The time they took helping my 78 yo mother with crohn's disease was WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! Three hours helping her switch from the most horrible dispensary in Illinois. She lives in McHenry county and the closest by far is in Lake County but we go to Cook County for the exceptional selection, service, and personal. Beyond recommend! 10 stars! C-19 protocol is stellar as well! Why don't ALL businesses require hand sanitation and proper masking upon entry?! FANTASTIC NO OTHER IN THE BURBS WORTH SPENDING WITH!!

The customer service is awesome. I really appreciate Trevor's assistance with explaining new varieties of several flower products. The Rolling Meadows location is well run with medical curbside pick up service. The whole crew is professional, friendly and compassionate.

Wait times have been kind of long and parking,  if you are a recreational user is a pain. Ive been a few times, if you dont mind walking a few blocks if the weather is nice, its ok. Cant see taking the walk in the snow. I was shorted on one of my orders,  but customer service took care of it.

This is a late review, but I have always had a good experience here. I am a recreational customer and the staff here has always been incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the preorder/line system works quickly and efficiently. An associate named Tim has helped me out on multiple visits, and he deserves to be called out for his service. He has always educated me on my purchases, listened to my questions, and given me recommendations based on my feedback. The gal working next to him the last time I saw him is also very kind and helpful, though I didn't get her name. She was the one who suggested I leave a review for the store and for Tim. Hopefully both of these folks can get some extra props and the rest of the team can look to them for examples of great customer service. Can't wait to come back!

I've been to dispensaries in Colorado, California and Nevada.  This place is the most expensive dispensary I've come across.  It's like $20 for a 100mg edible in California and $30 in downtown Las Vegas in the touristy areas.  Nature's Care was charging $33 for the same Mindy's product then recently hiked that very same product to $39 one month later.  I'm paying way more here than Las Vegas on the Strip.  I believe dispensaries are charging much higher prices due to lack of competition.  It's June, so the supply part of the argument isn't there anymore.  On top of the high prices comes the issue of parking.  They make you walk a quarter of a mile to get to the store if you're recreational, since they don't let you park in the parking lot - even if it's empty.  You need to pre-order your stuff and stand outside.  I had to stand outside in crazy rain for my pre-order after walking to the store.  So many crazy rules and high prices, simply because there's no competition.  When there is competition, I'm bailing from this place.  I suspect the rest of the recreational crowd will, as well, once other places start popping up.  They need to realize sooner than later how much they've alienated their recreational base.The only thing that keeps this from being a 1 star is their product is pretty good.

Terrible service   there were several spots open in the lot and the attendant told me I had to park across the street at the church.  He said parking lot only for medical although there were recreational spots open and I had chosen curbside Pu online. The manager was more understanding though. I would go somewhere else until they hire more competent employees

Decent selection of flower but their prices are the highest in the area. The staff is friendly but you feel cramped in the waiting lines and rushed a bit once at the counter. One line for medical (will have to stand if multiple patients waiting) but you get priority over recreational. Hardly ever answer their phones if you have a question.

This dispensary is no longer interested in assisting medical patients due to them ramping up for recreational sales! They never answer the phone! Even with 5 people standing at the counter! Jennifer D'Ambrosio the agent in charge at this location is also the rudest most disrespectful person in customer service I have ever encountered! It's a shame because everyone else I have encountered here was very nice and helpful! Oh well one bad apple ALWAYS SPOILS THE BUNCH! BTW I would not recommend this business for medical users. I will be switching TODAY! They also will not refund defective products!

I have been a medical patient for a few years. I chose Nature's Care as my dispensary then. I never felt the need to change. It was great....Then.Now, in addition to medical marijuana they sell recreational. Parking has become impossible. Wait lines are long and disorganized! The facility is too small. And the products available are limited.

For three years, I thought Nature's Care was just OK until they failed to live up to their own stated objectives and cheated me.  They categorized a product incorrectly sold it to me without warning and I cannot use it. Jeff the little idiot manager has a very tough time thinking on his feet, couldn't recognize the mistake they made, and refused my request for a refund... He refused  a $50 refund to a customer who has spent more than $5000 there since they opened... Hello OWNERS of Nature's Care... Are you listening....?I've been told by one working at Nature's Care that irate customers are not uncommon, "it tends to happen here."  Beware...  Nature's Care isn't the nice place in the pretty pictures...

