Extremely rude staff. Tried to place an order multiple times and they kept not confirming or replying. Sketchy.

I placed an order for delivery in which I received no response so I decided to call to check on the order because I had just driven to the ATM for cash to pay for the order but still hadn't received a response but was hung up on twice when I was literally just checking to see if my order had been processed. If u actually want ur order processed I would not recommend this place. Taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is friendly and professional, there are deals pretty much every day and the selection is decent compared to a lot of other shops around. They often run out of the affordable bang for you buck brands without really having a good idea of when they come back, but overall a great experience every time and I have turned this into my main store now. Highly recommend for people that don't want to just go out and spend an arm and a leg on tree.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and you have gained a customer for life. Special shout out to Natasha and Hannah! The knew their products and were able to help me with my needs. They are super fun. I hope PAC LA values them as much as I do! Ask for them when going in here!!!!!

Love that all the staff are wearing mask and gloves, it makes me feel that there prioritizing health and safety. Overall, great customer service.

Been in here many times and never an issue.  Staff is friendly and choices are many.  I won't hesitate to go back in.

I asked the driver, who was taking his sweet time, in wrong of the front house, and swiping on Tinder, completely oblivious why the price was different than what is on Weedmaps. He started getting defensive and rude. What the fuck is going on at this company lol

I have been here a few times simply because of its location. Which is why I put up with the general lack of enthusiastic staff who are for the most part uninformed, short nerved, and have no consistent mask protocol.  It feels like as a customer I am intruding on their kush job. Pun intended.

Low-key dispensary with a good selection of products. Was assisted by Hannah a couple of times, who is courteous, informative, and super helpful.

I didn't even bother placing an order because it was so much of a hassle. First, they have an advertisement for a free gram for first customers, but there's no way to claim it. Then, their website wouldn't let me check out. I texted their delivery number and told them I was having trouble with placing an order and they texted back that I should try placing it on web maps... after I spent a lot of time picking out my product. Then after I stressed that I was really  annoyed, they responded and said to send them what I was looking for. Since it was multiple items, they replied with "wow".... super unprofessional. I've been using weed maps for a while and thought I would try to expand my horizons a bit, but it's not worth it. Going back to Weedmaps now.

Alex hooked me up with amazing bud,  (premium top shelf grade meds at the cheapest price ive gotten so far )i definitely will make this my go to dispensary, its quick cheap and they even gave me a free pipe on 420!

First time I came here and it was amazing the ppl here are super chill and ordered gg5 and they gave me a joint as online they also gave me a free joint and they had my order super quick and I also like to thank weed map for the recommendation for  this awesome weed dispensary  will definitely be going back soon I would recommend any one that likes to get baked and that's looking 4a super chill and welcoming vibe to go and check out this dispensary

This place does not feel right. I never get a receipt, sometimes they charge tax and sometimes they don't. It depends on who is the bud tender and their language sounds like my weed man back in the day. "We hooked you up" "how much u wanna spend"? I get receipts from other shops and they are business like.  I will not be returning to this shop ever again.

I haven't been, because their hours say they are open until 10 on yelp. Wasted money on Ubers to be disappointed :/ Hopefully can give this place another chance - please change your hours!

Easily one of my favorite shops! Minas and Khristy, their bud-tenders, are super sweet and helpful with suggesting products suitable for my taste and preferences. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone searching for legit product at a reasonable price!

This place is a gem on Vineland in North Hollywood. The exterior is lushes and is green all around. You get a discount on your first visit AND everyday 8am-10am plus they have a lot of deals and incentives!  The best thing about here is the customer service. They are so sweet and kind everytime. Their buddtender are always trying to hook me up.

I was surprised how many strains and good prices this dispensary had.  Definitely worth checking if you're in the area.  They cap at $60 for their top shelf, but have so many other strains at various prices.  Picked up some White Russian for $40 an eighth.  Gifts for first timers.  Helpful staff.

I just love this place the guys and Gal that work there are just so awesome ! Every time i go in there they always greet you with a smile and make you feel very welcomed! All the time! Oh and you have i choose of a joint or an edible! Free blunt, lighter! What more can you ask for! And they also have great deals .

This place is legit. I've been coming here for years! The specials are on point and the staff is really friendly. It's worth becoming a regular here. I honestly can't say enough good things so I'll just say  try them out and you won't be disappointed.

