I had an awesome experience today at the dispensary. It was my first time coming from the city. I would have to say it's one of my favorites so far. The staff was great. Everything went smooth. The quality of their flowers are amazing. Take advantage of their 30% discount for first time customers. I will be coming back.

Curaleaf is an example of how a business should be operated. First off, the facility is extremely modern, clean and easy to navigate. At the door, you're greeted by a courteous security guard and receptionist. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and aren't forceful with pushing their products onto you. There are knowledgeable pharmacists that will help you pick the right products as well. I am amazed at how smooth my visits are each time I go there; I have never seen a friendlier staff. What I also love is that I get emails with discount codes every week. I have never had a hassle with applying the discount codes at check out. Overall I'm very pleased with this location and highly recommend it.
Aside from the super high prices and limited selections which are really more criticisms of the NY MMJ program, Curaleaf Forest Hills has been AMAZING. First off, the pharmacist who did my first meeting was informative, covered all the bases, made recommendations based on my issues, and answered all of my questions. Second, everyone there is incredibly friendly. Like, the most friendly staff I have ever met at any establishment. I wonder why... Most of them are very informed on all of their products and can help you make decisions easily. I encountered one newbie who was also very helpful and asked an older employee anything he was not 100% sure about. Also, I have gone in three times and never felt rushed.TIP: If you're confused by the abbreviations for their products on the website, just call them and they will tell you the strains. NY State just doesn't want dispensaries to advertise strain names for some reason.
Other than the parking which has always been bad closing off half the spots for outdoor dining makes it a test of patience. Complaining aside they were knowledgeable and speedy. The product is good. I'm surprised the packaging dates are from 2-4 months old. Bought 3 flowers and you can tell the fresher one. Highly recommend Curaleaf Queens.
I just spent the last 5 years in Los Angeles; medical necessity ( and recreational only in Cali ;). 30 years of endo cannaboid experience. I have epilepsy and a traumatic injury; this is life or death for me. Flower pods are fully on point, so are the Vapes. Comparing to top west coast brands like brass knuckles, and King Louis XIII being my go to strain. Curaleaf is more professional than any dispensary in LA, Oklahoma, and other states that are woke. Operate better than most businesses in general . Their product is fully on par with potency you see in Los Angeles. Their pricing is extremely fair; and they have an awesome loyalty program. I signed up w/ vireo and I called med men; I was so unimpressed I didn't even bother making a purchase. They both gave me a headache. The Curaleaf website ordering is fantastic; and it works unlike their competitors. Phone orders are even easier. Great staff everyone is cool af and knowledgeable.Covid safe easy pick up. Trust me, Curaleaf is the spot. My caregiver that picks up for me is super impressed with their operation as well. Thanks Curaleaf, happy to be a loyal customer I truly appreciate you! P.S. Was asked for a medical card even tho I'm 21. It's New York it's recreational now wtf.
My first visit to this place was the worst experience ever , not only did I get greeted by the most rude receptionist ever, but she was talking over me and did not let me speak. This place has the worst customer service. The lady who greeted me looked hungry and she was one french frie short of a happy meal.
They're asking for ID , NYS ID and some other crappy that nobody else anywhere asked for. Shame
I have purchased from this location prepandemic and it was a great experience. Probably because they were just opening and had to make a good impression to the community. Fast forward to today, upon entering the front desk person was ok until I realized my card had just expired so I wasn't able to enter. My companion's card was fine and was going to go in but realized she didn't have cash on her. I took out my wallet and gave her the cash on me. What transpired was utter poor customer service and rudeness. The front desk person said in a loud and rude tone that I can't give her cash in the premise and for me to do it outside next time. She said she will let it pass since I had a card and it was expired. I didn't just have a card, I have a history of purchases with Curaleaf. I am not just some hoodlum off the street, who gave a stranger cash to pick me up pot. She could have advised me nicely but she didn't. We spend hundreds of dollars there and this experience has turned us off from this company and we won't be back. I hope Curaleaf Corporate reads these reviews because it seems that customer service is a problem and should be addressed. This should be a company helping with people's pain and not making things more difficult.