I had the worse experience. First, parking is only for medical and they give you no advice where to park. Next they had their lines segregated by call ahead orders and walk ups. They unnecessarily made the walk ups wait an extremely long time. They had medical and walk up cashiers doing nothing and only one line for walk ups. Plus the selection was awful. Skip this one!

During my visit I dealt with four employees who were wearing masks over their chin but not over their mouth and nose. Given their callous disregard for the health of their customers, people with medical issues would be foolish to shop here.

Have not been pleased with product selection over the last fees months. Options for flower is limits, and has gone up in price since January 1st. Ordering online is no guarantee that your product will be there when you get there! That defeats the purpose of ordering it online! Will be looking at other MEDICAL facilities soon.

Very nice place.If you are registered, and you find yourself at this dispensary, I would say that it is top-notch.At first glance, from the outside, you may question how nice the place is.  Ok, it's not that great on the outside.One of their concerns, which should be yours as well, is security.  It's heavily secured, so you will feel safe.  After you park, you will not be able to enter the building until you are first buzzed in. You won't be buzzed in if it looks like you are going to rob the place or there's already too many people inside.The staff is very nice and informative.  As a first time visitor, I had no idea what to do.  The team was patient with me and very helpful.

Screw this place.. marijuana is recreational now.. if you want to be on your "high" horse I'll gladly buy better my product from a known source that probably has better buds than 97% of what you carry for a  MUCH cheaper price. Good luck in the new year

Made me wait over 2 hours, cash only for rec didn't know until right at checkout so I went to the atm for 2 seconds and they put me back at the end of the line. I have places to be and errands/work to get done too. Never coming back. Shitty selection too.

The WORST dispensary in the state. DO NOT PRE ORDER, IT IS POINTLESS. Waited in the rain with 60-79 others for over 90 minutes!!! Unreal. Horribly slow and incompetent staff will come out back for their smoke breaks and watch their paying customers stand in the cold. The pre order does not save you time and is a total waste. Highly recommend EarthMed in Addison over this pop up, wannabe professional dispensary.

My daughter was there the other day and accidentally got into the wrong line to purchase.  She was verbally attacked by an older man (patient) regarding the line situation.  A very nice gal who works there apologized to my daughter for this mans inappropriate behavior. This patient continued to harass my daughter in the parking lot by showing the middle finger.    I called immediately requesting that a manager phone or write to both my daughter and myself  so that we may express our concern with that situation.  Jeff , the manager, did phone me and I had explained that my daughter felt very threatened and can no longer do business since she might see this patient again.  I requested that this patient be removed and placed at a different dispensary.  Jeff explained that this patient needs to show  more of a "violent behavior" in order to remove him from their business.  Okay, so we need to wait and see if he becomes more violent.  To this day Jeff has not reached out to my daughter to check on her when all contact info. was given to the the gal who took the message and saw what happened to my daughter.  I just saw Jeff and he never asked about her and he was having trouble remembering who I was when I just spoke with him a week ago.  No concern or care for my daughter as a person or a patient.  Other staff members are compassionate and nice.

Best Budtenders in the business! I have been going here since 11/16. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and can make recommendations on product to ease your pain. Very nice modern facility. Very large selection of products and they have specials on a daily basis.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took a chance and went to a new dispensary, i was very optimistic after seeing such positive reviews, and even better I was able to place my order from home and simply stop by and pick it  up, I was thrilled. Once I arrived I was greeted by a stern but friendly security guard. Shortly after he explained that we (recreational purchasing adults) needed to have a text message saying our order had been verified, prepared and ready for pick up. I patiently waited 30 minutes PAST my pick up time and began to get very frustrated. Nobody was getting a confirmation text and everyone's account said their I.D's needed to be verified. I take pride in my punctuality and I feel that businesses should too. After driving 50 minutes away from home I was completely disappointed with the process that was put in place.  Lots of angry customers in line in the cold getting no update. Terrible experience and I won't be returning.

What can I say?  Nature's Care is amazing!!!  The first time I went there I had no idea what to expect.  I was there as a recreational user.  Leslie was very helpful and made some recommendations.  Even though they were busy, she took the time to answer my questions.  The next time I went was for medical purposes.  Robin answered ALL my questions...and yes I had a lot of them.  He was super patient, explaining the different kinds of marijuana, making suggestions, and helping me understand the legal limits of what I could purchase.  There are closer dispensaries to where I live but I will continue to go to Nature's Care.  They are phenomenal and care about the individual!

