy with the services, however the Mini kare Kookies (40mg) had NO effect for me WHATSOEVER.. They should take them off the selves..DISAPPOINTED!!!

My 90 year old Grandmother's doctor recommended CBD for her pain so I looked up a dispensary in the neighborhood and found The Higher Path. As a first time "patient" I was asked to sign in and waited 5 minutes before being let into the shop. I spoke to Ben and explained my grandmother's situation. He stepped aside to speak with my grandmother's caregiver (on the phone) about dosing information, what the best products for her pain are and gave me a similar detailed run down. He was extremely knowledgeable about the medicinal purposes about all of the products and I could not have had a better first time experience! So thankful to Ben and could not speak more highly about the service. Just FYI: There is a $3 charge if paying with credit cards.

I went here and let me tell you, this place is great! I love the decor in the waiting room, it really makes you feel welcomed. I also like how friendly and nice the staff are, especially if you're a new patient. When I went in, it was like paradise, everything smelled great and they had such a huge selection for such a small room. They even had edibles that you could have a sample of to try before purchasing. They know their stuff, the staff is very knowledgable about anything you can think of involving cannabis. My one and only compain if I had to give one was they are pretty expensive, the strains are great, but they sell them at very high prices. Ive found the same strains with the same potency at other dispensaries for half the price they sell them at. Other than that, I love the place but I will stick to my cheaper dispensaries.

I'm not much of a yelper but here goes. 5 stars easy, knowledgable, friendly, clean, legit. I've been coming here for a few months, never been disappointed. Regardless of budget, they always have something. And most important, the buds you're getting are legit, they are what they say they are, and you can ask them for the genetics. Perfectly grown, perfectly flushed, perfectly cured, everything. Always high quality. Best shop on Ventura BY FAR, and I've been to all of them.

Very easy to find this place and a nice staff. The wait time is usually a little long but not terrible. Once you get to the back you're greeted by budtenders willing to help you with any questions you got. The assortments are great from the flower to the edibles to the concentrates. I just wish the prices were a little more affordable but I guess ya can't do anything about the taxes.

I had a really good experience here last night. I was helped by a dude named Harrison who was super friendly and actually had thoughtful and detailed answers to all of my questions and needs. It was very refreshing to go to a dispensary that actually has knowledgeable employees and good vibes.

I'm a first time patient and was a little nervous coming here but the staff were so friendly and helpful! Julia helped me out and was awesome! I will definitely be coming back here! Ist time guest and new to smoking pot. People were nice and friendly. The joints I bought are HUGE! My new favorite so far is Blueberry bomb. Great for a woman going through menopause. ( helps put you in the mood ) feel very relaxed, creative.....all this on 2 hits. The generic joint was not my thing. Felt a little paranoid with that one. Thanks guys!

Their prices are very expensive.  They charge like 30% tax. There are way better clubs out there. Their prices are way too high.  The quality of the stuff is not good. Don't even waste your time!

The best dispensary I've been too. Walking in, the decor is trendy and fun. They have an amazing silver throne and a photo booth! The staff is just great. So helpful and friendly. I love it!

The Higher Path was the first dispensary I've ever been to. My first visit was in February, and I was thoroughly impressed. Being that it was my first time I, of course, had a million questions. The budtender took the time to answer all of my questions without once seeming like he had something better to do. Since then, I've been back more times than I can count and have never regretted it. I've tried a couple other shops, just to see if I was missing something by limiting my choices. NOPE! The Higher Path is my first choice, every time. I occasionally still go to other shops on the rare occasion THP doesn't have what I'm looking for (I'm a huge fan of high CBD flower), but for the most part they have the best selection and the best prices. THP is exactly what I was hoping a dispensary would be. Today I picked up an ounce of AC/DC shake for $10! Yes, $10 for an ounce of my favorite flower. I was in heaven. Kudos to the owner and to all the staff there. You guys honestly make every visit a pleasure. I look forward to giving you my business for many years to come! P.S. please keep the high CBD flower in rotation. I suffered a back injury and this is the best medicine I could ask for.

