not impressed, very limited product, no vapes, and prices are high. as is all the prices in ohio dispensaries. bring on the competition. and i was very dissapointed because i dont have transportation readily available and this is the closest dispensaries. and what is the deal in ohio with cbd oil, they dont have them anywhere.

So I got my documentation processed the same day and went to this dispensary to check things out. It has an appt type feel to get inside beyond the waiting area. The menu was poorly put together with write overs and scratch outs. It is definitely a controlled environment although there was less security visible than other places like in Cali and Nevada. With so few dispensers prices are high. Only time will tell if this changes. Glad that it is finally available to patients who need their medicine.

Not very helpful, or friendly. The receptionist was nice but the representative seemed to be annoyed with our lack of knowledge and offered little to no help.

Go to Detroit, it's a drive, but it's 150 for an oz and you don't have to bother with this 2.83 GM bs.

Only place within 30 miles right now, so hard to give a good comparison. Service staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Prices are higher than in Columbus, but Columbus is 60 miles away.....

I'm totally new to this whole thing, so for me, this was a great experience. Sure, I'd been in "smoke shops" before (for "tobacco use only").. and this was a completely different and far more professional experience.  Perhaps folks who are highly versed and are used to craft-beer style selections would be disappointed. I, however, was not.  The menu was complex enough to give me choices, while simple enough that I was not overwhelmed.  The staff were friendly and walked me through both the selections and the whole process.  There was very little waiting time.Again, I suppose one might be able to find "better" prices elsewhere, but I was very happy with the quantities and prices, as well as the quality of the product.  Highly recommended for fellow newbies and those who prefer a professional environment and staff.

This is my favorite dispensary in Ohio so far. I've never waited long to go in, I've never had to wait outside or in my car,  and the bud tenders turn around and grab what you need and ring it up immediately. The place is close to my house I'm home with my medication within 7 minutes!  Not to mention there's plenty of top shelf marijuana that place reeks of it!

I started going to Mad River Remedies right after they opened. I live in Hamilton and at the time it was the second-closest dispensary to me. I always liked their selection and staff. There used to NEVER be a wait, either. I went yesterday and it's a different story now regarding the wait, I had to wait outside but maybe only 10-15 minutes total, then maybe another 5-10 minutes inside. I was very luck, as the ATM ran out of money maybe two customers after I withdrew my cash. Anyhow, beware if you go there after about 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon if you expect to withdraw $, I heard an employee say that the ATM runs out of money EVERY Sunday at some point. However it remains a great place to get one's medicine!

Place has gone down hill since they sold.  Service is really bad, company can't be bothered to email you when they are running specials.  Worst is the employees.  They are rude, condescending, and basically talk down to people like they are "stoners" and beneath them.  Miss Blue Hair likes to make comments like "Seriously! We're ALL just trying to work, here!" When you ask a question she doesn't like.  Guy with beard likes to sit back in chair, cross his legs like every coach in a bad after school kids movie, and talk down to you.... "Ma'am,  Think about it.  Does Walmart email you every week and let you know their sales?"  Yeah... They actually DO.   Anyways... If you can find another place, I'd go there.  This one gets worse by the week.

Do not go by online hours, they do NOT open at0900Working with them right now. Just bought my monthly and noticed I was given 14g instead of my usual 2.83, it's 100.00 difference and waiting to see what they say. You can look back I buy 5 2.83 baggies and a vape pen. I have never bought 14g too much of one for my liking, and frankly I just don't need it allI'll update and let y'all know what happens. Fingers ceoss

Place was not well lite. Made you feel like you were there to do nasty things. No one was helpful on any products. Only go there if they have sales.

Budtenders are AWESOME and knowledgeable and very informative on products...
