This is my favorite dispensary in Sonoma County.  It is small, but mighty!!  They always give me excellent advice and for the last year my sleep has improved 100%.  I now actually look forward to getting into bed at night.  Between a combo of a certain vape and my transdermal, I get the sleep I have deserved and wanted for years!  And all of this based on their very helpful staff recommendations.Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.  If you qualify, don't forget to ask for your senior discount!

The employees are so kind, honest, and warm.  I love curbside pickup - especially at this time.  I also love ordering online in the evening for the next day - very simple and helpful.  Not all dispensaries provide these services.  Thanks for everything!

After taking in a lunch up the road during Sonoma county restaurant week, we noted the map highlighted this gem just up the street. This is by far, the best dispensary in Sonoma County. It is small, yet packed full of everything you need. They are catering to every type of customer. From the first time recreational user to the stoner for life. Some of the best flowers I have seen. More importantly, it's clear they partner with farmers who are mindful in their growing practices. The relationship between farmer and distributor here seems so much more close knit than anywhere else. I felt really good about my purchase for this reason.With women's day this week, they also highlighted their women farmers and I was pleased to see the number of products highlighted.Edibles, drinks, oils, pens, pre-rolls, tea. Admittedly I'm not very experienced when it comes t.o dispensaries. Only other one I've been to is Sparc down the road, but I can say I greatly prefer Solful. The environment and setup is friendly and encouraging to browsers as opposed to clinical like Sparc which has a decided pharmaceutical vibe. Products are arranged on shelves as they would be in any regular shop, so that one can touch and read the packaging. They even offer baskets and samples (all non-medicated of course).Staff is friendly and helpful and good about offering the dollar off discount for returning customers. Things to remember: bring your reusable carry-out bag with you so as not to have to buy a second one. And always make sure you have your photo ID on you.Tax on these products is painfully high, so plan for that. I once went in without enough cash, which was awkward.

Hands down, far and away the best cannabis store I've ever been to. I'm almost hesitant to write a review cause you know when you love something you don't want the secret to get out, but they deserve it. The store itself is beautiful, the products are all so pleasingly laid out and you can actually pick them up and look at them instead of peering through a case. 10/10 aesthetic. Their staff are the best. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without a hint of being pushy, happy to offer recommendations or leave you to browse. Amazing selection, never a long wait even when they're busy, great deals and rewards program etc and so on. Did I mention I like it here?

I don't think I've experienced customer service quite like this before- every single employee seemed happy, passionate, and like they loved what they were doing.The store is clean, well merchandised, and well lit (all the other dispensaries I've been to have been dark and dingy)Even with having to wait in line because of Covid protocols we were in and out within 15 minutes5 stars... I wish every company had the enthusiasm and friendliness that your employees possess!

The best! The products are reasonably priced compared to other dispensaries I've looked at online. OMG the new Pink Jesus is good stuff!

Unfortunately after today I will no longer be visiting this establishment. It's sad to say some of the employees are disorganized and flat out rude. You never know if you wait outside or inside and sometimes they'll tell you to go back outside. It's so wishy washy. Seems to be some of the guidelines they "enforce" are only for certain groups of people. Just be consistent either follow the rules or don't. You own a business. Act like it.

To start the staff at Solful is unmatched when it comes to good vibes and laughter. They are quick to help and relay as much knowledge as they can. The team there takes great pride in being clean and sanitized it shows. Solful is definitely my go to plus I mean you can't beat free delivery when your not in the going out in public mood.

Once you come to SolFul, you will never use another dispensary. Courteous, attentive, and patient define the workers here. The bud is local, prices right, high in terpenes, with a mission to supporting small and local farmers. Every $1 we spend is a vote in the kind of products and medicine you want, and I for one will not cast my vote to giant farms. Ps: Connor is the man, if you are lucky enough to come when he is there, ask ask ask him anything! Informative, knowledgeable, and just overall infectious personality that leaves you smiling after an interaction.

The place is super nice inside and kind of feels like an apple store. The staff is super accommodating and knowledgable and I like loyalty and reference programs a lot. My favorite spot in the area.

Highway robbery!! They only have outdoor which I was not told until my second visit.  I only got one gram the first time in and played nearly $20. This is unacceptable for Norcal, since its grown here.  Organicann has Waaay better selection of outdoor for only $25 per 1/8. They are just taking advantage of the fact that they are in Sebastopol.   Boycott them so a real club can be here!

