I have shopped here exclusively since 2017! (or more accurately, my partner shops here for me) He is NOT a pot smoker and each week the team here helps him pick the perfect strains week in and week out! AND DON'T get me started on price! HHC Richmond is by far the BEST PRICES! ALSO they have a sweet reward system!

0 customer service from all the girls that work here. They are beyond rude and have no knowledge about their products. They seem uninterested in helping you and I can't tell if it's because they themselves are high while working or if they just don't care to help you.

Wack af, walked in with a medical license and veterans ID which they refused because those aren't government issued? Bruh what lmao

I wouldn't recommend going there,1 the menu is never up to date,2 there's a couple of rude budteners that have a issue with asking about the product,if I'm spending my money I have a right to ask for what I need,3 yesterday I ordered some stuff online and they forgot to put an item in my bag when I left,so I called them just to see if they can help me or not it wasn't a big deal ill buy another one and one of the the workers said come back and we will give you another,i came back and they had me standing around for 20 mins walking back and forth not giving eye contact so I asked if there's a problem cause ill buys another if it is he said it is so i said fine I will but why couldn't you just tell me that on the phone or when I walked in then the girl was like I didn't wanna start nothing with you,what ever that means.so i just took my business somewhere else.i been going there since they opened every day if not every other day and thats how they treat there customers.i just spent 140.00 bucks and willing to buy another half gram cartridge,they were acting like I'm trying  to get a free half gram.i got more important shit to think about then trying to scheme a club to get a half gram cartridge,i suggest looking at there workers scheme of jackin customers orders.im not going there no more so somebodys rent aint going to be payed no more cause i spent enough to pay someone's rent in there every month

Love this dispensary. They always have a great selection & the budtenders are so friendly & helpful - shoutout to Maria & Gelesa wootwoooot! They are always so welcoming & give great recommendations of new products or strains to try out. Overall great experience & will be back soon.

They are the only place that carries my fav Smokiez vegan gummies. It's always easy to get in an out of here once you can secure a parking spot. The staff is helpful especially the guys and I was surprised to find out that you get points for every dollar spent. I had a $10 reward waiting for me the last time I was in store. What a pleasant surprise.

Haven't smoked in god knows how long, years!! However I've been hit with a wall the last few weeks and I needed something to bring me back up. I've never been to a dispensary and didn't know where to even start. Everyone in front of me in line knew exactly what they wanted and was in and out. For me? I had no idea what I was doing. The girl who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. She was patient and made my first experience a breeze. Being vegan, she was able to answer all the questions we had and made this uncomfortable visit an easy one. I may be right back there again today! Thank you!

Before legalization, budtenders used to give a shit about helping you with products, taking care you get what you want for your ailments. Now, it's like any other retail job for some, just ringing up the cash. You can tell when they hesitate after asking questions. I can get more help at Target or Wal-Mart! Or, the 99cent store, for that matter.Yesterday, I paid $22. for edibles I paid $16. for at another dispensary; that's a big difference!I went here because of virus and proximity, but it's too expensive for my liking with the mediocre service. I could see paying $2. more but $6. is a lot for those on fixed income.Also, the staff at front desk areREALLY in to watching whatever is on TV while they should be paying attention to customers.These folks moved to this bigger location for recreational users and it truly shows.

During this insane pandemic, I appreciate these pick-up and curbside services. I have placed multiple orders on their website (not weedmaps) and each time I place an order, there's always an issue. My order never gets passed verifying and an item is ALWAYS missing. Why have an item listed, if you don't even have it? I know how cannabis POS systems work and that menus can be updated, so why isn't HHC on top of this?  Also, why is the staff so rude and short tempered all the time? If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the patients. What's up with the HHC rewards too? Not all patients are receiving HHC rewards. Only a few are. SHADY!!!!!HHC GET WITH IT!!!

I lost count of the times I place an order online and they are out of the product. Now today I walk in and try to redeem my points and they said that I didn't have enough. (Which I did) Turns out they have 2 accounts for me after getting their new and "improved system". So after waiting to verify if I actually do have 2 accounts the bud tender comes back and says he'll give me 10% for the inconvenience but that I have to wait til next time to use my points. So since I wasn't expecting to not be able to use my points I had to use their ATM that charges me $2 and to top it off my bank charges an additional 2.50 for using an ATM outside of my bank LMAO so much for the discount

I'm so glad I finally checked this place out especially since it's down the street from my work. This place has a variety of things you can purchase from flowers, edibles, vape pens, oils, and just so much more. The service is spectacular from the moment you check in to security to the moment you are helped purchasing products. The nice gentleman answered all my questions and even gave me a free jar for being a first time customer (great way for me to keep coming back)!! I also like how their taxes are included in the sticker price unlike other places where they charge you tax at the register. Very clean and open!! I for sure will be a long time customer!

Terrible dispensary with 0 customer service. The bud tender was so high he could barely count my change and could hardly be bothered to show me what I was interested to see. He also wore his face mask incorrectly, with his nose sticking out. + This business over charges medical patients per state and county tax regulations. I could have spent $100s of dollars today but I got less than $50 worth of products cuz this place isn't worth my money. I recommend you don't waste your time or money here.

