This was my initial experience with Surterra and it was amazing!! I requested a consult upon arrival at this store and was greeted by Jessica at the front desk who set that all up and offered me bottled water & a menu while I waited in their front lobby area which is spotless, ascetically pleasing, inviting and comfortable. My consult took place with Lori, who was like an angel from Heaven! Lori was so patient, kind and understanding. We spoke for over an hour and she assisted me with selecting the most beneficial products for my health & well being. I HIGHLY recommend Surterra on US1 in Port St Lucie Florida as they are on point, carry a fantastic products of superb quality and the staff is the best around..... hands down!! Thanks Surterra, you're the best!!

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. I always give a place a second chance, and there staff was rude and disrespectful each time I've been there. I recommend that nobody goes there and waste there money.

Kelly in customer service was just unbelievably kind. caring. thorough and professional! Cannot possibly say enough good things ab out her. AMAZING and she doesn't even know it!

I love everything about Surterra. From the convenience of being able to place an order online, and pick it up in a drive through, to the amazing employees that always greet me with genuine smiles and always take great care of me. (Caitlyn and Latisha especially). Thank you for having quality products, quality staff, and a quality customer service phone line. Love you guys.