Nice people. Great atmosphere.  You can order online or you can shop there.  Very informative. They have a lot of info on the different strains. I would recommend this placeEdit........I have to admit. Not as organized as others.  The point system at this place needs work.  Should not be my job to insure appropriate amount of points.  Competition is out there.....get it together. Very nice folks though.  Always very nice.

The flowers situation is getting lil  better but far from good situation. Unfortunately still a handful of Employees who don't seem to enjoy their jobs OR JUST DONT HAVE  WHAT IT TAKES TO STAY PROFESSIONAL IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS WHICH I M SURE THEY DEAL WITH ALOT!!! But we all are Like everyone else in life who deals with stressful situations but doesn't have to be rude because they're dealing with customers stressed out .But yet if you can't handle it thru thick n thin and refrain from give off serious negative energy!!  Front door security acting like James Bond and I m  EVIlL Villain lmao for Christ sake . Dude I show you My ID n Reservation and that's it .bad vibes n attitude is not Necessary I understand you guys have a job to do and be safe for everyone but a very few  of you guys act like secret service instead of security .Hey do your job by all means guys settle down with the attitude please don't let it slide I report maybe record this treatment outside .  By all means every-officers working out for general health and well-being for all  in house !! I will not name names it's not my style. Yet still have the holier than thou attitudes and prices seem a lil more expensive keep going up gradually be most  states when they go recreational prices drop for the medical patients not go up ,  yet  choice n concentrates n flowersstill   Big Time limited still way beforehand of the covid crisis of . This year 4/20 WAS  crappie Compared to last year . Still things are getting a lil better despite the angry fir nothing  one it seems , I come to know n higher prices 60 to 63 for verano    Remember 50 /55 a 8th. No all suppliers who don't even come close to Veranos and some other products are all charged 60 at least to 63 for an eighth one again done for sales ounces for 100 and this is the medical patient so I could charge those recreational I thought the whole reason for going recreational was to make things more affordable in excess of all her medical patients will literally depend on their shit to get by.  Will stay on this issue and report back hopefully things get better

I never leave a review, but after multiple negative experiences here I thought I would help out the next person by saving their time. The security guards love the power and are rude. After the security guard gave me attitude for pulling into the parking lot (sorry didn't see the small sign), I heard him tell another recreational patient that it was slow and they could park in the lot. Lied to me said they were medical patient, which they weren't. Also they sold me TWO defective pens. I have been trying to get my refund..took them about a week to get back saying I can only use the refund on the specific brand. So I have to wait for them to post the product by the specific brand, and when I do they cancel my order because they ran out. Makes no sense. Rise in Mundelein has excellent service and will be taking the extra minutes to drive out there.

I thought that Rise in Mundelein, IL was expensive. The prices here are stupid ridiculous. I cannot review the actual dispensary but the prices are so high that it ruins your high and I would look elsewhere

Lots of information to digest but this place makes it pretty easy and quick. This is a review for RECREATIONAL/ADULT USE during Covid19. If you are a medical patient some of this won't apply to you. 1. Pre order online. I ordered at 2:22pm on a Saturday and the earliest pickup time I got was 3:30-3:45pm.2. Park on Edison to save the parking lot for medical patients. Check to make sure you are legally parked. Don't park ANYWHERE else. Be considerate of other businesses in the area and their private property. 3. Short walk from Edison St to the store. If it's going to rain bring a jacket because it is a 2 minute walk. 4. Show screenshot of order to security outside. Some people say that you need to arrive before your pickup time because the line gets long. I didn't have this issue. I showed up a few minutes early and they had capacity for a few more people in the building. 5. Show ID to front desk receptionist and wash hands. 6. Stood in line for 10 minutes. Not bad!7. Got my order!I've been to another Illinois dispensary that only does recreational on the weekends and I waited in their lobby for an hour (pre covid19)...Illinois law gives priority to medical patients so the recreational menu is not only taxed higher but also limited in selection. Rise had cartridge options but only one flower option. The online menu is easy to use. I'm not a fan of Verano but I got a few of their cartridges. Retail recreational is still way too regulated but Rise deserves 5 stars for providing such great service. I didn't even think the prices were that bad compared to other recreational IL menus I looked at!

