Staff never knows what their talking about. You can't get any information on any medicine out of them and if you do it's only because they pull their phone out and look it up online. I asked for a strain profile and the bud tender said she didn't know what a strain profile was. They also sell a lot of dry seeded weed. I didn't think seeds were acceptable in a medical program being the medicine should and has to be top-quality for the patient. NOT CUSTOMERS STOP TREATING US LIKE IT WE ARE PATIENTS.

This dispensary gave me a skimpy bag of mint. Choc og... lackluster marijuana and had the nerve to ask me for a review. Galenas products are the worst, they sit on the shelf the most when it comes to dispensary weed, when it comes to medical marijuana Galenas flower always come out short on a scale. Never do you even get the 2.83, you can see I'm missing .15 of weed this boogie expensive enough without y'all shorting me. Needless to say I will actively and constantly be dissing the Galenas name from this day forth. Fingers to you Galenas. They puttin Shame in the game.

As the Ohio Medical Marijuana program nears its 3rd birthday, I am ready to label this my favorite Ohio Dispensary.  In the first year, it was chaos everywhere.  Year 2 had covid and everyplace struggled to provide a safe and happy experience.   Demand issues and  State regulations haven't helped. Covid did finally get dispensaries to embrace online ordering and most dispensaries struggled with that.  Herbology has done great with the online ordering and seems to have the most frequent combination of lowest prices (compare on iheartjane) and selection.I've felt very comfortable everytime and worked with some really nice people.  This is a 25 mile drive for me with 4 dispensaries closer, but we will make the trip to Newark and also find some great place to eat on Yelp.

Drove out to Newark from Columbus to give herbology a try. I placed an order online and headed out. Everything was great until I opened my bag to find out they completely forgot a 1g item, and gave me a 0.5 instead of 1g on another item. I'm willing to give them another try next time I'm out that way, hopefully I receive what I order

Great experience. Keenan was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the extra 10 minutes of driving out of Columbus to hit this place. Good weight deals. very good selection. Cute town so we always stay for lunch.

Great prices, sales 20-30% off of select items. A wonderful friendly helpful staff. I will be a return customer THANK YOU!!☀️☀️

The staff here is seriously the best. They are always so nice and knowledgeable. I have anxiety and sometimes am not up for going inside so I love that they offer curbside.