The budtenders arent very knowledgeable about cbd products and try to push any product on to patients. Some of the budtenders are flat out rude to patients. Overall if you want to get frustrated and leave feeling angry this is the place for you. Certainly nothing the holistic or healing about some of they're staff. I will advise other patients I know not to go there!!

I was so happy to find this place after having problems with delivery using the Eaze App. Everyone that works there is super nice and informative. The process to sign in was fast and straight forward. I also appreciated that all of the prices included tax. The variety of products was great, I ended up with some sativa pre-rolls and CBD gummies and they even threw in a free container.

Very clean and professional. Good selection. Covid19 safety compliant. I received excellent service. ATM onsite.

The girl who "helped" me with my online order was rude and refused to make change for my purchase. She didn't bother asking her coworkers if they had change. Forced to buy something cheaper instead of the intended product I wanted to accommodate for her laziness. The previous times I've been here, I've never had an issue with someone making change for me. If that's going to be an on going issue, maybe there should be a sign saying "use exact change" or something similar.

Dont come here man :( This is my second round here that they have no ida what they have in stock or not :( I called three times to make sure and here I am at the store , they dont have it :( I drove 25 mins and they dont have what they said they do :(DONT COME HERE THAT'S IT. You will waste your time.

I normally LOVE this place but the few new people they've hired are RUDE and, don't do their job. And when asked about products they're giving the wrong information. I have never been so unhappy with HHC before. I totally wasted my money on bunk product  Not sure if I will return

This place gets two stars for the very few polite and competent staff that understand the importance of customer service. This place has progressively gotten worse since I've started going this past year, but this last experience was the final nail in the coffin for me. I ordered ahead online, when I received a confirmation text that my order was ready for pick up about an hour and a half later I drove down to pick it up only for them to tell me they couldn't find my order. Turns out they were sold out of my product and completely and did not offer a compensatory solution for the inconvenience or the error on their part. Told me I should call ahead to verify they have my product in stock from now on EVEN if I order ahead. They made it seem like this was my bad. They're too unorganized and sloppy with their business for me, so unfortunately I'll be driving the even further distance to Ohana. They may be pricier but at least they're professional and have good customer service and staff that are knowledgeable in their product. Save the trip and find a better dispensary.

Came here like a month ago. Told the budtender I only wanted top shelf . He recommended a 40$ 8th and a 60$ 8th. I bought both and tipped him 5$. I get to the car and the 40$ is premature all stemy and dry no thc at all. All the buds where premature. There were like 10 pieces of weed of how steamy it was. I was unsatisfied because I never received such low grade of medicine at a cannabis club. And I clearly stated I wanted top shelf indoor. So I went back and told them what was wrong with it. How dry it was . I told 2 different girls that worked there and I told edgar that worked there what was wrong it with it they all say it was dry no lie. And then they told me to talk to Emily. And she was giving me a hard time talking about I'm the only one complaining about that weed. And I came in respectful saying I was unsatisfied with what I got that I dont want to sound like I'm complaining I'm just unsatisfied  if i can pay the difference for a more expensive one or just have them give me a new jar. And she said no and told me to talk to her sister. Then her sister gave me a hard time saying the weed was good that i was the only one complaining. So i told her to look at the weed herself and she did I put like a gram on the counter to show them how premature it was. She gave me a hard time and said no and told me to talk to the owner. And basically the owner said due to covid I cant return it so I told her this weed is premature no way u can return it and give it to someone else because it was not good medicine. I told her what she needs to do is take a loss and give me a better 8th more expensive and I pay the difference. And she said I'm the one that needs to take a loss. I wanted to throw that 8th on the floor so bad so they can know I wasnt going to smoke it. I just left really mad. Crazy part is that all 3 workers all admitted it was dry and stemy. I literly wasted 40$ for stems and dry weed. Never coming here again. Everytime I go I always tip.  . And they know exactly who I am and they know I never been the type the give somebody at work a hard time or get over somebody. The owner and workers dont care about what you buy they only care about the money. You are better off going to green remedy! And dont buy anything under 40$ green remedy will have better quality for that price.

I always make sure to stop by HHC when I'm in the area. Staff is very friendly and can answer any question I have about the menu selection. Not to mention, I never had to wait a long time when waiting on a budtender. Speaking of the menu they have a TON of selections. Prices are a little high but if you follow them on IG or Twitter you can watch for the secret word, spin the wheel when you say the word and get a freebie!Not bad when you're trying to be frugal.They have pre-rolls at a decent price too. So I suggest that folks who complain about prices, seek a more affordable selection. I mean you don't go to Ruth Chris on a Wendy's budget right?Overall I like this establishment. The location is good, parking can be crazy but it's a plaza and a lot of restaurant traffic can be chaotic.

Very poor quality of product, expensive, and bad costumers service with racist remarks from employees to costumers.Employees aren't careful when they sell you the products and many times they give the wrong product and don't to take responsibility for their mistakes. Employees don't know anything of marijuana and the medical purposes, manager was drinking outside the store therefore she is very rude and careless.

Holistic healing collective is a great place to go. I am a brand ambassador for RAD vapes and every time I have worked there, they always treat me like family. It's a nice, clean shop that carries just about everything. If you're looking for a vape cart, I'd recommend RAD Hawaiian Punch. It's a perfect hybrid for summer!