This is one of the only dispensaries that offers a Veterans discount but ONLY to medical users! I'm a Veteran but can not receive a Veterans discount because I'm not a medical user, what kind of crap is that? Medical users already receive a huge tax break!

I've frequented many dispensaries and I always come back to Naturescare.  I just picked up a large order with their September sale.  I want to say thank you to Tim the Lead.  Thank you for contacting me regarding my order after placing it and adding a few more items. Also thank you for getting me to my minimum although a bit short.  Really appreciate it.  Will continue to be a Naturescare customer.  Great customer service - never had any issues.

4/2/20 I arrived at about 9:55am, I was the first one in line I needed to be in and out so I had to be the first one in line.  Others started arriving around 10:15a 10:30a, they opened at 11a.  A few medical patients were in line and they go first.  YOU MUST PREORDER on their website.  To even stand in line you must preorder.  Your place in line determines who's next, not your reservation time slot.  You still need to arrive early.  Others and myself have received messages that our order was ready between the hours of 10a and 11a.  THIS IS INCORRECT!  The dispensary does not open until 11a.  Check their website before you go, things are always changing.  You will show your "reservation ready" text to security and then you will be let in one at a time.  Your ID is scanned and then you will wash and dry your hands in the rest room.  You will enter the sales room and proceed to the line which is correct for your visit.  There is a medical line and recreational line.  You pay for your order, they staple your bag and you're off back to your car.  Tow trucks lined up to catch people parking illegally.  Parking is on Edison Place and it's a short hike to the dispensary.  Watch the signage on Edison make sure you are parked legally.  Preordered again and we were in and out. This was on a Wednesday around 3:30p and there were like 10 people waiting.  The security officerasked if we preordered and took us to the front of the line.  Waited about 10 mins in the rec line.  I put back a chocolate bar I preordered, it was nice I wasn't "forced" to purchase it.  I paid for my product and was out the door.  They do have a nice pamphlet area, good educational information area.

Might be a little long but, promise it's worth it. It was 10 minutes to 9:00, I'm in the back seat holding my dog, moms driving (pretty worried) as I'm having a panic attack. Now, I'm in the thirties, learned to cope and deal with all of life's issues. And life is beautiful even though those issues suck. Got it life, thankfully. It had been raining, I had no make up on, hair like I just escaped from a hospital and I was dressed crappy. And I don't dress crappy. I just lost me childhood best friend from an OD and lemme tell you, I'm talking it hard! Crying spells, uh, just the whole nine. I'm standing there in front of two smiling facing, "what's up"?, "what can we get you"? And I think "don't worry, we gotcha"! Anxiety immediately went from 10-3,2,1 to me smiling and laughing from the hospitality of those great men! Did I mention how happy I am with my purchase!? What great recommendations! Now, I also received a couple pins and stickers (who doesn't like stickers) and love, and compassion! And you just can't put a price tag on that. Very kind and knowledgeable people here. I felt very good after a long time of feeling like crap! I slept like a baby last night. I laughed with my mom last night! Not our norm. Thanks guys! I really appreciated everything. Wait, I was walked out to my car, though! What an experience! I feel great just writing about it. See ya soon.

Worst customer service of all time.  Was asked to drop off at 830, so made changes to my schedule only to find out from Bridget that no one will be available until 930.   I am very understanding, but a last minute change with no other option is unacceptable

Too bad to see what was a great place, go downhill.   My second ever Yelp review...should tell you something.  I was a loyal and local customer.  Recently been getting terribly leafy flower and when I tried to address it with them multiple times, "go online"....I did, I waited 2 weeks and nothing.  I don't expect you to cover all of a growers shortcomings but I do expect some kind of service and get better product at such a high cost.  Someone come buy this place so we can get good product close to home.  Anyways, moving to another local dispensary.

I'm an adult rec user. Easy and secure checkout process, and walk-ins are welcome. The staff was really nice. However...There's a number of confusing and/or inconvenient things about this place that lead me to knock off a few stars.It's quite a large facility, but you wouldn't realize it from the street. There's only a few parking spaces, but considering some earlier reviews about needing to park down the street, this at least seems like an upgrade to be able to park in one or two non-handicapped spots in the front with a few more available in the back. The door to the front is locked until you're buzzed in, which isn't immediately clear, unless I just missed the signage explaining that? I thought the place might be closed until I saw another (obviously more regular) patron go in. From there, there's several lines to help either Med or Rec patrons, walk-in or pre-order. There's a loyalty program you can get discounts with if you sign up, but no other vet discounts etc. and they don't apply if you're a walk-in. So, it was suggested I quickly pre-order online to get the points which was a nice gesture, but THEN a lot of the stuff didn't match the items I selected by manufacturer, even if it matched potency/flavor. Plus there's a $3.50 fee for using a debit card.Overall mixed experience.