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back soon! I live in Santa Rosa, but I would happily take the short drive to purchase from this club. What I enjoyed was how the herb was displayed with ample information. As I was checking out, I noticed a few last minute goodies including 14g for $65! :-) I felt they had a wide range of herb all reasonably priced! Oh, and I received 20% off because it was my first time!! Thank you Solful! I appreciate the kindness of your staff and the very well organized retail displays!!

Never been to a dispensary before but this is my friend's favorite spot so he wanted to show me.  The flower/bud selection is incredible.  It can be mind boggling but the staff is very friendly and willing to share information.  As a foodie, I enjoyed browsing the edibles.  Since this is my first one, I have no idea how it compares on price.

First review in a long time!This is one of the few places I frequent for goodies and medicine. Hands down, A+ customer service. Every visit has always been very pleasant and I get the attention I need. I don't feel bad asking questions, and they always take their time to make sure that my shopping experience is satisfying. They provide really useful and knowledgeable advice whenever I am unsure about a certain product. They also have amazing recommendations to help my indecisive ass lol. Not only that, their selection and inventory is amazing. They sell a lot of local and small business products. I really like their pre-roll assortment, and their flower is always fresh and from really great farms close by. I find it difficult to make a decision on what to get haha!Fast-forwarding to my latest experience: due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations, their shop is now closed but they offer curbside pick as well as local delivery throughout and city of Sebastopol. You basically go online to their website, place an order, you get a text notification when your order is received, and then they inform you when the order is ready to be picked up. It is cash only but their pick-up procedure is flawless! They have got their sh*t together super quick and I am sure I speak for all that visit this place that they are a top-notch business for being able to pull through despite the circumstances. Please go support this local business if you're ever in need for medical or recreational marijuana.

I've visited most of the cannabis stores in Santa Rosa. Too many of them are pretty skanky with dubious looking employees and elevated prices for mediocre product.Solful folks happily greeted us. The small store is sparkling clean. The inventory is quite small, but the products are top shelf brands. The 2 dozen jars of various flower strains all looked to be fresh and high quality. Bambie needs sleep medicine.  We came looking for a solution that is not smoking herb. And the sales guy took us through the options of vaporizer liquids, transdermal patches, dermal creams and edibles. The knowledgeable advice was appreciated. We purchased $120 of products. As we are senior citizens a 10% discount was given.   Funny but true, the other 5 customers were senior citizens too. And if the products are not satisfactory a money back guarantee is offered. Recommended.

Supporting local farmers (huge bonus), extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, great variety and selections of just about every canna product you can think of. I would give 10 stars for the excellent customer service, knowledge, friendliness and happy to answer questions...such a great vibe! Another bonus, less taxes in Sebastopol. Pricing is similar to other dispensaries, but they also have a rewards program for how much you spend, a wisdom discount EVERY day for all you awesomely wise people and lots of educational information! Solful for the win in Sonoma county dispensaries for me! Bravo and THANK YOU Solful! I even brought a friend visiting from NC and they cannot stop talking about their experiences here! It makes me heart full to hear them so excited and feeling so good not just about the products, but the people! Bravo!!!!

What can I say??? this place is the bees knees! Amazing staff very nice, the inside is beautiful, we spent awhile in here looking at everything, ended up getting a topical for my knee, husband had issues with the debit card and we ended up staying longer than expected because our bank kept thinking the atm was in SF, which they figured was fraud, the staff was super awesome and were happy we finally were able to make our purchases! They have an awesome field notes guide! Please visit them they are sooo awesome!

If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly, and extremely helpful place to buy marijuana, this is the spot to go to! My fiance went to another location and his experience was not great. He felt rushed and no one was really available to help him, so I was a little anxious going in because I had a lot of questions plus I'm very particular about what I smoke and how it makes me feel. Right away I knew Solful was where I needed to be. The awesome guy manning the door had great energy straightaway and as soon as I walked into the room with the goods, someone was there to answer all my questions and help me smell and pick out the perfect flowers. They explained edibles to me and how dosages worked beyond the old "this is some good bud" and making sketchy brownies in your best friends kitchen, and since I'm vegan they let me know what things weren't vegan friendly.This was my first time purchasing since it became legal in California and I was not disappointed. It's everything you could want from a dispensary and I will definitely be back, a lot! Especially for the happy hour deal they have Tuesdays from 4 to 6!