Very disappointed in this business.  I called specifically looking for a particular balm. Cheyenne  told me they had it. It really sounded to me that she was not being truthful. So I asked again and gave her the particular name she repeated it and said yes they had it in stock I asked again, to make sure that it was the balm and she again said they had it in stock. When I arrived A very pleasant man asked what I needed. I told him that I had called and who I talked to and she stated that they had it in stock. I could tell by the look in his face that that's not something that they have although they did have a pain patch. He called Cheyenne over and she totally lied and said she told me they did not have that specific one but had others and tried to talk me into buying a different brand.  The gentleman behind the counter told her that I was looking for that specific one. Very disappointing if you're that hard up that you have to lie to people about what you carry to get them Into your establishment that is just ridiculous. Even if that's not the case Your employees are direct reflection of your business.The gentleman apologized and Cheyenne never did. But that was expected. Buyer beware. Maybe they think their customers don't care what they buy.  I do I specifically only want one item and I know the brand.Oh well

Always in search of low prices as going to a collective or dispensary can be extremely expensive. Holistic Healing does not overcharge for their products - I always leave spending about half as much as I thought I would! Staff is always friendly and I feel welcome every time I go. They will give good insight as to what they recommend for you if you tell them what you're looking for, and don't try to push the pricier stuff on you to make more money. All around great dispensary my boyfriend and I have been visiting for a long time, and we will continue to visit!

Their CBD/THC salve are a lot cheaper than this one place in Vallejo. I went there lunch time.No lines. I got what I needed right away in less than 10 min.

Worst costumer service ever!!!!!. Stop going to HHC for about a year do to a bad past experience with just the rudest staff ever, but it had been a while so I thought what the heck. So I've been going for about a month with no problem until today when I was met with the rudest staff member ever once again . She was loud, impatient, and rude  because I asked about something and was unaware of a new policy, all with the manager standing right there listening and he dId stop  her behavior or step in at all!!! My question was simple and was easily resolved by another staff member who helped me with my purchase no problem. The staff member that was rude said something to the effect of I'm not about to do all that for  your wack $20 eight. ( which was highly rude and unprofessional)In this case it doesn't matter how much the weed cost if the customer is paying the price?? I asked to speak with the manager and asked if he had heard how she was speaking?? He said he heard her but didn't really seem serious on taking further action or apologetic for my bad experience. This is not the place to go if you want nice staff members who actually like their job and helping customers.

This has been my main provider for a few years now. They are a really good place for hybrid flowers and concentrates. Super friendly bud tenders in the back and inside gives a really warm vibe of comfortability when you first walk in. It's also located in a great Hilltop location. Mr. Miyagi works the front occasionally so make sure you greet him when you see him!

For being in the bay, this place has good prices and variety ( at least for the edibles). The customer service was good too. It's located in a plaza that has restaurants so I thought that was pretty cool for the munchies. Pretty good place in my opinion.

Don't know why the fuck the low reviews kept me away from this place. Place was fucking awesome! Brandi, Angie, security last... all cool AF! Prices are what they are same as most, market or better! Quality & Price (5/5): Got a really good 8th (O.D. Shrek or something) for just $15 (+tax). Their higher strands are about 25-40 max.Service (4.5/5): The workers there are really helpful and when it gets packed they really get moving. Only draw back is that they only take cash but they have an ATM inside. Ambiance/environment (4/5): Cramped and hot especially with the ATM, but they're expanding soon . Menu is also really hard to read, I think having pamphlets of it would be nice.Security/legitimacy (5/5): They have a mock entrance with a security guard and a check in dude. They also card a second time when purchasing.Overall (4.6/5): Once they move down two units and expand it will be even better

My new spot for vegan gluten free Cbd and thc edibles. It is closer to us than BPG and they have a HUGE variety. They are super nice, clean, efficient and well stocked. They had a super sweet receptionist and I felt very safe there. Cbd has really been helping me with anxiety and it's been hard to find vegan gluten free options so I am glad they carry some! I gave them a big shoutout on my @mindfulbohemian Instagram because they were so down to earth friendly and professional.

They got over for $60 bucks on a broken gram of oil.  What they don't know is that I have celebrity clientele who were ready to have me drop some big money in there until this happened. I'd been checking out inventory all week at different spots. Taking my talents to Harborside. BUYER BEWARE. They will make you eat the cost of their malfunctioning cartridge. Also... don't expect to speak to a manager. She can't bother to roll out of bed and get to work til 1pm and won't follow up as promised. I had to call her. BAD BUSINESS. ... was trying to help out a local business. See what I get? Never again

I was super disappointed with the customer service by one of the girl budtenders today. She had an extremely rude tone and showed no knowledge of the product. But decided to change her tone when talking to another customer. Completely unprofessional. I decided not to purchase anything because of her poor customer service. Never going again.

First time I can I swear I never came back again. This place is horrible. It has no good herbs and the cost for there bunk herb is way to expensive. I rather not go there again don't waist your time! Green Remedy is closer and 100% better and trust me you'll be happy you read this!

This place sold me defective merchandise and refused to exchange it saying it was their policy. They don't carry as wide of a selection as other dispensaries near them and didn't offer any perks for first time customers or big spenders. Not worth it!