After seeing some positive reviews on here, I stopped in here looking for an olive oil based CBD tincture. The waiting area was small, but with a lot of character to it and some great decor (I really want that throne like chair!!) The first time visit check-in process was quick and easy and the host was friendly as well. I was pleasantly surprised that I was actually the only person in the waiting area at the time (early afternoon) - Once I went to the back I was promptly greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable budtender who was happy to help me find what I was looking for. He also gave me a first time visit special. I had more questions than the average person since I'm new to cannabis for medicinal use (or any type of use for that matter) and my budtender was awesome about it all. The environment is contemporary, clean, and has that upscale coffee shop chic feel to it. I was treated with kindness and respect as a new patient/customer. I felt confident that what I was leaving with would be appropriate for what I needed and had been given enough info to have confidence in what was recommended. I parked on the street at a meter directly in front of the shop, so I am not sure if there is parking behind or not. I signed up for text alerts of specials and events and heard they even have music nights here. I will happily be returning here and definitely recommend this dispensary.

I purchased some really nice flower here two days ago and loved the vibe immediately. When I got home I had checked my bank account and there was a double charge for the amount I purchased. I was pretty irritated and got on the phone with higher path to explain. They were so patient with me and had assured me this wasn't a double charge on their end. They told me to wait and see if my bank will process it out and if it was their mistake, they would refund me. After a few days I went in to show them it hadn't changed and they showed me they're numbers as they had definitely only charged me once and told me how to talk to my bank about it but said ultimately if the bank couldn't refund me, that they would. I was able to work things out as it was on my banks end and not higher path. That being said, I so appreciate their customer service and the fact they were willing to refund me even though it wasn't a mistake on their end. I Will definitely be back here, the people and vibe here is so genuine it's worth the trip alone.

First time user so I was a bit nervous to begin the process. My doctor had recommended this treatment to help with anxiety and other chronic issues. From the beginning to the end the process was fantastic. They staff were very knowledgeable and made great recommendations based on my need. They were patient and cared. I'm so happy i found this place and highly recommended it.

My first and only visit here was positive and one to remember. Specifically, Ariana who is one of the managers was very helpful in resolving an issue for me and  she was very receptive.  Also, they carry a wide range of products including the ones that I prefer.  The waiting area/lobby is by far the nicest I've seen of any of the dispensaries I've visited.  I have every intention of giving them my business whenever possible.

Wow! I'm new to this world and am so glad I tried higher path! Their selection of edibles is huge and they have fun happy hours and are super knowledgeable. I'll be back again without a doubt. I think my budista was Daniel? He was fantastic!

I been going to the higher path for a couple of years now. It is so close to my place and right across from the grocery store so I can do two at the same time every week and not go out of my way. Everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable. The reason why I give it 3 stars is because I started going to other place near my job in West Hollywood and Woodland Hills and I found there prices to be way cheaper! I normally get the sensi-Chew if you don't know it and have trouble sleeping I highly recommend it. They sell it for $16-$20 yet I found it at other places for $11! Which is a huge difference in pricing. Some of there products are fair in price but others are a little outrageous like sensi-chew.  Check the menu before you go so you don't feel ripped off!

I just got home and weighed my purchase, as I do with all clubs, my 1/8th is at 3.3 grams.  Unacceptable.

Convenient location, next to where I get groceries. Great selection of everything. I like that they update their menus online on such a regular basis. Everyone who works there is beautiful, they're always super helpful with questions and always smiling :)

Kinda sad because I dont think I will be returning. Partly because it is out of my way, and partly because the recent promo to bring 3 cans in for a free joint was denied me. I brought the 3 cans... budtender told me I get 1 free joint, the next time they told me it is one can per visit up to 3 times. Much different. I had donated 3 cans prior and thought they would honor that for at least this time. I can bring another next. Especially since I have been a client for some time. The African american manager lady with the long hair (sorry dont know name) wasnt even kind. Waah sorry Higher Path but I have plenty of choices near by....