Really poor excuse for a business, we've been overcharged by more than $900. The general manager treated us like this was our fault, did nothing to fix the situation and made us wait more than 40 minutes for her to even look into it. Terrible customer service, poorly run shop, and no sense of community. They will steal your money and give you terrible customer service.Update - given the owner wants to chime in a week later with an absolutely wrong understanding of what happened - let me clarify.The person ringing me up absolutely charged my card multiple times, as I verified by calling my bank and having the rep confirm on speaker phone for the Solful employees on the spot. My bank is also how I got all the charges charged back, because they could see this business was essentially stealing my money by claiming the charges didn't go thru when it clearly did. What Solful did to resolve the issue was this- they called their POS (point of sale) rep- they guy that sold them the swipe machine and put him on the phone with us, 40minutes after waiting in store for the employees to call a manager, the owner or someone to help authorize returning the funds my bank confirms they took. Their rep was conveniently on the phone while driving and completely unable to verify anything on his end. He wanted US to text him screenshots and explain to him what happened, so that he could call his guy in Florida to see what could've happened. He couldn't say how long it would take for him to do any of that and wanted us to either stay at the store indefinitely til they figured it out or leave with the hundreds they took from our bank account.I don't know in what world this is considered normal business practice to overcharge people, be incredibly rude about it and then blame the customer, who is rightfully angry that your wasted their time and stole their money. We drove aver an hour each way to go this place and I cannot stress enough how terrible they were.

So I will break down and explain why I am only giving them a 2 star review. This is a very small club with a very small selection of products. They carry the normal stuff like Concentrates, buds, edibles, dab pens. I did not see any clones or starter plants to purchase though. The selection of weed they have is over priced for the quality of it. All of the flowers/buds is outdoor grown. Some of it is already turning yellow and brown. When buds/flowers are brown they have a chance of carrying mold spoors in them. Mold is dangerous to smoke. Some of the $45 dollar 8ths they had on sale were already turning yellow and brown. Which means they are charging people high prices for something dangerous to consume. As for the concentrates/waxes. They were all priced at the same amount. $36 for any gram of concentrate/wax they carry. That is not a bad deal at all. But it is not a great deal at the same time. You can find concentrates at other clubs in the area for far cheaper prices for the same quality. A lot of people talk about in their reviews about the atmosphere of the store and how nice it is. Most of the other recreational clubs in the area are just as nice. The also have a way better selection of products. If you do not believe me go to organicann in Santa Rosa and you will see what I am talking about. This is the only club that I have been to as well that makes you pay $3 to pay with your debit card. Organicann has no charge to use your debit card.This shop is just hustling the public in my opinion trying to make a quick dollar off this booming industry. They do not care about their customers at all. Sure the owner responds to these bad reviews. The owners only do that though because they know it would look bad if they didn't.

So good. Love being able to actually browse in person instead of being stuck behind the counter. really great selection too!

How can a person who is a sort of grungy looking possibly homeless worker gal adopt such a condescending attitude toward the clients and worse try to boss folks around in a such a haughty manner? Is she homeless and since she has a job she's drunk with power? Did she spend time in a jail and has been waiting all her life to boss men around like those prison guards bossed her? I've got a couple words for these folks: "please" and"thank you." Try those words out and see if your business doesn't improve.

Best best best! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clean. Only place I like to spend my money on cannabis.

My first experience with a "Cannabis Store" and it was incredible. Professional, happy, knowledgeable, and instructive, even the young lady behind the counter was glowing with sunshine. I was totally impressed.I was born in the 50s, raised in the 60s, dealt weed in the 70s, and now the whole experience is mind-blowing. If you are anxious about going to get what you need for medicinal or recreational purposes, don't be, I am sure they have a product for that. I almost don't want to tell how great these folks are as more customers might ruin the excellent experience.Keep up the good work!!

This is my all time favorite dispensary. They have a great selection of pretty much everything, and a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I can't recommend Solful enough!

This is a wonderful place compared to others in the area.  Expensive, oh well, can't be helped this year.I appreciate businesses in that part of town where getting in and out of traffic is easy.Avoid this place during peak times as parking is an issue with Starbucks and other eateries in the same strip mall.Friendly staff, quality products, good gift items and organization make this place a perfect addition to Sebastopol.

