I can't really give you a review on this on 1 right here, I never made past the glass window.  Because I'm an out of state resident I couldn't get in.  California state ID or Passport.  He was so rude about though, I felt like I did something wrong the way he was talking to me.Glad to know that folks still have MCDONALDS to go to when they need! Will I go back, YEP, I'm going back just on GP...that damn product better knock me on my A$$, IJS!Is this the rule for all California dispensaries?

Great selection, fair prices, friendly staff. I pick empire gardens over the other dispensers in the area because I know what to expect every time; for me consistency is important.

People who put bad reviews about this dispensary are bogus. Prices vary from city to city, shop to shop but people act like they don't know any better. By Far the best prices, they do patient appreciation day often with free food and they have a huge selection.

All the staff is super amazing, but specially Jasmine is always helping me out the most & has the best customer service. Def always coming here

so I ordered from them yesterday and when I opened it the 710 container was upside down and they were blaming 710 labs but the boxes of 710 labs dont have a wrap on it so you cant tell if they opened it so it's easy to pass the blame so I contacted 710 labs and they said its 100% your guys fault. but my main point is since I bought it from you guys you should've just easily gave me a new one but no you had me jump fucking hoops.goodthing 710labs told me they got me.

Serena has great character and costumer service. Always attention I detail and listened to me as a costumer.

The security guard shaun is a fucking bad ass, fool keeps the clinic in line and doesn't stand for bull shit. The hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Cheers shaun. I got you brotha.

It was my first time here and all the guys were soooooooo rude. The line is super long outside. They don't tell you how the check In process works and when you ask, they just give you dirty looks and talk to you like you are dumb. Another customer had to tell me how it works. I will definitely be sticking to the Strains Dispensary for my future needs.

Had the most variety on edibles which I have been using almost exclusively but definitely will be buying flower to make my own edibles since it's more cost than ordering online. Small but fully stocked for all your needs.

Your 710 labs rosin is the most overpriced everyone else in so cal charging 70 a gram, you guys asking for 90+ outrageous.You would make a ton more if you charged normal prices. I rather drive a half hour than pay 30% more for the same thing as down the street

I drove from Rancho Cucamonga to here and I low key wasted my time. I came to this shop because the advertisement were dope and so was there website. The inland empire is probably the worst place in California when it comes to weed and weed prices. One of the bud tenders shared that they have a $75 1/8, which is out of this world ridiculous! It was a connected 1/8 the same 1/8 connected sales for $55. Also the weed levels on the package is hell of false, because this cpt cookies i got right now is 1, not a real cookie strain, and for two kind of trash but the label say 25% THC. Where ?! I don't know man San Bernardino & the whole inland empire is starting to lose they damn mind with these weed prices especially when the weed poop. Gotta do better.

Great customer service, short wait, & a great selection of products. The ladies that helped me were knowledgeable & helped me find what I was looking for. Wish there was a location closer to home but I will gladly travel to Perris to visit Empire Gardens for my needs.

Empire gardens is  My new go to place for extracts they have all budgets $30 a gram 40 50 60 70 80 everything. If you haven't tried the raw garden sauce or diamonds as suggest you do both they are killer and for a 16 year smoker can't beat it.

So listen I fuck with IE Gardens been going there for a minute. I think most of the people there are very nice. The past two times however I've gotten the same girl don't know her name they won't give it to me and they wouldn't transfer me to a manager. This is the second time in a week she has helped me and is just rude. Ask her questions & she has a little attitude like she's got something better to do and like you're bothering her. I think when I'm dropping $160 of my hard-earned money I expect to be treated with some dignity and respect especially if I'm asking for your opinion on product. She's a brunette with a blonde streak, I will definitely not have her help me ever again. I called and whoever answered the phone at the front gave me the vibe they didn't care either or didn't want to bother the manager even after my wife told him why we were calling. I was going to Strains before and it looks like if it continues I just may have to go back. common IE, really?

Great place to shop, great prices,  always had great customer service besides the last time. Attitude, inexperience, and unprofessional won't get ya a tip! I'm sure they'll roll her a$$ out ASAP. Still love this shop!

Overpriced, Very Slow, Completely Unprofessional. Needs a lot of improvement. Never records anything for their patients. Honestly worth you time going somewhere else! There are plenty of other clinics around Empire Gardens.

Cool spot. Clean,friendly, products mostly always in stock. Return policy on faulty products not the best.

First time here. Very welcoming & knowledgeable staff. Nice welcome gifts. Came all the way from Northern Cali to get more Plug & Play cartridges. I asked for a receipt and was told they don't have any or provide them. I thought that was odd.

Great knowledgeable staff, offers discount to Vets. Store is neat and clean with a huge variety of products.  Can't go wrong

The best selection of vape cartridges I've found in the area and at good prices. A clean, spacious showroom with very helpful and friendly staff make a nice atmosphere. I was fortunate to visit on a day (Thursday) they offered a free half gram with each gram I purchased (oil cartridges), a terrific deal.

These guys are top shelf in service and products and services and lobby is clean we'll definitely be back

Lots of selections for all your needs. Tge facility is very nice and tge staff is friendly. They have a nice Areay of promotions. The parking is abundant and easy accessible.

