SCAM ALERTI've been to alley spots that were less shady than the rinky dink operation these guys have going on.  I make an appointment online and place an order only to find out that the online menu is completely different from the daily menu that they have on site.  Yet you can only place an order online....?  I paid $325 and got some of the sketchiest weed I've ever seen.  To be honest, I smoked better stuff back in middle school pre 9-11.  I would not recommend this dump of a dispensary to my worst enemy.  I got scammed hard.  I am someone who loves everything about herb, including buying it but I will never go to a verilife dispensary again thanks to the horrible experience at this place.  BOTTOM LINE, they charge as if they are a top of the line dispensary yet in reality they have one of the most dog shite operations I've ever seen.  If you have nowhere else to buy bud, I feel sorry for you.  They are basically robbing people with the quality to price ratio that they have.  It's no wonder that someone took a brick to their back window.  To whoever did that, I salute you.  This place can go f*ck itself.

I would recommend other dispensaries before this one. They are super over priced compared to other dispensaries in st charles and aurora and they never have a very large selection. You'll always be there at least 15+ minutes due to the never ending lines you have to wait in.

They have a lot of different things on their menu and they switch it up so it's always something new. I highly recommend Bio Jesus, best strain I've gotten from them. Also bought some edibles which were pretty good. A little bit pricy, spend $45 on 10 edibles. Lines are a bit long.

Bought 2 disposable pens, and opened one up and it was only half full. So decided to open the second one, same thing, only half full. They will not offer refunds. This place will rip you off. If anything, go to Sunnyside in Chicago. The wait is over 3 hours, but you will get way better product. Purchased a pen at Sunnyside and it was FULL, and still have nearly 75% left after passing it around for nearly 3 weeks.

I just decided to wait in the line.  They cut back the hours.  Closed Monday and Friday, recreational sales start at 4pm....If the line is out the door, it's gonna be 100 minutes min wait.  I really wish there was someone at the end of the line explaining how it works. You kinda just wait in this line for an hour before you talk to someone and hope for the best.  They have under 10 items.  You can only get 1/8th of a flower the rest are oils and vapes. Can't complain, they are working with the supply that Illinois let them have. It would be nice to have the prices post taxes, or even the tax rate on the 'menu'.  I couldn't even find it on the internet.  It was posted on the door frame after the ATM machines, a little too late.  The ATMs only have a $3.00 fee, and there seemed to be at least 3 if you didn't bring cash. (bring cash)Now once you get into the actual store, they are great.  They pull your order, explain everything, and make substitutions if necessary. The woman at the register subbed something out, answered a question and I was out the door. The lines are long because there is one small store to serve like a million people.  IL needs to have at least 1-2 shops per town to meet demand.Now my real gripe is with the City of North Aurora.  The public parking areas are dangerous to get to. There are no lights on 31, and the sidewalk is under 1 half-inch of solid ice. Getting to the store is dangerous and they need to shovel their sidewalks with all of this foot traffic. Ideally, the city would have made this location have plenty of parking or closer to public parking. Light the walkways and shovel the snow.

Honestly a waste of your time for recreational use. Limited selection, long lines, won't let you look at what your even purchasing. These losers also changed the recreational hours from 4-9pm like are you serious ? Stick to your dealer

Price gougers.. all matter product was 55.. and now because of Corona virus their prices have gone to 65.. completely ridiculous... Out of all the stores you would think the weed shop wouldn't do that.. and stay away from "GRASSROOTS" here there's mildew on the buds.. If u get some you will be overcome by the mildew smell. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves selling moldy weed to people. Don't even ask me how it passed the labs test..  I got two completely different buds that came from grassroots spent over 100 bucks and both were the same mildewy garbage.. wtf I don't know what else to say. It's not like we have a lot of options for straight legal bud here. It's pretty bad when I'm getting fire on the street and get moldy bud in the shops that are supposed to be tested... By the way don't think I'm just some upset customer. I've spent a ton of money with these guys. And continue to go here for quality product if available. Which is rare.. most of there stuff is just ok.. cookies and cream by Ace revolution by far the best stuff they've had there. But Ace does have some boo boo also you just have to be careful with this place.. I've been a smoker for 20 years, I don't take to much pride in that, but nevertheless I know my stuff.