New Year's Day my sister and I drove to the three spots that would be open to buy recreational out of the three spots I would say Solful was my favorite. Staff was friendly and helped us along the way. Prices were the lowest and loved that you can smell and be hands on rather than everything being locked behind a counter. We got freebies with our purchase but not sure why my sister got more than me we purchase the same amount. (Never got the coyote blue). Think staff was a little nervous the crowd was a little overwhelming :)

Yes this dispensary does things pretty well. I like that they support the small farms and are generally helpful.I like the marketing as it is a great way to educate people on the plant and they offer full terpene profiles.  Product selection is excellent and would like to see more strains of flower more frequently. All in all it is the best in Sonoma county!

This is the most amazing dispensary I've ever been to. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, they have true compassion for their medical patients and give you their 100% attention to help you with your needs. I'm so glad they opened up, the other dispensary here in town went totally corporate and isn't a good fit for me. I am so thankful for Solful and what they add to our little community here in Sebastopol!

I love this place! Every time I go in there there is little to no wait time. There's plenty of staff to help answer any question about all the products they carry. Their prices are super reasonable. They always have a wide selection to choose from every time I walk in there. I always recommend anybody in Sebastopol area to take a look at Solful if they have a chance

Typical dispensary with the same products as many in Berkeley. Pretty good menu, but not the largest. Most interesting thing about this place is that the products are "out on the shelf" so you can walk around and pick them up to examine and gather up your purchases like you would in a grocery or department store. Prices are not always obvious. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The look of the interior is wonderful. As a senior, I don't expect to be spoken to as if I know nothing about cannabis.  I know a considerable amount but the sales staff treated me like a stupid old lady even though I had indicated that I knew exactly what I wanted and had made it clear that I was aware of all the various products available.  I just don't think one needs to come down to the lowest common denominator with every single customer under the assumption that they know nothing.  It actually gave me the impression that what they were trying to educate me on was something that they had just, in actuality, learned themselves.  I won't be back I didn't like the vibe at all. Pay attention to your audience. Don't just go with the same spiel, but actually listen to what the customers are saying to you.

I was so super hopeful that this new neighborhood shop would be a great place to shop. Alas, that was not the case. After three different visits and a bad phone experience, I'm done with this place. The first time I went, I showed up well prior to the posted closing time, but I was turned away. On calling in to check availability of an item (their website was having issues), I was treated very rudely. When I finally visited, the grumpy 'greeter' was most unpleasant. I had a simple question, but this guy was so visibly put off to have to answer my question that I turned around and walked out. I gave them one more chance and I finally made it inside the store portion of the place. The girl that helped me was very pleasant - but had very limited product knowledge. I gave them many chances, but I'm over this spot.

Solful is by far the best dispensary I've been to. After years of holding a medical card in the East bay, SF, and then moving to Sonoma County, I am completely blown away by the ambiance, staff, and selection at Solful.They have a sweet little foyer with cucumber water and complimentary Traditional Medicinals tea, if it's crowded inside or if you just want to hang for a bit and read up on their offerings before you go into the retail space. The staff ALWAYS greet you enthusiastically, making themselves available but not being pushy at all. It seems like every employee is a straight up cannabis nerd- which is exactly what you want in a dispensary!All their flowers are sun-grown. Their other products (oils, edibles, topicals, tinctures, etc) are curated to suit the standards of the owners, who don't stand for any unnecessary additives, colorings, or chemicals. I know every product I get at Solful is going to be high quality. Their bud tenders are right there to recommend if you don't know what you want or you're looking for something new. Look no further. Solful is where it's at.

Wow! So impressed by this place. Having had a poor first time experience in another dispensary I am grateful for the genuine  care and great attention I received at Solful. Having not used cannabis since the 70's I had many questions that were care-fully answered by Pauline, an exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic attendant. Today was my second time there & I'll keep going. Their store is small so there are fewer product lines than at other dispensaries, but still enough so that I could find what I was looking for. The space is cozy & very clean, the staff extremely helpful. Today Marlon helped me figure out what tincture would be best for me based on how I'd use it. He introduced me to sublingual strips. I'll be checking those out tonight.

