I want to preface by saying that I have never had a bad La Mota experience until recently, and have received good customer service in all situations, so the issue is definitely not the customer-facing people there; the two stars accounts for that. My problem is that twice now a friend and I have purchased the 2 for $30 5gram preroll packs (their own brand). Every single preroll in those packs has tobacco in it, no doubts about it. We thought we were just being nitpicky on the first pack, but when we started a second pack of a different strain and took a look at the material inside the paper….it is really interesting to think about someone really believing no one would notice that. Also possible that it was intended to be a pack of spliffs and i just wasn’t reading closely enough, but i highly doubt this. Friend and I plan on going by there later today and seeing if we can exchange or refund, will update review based on that experience.