I've been going to Nature's Care ever since cannabis became legal in Illinois!The workers here are truly the best - I've never had a bad experience with any crew member and most of them have been here since the dispensary first opened. They're always super helpful and willing to go over anything with you. I always pre-order online in advance so I generally have a quick interaction with the associate, but if you prefer to order in-store they are more than willing to assist you!The reason I docked 1 star is for 2 reasons - they used to have cheaper prices, but have since raised their prices for their vapes and some edibles while other dispensaries have lessened their pricing. Also, the parking situation is not the best. I know they've been trying for forever to renovate new parking but obviously it's costly and time-consuming. There's about 3 parking spots out front and 2 handicapped spots. They have additional parking in the back, but it's around 4-5 spots I believe. You most likely will have to park in the lot next to Nature's Care.Overall, I like Nature's Care products and service, and I definitely recommend this dispensary to others!

It's a nice dispensary from the get go. Ordering online is easy and the menu is a standard used by many shops. If you've shopped elsewhere you'll likely recognize their menu system, almost everyone uses IHeartJane menu systems. Going to the shop is easy after receiving the text message. If you're a medical patient there is almost never a wait outside but the recreational folks, beware, the foyer only allows one person to be checking in at a time and could use redesigning. Another area dispensary has a much larger area to accommodate a large volume of med & rec checkins simultaneously. Just a slight design downside, and maybe reason to select curbside if the weather stinks and you're already in their computers (if you're a first timer and the weather is bad, expect to wait outside or drive elsewhere for the visit) Once checked in there is never a wait to get into the dispensing hall, I have never experienced a wait in my 2+ years of patronage to this dispensary. I have seen the dispensing hall & lounge area get slightly crowded but never to a point the dispensary has "clogged" That leads to the dispensing hall which is oversized and feels like a full drug store could easily set up shop in here. And they have, selling cannabis. They have their own private label line and if they have shake on hand it's a cheap blazing Stoney smoke. Problem, selection and inventory. With the front end of the shop being large & the back end hosting a massive array of product you'd think the  selection & inventory would be wider. State limitations make the shop limit their inventory despite having more than ample space for additional inventory. I wish I could blame the shop for their selection & inventory issues but it is all on the states supply chain and the greedy way they issue grow permits. 5/5 on the dispensary Dear Supply Chain, YOU SUCK!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in the NW suburbs. They have taken Covid precautions very seriously throughout the year, have a great selection of products, quick lines, discounts for returning customers & staff are always very friendly. Our car died in the parking lot today and literally a staff member ran out to help us with our car issues. Could not recommend this place more. Thank you Nature's Care!

The staff here is so great and not to mention I accidentally grabbed the wrong paper coming in, they helped me out and was just awesome about the entire situation. Very nice greeting from the security guard where at other places it’s like they’re waiting for me to mess up (no I don’t feel like that’s what they’re doing but that’s just what it feels like). At natures care it’s always some type of very nice friendly greeting. 10/10

Love this spot and pricing is fair. I'm not sure what others are talking about. I love how this location includes taxes in pricing. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and always on point with recos and feedback (honest feedback too) highly recommend these folks and their top notch service keeps me coming back

I used to really like this place. The staff has always been so nice and attentive. Their reward system is very nice. I am a medical patient and utilize the curbside pickup which is super convenient and easy. However, for a while now every time I try to order my usual items they are never in stock. I have been checking for these items multiples times a day for the past few weeks and still none of my items have been restocked. They say they get deliveries all the time, and never know what they are going to receive which I find strange. I was unaware of the differences in medical and recreational dispensaries so I went to another dispensary who had everything I needed in stock, however it was only a recreational facility so my medical card would get me 15% off, but I would still pay the recreational taxes!! Looks like dispensaries have found a loophole where they profit more off of recreational facilities than cater to both. It is very frustrating and exhausting trying to hunt for the items that work for me.