Pretty store, nice selection of products, staff is very nice. However, they really need to work on their return policy. I was told by a staff member when purchasing some new products that I could "return" them if I didn't like them - so I over-bought. Went out of my way yesterday to get into Sebastopol to return two products I realized I didn't need and then was told that they only do exchanges or store credit. That's not the same as a "return" and we all know it. Yes, you can technically call it a "return" when what you mean is "return for store credit" but I think we can all agree that when we hear "return" everyone assumes that means "money back". If the policy is only store credit or exchange you need to train staff to say "if you're not happy with a product you can bring it back and exchange it for another product or store credit". This will go a long way to avoiding unhappy customers. Interesting experience trying to return my items as well: was informed only store credit or exchanges even though I had been told something different. Then told that the policy is printed on the receipt - implying that I should have read the policy regardless of what I was told, but then told that you don't need the receipt for the return. Now that doesn't make sense - if I'm supposed to follow up and read the receipt you'd think they'd emphasize that I need to keep the receipt for the exchange.Then I was also told that they would do the "return" if I was, like, never coming in again (and since I'm not an angry asshole I didn't want to be all "rah! I'm never coming in again if you don't give me my money back!" so I just let them proceed with the whole store credit thing while telling them how disappointing the situation was. And then I was asked in great detail why I was "returning" the unopened products - it was a little odd, like I wasn't giving the correct response but I'm not sure what the right response would have been?! Kind of awkward. Please, don't get me wrong - the staff are all very sweet (a bunch of hairy hipster guys you kind of just want to pinch and some cute girls with less hair that I had no urge to pinch but who all seemed very nice). But this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope they heed my advice:Have a policy, stick to it and train your staff on the proper verbiage.

They have a very diverse selection of edibles (which is my preference) and had great referals for different products that would suite my wants. I have never in my life been to a dispensary before. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice guy. Checked my ID and let me in to the main area. I was greeted right away by an employee. I asked for recommendations and she pointed out a few. Seemed very knowledgeable. The store was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely return. I'm very interested in learning about other products they carry. I also love that they have a reward system in place!

This is one of the best clubs I've been too in the bay area. I live in Fairfield and make the 2 hour drive there just for there unique products.

My first trip to a dispensary.  I chose Solful based on so many positive reviews.  Excellent warm greeting by a very pleasant young man and immediately I felt at ease and relaxed.  I had so many questions and yet he was extremely patient and I had his full attention and I did not ever feel rushed. His knowledge help me understand combined with being educated about the process of CBD oil and its benefits.  Solful has incredible selection and can't wait to return for more purchases.  I will be bringing my sister & niece to Solful soon!  :-)

I came here before Jan 1st, on my medical recommendation letter, to shop before the crowds and the price increases.I found a tastefully decorated dispensary in best California style. The friendly staff, clearly a little nervous of how busy things might be after Jan 1, but currently underemployed, were willing to chat. I was a little surprised however when the receptionist suggested that one might actually drive better after toking; surely not an official policy.Having explored the website, which promises a certain level of intimacy with the grower by listing the origin of the buds, I was hoping this would be the assurance of good product. I decided to shop for one of my favourite strains, Jah Goo. The budtender emphasised the transparency of the sourcing, which turned out to be the only really interesting feature of the bud. Not vacuum packed, dry and hard as concrete, mechanically trimmed, and lacking in the signature purple colour of the strain, I only bought an eighth. I got home and tested it. Yes, it has high THC - and is totally lacking in soul.If this is the future of commercial pot - and it probably is - it's a sad state of affairs. Those of us who have become attuned to the best and most healing properties of flowers need sourcing of something better. Based on their website I had hoped Solful might be such a place. I was disappointed.

It's a good dispensary. However, if you are new to THC please do not take the advice of those working there. I wanted to try something with THC and CBD for brain health and sleep. I was told to take a half a dropper and if I didn't feel anything in 15 minutes, take another half. I proceeded to get high as a kite for 12 long hours. Yeah, that's funny. But it didn't feel fun at the time. I told the employee that I was INCREDIBLY SENSITIVE to THC. Her advice was horrible. If you're new to THC, start with just one or two drops. I was taking a 1:1 ratio THC:CBD. Wait an hour and then take another drop or two. Eventually, you'll find a dose that works for you.  I called Solful after my experience and was treated rather dismissively.ALSO, be careful when you purchase. They add on a lot of extra costs. Bring cash or they'll add on money there. Bring in your little plastic container or they'll charge you for that. And, if they tell you that you have two weeks to return your product if you don't like it - don't believe them. I bought an expensive bottle of CBD and asked what the return policy was. The guy was really friendly and told me I had two weeks to return it if it didn't work for me. When it in fact didn't work, I went to return it. Another guy gave me a guilt trip and said they did not do returns. They only did exchanges. (I never would have bought the CBD had I known there was no return policy.) He said he would make an exception for me, but only after I explained to him what the other worker had said. It wasn't a good experience.All that said, it's great that Sonoma County has this dispensary. I wish I could enjoy pot and CBD like most everyone else! I would not have given this 2-star review if there weren't so many positive reviews. I just wanted to keep it real.