This shop took a 180 degree turn towards epicness. Best Meds, Best Staff, and Genuine Compassion. All there meds are lab tested, and maticulously picked for the connoisseur patients. I haven't tried anything here that isn't fire.

North hollywood's diamond in the rough! You may not expect a lot by the looks of the outside, but it's inside that counts. They are a pre-ico, prop D approved collective with years of experience in serving patients that have been going there for years. Many strains are grown by the collective patients and they take care of their products well, as all shelves are top notch! Worth the drive and trip from anywhere. Great deals for patients on limited budgets. 5 g 1/8ths! Don't walk, run to patients and caregivers.

Dangerous for CLIENTS!!!!!  I was surprised to see the security walking around during business hours.  The local businesses know that the MANAGER sends security off the premises DAILY for frivolous reasons!!  There are so many other SAFER locations!!  Why would you take the risk??

I Grow My Owen Med's but when I need something to just try out and see what I like , I go to Patients and Caregivers , it's The Only Place I can be sure is Good and  will notSell Me something I Don't want or Don't like, You can always Trust The Guys there to be Helpful and NOT RIP You Off just to sell You your Med's , I have been going there for Years now and I will not go to any other Place to get My Med's, They know and will be Helpful working with You and Not just put something that Your not going to be Happy with  when You get it Home, I feel  Very Blessed  that they are there  for Me, if Your looking for a Place that will make You Happy and will not just Take Your Money and Push You Out the Door this is where You need to go, I want You to know  about The Wonderful People that Work there, May GOD Bless You and Keep Up the Good Work , BOB

Our uncle was diagnosed w/cancer on one of his lungs and other internal organs.  Chemo had left him frail and with absolutely no energy or appetite and odd sleeping habits.  A doctor suggested we try cannabis oil and other remedies containing cannabis.  We were all skeptical, specially our uncle. The stigma that's attached to pot is still negative even now that it's legal.  Anyway long story short, the cannabis infused oils and liquid tinctures got his appetite back. He was finally able to get some food down and keep it there and also get much needed sleep, all thanks to the knowledgeable staff at Patients & Caregivers. They knew which products from the vast array they carried would help and we truly felt that they cared for us.  I would definitely recommend Patients & Caregivers to those who are truly in pain and want to take the natural medicinal route.  The benefits and uses of cannabis changed my view of this all-natural plant.

Disorganized and sorta rude. I registered on their site and uploaded my rec and ID, only to find that their site isn't really functional. Disconcerting that my personal information is up a site that I can't log in to and can't remove my information. (Hello CCPA violation)!So I called, they verified the rec - then learned that the menu is out of date. The woman that was helping me took down my order and I told her my hubby was going to pick up.Flash forward to him arriving and they didn't have any of the order together. Turns out they didn't actually have 3 out of four things I was told they did have. Subpar - IDC that they gave us a discount if the staff is rude and can't tell us what's in stock.

Not a bad place, not the best place either, only came here because i couldn't find the brand i usually stick to anywhere else in downtown LA so i ended up coming here. Anyways I get there and the girl tells me a totally different price than what was advertised on the website, I get it she's just doing her job and probably doesn't have much say in this, but to the owner or the manger/who's ever in charge, please don't falsely advertise your pricing. I go in there to buy a big chief cartridge just 1 and usually they run me around 18-20ish dollars, to my surprise the girl tells me it's going to be almost 30, lol, when on their website it clearly says 20, i was a FTP so i had 20% off, I didn't receive my 20% off because i was basically spending only 20 dollars with taxes. now don't get me wrong i don't care about the price, i will gladly pay 30,40,50 etc, but the quality has to be there, they are charging me almost 30 dollars for something that isn't even worth 30. If I would have known they can't honor prices honestly then maybe they should write that little disclosure the bud tender told me about on their website so people don't get mislead. So I go ahead and pay because im not going to pull a Karen or cause a dramatic scene as a customer because i myself hate it when customers do that to me as well, (or when i used to work for retail I guess), oh they also throw in a crappy preroll that isn't even worth 5 dollars lol. When I get home i will open up the box and scratch off the sticker on the back of the box, i go on big chief.com to check it's authenticity and lord behold this box comes up as a fake. I always and I mean always buy big chief when it comes to carts and i have never once had that message come out when checking for authenticity, so I go ahead and call them, I call once, no answer, I call twice, no answer again. It kind of sucks seeing how this place is in a nicer part of LA but sells fake product to its customers, and to top it off they are licensed which made me believe I could trust them, oh well...

