I stopped in the day after getting my card and reading other places online reviews. It happened to be during a snowstorm, so I wasn't sure if they would be open, but they were. Not only was the lady at the desk (I can't remember her name, but she had long blonde hair and was unbelievably friendly and welcoming) ready to help with getting me through the forms at 6:30 at night, she then walked me back to Ray the pharmacist, who I can honestly say spent more time explaining my medical options than any doctor, pharmacist, or nurse in the last 20 years. He was knowledgable, outgoing, and willing to make sure I had all my questions answered (including the one about my idiot neighbor trying to burn down the house.) Although the product has not yet had the desired effect, and it may not be the final solution for my case, I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a dispensary in Syracuse, this is the one you should try. I have no doubt that when I stop back and talk with Ray about my first step results, he will be more than willing to work with me on the next step or attempt. He also went out of his way to see if I had any discounts available, and found a way for me to get 10% off my first purchase (REGISTER AT THE WEBSITE BEFORE YOU GO FOR 10% OFF COUPON!) 100% top-notch service from both of them made me feel right at home (except for the young people couch I almost fell off of because I am old) along with the recent price drops makes MedMen #1 in my book.

Front desk girls really nice. Nick the pharmacist is kind of rude. Products are really expensive and not that strong, but nice professional atmosphere

MedMen is my choice in the Syracuse area. They are extremely helpful but not pushy. Prices are fair and they are open past 5!!!! Sometimes they are out of product, but let's be honest, NY doesn't produce enough yet to meet the demand. If they are out of what I want, they call me when it comes in! Highly recommended. Oh and they just bought PharmCannis.

The staff is incredibly helpful. No questions go unanswered. The products are great quality and fairly priced. They helped me find the best prescription pens and drops. Thank you.

Professional and friendly staff,however,New York State is ripping us off with these profoundly ridiculous prices. You can get a full gram of concentrate in California for less than half the price for a half gram in New York. ( $35 in Cali. for 1 g ,$85 here for a half)Talk about criminal. Glad I have a source in California to send me my medication at a reasonable price.

Always very pleasant staff, if you phone ahead your purchases are quick and easy. If not, it doesn't take too long to get your orders filled and get you on your way. Everyone is helpful and courteous, everytime.

My fiancé went into MedMen and he’s a veteran and treated with nothing but disrespect. He showed up at time of opening with no one in line in front of him, placed his order and sat down. Numerous others came in and were getting taken care of before him. I recommend VeriLife if your looking in this area. Do yourself a favor.