Let me start this off by saying my first experience was good until I got to the bud counter. Super nice security guard and receptionist but the budtender had zero customer service skills. Didn't get my free pre roll for being new but she was obviously disinterested..My second experience only happened because I wanted to try the thc syrup and whoever I spoke to over the phone was really friendly, so I decided to give it another chance.I'm happy I came back because I had a different budtender named Ariel who is super friendly and knows how to treat a member. The watermelon syrup just tastes like sweetness but definitely hits, hopefully I see Ariel next time I stop by lol.

This place is great. Clean and the staff is very professional. Prices are tax included. Good herbs. Competitive pricing on edibles. I gotta compare it to Green Remedy which is very close by and this place easily blows them away. They treat you very respectfully here. They respect your time by being quick and efficient and they respect your choosing their club by offering a fine product in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

Boooo!!  Came at 7:55pm. Was standing there along with another patient.  And they seriously wouldn't take us in although we got there well before 8pm.  Shame shame shame. Garbage flowers. If I'm spending $55+ for an 1/8, I expect the quality that comes with that price. Product looks nice but smokes terrible - dry as a bone and tastes awful - very harsh to smoke and loaded with seeds (and no, it wasn't sungrown flower). I've been purchasing through dispensaries for years mostly in Berkeley/Oakland and even Oregon and I've never seen this kind of lack of quality for something described as "medicinal". Plus the sales floor is littered with products in a tacky fashion. It felt like I was at a thrift store. Probably to distract you from the lack of quality. I'll be sticking to Berkeley and Oakland. Will absolutely never return.

The place has a terrible selection. Prices are too high. The bus tenders are nice for the most part. I'd much rather got to Green Remedy or Harborside.

I've been here twice in the past 3 years. Below is my experience, if you don't feel like reading just know your time and money is better spent elsewhere:First time:Came in, had no issues registering with them. They verified me within 10 minutes, but when I got to the budtender in the back and started looking at flowers they were out of the first 4 strains I wanted to purchase, after being a bit frustrated the budtender told me they did actually weren't out of stock but just hadn't pre-packaged the flowers yet. She also told me if I Was willing to wait 10 minutes for her to weigh and package the flowers I originally wanted. So I waited...20 minutes. Fine no big deal. As I was being rung up she brought to my attention that ifI was paying with a debit card they would need to round to the nearest ten dollar increment and give me the change. The only issue was the eight was 45, they charged me 60 and only gave me 10 in change. The flowers were mediocre at best and overpriced so I never came back.Second/Most recent time (3 years later)I end up trying to come back with a new dr's note as many other dispensaries were closed at the time. This was truly a last resort. I get to the dispensary at 7:30 (they close at 8), I was rudely told by the 'security guard' that if I was a new patient I should 'forget about it and go home'. He told me they only take new patients before 7pm. When I asked him why, being that many other dispensaries will take new patients within 10 minutes of closing, he told me it would take 15 minutes to fill out paper work. I've had my note for 8 years now, and it has never taken me that long to get verified at any dispensary, not even when they could only verify over the phone! I left and went to BPG as they were still open but a further drive. Case and point, this place is not ran by professionals. They are rude, care very little if at all about their patients and are soley focused on their bottom line. They are the equivelent of an ugly girl with a stuck up personality. I see no reason why I would every come back here, and quite frankly I'm surprised they are still open. I've had my note for 8 years and there are many many many other options that are far more optimal than this disgrace of a 'business' or 'collective'. To the management/owners, fire your pathetic excuse of a security guard, get people working here that dont offend people and rub them the wrong way every chance they get. Turn the ratchet down a little bit. Learn some manners, have some respect, stop acting so damn entitled. YOU'RE ONE OF THE WORST DISPENSARIES IN THE BAY AREA.

whatever girl answered the phone today around 4pm needs to find another job that isn't customer based..I called for specific information before I drove there and she told me "this collective isnt for you"..I'm not surprised this place has low stars on yelp, they turn away patients..I've been a medical patient for 9 years and I  never had an issue like this at any other medical collective. NO BUENO

This place has THE WORST customer service.  The people in the front are always nice, but the budtenders are always rude.  If you are desperate enough to buy from this place, I hope nothing goes wrong with what you purchased.  I bought a cartridge 4 days ago and it worked for 2 days before it started tasting like burnt metal.  It's still almost completely full, but they won't let me exchange it because it doesn't leak?!  IT TASTES HORRID!  My friend bought a pen here, before my experience, that stopped charging 4 days later and they wouldn't exchange that either.  I should have listened to her when she told me not to go back there.  Don't waste your time on a place that doesn't care about it's customers.

Hands down, this is my favorite place in my area. The staff is friendly, always willing to answer questions. There is usually a really nice concentrates selection at very reasonable prices. There's a secret word every week on their IG or Twitter that let's you spin the wheel of free stuff(with $50 minimum donation). And, there's the monthly promo calender. There's a lot of reasons to come here and, now I have a few friends going here regularly too. If you haven't tried this place, make sure you do. You won't be disappointed.

Im never dissapointed coming here the product is always good. I recently tried the rice crispy edibles and it was Amazing definately picking more up soon.

This place is the BEST dispensary! The sweet receptionist made sure they had the product in stock and the nice girls in the back were all very helpful. Everyone looks happy to be at work and i will continue to come back here.

