The service is amazing. The staff is friendly. The herb is phenomenal. But what really made me want to write this review was when I met John at the store. I have never met anyone more knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. The whole crew made me feel like a regular after one visit.

I'm just really dumbfounded at the prices here. Same products as all the other local dispensaries around the Monterey Bay area, but for whatever reason they seem to be 30 to 40% more for the same stuff. If you go to the dispensaries in Salinas, you will find that Urban leaves prices are nearly double those dispensaries, mind you for the same exact bud, carts, etc.

Love the herb selection and great customer service! John was awesome! I came in with my cousin (it was her first time here) and we were treated very well. We asked for recommendations and John really came through. We're very happy with our experience and the products we selected. Definitely will be returning!

Update the disposable vape I purchased 7/18/21 Has already stopped working . 7/21/21 Still has half a gram but the battery just stopped hitting ? Never had a problem like this before. Worst 60$ ever spent .

Great customer service! Employees were very helpful and kind. One employee in particular I believe she was the manager or assistant manager was very knowledgeable and explained the effects that different products may have. She referred many products to me and once I got home and tried them I loved them! Definitely a place to check out if in town

Traveling all over the US and this is one of the best dispensaries! Great service from andrea, good selection, and great environment.

Traveled three hours to go here purchase a couple hundred here. The live resins cart we bought select.better was leaking the manager or whoever I talked to couldn't figure out how to help me basically laughed when I asked if she could credit my account something that you would think would be easy to do to help a customer who's been there multiple times said she would call me back it's been 7 days I think she's too stoned she mightve forgotten about her customer. The select.better company isn't even messaging back. So now I'm out 60 bucks hahah that's great thanks guys you're so awesomeEdit: beware of coming here they might have bad carts. Manager said it is the luck of the draw when u pick out carts here so you might be getting a good one or a bad one who knows who cares‍lol

The vibe was a little trendy for my taste. Prices are also kind of high. I was a first time customer and they didn't mention anything about first time discounts. Maybe they don't do that. What is catching me off guard is what I was charged. I had an on line order and with all the fees and taxes included it came out to 26.44. However the cashier charged me 28.02. My initial thought was it's was an extra fee thrown in. However checking my receipt it states the total was 26.44 and broke down all the fees and taxes included. Why was I charged 28.02? 28.02 was no where on the receipt. I know it's not a ton of money but it's a little odd and sketchy for me. Won't be coming back.

This review is more about the customer service than Urnb Leaf products. They have a decent selection of cartridges and sauces. Whenever I've tried their house flower or product I have enjoyed it. Their daily deals are awesome and their rewards system is the best one around. There is rarely a line and it moves quickly, I never wait more than a 10 minutes. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. Amanda has been great, I feel confident following her recommendations. Preston and a handful of other people have also been awesome! I don't usually leave disappointed, and when I do it's not the staff's fault, it's the product I've chosen. I never feel judged or uncomfortable and that's important when shopping for this type of stuff. Thank you to everybody at this location for being there for us during the pandemic and making everything quick, easy, and satisfying!

Fred was amazing and helped me out a lot!!! All their products are bomb, carts, edibles, bath bombs, and THE MOST FORSTY animal mints!!!! They also threw in some free bees too which is also nice. Sunday funday is a great deal. Till next time Urbn Leaf

Inconsistent strains with wrong labels and when they go to fix the issue it took 10 minutes before coming back to say they can't sell something because they mismatched it.  Update -  just went to Plantacea who have great prices on their flower and were super kind!!! Also noticed the reef has their Nash's hash for 25% less than urban.

Truly exceptional service and staff.   Walking in to a very modern, bright and clean foyer.  Seating is ample and comfortable.Rachel was my 'budtender' and was well-informed of the products offered.  This buying cannabis in a location - rather than my buddy's back yard is very trippy.  I'm still an ol' hippie at heart and know nothing of the various strains and products.  We used to buy a '3-finger-lid' for $15!A terrible 'roller', I purchased pre-rolled at Rachel's suggestion and was not disappointed.  I returned within a week!I like their loyalty program', also.

Walked in about 8:30 pm noticed two people trying to return items due to being faulty. I myself  Bought a cartridge. Noticed discoloration in the wax and it was leaking from the bottom where it threads on to your battery. Is my First time coming here not mad just having to go back is a pain in the ass.

I went to Urbn Leaf two weeks ago to look for a certain strain. Unfortunately for me, they had it in stock. It was extremely pricey, but I didn't feel like searching elsewhere. I purchased it.The next day, I decided to try out my new flower. Not only did it weigh less than the weight on the package, the flower hadn't been properly dried. It was so spongey that it wouldn't grind. It clogged up my grinder, and couldn't be used. I put the remaining flower into a small paper bag to dry. With any luck, the flower will dry out sufficiently for vaping. Whether or not it does, they will never get another dime from me. There are too many good dispensaries here to waste my money at Urbn Leaf.

Been here once before and it was great! The employee that helped me was really nice and recommended me some flower.Today was a different story. I parked in front of the building and the security guard took one look at me and closed the door. Mind you it was barely 9:40-9:45 pm. The advertised closing time is 10:00 pm. There was no, "hey, sorry we're closing", but rather a cold look and the slamming of the door shut. Another potential customer walked to the door and security wouldn't even acknowledge him as to why they were closing early until the man brought out his phone to show the time. Other dispensaries in the area allow customers up to 5 minutes before the shop closing. Looks like I'll be visiting those establishments instead.

All time favorite dispensary first time going there and would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for some better than most affordable prices, great and comfortable atmosphere and our bud Tender Vinny made sure we left informed about the daily deals, different strains, and great recommendations! Highly Recommended folks

So much of the weed we saw here was very brown and unattractive. Even the "top shelf" stuff we picked up was dry and had very little flavor. The days of high quality cannabis at a decent value are gone, apparently. The owners might want to consider focusing on the quality of their product rather than the look of their shop and brand, as we will not be back.