My birthday was comming up so i decided to try the legal weed Dont botherIt was nothing but arrogant yuppies with attitudesI tried to make an appointment at the Romeoville store but something went wrong on the website and the appointment was switched to the North Aurora storeI left for my appointment 40 minutes early and called on the wayThe first guy put me on hold for 20 minutes then couldn't find my reservation and hung up in the middle of me giving him my emailI called back and a lady found my reservation but it was for the North Aurora store and i had enought time to get there but google maps was going nuts and trying to direct me to Arlington Heights store so i asked for directionsNow im getting stressed and they could not give me directions and kept telling me to look for route 56 and route 31 and i was not on either roadSo i missed my reservation and my opion is this company is a cluster @$!# created by politicians to make moneyI dont need their @$#! Neither do youYou are better off at the street pharmacy doing a deal inside your car at arms length rather than all the BS from verilifi suspect verilife buys out the smaller places so they can monopolize the market tooVery seedy place

This place is bad news! Sucks they have you make a reservation then show up at a certain time to pick up your order all fine, good way to keep headcount down in the facility. Problem is though they don't turn anyone away if they don't have a reservation so the place is full of people in little poorly ventilated rooms like cattle!  There were over 25 people ahead of me for my time slot!  This guy was leaning on the wall could hardly stand up, breathing hard in line ahead of me.  I figured 35 minutes in the same room with that guy was a bad idea so I just turned around and walked out, never to return to that filthy place again.  The reservation thing is just a scam to get more people in there and money.  does nothing for you, as you will wait in line with the other 30 people terrible!  Risky, unsafe place to go to.

This place is horrible. Literally, and I mean literally, its something new with this place. When marijuana was first legalized, there was a line down the road. Which is to be expected.The following week I came back and waited roughly a half hour before being served. Not too bad actually. But I was limited on what I could purchase, I had to select what I wanted 15 minutes ahead of time so they could have it ready for me by the time it was my turn to pay.The following week I came back and the hours were changed specifically for recreational hours. 4-9pm. This totally boggles my mind. You know your main customers and profits are gonna be recreational users, and now you're gonna limit how much they can buy AND when they can come.The final cherry on top, I come back to stand in line an hour early and they have YET AGAIN changed the hours for recreational users to 4-8pm!!!! You can imagine how much this makes someone mad when they work overnights (aka: me)Something literally every week with this business. They clearly were not ready for the demand in areas of having enough product or just in general preparedness for the amount of people that were gonna walk through the door because they are the ONLY dispensary in town.I've spent 5 years in Oregon, in EVERY dispensary I went to, I could take my time, choose what I wanted, not limited to anything only a certain amount (ounce a day more than enough), and the overall experience was a 1000x better at ANY dispensary in Oregon compared to this one.I've been pretty understanding for the first month of legalization, but I expected so much more. I expected to be treated like a valued customer not another person in the drive thru.I highly recommend not coming here unless you specifically need oil like I do. If not, go to your homie down the street. I can 99% guarantee they're cheaper anyway.

I am a caregiver for my grandpa with severe Alzheimer's. This location has extremely nice people. They are super caring and try to give me as many options as possible. They understand cost can become a huge factor. The staff always tries to save me money whenever possible by offering alternative products or bulk options. I can be honest and upfront with them and I am glad they made this new medical alternative a smooth process for me and the family.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products. Love the weekly specials and the discounts that can be earned by using the belly app. Definitely would recommend PharmaCannis to anyone who is looking for a dispensary

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Me and my buddy waited in line for 7 hours today, and we were turned away with 25 minutes left before closing time. The employees seem to have no idea how to organize anything at all. They spent so much time talking to each other rather than working to get people in and out of their shop.I do not understand how it took 7 hours to get to the front of the line. It was like they only had one cash register. I don't know if they were letting people take their sweet ass time browsing or something, but if they weren't limiting the amount of time people were in there, why did they even hand out " Menu " cards to begin with? It was just an unorganized mess that these people clearly were not prepared for. Was offered a " VIP" pass by one employee to come back and skip the line, and then had another employee turn around and tell me it wouldn't be honored. This place is a joke, there are much better options out there, avoid this place at all costs.

When I went I wasn't sure what to expect if the line was too long or not. I had an appointment at 12 and I got there a little early around 11:45 and they let me right in I wasn't in there for more than 20 minutes. They are very organized and helpful if you have questions. Staff was very friendly. Only giving this a 4/5 because it's so taxed but other than that it's a great buisness!!! Will be going back!

I'm a geezer and today was my 1st time trying a dispensary.  You don't need to make an order on line, but it seemed to make it much easier for me.  Anyway, Thursday 8-6-20 was not crowded at all in the parking lot in back.  My appt. was at 9:30am, and I was able to pop right into the building at 9:25am.  They have some nice young folks offering clear directions as to where you should go.  Show a paper print out with you appointment.  They'll point you up to the 3rd floor.  Go up the stairs and you'll see someone to point you in the right direction.  Also, very nice woman offering directions.  (Everyone wearing masks, upon entering the building, you better get yours on too.)There is social distancing, thankfully. so they'll just wave you in when it is time to pick up your order.  Wait for instructions and then walk right up to the teller, and she'll ID you with your confirmation # and cross check against your DL.  They only have 3 open tellers, but it moves very quickly.  Obviously, cash only.  2 ATM machines in the lobby.  The total time between walking up to the door and walking out the back could not have been 20 minutes and may have been closer to 15.The experience was comfortable; the parking was easy; the people were friendly; the security guys were professional; the instructions were clear; and I was able to get exactly what I had ordered. I don't have any previous experience here, (or anywhere else for that matter), but I have zero complaints and found Verilife to be a professionally run business and I don't have any problem with going back.