Before i came here I was driving to Oakland and Berkeley for my concentrates. This review is for the concentrates. They always have a nice selection and nothing is over $45. They change there inventory often so there is something new everytime I go. The staff is cool with me never had any issues Emily is my favorite tender she is so helpful and lets me know whats new or fire. Oh and when u spend $50 u can spin the wheel for a prize if you have the word of the week.

CUSTOMER SERVICE-000/10PLANT QUALITY FOR PRICE-5/10 PRICES FOR OTHER MEDICAL PRODUCTS 3/10 The customer service is awful and as someone who went to this dispensary regularly I can't say I will be coming back. I was just treated so bad consistently to an extent that it's just not even worth it when there are so many nice helpful and respectful bud tenders literally at every other dispensary. It's sad how poor the customer service of the small Latina and older African American woman are in my judgement it's borderline dehumanizing. (You are shit to them believe me I am too) regardless of how nice you are. (I supervise a small store kind of like this one (however, not marijuana related it shouldn't make a difference) and I know what it's like to be on the other side of the counter and I also know just terrible service when I receive it, let alone when I receive it on a continual basis.Plant quality.. Well let's just say I haven't not gotten high when buying bud from here but for the price it isn't worth it. Last time I bought a gram of top shelf and I found 10 seeds in it!!! How can you call that top shelf?!!!! And 10!! So looks like I really bought a half gram for full price Everything else- Overpriced, the markup is on just about everything but the cartridges. I went here for the convenience but the theme here is simple: THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. As a patient as a customer as a human being I am warning you if you go here you will be treated poorly (no one deserves that) they will overcharge you, and what you pay for isn't what you get.

Best place to find GREAT FLAVORS with even better service. A young gentleman helped me with this new wonderful flavor WEDDING CAKE, absolutely Amazing!!! Great smell, taste, an extremely effective. I'd recommend coming here to everyone I know an everyone I don't.

I love this place! I'm a regular here and I enjoy chatting with the staff. The owner (at least I believe she's the owner) is very friendly and outgoing. I love the quality of medicine they provide and their selection is amazing and is always updated. They have everything you could possibly need to medicate and are always giving opinions/advice on strains that would fit your needs. I never have to wait long (yesterday was the longest wait I endured, maybe 5 minutes tops). I was greeted by a bald, white guy who was VERY friendly and attentive. This club is a GEM! It's a bit tucked away and took me a few minutes to find my first time but after the initial frustration, I was blown away that a club of this caliber is hiding away in Richmond area. I highly recommend this place. Prices are fair and reasonable (you get what you pay for) and strains are top notch! I've tried everything from flowers to their waxes and have not been disappointed. Fruit roll ups, lemonade, and their hybrids are my favorite. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Very high prices.  For example, I purchased a 70 mg Cheeba Chew indica which was $15.00 ($3.00 more than other shops).Not flexible with respect to their hours.  For example, I showed up at 7:53 pm and the guard would not let me in the door.  I told him I knew exact what I wanted and had cash!  Poor service.   The staff has no customer service skills.  Several other posters characteristized  the staff as ghetto.  I tend to agree.Likely only go here again if it is an emergency.

I only come here for the convenience.  Prices are okay.  An eighth over 45 is too much.  I started to buy the 16 shake they offer to save money.  Additionally, they sold me expired cough syrup.  The one time I denied a receipt I couldn't return it.  The cones are hard to smoke.  They burn but you can't inhale.

The ladies working seem to be bored of their jobs, bad mannered and look at you funny for not spending hundreds when you visit. I continue to going to HHC because it has some of the best meds and its a great location. Employees need a change of attitude, if they don't like their job or pay rate, don't take it out on the customers. Security does a better job greeting guest, that's very important when you are running a business. Good place, terrible service. Stamp my card with a smile next time.!

I feel that HHC is the better cannabis dispensary in Richmond Ca. I give them 5 stars for the location alone. Such an awesome Parkway location. Perfect spot to swing by while navigating from Marin County to the East Bay. Plenty of selection. Chill staff. Dope vibe in this place. The Venice Beach brand has faded away from this location. I haven't tried the new brands.

This place sucks ass!! They sell weak ass flowers that don't even get u high. The budtenders are hella rude n have no information on their own product. They never have what you need. Plus there stamp system sucks as well. All of their pre rolls are bottom of the bag shake weed!! Straight Bammer Weed!!!  I said something to a budtender about the quality of the pre rolls & the next thing I know I'm banned after spending good money there all the time. They think they are the only  dispensary around. Lol!!! This is always my last choice of dispensaries that I dread going to. But after me  saying my opinion to their faces I guess there Butthurt. Lol!!! No biggie. No prob. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS U LIKE WEAK ASS MEDS & RUDE ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been to just about every dispensary in the Bay Area and this one is solidly average.  The good: the location is close to my house which is always a plus.  The concentrate selection is decent and also well priced for the most part.  Bud-tenders are always nice (although there's one guy there who always seems like he's confused and doesn't seem very bright) and the front end staff is also friendly.  They also have a parking lot as well which is nice.  My only complaints are that the prices can be high on certain products, particularly flower and cartridges.   You cant "view" some of the products (none on display) which I'm not sure is a law or not but I like when I can see the product before I buy it and other clubs have their products on display.  Lastly, a few times I've been given wrong information about pricing and products.  Not the end of the world but annoying none the less.  Overall tho, I do like this place and I would recommend.  There're convenient, usually well priced, and friendly.