Came from out of town to purchase called first and they said they sell Rec and have what we needed. But once we get here they were asking for our passports cause they only sell to California residents..... Booooo waste of time ...... won't be back and won't recommend..... Bye Felicia!!!!!

I was a first time ever buyer of pot.  I needed some edibles for insomnia and anxiety.  I saw their huge billboards along the freeway and decided to try it.  It is in a little junky strip mall on the back side of a liquor store.  Lots of sketchy looking people hanging around outside (that is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5).  Once inside it was easy.  Smelled like pot in the waiting room, big time.  As a newbie, I didn't know what to expect.  I'm 54 and never done this before.  Once inside, it was very clean and professional.  Lots of products and the girl there helped me find exactly what I was looking for.  I also got a free candy because it was my first time, and the owner gave me a discount on an item that would be on sale in a few days, but I live out of the area, so he honored the discount.  Super nice.  It was very busy for a small place, but all in all, I will go there again.  Also, cash only, but they have an ATM in the lobby.

Class, cleanliness and care for their patients! a one stop shop for everything you need- if you don't know what you need yet, they have an incredible staff on hand there to assist you. The garden really makes you feel like family. Edibles, dabs & BOMB budsthe worst part is having to choose-lol They always have HeavyHitters on deck and give free tacos on the weekends #What?! The go to spot in Perris. I have to send some love to the team for always taking care of me & everyone who comes through their doors really! From management to the bud tenders and even the security here always put their patients first. Polite, professional and personable people who know their meds. You can feel at home here without the pressure of a line growing behind you in an overcrowded room, they take the time to care for patients one and two at a time so that you have a tender who can focus on just you and yours.

They get you in and out in a nice timely manner, Fast, Clean, Friendly Staff, convenient location & most importantly Best MMJ ever!!!

I love the people here very much! Monica is a sweetheart and I have known her for quite some time. She is always very helpful and always with a smile! John is also very cool and the same exact thing applies to every single person here! Celeste has been a Heavy Hitters fan forever, always promoting the Heavy Hitters Vape cartridges that I make sure that the shop is stocked with. I work for Mammoth distribution and we carry lines like Heavy Hitters, Rad, Give, Ash & Ember, Bae, Malibu to name a few. You can definitely find heavy hitters here along with many other products! They have phenomenal products here because these people are from the cannabis community and use these products to be able to offer them to you.  If they love it, they tend to carry it so that it's easy to recommend it. Most of the products on the shelves here I have personally tried and I shop here myself. If you were looking for a bong, definitely come here because they have a huge selection of glass! And really unique items like rolling trays and accessories that you won't find anywhere else. The quality, the amazing people, and the location! You really cannot beat this shop! Pretty good prices for bud but wax is a little expensive. Overall it's a good shop and I would highly recommend it to anyone around the area.

Second time at this place and even tho the men out front are a bit rough around the edges, the girls in the back are super sweet, especially the one with the pink hair. I recently started following her on ig because ig suggested her. She was super sweet in ig lif and she kept tagging Empire Gardens not knowing she worked there. I went for the first time wanting to try it out and she was my first budtender and she was even sweet in person. Prices are better and feel listened to because I have different moods to what I'm looking for. I think I'll eventually win those men over in the front haha

First impression is everything. Specifically the males they were pretty rude to me. It was my first time there and I didn't really like the way they interacted with me. The vibe wasn't welcoming and the energy was just off.The lady that actually helped me turned things around a bit she was nice and helpful. I wish they had more people like her controlling the front instead of those guys. Anyways it was an experience. Won't be back though.

Honestly these guys really sold me SHIT WEED. 40 dollars for dust literally!!!! That HUMBLE WEED should be off your shelves. Honestly you guys took advantage and told that you guys don't have a return policy but you guys forgot to tell me if the weed was even good !!!!! They couldn't even reimburse me, they couldn't even offer anything in exchange !!! These guys really stole my money. I let them them keep their trashy weed! Do not purchase HUMBLE !! The place looks so sketchy! It's located in a small center in Perris behind the liquor store, always weird shady people hanging around, the good thing is that they do have pickups and the bud tender does come out with a security guard, but tell me?? Why waste so many glass jars if you're buying the same weed- do it the old school way and just put it all in one jar or package and weight that sh*!!! Instead of bringing out two big bags full of glass jars??? So inconvenient

I have went here for about a year now and they never seem to restock their cartridges and when buying multiple grams and having to get .5 carts you would think they would give you a deal because it’s their fault they weren’t stocked with Grams, but NO that’s where They make more money off us, it has happen multiple times and I have spent a lot of money here, and Some dispensary’s take care and recognize their regulars, Not at Empire Gardens. Will not return rude staff behind the counters. I would recommend thinking of the customer for once.

Good products but prices are going up and you all take forever to receive and fulfill online orders especially when i order first thing in the morning with no rush... also the weekly deals here are pretty bad... i found a place in colton that has 20-50% off on flower, edibles two days out of the week and their daily deals are amazing as well. Love empire gardens but there are places more affordable.