I went to the grand opening weekend because they were giving away free gift bags with goodies for the first 100 guests each day. My experience started off great with the receptionist and security guard who were friendly. It all went to pot when I went into the back area.  I asked for a particular product and was informed that they do not carry that specific brand and he suggested something similar. I told the staff member that I could only use that specific brand because it works for me. I asked for my gift bag and was informed a purchase is required. I said, "It does not say that in your coast weekly ad". I will continue to patronize Plantacea and Sugar Leaf because they treat me like they truly want my business!

Such an awesome environment! Everyone is so helpful and positive. The deals are amazing too! Best place in town to get your herb.

Better off going to Santa Cruz or San Jose to get what you need. Customer service sucks ass. Seeds are SUPER over priced.

Staff (except for the security guard) was friendly, but I didn't like the metal detector screening, the showroom, or the overall layout of he store. Too much of the product seemed to be locked up under glass, behind a counter, or on a high shelf. I want to be able to see and smell what I'm buying and not have to ask a bunch of questions. I did like the free sandwiches and the giveaways during the grand opening.

Was in Monterey this weekend and came across this gem. The staff really made this experience worth having at 10am this morning. I'm not from this area so my boo and I walk in and are immediately greeted by a woman named Amber who gave the most AMAZING customer service! She legit greeted everyone that came in that door! She is from Oklahoma and that's awesome because as kind as she was, I knew she wasnt from California! Lol. The security officer person whose name I did not get, was a cool guy too. The dispensary was very clean, had great product and was located downtown where there was a ton of parking. They had such variety and knowledgeable staff members! If you're ever in seaside give these folks a call and ask for Amber!

1st visit to Urbnleaf was a wonderful experience. The space is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and nice. Erica helped us and gave a lot of info to help us decide what to get. We also met Fred whose personality is awesome!  The first time discounts were great. Came back a few weeks later and Amanda assisted us. Amanda was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and helped us complete our order with more discounts. Fred was there again and Fred remembered us from our 1st visit (which was super nice to be remembered) and of course, was awesome, friendly, and love the chat and laughs. Each experience here has been a fantastic!  Love the product and discounts. We also met Big Pete (cookies which are incredible) he was in the store shared his story with us and gave us samples plus there was a special rate that day - woohoo!  We will be back!  Hats off to a great staff!!

I went in this place for the first time only wanting to get an eighth and I walked out with another eighth for one dollar. The first patient deal is awesome and the flower I got was really smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Went in to Urban Leaf to buy recreational product.  Budtender showed me the products and I made a selection.  Product placed from a storage cabinet into a bag - but the seal had been broken.  When home, I noticed this and that the vial had 50% of the 1/8th I had purchased.  Check the seals before the product is bagged.  I suppose that working in these places is too much of a temptation for some.  I don't even know if the weed I bought was the product sold to me.  Won't ever go here again.

Dude took his mask off when I came in... what the hell man. Take it off your chin and put it on your face.I told the staff I was from out of town. No one gave me any sort of advice as to what to get. No one was very friendly. One guy kept talking to the other employee like I wasn't in the room for some reason.Didn't make me feel at home at all.

Hailing from Chicago, stopped by because we were attracted to the logo. This place has an outstanding & tasty selection. John was an incredible help with explaining the products and making personalized recommendations for what we were looking for. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. 10/10, we will definitely be back!

My first dispensary visit!!! Was greeted by great staff that answered and helped with all my questions they are so informative.  They have a wide variety of things I got some flavored water, some flowers, hemp wrappers and a lighter they're running deals like everyday. We bought a product that after an afternoon of use we realized it was faulty (vape pen) . Brought it for an exchange but they wouldn't help us because we didn't have the packaging ?? Obviously we expect working products and don't keep the packaging. The product was obviously full. Customer services was just bad.

I had purchased a Raw garden cartridge and some gummies from them. To make a long story short after the manager girl rang it up, it was a lot of money, more than what it's supposed to be. So since I was already inside there I went ahead and I purchased it and since you said that I could have a refund if it was unopened or if there was something wrong with it.   I went down the street to a different dispensary walked in there asked for the same exact items and it happened to be almost $40 cheaper. So I bought them thinking that I could go to the other dispensary and return the items I had just purchased and they said that they can only exchange it for another if the cartridge is defective. Keep in mind that the items were completely closed still in the bag with my receipt. Still they wouldn't take the items and give me back my money... Quite frankly I was pretty upset because times are hard right now and people are barely getting by everybody's trying to make their money stretch out as much as possible and it's just absurd for people like them to spike the prices that much. Just as a heads up don't go shopping here for any of your cannabis needs because they're just going to gouge you when it comes time to check out! No wonder their parking lot was totally empty when I pulled in on a Sunday...

This place is nice. Albeit pricey. They have a great selection of pre rolls, edibles and flower. Everyone who works here is SUPER friendly. I noticed the tax is super high- like 20%+. Maybe this is the city's fault? Regardless they have stuff we like so we pay the extra.

Urbn leaf is the best in Seaside for any thing you need. Fred is super helpful. Will be a returning customer!

I needed to get CBDs for my dog because of the fireworks in the neighborhood. I had gone to another dispensary but they didn't have any. Call another place and the same result. Called Urbn Leaf and they not only had it they had a variety to choose from. The person on the phone was not just nice but helpful also. He checked to make sure it was in stock. Big thanks to them.

They also have the best staff working under the same roof. My favorite shinning star is FRED!! He is the Marijuana fairy!