Been coming here for years. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I can no longer support this establishment. The lady with the nasty attitude,crappy tattoos and fake eyebrows has done it again! I mean come on, it is not hard to smile, it is not hard to be polite, it is not hard to do pleasant business with willing customers/patients. You have to try to be as rude as this woman is. Get some quality customer service/retail training for her and she might stop costing you so much money in lost business. Do the math. There's like 5 or 7 bad yelp reviews that specifically mention this woman. She is hurting your business in the worst way

This is the best place to get your medication.  Always clean and fully stocked. I have gone to a lot of places around the bay area but this place is top notch.  Their medication is always fresh and top quality.  There is no rush to get you in and out fast.  The staff are very knowledgeable about all their products and you can tell they really care about each patient.  Especially Coop.  It seems like he really gets to know the patient and his/hers needs.  As I approach the counter he is already telling me what's good, what's new and what he knows I would like.  Every recommendation he gives is spot on. Can't go wrong with him.  Can't go wrong with HHC.  Can't go wrong with any staff member there.  It's the place to go.If you haven't tried Holistic Healing Collective (HHC) give it a shot.  At least you'll see what I'm talking about.  Its worth a try.  You won't be disappointed.  Come during Happy Hour 4:20 to 5:20.  Fun times.

For being in the area the overall club is decent, good prices, but the female staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. ( except the intake lady)They also don't honor the free gift if you spend a certain amount. I will take my money where its appreciated. A little common courtesy goes a long way we're not on the street.

I have had nothing but accommodation and respect at HHC, they have made every effort to accommodate me to my comfort and my service dog..my only downside is that the supplier of pharmaceutical grade hash oil seems to be having delivery issues as of late.. other than that I get the cheapest pricing here for same..ie I drive from the Monterey area to stock up every few months... I wish these folks would consider a store in my area!!     a very happy patient

I really like this place everyone very nice and patient.  I like the rang of quality product that they have. Girls a very cute and sweet like Jean very informative. Every time I go there though I always look for Coop he is the man and he knows just what I'm looking for when I tell him my needs.

Everyone has a preference for their dispensary and that is totally understandable. This is a great dispensary products are always in stock and the quality is good. I go here quite often, staff knows my name and knows exactly what I want. I walk in with a smile and leave with a smile. The impression and vibe that a customer gives will reflect their experience in any business you spend money at, but I love this place and enjoy spending my money here. the WOW is awesome.

Best MMJ staff around hands down. The ladies here are always super nice! For today I only could afford an 8th of shake ($16) but it's fire so I'm still happy but I'm on here because I dropped the "secret" word of the week from there Instagram page with my purchase and walked out the shop with a FREE Hash cone!!! I had to share this for fellow MMJ patients to let all of you know that this is the place to be/shop when you are running low on meds and funds for that matter! Big Mahalo's HHC!My favorite dispensary in the bay. If you want real good flower at a real affordable price then shop here. If you follow them on any social network they post a "secret word" for every week. Inform the budtender of the word on any purchase and get a "free surprise"! You can only use this once a week but I shop no more than twice a week so why not get a free gift when I choose to do so!!! So awesome!!! The staff is super friendly and they have a great selection of product! In my honest opinion they offer the most competitive prices for the quality of flower they provide! Some of there outdoor strains are priced as low as $25 an 8th and there fire!!! I been a medicinal marijuana patient for almost 6 years now and I haven't seen prices like that since I left Colorado. 5 stars with no doubt and they offer security which makes me feel safe when I shop! Good customer service. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and asked what they recommend. They were nice and gave me a description of what there was and what they liked. Very helpful for when your stuck and don't know what your in the mood for.

Don't accept debit. I don't like to pay the ATM fee my self. Customer service was not good. Last time I go here.

Great club, excellent selection compared to dispensaries  in my area (Sacramento) I like that it is very quick to get in and out with products I want. HHC allows me to try something different everytime I go there. The location is great and totally worth the drive from Sac. Bud tenders are super chill, and make sure you have the product you want. Always in stock and fast. This has to be the best dispensary I have ever visited.

I have visited this dispensary multiple time all times visited was nothing but rude rushed attitude . last night my girlfriend shows up around closing time and was told  they were closed before there posted closing time and was rudely told to leave as other patients walked in after her . will not be visiting or given them a cent neither should anyone in the area there are plenty more honest respectful collectives with far superior product no knock off brands that they call by the real products name . the place is just a joke if I had three thumbs they would all be down . steer clear of there shanty half ass business you've been warned ppl the rest of the yelps pertaining to this are all true  the good reviews must be friends or family couldn't be real patient in need of medicine that's forsure

Great service. The staff is very helpful and I like that they include the tax in the price. The quality is pretty decent and I like that they have a variety of vape cartridges.

The people at the front counter need to leave their over inflated negative attitudes in the hood they came from (I'm formerly from the hood, so I know). The owner of this business is ultimately responsible for training and supervision of their employees. I've patronized this business at times when the counter service was good, but more too often lately I've been treated as though I was there to buy food stamps and liquor from someone whose former job was on a Bad Girls with Irritable Bowel Syndrome reality show. The employee turnover seems high, which suggest problems with management. I'd rather get product from my cat's litter box than return to the Collective.