This is now my favorite go to dispensary. John helped me and he was super great and very knowledgeable. I picked up some really great 25.00 THC/CBD pens that are great for on the go.Got a high potency CBD cartridge that is making pain a lot easier to deal with. Excellent product line
Horrible service. I understand it covid time. I'm a loyal customer that come here with no problem. However, there a problem today. If someone tested positive there, they need to closed it down or doing phone order like last time. Instead they turn ppl away and don't answer there phone. As per the website curbside pick its a lied.
They have the best range of products and prices in NY. If you see their products elsewhere you should still come and get it from this dispensary because everywhere else marks the prices up.
Everyone's really nice ... the only good thing they have is the PEG free vapes .. everything else is really meh and overpriced. The vapes are 72$ which is absolutely ridiculous ... I think they know this which is which is why they text you everyday with offers. Also pissed I drove 30 mins to get here and wasn't allowed in at 7:03 . Bullshi** to be honest especially after spending easy over a 1500$ in a short period of time. EDIT: the new curaleaf vapes are absolute amazing. I have to edit this review and add 1 more star for the sole purpose of that. I am so in love with this AFFORDABLE 55$ vape. Amazing. And it's a 20:1 hybrid . Very VERY nice. Thank you !!!
I've been coming to this location for almost two years. Always received excellent service. Brandon Q made my visit today (1.18.2020) a 5-star experience, thus making me write the review His expertise and helping demeanor made me feel welcomed. I've visited almost all dispensaries in NYC, but I always come back to Curaleaf Queens for their outstanding customer service, affordability, and availability of their products.

Newly Opened Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Forest Hills at the location that was originally Santa Fe Steakhouse. I found the staff to be extremely friendly & very helpful! The location decor is very professional and spotless!They make the whole transaction process easy and seamless! Their prices are much lower than Viero Health and 100% more friendly and accessible!I suffer from Chronic pain due to Osteoarthritis and will be having to replace my left hip & knee later on this year!Victoria assisted my wife I in showing us the facility and then sitting down with us to explain the various ingestion methods they legally can offer now. Capsule, Tincture, and Vape. She also explained the various strength and movement criteria levels of THC & CBD. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly which made us feel at ease! I will definitely be returning soon!
I was a little nervous coming into a dispensary, but this place is amazing. The service was beyond friendly and quick which is appreciated. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and everyone greets you with a smile! Cash only! But they have a ATM on site.
This is it. This is the place. The deals are awesome, the rewards point system is a major plus, and they're really well versed in their product. Every time I've gone they're able to explain what strains they have/effects of the strain no matter who I've spoken to. Nothing but consistency from here. Also, the product itself is amazing for the price. Other places a Q is like 90/95, I've gotten it for 85, and then if there's a deal I've been able to snag one for 50. Best place to go right now for anything medicinal honestly. Great people, great prices, and great product. I seriously recommend Curaleaf over other spots, and this location in particular is my favorite
I am thrilled with Curaleaf. Because of where I lived -and now live - accessibility is a problem, so I tried another dispensary. It made me appreciate the helpful, intelligent, patient, understanding, delightful employees Of Curaleaf even more. I came running back. 10 out of 5 stars if they were available. And as an 82 year old I couldn't help but observe over the last year how clean and available restrooms are!
I was totally blown off for my initial consult. When I called to ask if I should be calling or if I should be waiting to be called, they told me they were "busy" and would get back to me. 3 hours later, they were closed and I still hadn't heard from them. To add insult to injury, they sent me an email the next morning in response to my 7:15pm email asking to shred my documents offering me a discount. Discounts do not make up for being blown off. Last year, my husband was diagnosed with a degenerative bone disorder. His pain got worse and worse until the pain pills were no longer helping. He was given approval for medical marijuana but we had a very difficult time getting an appointment locally. Today, Curaleaf opened their doors in Forest Hills and we couldn't be happier. I emailed them on Tuesday evening, July 3rd, to ask about making an appointment, anticipating an answer later in the week. I was shocked to receive a personal response moments later. Mike was so wonderful... friendly and courteous, offering us an appointment on their opening day. He reminded us what we needed to bring and worked with us on scheduling a time.When we arrived at the location tonight, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We were quickly checked in and got to see a consultant, Victoria, within minutes. She was so sweet and patient, answering all of our questions and giving my husband a lot of information regarding his options. My husband made his selection and we were checked out within minutes. It was such a great experience. We were pleased with their selection of options and their pricing. And I've never seen such excellent customer service. We will definitely return! A+++