I used to come here back when I first got my recommendation about two years ago and it was fast and efficient. Today i went into the dispensary to learn more about the kinds of CBD strains they provide. I first had to wait for about 25 minutes in the waiting room, and when I went inside, the budtender who was assisting me was not polite, couldn't answer my questions, and became annoyed at me when other bud tenders chimed in to give me other/more accurate information than the info she was giving me. She then undermined the other bud tender who was trying to help, claiming that she was "just a rep" for one specific brand in the store and that i should be speaking with her instead of continuing to talk to other bud tenders. I would have much rather been with this "rep", as she was much more helpful, cheerful, and knew what she was taking about. I wouldn't have to speak with others if she could have been more informative and less awkward/impolite in the first place. In the end, the dispensary was all out of the kind of cbd I was looking for and it was a huge waste of time and a very awkward experience. I'll stick with my usual dispensary from now on!

This place fills me with a happy feeling the second I walk in the door. The quality of the buds is top-notch, and the prices are incredibly fair for the quality!!The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can check out all the side effects before making your choice.If you like edibles, don't even think of going anywhere but here! It's a medicated grocery store!!!The steampunk art is visually enthralling. I'm always happy when I go here for my medication.

I was pretty scared to go to a dispensary [i imagin3d a room full of Shaggy's blazing it] as I know nothing of medical cannabis and my last experience using it was unpleasant, but after a minor mishap with some of the paperwork and preliminary identification I was helped by a young man [i am sorry i have forgotten your name] who made me feel very comfortable and explained to me everything I needed to know. He made me a recommendation for what i was looking for, something with good pain relieving properties that won't have me stuck in the couch. Both he and the other gal at the counter were just so kind and inviting and informative. It was definately worth the 60 mile drive and I will absolutely be returning when my medicine runs out. So glad I went here first.

Man, I'm a pretty young dude but I threw out my back recently and it had me hobbling like an old man. Not much was helping with the pain. Really happy I decided to stop in here, the guys were super friendly and helpful and after I talked to them about my back they walked me through the best things for me (topicals that relieve pain without getting you stoned) which have been a huge help. The bud is great there too, good prices. The combo of good bud and a good topical has got me a ton more relaxed and happy. Will def be back.

Went in yesterday for the first time after finding out the place I've been going to the last 8 years shut down. Very clean and friendly staff and place. The variety and donations are very fair. Its got a very pleasant feel and i will be making this my exclusive place to go. 5 STARS!

Nice location. Nice setup. Happy they have kief, flower selection is good too. However, budtenders aren't as knowledgeable as I would hope. I probably know a little bit more than the average about strains and uses so it's disappointing when I'm coming to a shop where the staff can't appropriately identify a heavy indica from a sativa hybrid.

Im sure there are other dispensaries that are very nice, with lovely people working in them, fine selection of product etc.  Im assuming this, as I don't really know as I have never been to another dispensary.  Ive never had any issues with anyone here.  Therefore, I have never seen a need to go anywhere else!

Everyone here was so damn nice and happy! Just like a proper dispensary and I didn't feel like anyone was using while at work, a very professional and welcoming place, even the security guard was friendly!? I'm glad I'm a new patient here!

I went into the dispensary this afternoon for the very last time. I have been a customer for a few years. I don't go in often because the prices are way to high and they don't have a very large selection. I was in a bind and live a block away. I was willing to give them another chance, pay the $10 extra for the pen I use and they were again extremely disappointing. It took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me even though there was only 2 customers and about 5 employees. This happens every time.. finally when I do get service the employee tells me they have the pen I want but it's in the back and of course he comes back and tells me the computer was wrong. I don't usually write yelp reviews, I usually don't care but as being a manager of a successful business and with customer service being number one priority Higher path fails miserably. I have been to several dispenseries in Los Angeles, I have a condition in which it is very nessecary to do so. Regardless of what bind I happen to be in I will never go back to Higher path. My advice is..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Let's just say I've visited quite a few dispensaries and this one is the cleanest and nicest. Tons of products ranging from tinctures to weird shit I've never heard of, the healing touch has something for everyone. Prices are totally reasonable and they have tons of great deals. Highly recommend !

