During this strange year, Pineapple Express has been very professional and has been extra helpful. Great team that cares about their customers.

This is my favorite dispensary in LA. I've lived in south LA and now in Glendale. Pineapple Express has been one of the only constants. Their staff is always incredibly helpful and kind, they always have a TON of variety in stock (especially if you're willing to wait for the "appointment" menu rather than the quick delivery). Speaking of the "appointment" menu, I've never had to wait longer than a few hours. Ever. I can't speak highly enough. Their site has amazing deals. If I wasn't part of the NuggClub subscription service, I'd be using Pineapple Express weekly rather than monthly.

I've ordered from them twice, and each time has been a great experience. My favorite part is the customer service. From the person setting your delivery appointment, down to the delivery driver, they are nice, friendly and professional!

I ordered through SpeedWeed and Pineapple Express delivered.  I placed my order last night and got a confirmation text this morning. Super easy! Rosie also called me to let me know an item was no longer available and offered a substitution.  Jay the driver was prompt, professional and friendly.  I'm very excited to discover PE. The prices are fair and selection is great.  Can't wait to dive into my stash!

I was getting tired of the flower in Santa Clarita so I went online scouting for something different and found this Gem. THC level was higher than stated to too .. Will be ordering from them again.  Got the Strawberry Sour and Gmo Garlic Cookies.. Early morning smokecation .....

Great service, no delivery fee, no hassle, easy and well stocked with great varieties of the best of the best cannabis products on their website to order from...and quick to get delivered to meet me.  I actually made my purchase from a really cool touchscreen kiosk at State Social House restaurant/bar on the Sunset Strip and they brought me my delivery in minutes!  I've stopped rushing to stores before they close and now have my pre-joints and edibles always coming to me via the Pineapple Express for now on. Used them years ago, and stopped because they never have what you want in inventory and they take an eternity.  Just placed an order today at 4:33pm, Got a call at 5:43pm explaining that (of course) they don't have everything to complete my order.  I get off the phone thinking the delivery is coming and I get another call at 6:33pm (2 HOURS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER!!).  This call is another employee giving me a long explanation about their inventory system.  I accept what they have, incomplete order or not, and now I have to download an app to make a credit card payment when the driver arrives. Told'em to cancel the order. Just a note Pineapple Express:  When someone orders online, they typically like the preference of not having to interact with people.  Don't make the customer listen to a long run down about why your inventory doesn't have the product they want.  Double wammy!  No product, and a time waster!  There is no way those 37 reviews are real.  I'm sorry, I have tried you guys like 4-5 times and had a less than favorable experience everytime.

This was the 1st time using this service and when I texted them about info, the response was quite quick. They answered my questions as asked. When I placed the order, the Rep, Sunny, called me back and she was the most friendly person ever. I had a yelp 10% 1st time coupon that didn't work, but Sunny actually made it work. The order that arrived on time was a little incorrect, but that was fine. It was just a substitution on one of the edibles. All in all, fantastic products, fantastic service and prices. Friendly delivery guys too. Would recommend A++++

Absolutely top notch service. Even with everything that's going on with covid these guys and gals are extremely fast and professional. They call within 5 minutes of placing the order on the site just to confirm everything and answer any questions you may have. I've ordered multiple times and never had to wait over 2 hours. Lifetime customer for sure.

Only took like an hour so it was much faster than expected. I figured it would take a few at least especially since I live at the edge of the SCV near Agua Dulce cyn. The herb was bomb, prices were good, definitely will be ordering again next time I need a special delivery.

Results!  The price is right!!! Professional! We are not experts, but here's our story.  My husband was recently diagnosed with a back condition and he was in so much pain.  He refused to accept the Meds the Dr offered (Norco etc).  The anti inflammatory he took was not really effective. My hubby remembered his doctor discussed the benefits of CBD /MJ but her organization cannot RX.  Skeptical but desperate we called Pineapple Expressthe Process was simple they sent a link to the menu, We picked a higher dosage of a tablet form and a tincture, we texted a picture of our credit card and ID.  Nice person dropped meds off next morning.  My husband said it's WONDERFUL (1/2 tablet) By day 1 he had a full nights sleep and the pain reduced  by 1/2.   (From 9 to just a 5). By day 3 his back inflammation dropped and pain scale is at 2.   I can tell you we did not have to cancel our vacation and he will be able to return to work.  My husband is grateful that he is no longer in pain.