When I acquired my medical card I had already done research on area dispensaries. Curaleaf was highly recommended by one of my friends. The store has a sleek decor with friendly employees. Brian the pharmacist sat down with me for a thorough consultation and was very helpful in going over the options available to address my needs. I decided to give the capsules and vape pens a try, and I'm glad I did! Having access to medical cannabis has greatly improved my quality of life, and I will certainly visit Curaleaf again.
Hands down the best medical marijuana dispensary in NY by far. Friendly customer service, great product, and great prices with nice little discounts. Doesn't feel like a sketchy Pharmacy like some other dispensaries in New York.
I have been a customer since the dispensary opened. Had nothing but positive experiences here. Super chill yet professional staff. They are courteous and informative.Wonderful aesthetic for the dispensary. Comfortable and inviting. Good selection of products (except for the absence of flowers and edibles - come on New York legislature!). I have PTSD and neuropathic pain and the products available address those issues sufficiently. Prices are comparable to other dispensaries. Prices in general across all dispensaries are high but that is no fault of Curaleaf. The offset is that you no longer have to worry about some cop snatching you and throwing you in Riker's for simply trying to address your pain in a natural way. Advice. Vapers opt for the PEG free. Better taste and doesn't taste like burning plastic every time you inhale. The capsules are really amazing but the price is too high for my budget. Anyways, if you are looking to get medical marijuana, this is the spot to go to. Looking forward to the delivery service when it begins!

I have tried other dispensaries in Queens and they don't hold a candle to the service that I received at Curaleaf! From the moment I walked in with my husband they greeted us, made us feel comfortable and didn't make us wait not one minute for my consultation and purchase. Every single staff member was smiling, laughing or joking. They also gave me a great discount because of my Medicare. I paid half of what I've paid at other dispensaries and left with more and better products. I got the blue indica (peg free) and it has helped more in the last 12 hours than other products I have gotten from other dispensaries. I will not be going anywhere else. I can order on my phone and pick it up the same day and I was informed that in the upcoming months they will be offering delivery!!!!
It was a big disappointment when they had no discount like pharma in the Bronx, the reception was excellent and friendly, the consultant I had didn't follow up when I stepped out to get cash from the atm. . But I must say the vape was excellent and smooth.ill buy again

First of all , I was seriously apprehensive about buying from a dispensary until I went here!! The service was prompt and very professional and the atmosphere was relaxed and calm ! The sit down product intro was quick and informative and the purchasing was swift and detailed about use ..... bottom line , the vapes are incredible and the next day I woke up so relaxed and well rested!! Had such a great experience after being consulted by Brian, who was very fun and helpful to be consulted by. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and even brought things to my attention that I didnt come across on the website. After buying a tincture, capsules and the micro tablets I am very satisfied with all of the above. I am very impressed with how fast they kick in and long how long they last. I know it will make dealing with these injuries way more tolerable. All the workers seemed happy to be there and were very nice cheerful. I am also a big advocate with savings and Brian was happy to apply discounts to my order and told me about other ways of getting discounts. This is an excellent store. Friendly knowledgable staff always willing to answer any and all questions regarding treatments, and which is what and what to expect. You can be new to CBD or cannabis and you will be taken to a quiet room where you and a staff member can quietly discuss whatever questions arise. Victoria is the young woman I regularly speak to there and you can't do any better in terms of customer service, but I haven't ever run into a staff member there who didn't do a good job.The location is easily accessible, just around the corner and a few more steps to the Continental Ave, 71st Ave E, F, R and M trains in the heart of Forest Hills.
This dispensary is the second I've been to and was very pleased with how kind and welcoming the staff was. The consultation was very informative and they had great products at affordable prices. The environment is very nice and relaxing, plus they have free munchies for customers. I will be back!