This joint has been my go to spot for well over a year. Medicine is consistently top notch though a bit pricey (you get what you pay for). My only beef is that the last two (2) times I've visited I did not get the complimentary pre-rolled and no one updated me as to my rewards points accrued, both of those issues should be remedied. The Budtenders are generally helpful and friendly. It can get packed at times and it's a smallish space. Overall I recommend THP for tip-top quality flower I just hope to be informed as to my account/rewards and don't forget the pre-rolled!!

Really nice place. They have a good selection and everyone there is nice to deal with.   You don't get the feeling you are being pushed.

I can't even fathom how this place has such high reviews.  While the decor is nice the prices are ridiculously high.  I'm talking nearly double than other dispensaries in the valley.  They are also a, "hands off" type dispensary, keeping their product behind the counter and out of sight.  Did I mention the astronomical prices?  Paid $60 for an eight that would've been $35 or less elsewhere.  The funniest part was the guy at the front gave me a card to give to my bartender, or whatever they call themselves, indicating that I was a new customers.  The bartender simply took the card and didn't give me any kind of welcome gift that most dispensaries give out.  The new customer in front of me got a free welcome joint.  I didn't even get a, "have a nice day".  I recommend shopping elsewhere unless you like being taken for your money.

I went in to the Higher Path as a vendor for GenX today to drop off some samples. I ended up staying at the shop for 20 minutes talking to the staff (very knowledgeable on all the products they carry), checking out the great bud, and ended up having them squish some bud for us on the rosin press and it was amazing! If you are in the area you should defiantly stop by the higher path! First time patients even get a free shirt!

Prices are high, long wait times, staff is rude.  You can find better dispensaries nearby.

I love the Higher Path! I always have such an awesome experience here. It is honestly the best dispensary I have been to within all of LA County!! I drive all the way from Simi it is that good. The girls behind the counter are SO cute and sweet. They take the time to really listen and care about your needs! The quality of medicine is superb and they are so professional and discrete. This is the only dispensary I know of with an entire shelf devoted to High CBD medicine, and for that I am truly grateful!! They also have an amazing selection of topicals and even vegan edibles and drinks! By far the best dispensary I have ever been to and I have been a patient for the past 4 years! I love the atmosphere and entire setup as well, very hip and calm! The Higher Path is clean, friendly, and legitimate! Need I say more??

Stoked here on an RV road trip.  This is a very nice shop.  The waiting room is warm, comfortable and has a nice feel.  Great music was playing. The quality is great, the selection is insane.  There's so many flavors to choose from its almost overwhelming.  They have a great verity of edibles.  Free gift bag for 1st timers is also very cool. What I really liked is the pricing was affordable and not like some overpriced dispensaries I've seen.  They have a nice friendly staff also, this place won me over.  I will be back when I'm in the area.

THP is a definitely a bit more expensive than other dispensaries in the area, but in my opinion it's definitely worth it! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, they offer an amazing selection of high-quality products, and their Patient Appreciation Days cannot be beat. The facility itself is always super clean, with great music playing and cool art all over the place. Check out their daily deals and happy hour specials so you make sure to visit on the right day/time for the products you enjoy most!

I really really like this dispensary! I've been in about 3 times now and I have consistently had a good experience. The employees are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I like that the person helping me always tells me their name and asks me mine. It makes it a much more personable experience when I go in. My favorite thing about this place is that they allow several customers in the back room at once. I hate dispensaries that only let 1 person go in at a time and then the sales person is staring at you waiting for you to make a selection. So much pressure and awkwardness!!!! But The Higher Path does it right, allowing several people in at once so you can browse the selection of edibles and paraphernalia without feeling the pressure to hurry and decide. I HIGHly recommend.