Fantastic club!  Super clean and fully stocked.  The staff is attentive and went out of their way to give me & the other customers there at the time exactly what we needed with care & green love!   I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in & was guided to what I needed at a great price.  I especially noticed the care given to customers in their golden years, and was impressed!  Great job, Holistic Healing Collective :)

After being turned away by the top flight securtiy of the world showing up just 15 before there posted closing 8pm then watching ppl proceed in I made a call to them I was rudely told that were closed early  patients come to get there medication and shouldn't be treated in anyway like these rude low life "collective" that have just the most wonderful attitude for patients that need there medication to top it all off I'm a rep for a pretty reputable edible company busy is now a for sure no go and the ppl that     Are in my circle will definitely no longer be doing any kind of business with this half bit collective

Overpriced. Quality was meh.  Found Seeds In my gram of what I thought was minster cookies, but ended up being some mediocre pregnant bud since I found 4 seeds.  Just go here for the cartriges. They can't mess those up since those are from a 3rd party.

LAST RESULT ONLY. Terrible security, customer service, and buds. Never has an one their eights actually measured out to 3.5 grams. They are always coming up short and ripping people off. Worst medical marijuana club I have ever been to. Cold part is they know they suck, but don't care cause money still rolls in. Sad:(

Bad Customer service .. Rude . Will never purchase again. I come here alot but after today that changes!!!! I bought a 25$ half gram of Extract but ended up only getting a .2 after scaling it.. contacted Holistic but all they said was "We cant do nothing About it" Never going back again . Will not return had just got my card the day before so went to check this place out as there where 5min from my house and I had the word of the week so thought that might be fun as well if you don't know you have to donate at least 50$ to use the word tho I spent a little over 60$ was amazed how fast the prices added up but this was my first time at a dispensary after going to others I realize I was ripped off on just about every product I bought on top of that the bud tender despite me telling her I was brand new and would need a minute to look around and figure out how this all worked seemed very put off with having to deal with me and seemed like she just wanted me to leave already not wanting to annoy her more I just selected a few things have her the word of the week and payed for my stuff  the word of the week got me a free 60mg lolli pop that gave me the worst trip I have ever had head spinning dizzy ears ringing over heating terrible and it lasted 8-10 hours lessening up in the last 2-4 but still very unpleasant I felt so sick I assumed maybe I just had to much but after going to other places and trying different Lvls of thc and edibles none have had that affect my only conclusion is they gave me bad product I do not recommend this place even tho it's is 5min drive away from my job and on my way home save your money there are many better dispensaries in Vallejo  about 20-25 min away from here one star only cuz I got a free joint as a first time and the receptionist was at least friendly unlike the bud tender (update )just tried to smoke my pre roll almost impossible got all most nothing each hit and the pre roll just burned away but not even straight I lit the tip and half of it started burning but not the other half I would have been pissed if I spent the 12$ on this that they charge I can't roll to save my life but I can make roll a joint that will burn and hit better then this

This club is the Best by far in its area and has the Best selection of Grade A Cannabis/Tree's around.  Not only do they have Great selection's but they have Great Prices.  You definitely need to Stop by and Check out their Selections!!! They also have a Great Variety of selection's of THC Treats.  Good service and Hot girl's working!!   You need to STOP BY and Check It Out !!!

Lately the staff have been giving too much attitude when you want to check out different kinds of flowers. Why have variety if they don't want to show it to you. I feel like you are bothering them if you want to check out their selection. If you don't want showcase the product, why the hell are you working there, go home! Now their new thing is to short change you... If you have a better attitude I might want to tip you!  Count your change people! I will avoid this place if possible... Why would the employees risk a client over 4 dollars, they are selfish and not doing the owner any favors. I spend 60-100 dollars per week in there, not anymore if their employees can't count. Markida was on the receipt, not sure if that was her or not, but it's all the same to me if you can't trust them. When they first started the owner was always in their to watch over things, haven't seen her in awhile... Now she is getting played and going to lose a client bc her staff want to cheat the customer... Hope that $4 dollars was worth it!

The first couple of times I have gone here was all good experiences, everyone was very helpful and happy, very attentive and relatively okay prices. This last time I went I was very obviously sick and came in looking for multiple products. The security guard is always very polite to me but then I walked inside.... I read a lot of reviews and I keep seeing people writing about this woman she is African American I only say that because I don't know her name but she was extremely rude to me. I asked to see one product and she just slams it on the glass and then takes it away before I am even able to look at it. Then I asked to see something else and she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to tell me the price and put it back. At this point I was pissed before I paid I went over to the ATM and she acted like I was wasting her time may I remind you it was 1pm and no one else was in the dispensary. She was by far the rudest person I have encountered at any dispensary in California. I don't know how you would like to get treated especially in a place of medicine but not like this. The owner is lovely but this is bad for business. It is because of this that if I ever do go back there and see her I will walk out. They need to hire someone who actually gives a shit about patients and the medicinal marijuana field.

