I got real sick on their gummies last time I was here.  I haven't gone back.

After working in the industry myself and seeing the good, the bad, and the ugly... I came to Pharmacannis to check it out.  I haven't been able to leave since.  I am treated like family and I never leave disappointed.  They have a hard working staff that truly cares and has the knowledge to treat people with a wide range of symptoms.   If you want real compassion and care, come here.

Pleasant friendly and professional very clean . Staff is pleasant to be around safe environment to purchase medical products. Product can be dry at times for amount of money spent.

Very clean, safe, and friendly place! They take their time with you and help you find exactly what you are looking for! They have a wide selection of products on their menu for however you would like to medicate. They explain what everything is, how it is used and what most people use it for in a very easy way to understand. I am very happy with PharmaCannis in Ottawa!

Wonderfully pleasant visits everytime ! The staff working here are very friendly ,  welcoming , and very knowledgeable . This location is always very clean and well kept . I have been visiting this location ever since I first got my medical marijuana i.d. . I'm extremely satisfied and grateful that I have been informed of such a wonderful medicine for my pain and other daily issues arising , I just did not want to be another statistic hooked on pain pills and thankfully now since I been introduced to a whole new basically pain free medications I have not looked to pain pills any longer or used them . Thank you Verilife Much Appreciated .

The staff are very friendly, although wait time seem excessive. Verilife as a company seems to have a hard time managing lines and keeping things moving. Not sure why they are so much slower than other dispensaries, cant imagine them staying in business once they have competition. Overall not horrible but certainly does not give you a reason to return.

I can't believe you raised your prices during a crisis. I refuse to return, back to the black market.

No CBD on their medical menu. This is not a typo.  Avoid this place for medical reasons until they get their act together.

Overall experience was pretty good and the long line went really fast. They didn't have what I ordered and brought me something else they recommended so I got it anyway so my trip wasn't a waste. I got 250mg disposable vape bio Jesus live resin and it was extremely disappointing which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. The vape barely works after a day of light use and did not give me the desired effect at all. My wife who barely smokes even said it was a waste of money as she also didn't get much from it either. Although the experience was good I probably won't come back because I got some over priced garbage and don't want to risk it again

Best dispensary I've been to by far in Illinois!! They have the best menu and options and some of the nicest staff and security. Definitely worth the hour drive I make twice a weekYou guys ROCK!!! Thank you

Great location as I live in Ottawa, but I didn't know that people who pre-order get to jump the line. I was in the walk in line and stood there as thru kept waving people in who had placed orders online. It was super hot out and no shade. To me, a walk in client spends money too. I spent $250 so I would have like to be treated with priority too. Or maybe they should set up a system that's more efficient, or at the Veri least (see what I did there?) they could provide some shade for people who are going to spend their hard earned money.

just drove a hour and they closed when I got there for no reason.. time to drive to morris now since something happened but no one knows what..

Odd purchase process, ordering done through computer kiosk. Limited products for flower. Prices high. Illinois has really just begun offering marijuana legally, it will get better I'm sure. Works well if in need.

They should take better care of there medical people.

Top shelf quality and top dollar prices... Discount for qualifying customers...