They have a lot of selection and a very friendly staff and atmosphere. Lots of CBD products, yea! Staff was outgoing and helpful. I'm not putting five stars because they don't have test results for most of their material, and it's hard to titrate when you don't have those percentages. It's also hard to trust CBD rich without them. The other reason is it's cash only (I understand, but it sucks). That being said, the prices are reasonable, though a bit high end on non-flowers, plenty of CBD products (new spot for CBD wax!) and great staff. Their Cannabis Cup winning SF Dragon's Breath is super tasty, and a good deal, to boot.

been a patient here 2+ yrs. the 'manager' today was horrible, 1st (and last) time i'll be treated like that (admittedly, im grumpy. i told her i was grumpy. i was sharp w a stranger in waiting rm who was a newbie, wanted her adult kid to come in w her, blahblah, kept arguing w front desk person abt it...more waiting) the security guard, who recognized--and likes me, bc i always greet everyone there cheerfully (until today), finally gestured to 'mgr' to stop arguing w me, but she didnt gaf. bc i was in her little weed shop and SHE CD HAVE ME REMOVED (also today, once AGAIN patients reqd to fill out more new paperwork (this 3rd new system in 2 years-so so many issues w their various broken systems- so much extra time for months writing out receipts by hand bc their system didnt work...do they say hey heres a freebie sorry for the hassle? why no. never) i went bc it was close to my house, but this dispensary is more expensive & has way less deals than other dispensaries, and, crime! uses pre-packaged weed (othr budtenders there told me it was bc it was more efficient. today's 'manager' said it was a new law. LIES. damn chica.) And, they have so so many ppl working there, i rarely see the same ppl. an ever-rotating roster of employees. so there is no 'Cheers' type of vibe for sure. The place itself is beautiful--always many (expensive) flower displays, art, etc--which i suppose, is why weed is so expensive. that, and rent on Ventura.So today (they always take forever w the register. no idea why) tho the transaction was painfully slow, she was STILL unable to complete my simple purchase bc 'an addl purchase is needed.' what? 'to receive your free 1/8th you must make an addl purchase.' me: didnt u just say i needed to spend $25? her: yes, but also an addl purchase. me: so you just found that out? bc we went thru exchange of money, etc, and now there's new info tht another purchase is req'd. her: no, i knew that already....and if youre going to have that kind of attitude, you cant come back here.' BOOM! done. I'll never go back. Ive spent thousands there. never complained til now. but ONLY THE SECURITY GUARD gaf. all those reasons are probably why none of my neighbors will go there to buy weed. rather drive a few more miles. smart neighbors. hasta la vista baby

This place is one of the best.. If not the best dispensary I have been to. I have been in the industry since 2000 as an edible vendor, so I have been to many places throughout the entire state. Now as a patient I want to share my thoughts. 1st thing you see is a sign on the front door showing how they give back to the community. It was really cool to see...  The Higher Path has a great vibe as you enter. The lobby is inviting and well decorated with a comfortable waiting area that includes a self serve beverage area. The person at intake is pleasant and makes you feel welcome as you get registered. Once in the meds room (also decorated and laid out tastefully) you are greated by a welcoming smile and a quite knowledgeable staff member. I had a very sweet young lady. I was extremely inpressed with the flower variety, quality and price! I was actually there to buy CO2 oil. I was given a generous 1st time patient goody bag as well as the daily special which is a preroll on Thursdays. They have a special every day and it's always the same. I like that because I know what day to go to buy my oil at a discount. KUDOS!!! Here is an extra bonus... You rack up points for every pre tax dollar you spend. You save the points and get free meds. Very cool. I think what impressed me the most is that this dispensary has an old school vibe.... With young and relevant people and product assortment. Well pleased with my visit and purchase. They even have free valet parking since they are in a congested and limited street parking area. I strongly recommend them.

So what can I say except designer digs, stellar staff, and bitchin' buds!!  I did my research well before I even walked into this place. This place is the ONLY place I go to and as long as they are in business and I am in LA I will come here. The Higher Path is very clean, nicely designed and comfortable. The front desk staff are super friendly and the security guards have been very cool and not too intimidating :) Their presence puts my mind at ease. So you walk in and it's cool and it smells like green and it's a win win situation station!! The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all the goods and they really want to help you find what you need. Not to mention EVERYONE is in a good mood, mellow...wow the power of the bud!!! I always have a laugh when I go there too :)  these people just make you feel über at ease...so if you are a newbie you must come here and if you are an oldbie you also must come here!!! They have happy hour from 3-6pm every day of the week!! Thursday's are my fave!!