They talk a good game....But it's all hype.I purchased 300 worth of product Took one blue capsule 2 hours before bed..About 1 hour later I started to feel tingly...Which quickly became a wired feeling...I could not sleep all nightI tossed and turned and was in pain all morning..This pill is supposed to super relax you and relieve pain..It did not..Thinking maybe I was not used to this form of meds...I repeated it last night, the same thing.I had to take a sleeping pill. Just to get to sleepI bought this product to relax and for pain reliefIt simply does not work..I dont know where the pills are being manufactured, no info on the label just gives a location in Illinois.I feel terrible...The Vape I was sold, was 20 bucks and does not work..a piece of junkMade two calls to Forrest Hills this pm..No return callsI am sticking to Ibuprofen and other sleeping aidsA lot cheaper and they work..Dont know how they are getting these great reviews.. suckers are born every minute A Red Flag went up when I was told they only take cash..and a handy ATM is right in the store!!! Everyone at the shop is extremely helpful, patient, and will answer any questions you might have about medical marijuana. I've never used marijuana or CBD before but had done a lot of research. The staff walked through my symptoms, discussed various options and were patient while I asked lots of questions. Highly, highly recommend. (See what I did there???)
While the location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful the vapes don't taste good. They have a butane gas taste. I should mention I tried the two types they have there (as I complained about the taste of the less expensive one, I was sold a more expensive one). The more expensive one didn't taste better either. The drop is awful tasting. It's also extremely sweet. I also want to mention that the last cartridge I purchased had no effect on me at all. I tried several puffs and ended up going to Medmen to purchase from them. It could be just me, I don't know. I'm so new at this. I just want to control my pain and anxiety without using pain killers and other meds.

Wow. I usually buy 3 to 4 vapes from Curaleaf per visit. About a day or 2 after my purchase, I noticed that one of the vapes were defective. There was a dark almost black crystallized substance instead of vape liquid. I took a pic and emailed it to Curaleaf Foresthill. I was told via a reply to that email to bring it in the next time I place an order with me. No prob. Fast forward to today. I place an order for 6 cartridges over the phone for pickup and brought the faulty one from the last order. Natalie (the manager/ pharmacist of Curaleaf Queens) comes out and says "I can't keep doing this." I've never had any issue with Curaleaf. Ever. I was confused by such an intro response after turning in the faulty cartridge so I asked for clarification. "Well our cartridges don't look like that." She insinuated that I either altered this cartridge or I switched it after I left the store. Although I was in disbelief, I didn't share my disgust because I wanted to ask more questions to find the root of her ill and hostile response.The more I ask for clarification, the more she interrogates me. "Why didn't you return it immediately?!" I explained that I was told by Curaleaf to bring it the next time which is now. I also explained that I live an hour away. They could have sent a courier to my home because I did call Curaleaf after I got the faulty product and I learned that delivery wasn't an option because delivery appointments are backed up for months."Well maybe you mixed it with another cartridge from somewhere else." She then goes on to explain how Curaleaf tests every product before giving it to customers so this defective product is questionable (on my part). Even tho it says Curaleaf (etched in) right on the actual cartridge. She still suggests that the cartridge was switched or that foul play was involved. She then said that she is going to mark my profile so if this happens again there will be record. !! At this point, there is no more letting this slide as a misunderstanding. That comment is why you are reading this. That comment is why I'm sharing this experience with everyone that will listen because I smelt racism from her. I went from thinking, maybe she's new, to maybe she's having a bad day, to maybe she's a little off, to finally, she's treating me this way because on her perception of me. I believe that the next man or woman would not have had this same experience from this same person assuming all was the same (other than my appearance).Needless to say, I was at my breaking point. I explained that I will be updating my review and in it I will outline the details of this back and forth and will include her name. NATALIE. I told her that the way she is treating me will read in detail by Curaleaf employees, managers, customers and potential customers in the form of email and reviews. It was at this point that she started back pedaling saying she's not blaming me and began apologizing. Now I'm the kinda guy that would rather walk away from conflict instead of engaging in. We all have bad days and I'd like to believe that I give the benefit of the doubt. BUT... Because this has a racial undertone to it I feel compelled to leave this review on every platform that I can and to email this story to every email that ends with @curaleaf.com that I could find.Lastly, the customer service that I usually experience with Curaleaf (up until this point) has been A+. Even the security guards are cool. This just goes to show how putting one person in the wrong position can tarnish an entire team. How can one racist damage an entire brand of excellent service that took over a year to build, in a span of minutes?Curaleaf management, please look up my profile. Look at how long I've been a customer and how much I spend per visit. Look at my consistency. I used to buy from Verio but switched over to you guys because your staff and product is amazing. But damn. How do you fall off so hard? I know this isn't how you want your loyal customers to feel when leaving your stores. Thanks.