I typically only go to this shop when over a my client's studio (since I live 30-40 mins away pending traffic) and it's been ok despite the heavy taxing at the end as they've got solid selection and good budtenders. I'm writing this review sadly based on my most recent experience. I purchased some concentrate and some flower today and when I got home, I noticed the concentrate said "sample - do not resell" so I called the shop to let them know. The nice female budtender apologized and said bring it back to swap it out (which again is 30-40 mins away) but that she'd include a pre-roll or two so I head that way. Here I am at the shop, 35 mins later, and a different female budtender tells me the other lady was incorrect in her statement and that it's not been opened (which it hadn't but seemed low anyway) so it's fine. "Sorry about that." is what I got. No partial refund for having me drive all the way up here, no pre-rolls for the time, no nothing. Now I'm heading home. Another 40 mins. Bummed about the experience. I wasted over an hour of my night because of wrong information. Lame.

This place is shady. They charge around 40% tax. Their menus online/in store are NEVER accurate, so it's basically a crapshoot when you arrive. And they have a huge selection, so the lack of organization is really felt. I only come here whenever my reg spot doesn't have what I want. And I only buy cheap stuff from them bc again, they charge 40% tax. Note: they NEVER give you a receipt. And don't get me started on the lack of masks. The staff is chill for the most part. But this store really needs to get it together, get organized and stop scamming customers with random fees and 40% taxes. Also not sure why it's saying closed. I'm walking distance and it's always open.

Dope dispensary that a friend recommended to me and now it's my go to spot. They have great quality flower, packaged well, high thc indica for a fair price and the staff are friendly! My favorite is the Cherry Gas, shoutout to the person who recommended this strain to me!

Wish I could give this place no stars but Yelp won't let me. The staff is rude and very unfriendly. They like to call people retarded and have a problems with trans people. They also call people derogatory names both in English and in their native language. They don't like people, who are in public filming or taking pictures. I can understand if the person was in their store and didn't leave when asked but when a person is on the public sidewalk they have no say on what an individual does. I will not be a patron of this store no more.  If you read this review you shouldn't either. Bigots and racist should not be aloud to troll people on the side walk.  Shame on you and shame on your families for this.... T.T

The Manager is straight ASS, like think of a donkeys rectum and put a stick inside. That's how he reacts to his customers. He doesn't listen and isn't reasonable when his products he's selling are faulty. The staff there are nice and polite but not the manager! He is booty. Also, not in a good way

Prices are great, the 37% tax is not. Great selection of product but don't plan on having ANY type of conversation with most of the girls as they are short, rude and unfriendly.

So this is my 5th or 6th time coming back to the store because of missing almost a quarter/half of a cart when i paid full price...manager instead of respectfully handling the situation, complains that i've already "admitted" to being back multiple times for their mistakes. He said in exact words "next time you come you get what you get and you've already opened two carts" to which i told him i opened ONE then came back because it's wack and the lady WHO WAS SOOO SWEET opened another for me and it was still missing oil. In all honesty i feel really bad for the bud tenders here :(( i hope y'all get a better manager because this man isn't fit for the position. He literally laughed in my face when he was in the wrong. Imagine just imagine the rage

This shop is my go to dispensary. I drive about 50 miles to get here. Remind them about any discounts you are supposed to receive. The criticism about the shops arithmetic is true. But, if you remind them before, they are happy to give it to you.I like the selection.

First time here, ladies working at the time were so helpful and nice, place is dope they have great deals!

I actually really like this place because it normally delivers fast and gives good product. Problem is it took 3 hours for me to get my stuff and it’s pretty inconvenient it you want something quick. I’d recommend if you have no where to go and don’t mind the wait.

Great selection along with first time discount for med card holders you better stop by and grab all your rec and medicinal needs. Exclusive drops as well, which are hard to get at certain dispensaries and prices are great. Strongly suggest dropping by if you are in town visiting or in North Hollywood area.

Love this place, been coming here for ages and its always a hit. Ask for Yessy when you come in, she’s very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to!