I've been to nearly every cannabis club in the Bay Area and this one is by far my favorite. The quality of their products never disappoints and are always well worth the price. I've also never had a bad experience with their customer service. I always feel welcomed by the girls and the gentlemen with dreads is always attentive to my needs and thoroughly answers any questions I may have about their products. I would definitely recommend this club to others if you appreciate good quality, as well as good service!

I drive from the Oakley area just to come to this store.  The staff is great to work with, their products are outstandingly, the prices are readonable and they offer fun promotions.  Highly recommended!

I went in there tonight and they had big jars of different flowers cheap on sale. Im sure it wont last. Great service by Hazel, Jen and Rebecca tonight. Security is such a nice guy.

50 cents for an "exit bag".....hmmmm me thinks not.  ESPECIALLY since this new  law doesn't really start until around July of this year.  Yes, folks, we now have to pay for a child proof bag when leaving a pot club. Its child proof alright! But when I was charged for one and wasn't even told, then wasn't informed that I would need the damn thing at each purchase I decided to deal with a better quality club with better quality bud tenders. So, I headed to another club that same day and this club decided to wait until the law will be enforced and not gouge their customers right now. I don't have any problems with the law, I do have a problem with 50 cents for a frigging bag the owner bought in bulk and could have cut us some slack. It will be just like folks who forget to bring their grocery bags when shopping....now we will be trying to remember to bring a pot bag when we go weed shopping. Don't think we'll be able to bring our own bags :(

First of all so I went in to purchase a cart and the "bud tender"  was extremely rude and couldn't make eye contact and had no clue how to answer my question. They DONT follow any protocol. I've gone in and I overheard during a purchase about another staff having Covid. I'm not sure if I wanna continue coming back with the high risk. Take your business elsewhere and be more careful. They don't care about there employees or customers that's why there employees are so bitter to us because I can't imagine the type of love they get.Oh and I have a source that says the owner is a pro-trump supporter! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

This club is my go-to club, I do travel a lot so I get to experience different type of dispensaries and I only review the good ones. This one by far is my favorite club to go to locally where I work, with not only an excellent menu as far as a variety of prices for the products you're looking for, it also has a chill staff.

AmaZing place. One of the only places I now go. Staff is friendly and kind so be nice to them. They are super helpful. Many choices in all categories. Safe, clean, not super expensive. There is something for everyone there

It's like why ask for feedback if the customer service sucks?... over priced but when u a club who third parties u gotta suck how about y'all make y'all own product that way u can compete with some of the better clubs out in the bay? If you ever on McDonald near foodsco hit up the metro store they got way better gas for a way better price. Stop supporting these million dollar company's that take a black mans job when he's going to jail for it! Then tax the hell out of us for what we can still get in the streets hahaha omm they taxn for thc that's lower than than bottom shelf products a joke.

I had no issues at this dispensary. It was my first time at this one and the girl who took care of me had no issues answering any questions I had, she was also very friendly. One thing I can say it is cash only, but they have two ATMs once you enter in the back. There's also a Wells Fargo in the same shopping center. The prices were decent. I'm happy with my purchase. I haven't tried the pen yet, but the gummies were really good. I'd come back.

Conrad was very helpful. He along with the rest of the staff, takes time to figure out how they can best help each patient. I recommend this collective because they are a team of people who really care about making sure that everyone gets the treatment they need.

I come here mostly for the cartridges..they carry the brand that I prefer and like. The prices are fair and you get a discount every time you spend X amount of money. They have a decent selection of flower too but not potent IMO.... I will stick to my favorite brand of cartridges.

I love this dispensary until I got yelled at for asking a question about a screwed up online order. I felt uncomfortable and it caused me such high anxiety. It was so unnecessary.

Been here a couple of times , The security outside the door is actually very friendly and funny. Supposedly when ordering online you " skip the line" Well there I am at the online order line, note: The only one in the online order line was me. As people Who did not have an online orderentered to shop for products, their line seemed to move pretty fast. I had to almost bag for somebody to come give me my order, and this wasn't even a busy day... BudTenders, don't smoke pot at work if you can't function when you're high.

When you first walk up your greeted by the nicest security. I have never been greeted at this location by a horrible security they are always extremely nice and welcoming.  As I entered the young lady checked me in. She had the most gorgeous nails I've ever seen. And she just had the sweetest heart we chatted a little she sent me on my way.  Then when I get there Michelle greets me right away. She is so cool she also have a very beautiful nails. She knew her merchandise she made sure I got everything that was supposed to be given to me. Just a very very nice situation! Thank you holistic collective for hiring such wonderful people. That's what makes me drive from Oakland from Oakland on my days off because I work at Amazon down the street. But on my days off I'll drive from Oakland because you guys have the best customer service and the best medicine thank you guys

I came in today at around 8:50 ish and I came across a rude worker here at this facility. I didn't get her name but she has burgundy hair, short, Hispanic and she wore glasses. Black holistic shirt with blue jeans. I came in to buy some flower and she didn't ask if I wanted to use my points and when I asked her about it she ignored me and walked away. I did not feel comfortable or welcomed.

I came in to get an 8th one day and was helped by a gentleman named Conrad. He had outstanding customer service and was very helpful and so knowledgeable on the products. I don't usually leave reviews on places unless I got a great experience. I will for sure tell people I know about this place.