We were spending a relaxing weekend at a nearby hotel and decided to take advantage of Cali's marijuana laws. The woman at the front desk was totally cool and patient, explaining the process and buzzing us into the retail area. As soon as we walked through the door we were offered assistance (yes please!) We explained what we're looking for and were pointed to a couple of options. I think we were in and out in less than ten minutes. Very positive first experience at a dispensary. I researched the best dispensaries in the area before we traveled and I'm so glad I decided on Solful.

I visited Solful for the first time this week and I was totally blown away. I literally got chills when I walked in, this is the place I have been waiting for! I had my very first biodynamically grown cannabis last night from Solful and I seriously have no words for how wonderful it was, I feel like my cannabis experience just went to a whole new elevated level, there is no going back. Solful is the dispensary that you always imagined could happen. Staff is friendly, the environment is warm and you are encouraged to browse. It feels like a cool Apple store. Im from Paradise California.i left out of the house without anything the morning of november 8th .Camp Fire came threw to fast to get anymore then my girlfriend and cat.   I left and  went to sebastopole to get to clean air and get myself together a bit and make a plan of what id do now i was without A Single thing.  1st thing i  was going to need is great smoke. I had a few choices in the area and after a few searches and asking a few locals where they'd go , I decided on SOLFUL the location was Easy to find and a very nice store front..  I buzzed a buzzer that was at the front door and i walked in .There were a few people in line to show a valid id to enter . Very Easy. Thats all one needs to enter and buy from A super veriety of Flowers .Concentrates.my favorite Bubble Hash. A wide....selection of pre filled cartridges And Even some Cbd for my Cat..yes i had to get his meds again And they were there Too.  A Real 1 Stop Shop.  I talked with the Co Founder Eli for about 30 mins And Not Once did he hurry .need to excuse himself for any reason .i had very specific questions and he is Extremely Knowledgeable about everything i asked about.  Keep on Rockin SOLFUL .

What a lovely, quaint, clean dispensary! Was visiting nearby Sonoma from SoCal and decided to stop in. Good selection for a smaller dispensary, and and the space is airy and clean. Customer service was exceptional as well! 10/10

This place calls itself "boutique" yet sells over priced,sub par,super dry bud. They talk big about helping those with medical needs, yet are only a recreational dispensary that lets anyone touch all the products which is just bad for those with immune issues. Prices are higher then surrounding dispensaries.

They are always very nice and helpful. I like that you can actually pick up the edibles and read all the packages. It makes it so much easier for me to decide what to get. Plus they have a pretty decent selection of edibles.

This was our first time to go to a dispensary. It is very well run. You have to show ID before you are able to go into the main dispensary. Everyone is very kind and also very helpful in helping us figure out what would work best for nerve pain and anxiety.

Solful is great! Definitley my favorite shop around, and I live in Colorado too! The staff is all very welcoming and knowledgeable. They carry top shelf flower from local growers and know where everything comes from and more. I also get cartridges and edibles there and they have a wide selection of great products. I have been going there for over a year and there's plenty more to try. And I probably shouldn't say this, but if they like you they might even help you out in a pinch if you're short a dollar or two.

I was very impressed by Solful and its staff. At age 74, I went in seeking an insomnia solution. I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable young man, Alex, who spent plenty of time asking me questions, explaining possible options, and describing his recommendations. As an asthmatic, I can't and don't want to smoke anything, but that was no barrier. He recommended a nicely affordable tea and a patch as first steps to see what worked for me. I was treated well by everyone there, even got a senior discount. It's a clean, well-lighted, welcoming place.

Solful is definitely my top choice of places to purchase high grade stuff. All of the workers are very nice and helpful, they are willing to make sure you leave with everything taken care of. Finally, their CBD selection is phenomenal, much varitey. I'll be back!

I get CBD tincture for out very old dog here since they opened. Only need to go in every three months or so. Went in yesterday and was happy to see they finally let you use a debt card and don't have to pull money out of a ATM in the lobby. But the changed brands so my cost went from about $71 to $115. If we weren't completely out I would have gone else where. If Nikko makes it through another bottle ( which we all hope he does ) I'll be buying the next one else where. A few dollar bump is one thing, but over forty bucks for the same size bottle. I'll start making him brownies before I do that.