The employees at higher path are very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me the right information on what might be the right products that could be helpful with a chronic stomach issue that the medical doctors I've seen for 2 years, had no good solution for. This was my first time at a dispensary. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I parked in the back. The shop is in a busy area on Ventura.  I walked around to the front, took a breath and went in. The lobby is beautiful and there was chill music playing. The receptionist was super nice and friendly.  She made me feel instantly comfortable.  I was called into the back and greeted by a friendly little dog who was very soft. The guy that called me back (I'm terrible with names) gave me a tour of the shop. I felt so overwhelmed. There were so many options!  Flowers, vape, wax, edibles, sprays, drops. What!  With it being my first time I had a ton of questions (like how much is 1/8?  Answer, way more than I thought). He was very nice and answered them all and never made me feel dumb for not knowing stuff. I loved that the flower jars had a list of symptoms they help diminish. The jars also listed how it would make you feel. There are tons of accessories available also. The guy helping me had to help a different customer who also had a lot of questions. It gave me a chance to look around and process everything. A girl helped me with the rest of my purchase. She answered the rest of my questions and was also very helpful, informative and sweet. I also got some free goodies for being a first timer.  I got a lot of personal attention and never felt rushed or annoying. I can not express how nice and comforting everyone was. I wanted to live there.  I want them to all be my friends. I can't wait for my next visit!

Wow...the higher path collective has the best organic medicine I have ever had..I have been a patient for almost 10 years and have purchased medicine from probably 100 collectives most of it is garbage these days(full of pesticides) but wow the higher path is a diamond in the rough..The staff is also wonderful here they always know what strains are going to best suit my medical needs. This is real medicine!!! Did I mention they have multiple award winning strains...a true collective at last!!!

Fire Mason. He had such an attitude and made me feel like an idiot because I didn't want to get a second joint for $1. I've been coming to higher path for months, wearing my higher path shirt and getting one house joint for $1. I've done this over 10 times. I asked him for the special and he said it's only with purchase and that everyone has been wrong. He was condescending and cocky. That is not the customer service you should be giving to customers. I will never be back to higher path. You lost a customer for life.

After almost 2 years of being a loyal customer-I'M DONE.   Being nearly ASSAULTED by another customer while the staff DID NOTHING-and then blamed me is enough.  Not only am I writing this review sadly, but I am filing a police report and alerting the proper authorities about this incident.   Today this happened: I stopped by the store as I was driving by at mid-day there was no line and plenty of parking.  Thought it would be a quick in-and-out.    I walked up with my small sweet dog and handed my ID to the female employee (20s, long curly hair).  WEIRD that she asked me 3 times for my phone number, despite holding my identification in her hand.  I simply asked why she was asking for my phone number, as I have never been asked before and she had my ID and my info CLEARLY IN THE SYSTEM.  I only asked because several times lately there have been changes and changes with the credit card machines and hadn't been inside recently).Then I heard the only other person in the waiting area repeating back my phone number like a total creep  (this guy clearly did not have a valid form of I.D. because he was not allowed into the dispensary and was waiting for his friend to come out with her bag of weed-which he snatched out of her hands once we got outside and the incident occured.)  Legal?  I don't think so. Back to the incident:  I asked the employee for my ID back and said "I don't want to deal with this guy-I will come back later" and headed for door.  I heard this man who seemed, frankly, like he had a serious drug problem or mental health issue, saying 'RELAX B*tch, relax b*tch' in a very hostile way-and I replied something to the effect of "What did you say to me?"  He then charged at me, running out the door towards me, and I started screaming for help from people on the street.  I screamed for the female employee to get the security guard-enter THIS GUY in photo.    He then watched as the derelict customer opened up his water bottle and threw at me covering my phone with water in the doorway of the Higher Path.THE SECURITY GUARD did nothing and then told me that since he didn't 'touch me' that there was nothing for him to do and I was the problem.  He said the guy "was a chill dude."    He watched the guy commit a crime, damaging my phone (not sure if it's broken or not yet).  Then I waited outside by my car and got HARRISON + JESSICA, (the Manager who refused to come out and speak with me) on phone and both stood by the guy with the gun (in photo).  IN FACT, Jessica tried to GASLIGHT ME and say that none of what I said was true because on video tape she did not see his hands touch me.  He ATTEMPTED TO ASSAULT ME AND I GOT OUT OF THE WAY IN TIME-AND THEN VANDALIZED MY PROPERTY. That's where I draw the line.   The ONLY OTHER TIME I have ever had any kind of negative incident here, it involved one of the security guards (which I reported and was encouraged by a female manager, the one with partially shaved head-don't know her name, and told to 'write a negative review about him' on this site so that THE OWNERS/HIGHER UPS would pay attention.  Apparently he had other complaints. OH, AND I KNOW people who are 'in the cannabis industry' who will want to hear about this.  GOOD LUCK.Oh, and spare me your 'cut and pasted' auto-response or saying like you did in other negative reviews that you 'reviewed the footage and your security guard/employee did nothing wrong.'

