this is a very mediocre dispensary. buds are dry dry dry. all the time. people wake up! cheap buds are not good buds!

I love visiting Harvest because the quality is consistent. Plus pricing is the cheapest across montgomery county. They have a repeat customer in me for sure. Girl Scout cookies is honestly the best strain to purchase even though they have other selections to choose from.

This was my first ever dispensary experience, and it did not disappoint. Jesus greeted me, informed me, and made suggestions. He is an amazing asset to an already great establishment.

Harvest is a real gem!  They have consistent, high quality flower that is always perfectly cured.  They have a wide variety of strains.  The staff are knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. Harvest also has the best prices I've found.  Value for money! Keep up the great work!

My favorite dispensary so far!! They have so much different types of strains and always have great deals. Yet what makes this place better than most dispensaries are the great people that work here! Jessica,Choi and Mark are amazing! Everyone it's so nice, patience and helpful that I rather driver 20 mins to go see them than drive to my local dispensary which it's 5 mins away. Thank you Harvest!!

Service service service! I can go on and on about how great their service and each one of their employees is. I've been there a few times now and had a few different people ring me up or check me in and each time they were beyond helpful and patient with any questions I had. Seriously impressed by their staff! That makes all the difference!! Would highly recommend, especially for customers new to the industry

Advertise  sale buy one get on intire e store when I get there from Baltimore an hour and a half drive I am told oh no   that's a mistake and charged regular price we knew yesterday we had to explain to a lot of customers but yet no one puts anything on the website .......bait and switch stop... Bait and switch..... downright deceptive buy-one-get-one anything in the store means buy-one-get-one anything in the store don't lie to people to get them in and then sell them something else not only is it deceiving but it's illegal it's false advertising I will never spend another dime in that store and I don't recommend anyone else should either especially when there's another dispensary about a quarter of a mile down the road that doesn't lie to their customers

This is a very classy establishment. I felt like I was going to do yoga instead of picking up medication. I won't be going anywhere else. The customer service is top notch! Every single person greeted me, and all my questions were answered. The area is nice too! I looked up some other dispensaries, and I don't think I would feel safe at some of them. They were sketchy looking. This is a place you could bring your Nana. All of you are great! Loves it!!!

Racist Sales Clerk at Harvest of Rockville; BEWARE!! Sales Clerk at HOC Rockville named Jaye (tall , slender , black hair) is extremely rude, racist ,  and the worst prescription pick up experience in your life! She should be fired immediately , her customer service is absolutely awful which totally degrades this establishment and corporate framework... Jaye will serve every other person that is not African American or Hispanic first and have customers wait outside for hours without listening to there issues, complaints, order status, provide correct pricing , etc... HoC corporate I'm hoping will help solve shitty wmokyees kkke ajirzzxd

Your short staff but have two employees come strolling in with no urgency to get to work. I just left chemo I don't want too hear it will be a hour wait. Yes Inform the patient on wait time , but it was more of a deterrent to go else where I just needed my meds so I can go home and rest. You are serving medical patients not no ordinary customers in a ordinary retail Environment. So it's kinda hard to preorder cannabis while your getting pumped with drug. Just remember that it's not as easy as you think bad enough I'm driving myself too and from appointments

harvest is the master of unethically baiting people in with bogus marketing. They send coupons and sales that they do not honor.

The absolute worst place you can go to buy weed. They have scammy style pricing to try and trick the unaware into buying the same amount, for a higher price.They also give deals for your account--that expire within 30 days. So you can get an ounce for a price break, and unless you smoke like a chimney, you don't need more before 30 days. but if you wait more than 30, you lose the deal price. So they pretend they have great pricing, meanwhile they have 2 different discounts that the great majority of people cannot access. I always end up giving my freebies away to other customers, because otherwise they expire and are worthless.This place is run by kids, 18-20, and they have no idea how to run a business. an atm with fees. cash only. no selection. you can't smell anything in store. the wait time is about an hour, even when you place an online order and show up at the right time.I still go here, because i am forced to, but as soon as anywhere else offers cinderella 99, i won't have to endure the worst weed store i've ever been to in my life.UPDATE: Just called in to ask about when the deal is for the half off pricing--i've only bought from them at half price, but the rudest employee of any store i've ever spoken to answered, and told me they've never done half pricing in the 5 years he's worked there (maryland only did legal weed less than 2 years ago, and i went to harvest the first 3 days they opened) and told me i must be confused--meanwhile, i'm holding my receipt in my hand that says bogo for quarters on july 4th, and i've done it 3 dozen times there. he says "nope, we've never done that". and when i'm explaining that i want to know the price of cinderella 99 ounce, he interrupts me and asks if there's anything else i need.Seriously, honestly, go anywhere aside from this criminal scumbag haven, and i will personally buy your weed for the rest of your life and tuck you into bed at night. i'll do everything in my power if it even means a single person changes their mind about giving money to these inhuman scumbags.

Normally I would recommend Harvest I have been a constant customer for more then a year. However, when I got home and opened my newly purchased 1/8 it looked a little short so I decided to scale it and I was correct. It's things like this that make coming back to harvest hard. Disappointed to say the least

The slowest, least friendly and most inefficient dispensary in the area. Whether you order ahead or walk in, anticipate a lot of staff and no action. Staff not making any effort to give you a quality customer experience. Use as a last resort. The surrounding dispensaries are more inviting and accommodating.

Updating to 3 stars. After conversing with Anthony, I was able to get credit for the overcharge. I will give them another try.

I'd give this place four stars for selection. Each time I've gone in, they've had a decent range of options for medium to low dose edibles. I can't speak to their flower options, but they seemed to have a lot of choices and it smells great inside.The layout of the store is simple. A bit grungy out front - a minor renovation would make this a lot nicer - but the store proper is a clean, nice room. Product bottles and packages are nicely displayed. In terms of staff, though, they are definitely there just to retrieve. Two stars at most. No one has ever had a sense of what's in stock and it takes a good bit of time for them to rummage around the back looking for things. Also, this is not a staff that's particularly helpful when it comes to exploring options. No one seems to be very well-studied in product, effects, and variation - especially when it comes to microdosing. Know what you're looking for beforehand and give yourself some extra time, because service isn't really all that efficient (see previous remark about knowledge of stock).All that said, the product I've gotten from here works and is relatively fresh, consistent. If that's your bottom line and you already know what works for you, this is a decent, 3.5 start option in my book.