I love Solful!  I've been here over over a dozen times.  It's very welcoming - the space is light-filled, clean, well-organized and the staff is super friendly, knowledgable and nice.  They always ask whether I need help, but they don't hover.  Solful carefully curates their selection, carrying lots of local products, most or all sustainably and ethically grown. I like that I can shop here without worrying that I'm being exposed to nasty chemicals that are used in products carried at other dispensaries.I've met a lot of farmers and vendors at Solful.  The farmers feel like extended family.  On most visits, vendors are on site, often sampling non-psychoactive versions of their products.  It's been a great way to learn about and try new products.My current favorites are the Kaneh Co cinnamon sugar cookies, which have 10mg THC, perfect for an evening snack, and ensure a good night's sleep.  I also love the Treometry Golden Mylk, which is delicious white chocolate with turmeric and chai spices, 10mg THC and 10mg CBD.  They're scored into 4 pieces.  They're deliciously addictive. I don't buy a lot of flower, but my friends and family get flower here and it's always good.  They also sell pre-rolls and have some joint-rolling lessons for people like me who haven't rolled a joint for about 40 years!Prices here are very competitive, especially for such high-quality products.

This was my first experience at a dispensary and it was such a great one. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I told one of the staff what I was dealing with and they just handed me a product and explained why this was what I should go with. In and out within 10 minutes. It was absolutely wonderful. Really enjoyed this shop. They explain the shop throughly and quickly withiut talking down to you and the while store is set up so you can touch all thr products. They were giving out free totes for purchases on their grand opening and I've never gotten a bag so good from a dispensary. Just wanted to update and reinforce my earlier review: went back today, same friendly greeter but different staff than at my previous visit. I received, again, knowledgeable and personable service with the young woman offering suggestions and alternatives, as well as doing mental math to determine relative cost-effectiveness of different products. The most modern, informative and cool dispensary in Sonoma County (and probably all of Northern California). I was extremely impressed by both the Solful staff and the facility. They've done an incredible job in terms of content, design, signage, the user experience. And they seem to be highly selective as to the products they sell. They rate and explain everything very expertly. It's like a high end Whole Foods for cannabis.  Highly recommended.

After waiting for 40 minutes for the store to open I rang the bell and was greeted by an employee at exactly 11 a.m. and said they had a few more minutes before they opened. Literally by the time I got back to my car she was letting other patrons into the store. The length that she went to to open the door to tell me that they were going to stay closed for one more minute is really an example of customer service in 2018. I'm heading down the road to the competition.

It might look like a restaurant from the outside but once in made it in I was on cloud 9. So many different edibles and drinks. The best part was I could walk around and experience the store myself, the staff gave a slight tour and left me walk around and "smell the flowers"  is what they said.   I walked out very happy and with a filed guild(a book for 1st time patients) to better my knowledge.

Who knew there was such a selection?  Excellent descriptions of the merchandise, and very knowledgeable staff.

I love Solful...and I'm so happy to have discovered them. There's only 2 reasons as to why I'm docking them a star (and I've voiced one of those reasons to perhaps the manager)...they are WAY out in BFE for me to get to! It takes me a good hour to get there, but I am willing to make the trek because I appreciate their approach, the quality, and the range of products. I went there because of exhaustion and desperation from dealing with chronic pain, insomnia, migraines, and mental health issues for years. I didn't want to get high...I just wanted to go the CBD route. I found great relief in the Plus gummies, Level protabs, Mary's Medicinal ointments, among other things. The only thing that was not explained to me on my first several visits (and I truly wish it had been) was that they do have a return policy. This is key bc I did purchase several things with low THC thinking I'd be ok...nope. Not for me! I would've really appreciated being able to been able to get store credit. And I have spent more than my fair share there! That said, they do give you "rewards points" of sorts that you can use towards future visits. The place is super clean, airy, and light. Not shady whatsoever and the employees are so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful.  I would be in there more often but it's just too far for me but I HIGHly recommend it. No, in all seriousness...the CBD completely helped with all aforementioned issues, especially the insomnia and mental health.

I am happy to see the rec cannabis market grow in Sonoma County and lucky that such a good one is just down the street from me.  Very welcoming, wanting to share knowledge and has good practices of only serving top quality products - even with info on the farms where product comes from.  I will be back!