Okay products, nice staff. I'm a former Cali grower and have grown all sort of great and terrible batches. I would never sell any product that wasn't properly dried. That being said; today I got 3.5 G of Island Sweet Skunk and it's in the pre-stages of mildew meaning it was "rush" dried instead of drying it properly. You just can't charge $60 for mildew weed guys, not cool.

They got the bugs out of ordering which is now done online!  Pick up and pay is efficient and now that the scarcity of dispensaries has disappeared there are no long lines and waiting since orders are pre packaged.  You also have more time to inquire about products and the employees are well versed.  This is really the only dispensary I've ever visited so I can't compare to others, but the product line appears varied and large to me compared to when they first opened.  The location is in a building that has other businesses so there's a kinda circuit to get your product and pay!  Can I get a job here??

Fantastic service. Any problem that has occurred was quickly but professionally dealt with. The staff is very friendly. They seem to get new options in every month or so. They have many promotions running a majority of the time. Product selection is great (for Syracuse) but take that with a grain of salt because after visiting some of the dispensaries in California, "great" is really a very relative term. Staff is knowledgeable about marijuana in general and know detailed information on the products they sell. Due to my location, I can sometimes get same day delivery. During the last year I think I only had to wait 2 days after calling my order in (2-3/year) and I order every 10 days or so. I wish they had more edibles and that they weren't so expensive. I'd rather not smoke it if I can help it. Someone commented on the wait time. This has happened to me but only during the busiest of times. I just look at the busy hours on Google and make sure I go when they aren't at their peak times and since they are now open from 9am-9pm I know I can always get their if I need to. Try and take advantage of their promotions. All in all, a pleasant experience at Verilife. Note: This is for the Liverpool dispensary in Syracuse, NY. With that being said, I wasn't expecting much.

I purchased sone edibles and an eighth of Cresco branded flower. In all the decades I've used and been around cannabis I've never seen or heard this happen to anyone. My weed grew mold covering it entirely. It was just sitting in the container it came in, a tightly sealed child-proof locking twist cap atop a glass jar. I've kept all manor, kind, and state of cannabis over the years in many a random receptical/fine container, and there is a reason these varying first-hand conditions and handling, including all third-party observed or witnessed have never produced these type of dreaded result... because the mold spores weren't already present when I bought it. This should have been a clear case of "hey customer...uh huh, yup some bad stock. Yah sorry we flubbed up, it happens. Let us swap that out for ya there, *snatch* here's your new ganja and have a nice day sir. Thank you for being a loyal and understanding customer!"Here is what happened. After an explanation and offer of evidence, (as there was nothing missing from the container and if anything the weight went up on account of the mold) I was told "sorry, there is nothing we can do about that. It was probably you. Even if... do you have a receipt? Doesn't matter, No returns anyway. You can buy more though." Basically I was yold to sit and spin because they didn't even listen. I'm not angry because I was cheated, I'm disapointed at the negative interaction and time wasted having to engage people conducting themselves this way. No thanks. Terrible customer service and retention. They likely have the attitude of "cause it's pot it doesn't matter, people will cone" ehhhh. Kinda Wrong. Never shopping your tainted wares again. Have a day.

People are nice, but I'm not there for the people, I'm there for the product and they cant seem to supply it." People are still friendly and they've upped their inventory tremendously, however it's still all local Illinois grown - nothing out if state. Lines are nonexistent with their new setup. It's a smooth trip in and out except for the prices, but that'sout of their hands, that's Illinois.

The people have been very nice there and it would be a great place but for the price you pay it's totally not worth it but what can you do? Maybe some day the prices will effect reality and not some rich drug dealers getting richer. It won't like me choose 0 stars.

Nice people. Selections are expanding. They have sales and rewards programs. Quality can vary on popcorn and shakes since the strain is unknown until point if purchase. Not a relaxing shopping environment but not a bad one either.

This is my second time coming here after deciding not to go to my home store because of the lack of customer service. Everyone at this location is super welcoming and friendly. We've been lucky enough to get served by Brianne for a second time & I have to say, we are not disappointed! She is very courteous, knowledgeable about the products, and has been able to answer any questions my partner and I had without a problem. She's recommended a few products that we absolutely love, big kudos to her!! I am happy to have liked this place and will continue to shop here