This rating is for the service, which I found to be outstanding during my recent and first visit. The workers were very courteous and efficient with getting customers in and out, and they were a pleasure to interact with. If you're driving to this location, be forewarned that the parking in this area is exceptionally challenging. Yes, there is a local parking garage, but it's not free, and adds to the cost of your visit.
Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also great because you can order ahead / they offer delivery. Lots of deals / sales for customers and 2 nyc area locations. Can't reco enough. I solely go to Curaleaf now because I trust them and always am pleased with my experience. Not to mention it's nicer than any pharmacy I've ever been to.
My go-to, the only half decent dispensary in NYC. Still fairly overpriced, though not as bad as some of the other dispensaries here. Customer service is a lot better here too, I make the trek out here just for that, although this place is right off the express lines to queens and is not a bad commute at all.

I'm not going to lie, their flower product is among the best available in the NY area, but Curaleaf's delivery schedule and customer service are sorely lacking. One delivery per week to Brooklyn (Wednesdays). Placed an online order on a Monday afternoon and had to wait until a week from the following Wednesday for delivery (10 days!), practically guaranteeing that at least one or two of the strains and sizes that I ordered will be unavailable by then. (This has happened to me twice.) I immediately followed up my online order with a call to the dispensary to ask if it were possible for my order to be included in this week's Wednesday delivery. The woman answering the phone couldn't have been less helpful and had a "couldn't care less" attitude. When I told her that I could place an online order with Vireo Health and have it delivered in a day or two, she said, "okay, then that's what you should do". She told me that this week's Wednesday deliveries were fully booked and didn't even offer to check to see if my order could possibly be included. This is a medical pharmacy. I'm a medical marijuana patient, ordering medicinal marijuana for a chronic pain ailment. I'm not ordering weed from a street dealer - although, based on past experience, their services (and prices) are far superior! Regardless of the quality of their product, this will be the last order that I place with the Curaleaf NY Queens dispensary.
The customer experience at the foreat hills location today was very negative. I felt like they just wanted to push along the sale and kick me out. (What do you want, here you go, pay me cash and there is the door)My question was poorly addressed. The cashier merely stated the obvious (we both knew the product was marked not available.)It was pointless to argue with someone whose brain can not process a simple question.No mention of where my point status is at after purchase.No going over the current or upcoming promotions.No smiles. The lady Looked and Sounded like a disgruntled worker. Conclusion: The curaleaf workers desperately need to be sent back to a re-education center to learn what is customer service.
What an excellent experience. Sean was extremely helpful and friendly. Being a long time patient I have a good idea of exactly what I'm looking for and it was quite easy to express that and be paired with what suited my needs best. I strongly recommend that you get familiar with their range and figure out what suits you best before you make a final judgement on this dispensary and their offerings. They offer a range of oils, flower, extracts, edibles, and topicals in a range of THC and CBD proportions and strengths. They offer great promotions and discounts that really make it worth your while. Every visit back has been a pleasant one, I strongly recommend them.

My husband just left this place and every time he’s in there he gets treated and spoken to very nasty by the female employees, especially the dread head heavier set lady she’s completely unprofessional and rude the rest of the female workers are pretty nasty and rude as well but not as much as the dread head lady. We Usually drive out to Long Island but it’s really far from our home I guess I’ll just be driving out to Long Island every week 🤦🏻♀️ My husband and I can’t take this place anymore good luck to everyone else that has no choice but to come here
I had the worst customer experienced visiting at curaleaf. The reception at the door was extremely rude. Others have posted their stories about this lady. Then inside the store the customer service lady/cashier is again very rude. Inside the store: I was fully aware that the item I was looking for was not available. (It was marked not available in the case as well). So I asked WHEN might this item (chews) be available. (Only the 20:1 option was available) The lady responded: we never had that item. The only options available are the tinctures, pills, etc. what do you want?! My question was WHEN will the chews be available lady! I need to find a new place. This location has taken a turn for the worst. I remember them being friendlier when they first opened shop.
As always. I miss the flower.
This place does not give you all information necessary in order to pick up. They will bombard you with emails to get you there, but not tell you what you need etc. Be advised. Read fine print with their promotions
I have been to curaleaf 3 times so far and I can say They are quite helpful & Superbly Knowledgeable!! Shawn helped me yesterday with the Select elite carts!! Always welcoming as soon as u enter the door! A+++