If there's a better cannabis dispensary around, I haven't found it. And I'd be surprised if I did. The staff members at Solful are always warm and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. The personal attention that is provided to clients rivals any other kind of business you can think of, including most medical facilities. My personal favorites so far are  Adriana, Alex, Marlon and Kelsey. But I'm sure the list will grow as time goes by. This was the first time in the shop. Cannabis/CBD has become so sophisticated with developed use for  the treatment of pain/arthritis etc This is not a head shop (as we use to call them) Staff were friendly, up to date on treatments and products.  Items were displayed so you could look and read the labels. So many types of CBD products-I showed the staff my list from my doctor and they filled my request quickly and also advised me on what chocolate CBD bar she thought tasted the best. This was a fun shopping experience and my first time.  I have no comparison to any other dispensaries as this is really not my scene any longer.  We wanted some treats to take on a little road trip we were heading out on the following week so we were recommended to check out this spot for some goodies.  I went in knowing what I wanted to try and pretty much stuck to the plan, but looking at the variety of treats, edibles, smokeables, beauty products, food and drinks.  I had no idea this is the new face of the industry with all the available options that are very sophisticated, in my opinion.  A friendly worker walked us through the goodies section when we told him what our goals were for the treats.  We explained this is not our norm so low dose options would probably be best.  He was knowledgeable and after using the product I can say was on point with suggested dosage for us to have a good time but not feel crazy.I'd totally check it out again if a need were to arise in the future.  I don't see this being my new norm, but it was fun none the less!

This is a very nice place and their selection of outdoor is better than anywhere around.Unfortunately there is a "Large Marge and in charge" with some really unnecessary energy and body language. I always feel like she wants me to try and steal something so she can try and hurt me. I've tried to make conversation with her and she is "politely" standoffish. She's not any type of security and definitely not anyone important outside of her own ego. Not sure how she still works there. Every one else is very friendly.I usually spend hundreds of dollars every time.

Solful is my go-to dispensary when I need delivery service. This is either my 3rd or 4th time using them since I moved to Sonoma County. Their website is easy to navigate and I'm able to place my order online  24/7. I haven't been to Sebastopol yet to scope out the store, so this is all online/delivery experience. The website has a complete menu so any product sold in the store is also available online (to my understanding). I have the option of paying online by cc/debit, or upon delivery by cash or by debit card. Apple Pay isn't an option yet :( . Each delivery person has been great. Today Pedro showed up. He was super cool, came just on time, and was great at assisting me with my payment.Solful's prices are competitive. They have a great selection of product that seems to offer new items regularly. I like that bc now that I'm using THC medicinally, I'm always seeking out new strains and/or new product for improved treatment options. Today I found a kick butt deal listed in their Specials. I went here to figure out why my vape pen wasn't working. I didn't buy it from their location, but I've spent quite a lot of money here on cartridges and such. I wanted some advice on what could possibly be the problem with the battery portion of the pen, so the lovely employee called the "supervisor" in to help answer my question. Unhelpful he surely was. With a bad attitude in tow. Towards his fellow co-worker and I.He quickly wanted to replace the cartridge for me, but I wasn't sure that was even the problem and I didn't want to leave if the problem was actually the battery. Since I didn't purchase the battery from them it couldn't be replaced- which I totally understand. The "supervisor" could've just recommend I get a new one from them since they're only $12. I asked if they sold any and he sassily got one from across the room and held it out in front of his face as he walked towards me to give it to me. I usually have a positive experience shopping here, I'm bummed the first time I had a pot related question the response was from Grumpy Mr. Unhelpful Supervisor.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday and was impressed.  Solful is located in the corner of an L shaped strip mall.  Parking was easy.  I was greeted by security where I was asked to provide proof of Identification.  The security person was professional, friendly and helpful.  The interior is clean and well designed.  The displays are attractively arranged and shelves are well stocked.  Staff inside were friendly and attentive.  I was greeted with friendly tones and eyes that looked like they went with smiles beneath their masks.   I was asked if I needed help and kindly told to ask if I had any questions.  When I was finished shopping I stood in line (as indicated by signage on the floor) - and was immediately greeted and helped to check out.  The staff member was polite, friendly, and professional.  I really liked the way the staff member approached payment when I pulled out my 'card'.  I know enough about cannabis sales transactions and the various processes retailers use to comply with the law.  He approached it in a way that would make a first timer feel comfortable and someone who was knowledgeable, feel equally comfortable.  The checkout process was seamless and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my purchases qualified me for some discounts and a gift bag.  Fantastic deal!Solful is worth the visit.  Five Stars on all fronts.