Good place, very conveniently located. Staff, to be honest, is hit-or-miss. I've read some reviews talking about "rude" staff... this is NOT the case in my experience. Some are just a bit more proficient than others at their job. Their prices are a tad higher than most other dispensaries I have visited, and the "round up" policy for using bank cards/debit cards is, frankly, a bit annoying and seems unnecessary. When busy, the drive-up option is a real pain in the ass. But, good products and they seem to always have what I need in stock.

Can I give less stars? Massively overpriced, a ridiculous check in system that attempts to disguise the long wait. Why even let customers in before you can assist them? All this for dry weed. SmhSweet Flower down the street is just as gentrified but has never made me wait thirty minutes. Taking my impropriety elsewhere from now on.

To combat my anxiety I did some research on cannabis products and found a dispensary near me (which happened to be Higher Path). Having never been to a dispensary, I expected it to be a Bob Marley themed dungeon with Cheech and Chong types behind the counter.This goes to show how ignorant I was.The space was clean and bright with very professional and knowledgeable staff. I told them I was a noob and they hooked me up with some free swag, then walked me through my various options. I walked out with a bag full of goodies and had a wonderful experience. Since then, they've helped me find the right strain / dosage to manage my anxiety and I've been feeling a whole hell of a lot better!If you're nervous to try it out, like I was, don't be. Ignorance and misconceptions will ruin your life. Walk in and learn something. It might help improve your life. Or you could just get baked for the fun of it, I don't judge.

all of the staff are generally very friendly & helpful. tony is the most notable as he always goes out of his way to show true kindness during every transaction. if you’re a regular like me, these people will become your friends. doing the most to make sure you’re not overpaying a cent unlike a lot of other places. worth every buck. thanks guys.

Rocky was absolutely amazing! I haven’t smoked THC in a few years and needed some help figuring out where to start again and he gave me helpful information. I also got some gifts for my boyfriend not knowing what I was doing and Rocky walked me through. I honestly love this dispensary, I only go here.

As for any dispensary, there is a lot of product to consider. I was having a hard time finding product that would suit my needs, and that is when the online budtender popped up in the bottom right of my screen. At first I thought it was just a computer, but I quickly realized that it was one of the coolest and most helpful people I have ever spoken with. After speaking with Teresa, I had the perfect list of some amazing products. Visiting new shops can be an anxious experience, but Teresa's help made me feel like I was right at home. That experience alone leads me to leave a 5 star review. Hands down the best customer service experience that I have ever had.

I love this place- hands down best dispensary in LA. I brought in some first timers and our bud-tender Rocky really took care of them. He explained everything perfectly so they could understand, got them just what they wanted and then hooked me up with some great deals! Always a stellar experience- thanks Rocky!