Pineapple Express is hands down the best delivery service in my area! They always have a great selection of products, plenty of sales & deals, and a no-nonsense points program that saves me money on almost every order. Every rep I've spoken to on the phone has been incredibly friendly and helpful, even getting me discounts and deals for being a loyal (and high-ticket) customer. They communicate every step of the way so I never feel out of the loop on where my order is like with other services, and they have plenty of payment options as well so I don't have to run out to get cash every time. Exceptional service all the way from their easy to use website to customer service to final delivery. Love their branding and their menu is pure fire. Taxes are steep in the legal market but so goes it. Their prices are better than most services and they don't charge a delivery fee. A++

The best delivery service I have ever used! I placed an order a few minutes after 10pm not expecting to hear from anyone until the next morning but I got a call minutes later to set up my delivery for the next morning! Great customer service and the delivery drivers are always so nice! I will always be a customer!

The Sherbinskis Açaí and Sherbert indoor I got was dry as hell, not potent, and the package date was from only 3 weeks ago. .. Sherbinskis has really gone downhill.. Or Maybe the eights were tampered with because this is not what I am used to from Sherbinskis

I waited all day for a 4:00pm delivery .....They get here then tell me what I ordered wasn't available (I spoke with a rep this am to confirm that I would at least get one pack of what I ordered - I ordered 2)... then there is no watermelon flavor at all and I have to get 2 packs of pineapple habanero  .... ok I was also told the other flavor I ordered (another brand) was not available And that only plum was available.... whatever- I figured I already wasted my day waiting for this delivery so I take it all.Then I'm told the system is down and they can't process credit cards. That was the final straw and I sent the delivery guy away without buying anything.Why not save yourself a trip and let me know about the inventory and the fact that credit cards can't be used today? This way all of our time would have been respected.Time to downsize this venture as this company obviously can't keep up with goals of the company (expanding)...... I deleted  my account - there are way too many delivery companies to put up with this crap.

I have placed several orders and they are always very helpful and courteous. They accept several forms of payment which is convenient. Delivery is always on schedule and discrete which is important to me. They are exercising plenty of caution when they deliver with masks and gloves.

Shitty product and rude as hell and late to top it off. Go somewhere else do yourself a favor

What else can I say about this place other then they have the most amazing staff that really care about your well-being they deliver to you no questions asked they make sure that you leave satisfied every single time and that your needs are met I can count on not only Josh but the other guys and girls that make this wonderful place a blessing to have around if you get a chance give this place a call and they will be there for you without a doubt. We have been customer to On Deck for a few months now. They provide some SERIOUS quality top shelf. I have tried others and it just isnt the same. ON deck has the good stuff and they know it!.  I have a bad case of PTSD and Insomnia, the indica buds they have really help me, its quality medication. I have only had one incident with them, it was a BUSY saturday night and a new guy ( new to us, not our normal guy) was trying to find us, he was late, and in a terrible attitude. However, we let them know it wasnt the quality of kind, personable service we were used to and they made it right. They gave me a free gram and have been on top of their game ever since!If you are looking for TOP quality medication at acceptable prices and TOP dollar customer service, this is the place for you.

On deck is the best. Always friendly easy going and enjoyable to talk with. Steph is the baddest bitch!! She honestly helps you with your every need, very educated and full of wisdom when it comes to the medicine. She's very outgoing and attentive. Joey and Josh are the other two bad asses I know. I hadn't realized there was a local dispensary for SCV, or the truth is, I didn't care.  But when I developed an extreme sleep condition and no other over the counter or natural sleep aids worked for me I sought out a dispensary location online at 4am. The site was informative and user friendly.  And the daily discounts and specials are very cool.  After I ordered online they made contact with me as a new customer, answered questions and were very professional and by the book.  This put me at ease because I have almost zero knowledge of cannabis other than trying it a couple times over 20 yrs ago.  It was delivered that same night by a very discreet driver who was COVID conscious.  I'm still figuring out the products, timing, dosage, etc... but I slept a full 8 hours for the first time in several months.  So this can't be a bad thing.  Many thanks. I ordered the Tranquil Tincture and Dreamt Gummies and both seem to work, but again, I have to figure out how to make them work for me best which should only take a couple more nights each to know my groove.  Anyhow, if you suffer from insomnia, don't be afraid to utilize this company.

TRASH. I used to order through Pineapple Express pretty regularly, but always had trouble getting in contact with the dispensary/ driver. I placed an order last night and after 2 and a half hours they called me to confirm and the woman I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude, basically shouting at me over the phone. I've never been spoken to like that from a service worker-- completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After confirming over the phone they texted me telling me they ran out of what I ordered and I just cancelled it. I don't usually bother writing reviews, but this was the worst experience. I'll never order from them again, there are enty of better options for delivery services.

Easy to follow website.  Welcoming greeting when I called.  Answered all my questions with deep knowledge and concern, described their procedure for ordering and requirements and confirmed stock.  Delivery was on-time, swift, and they were very professional.  I would definitely recommend as I had an exceptional experience and now have the right products for me.
