Dion was sooo helpful and very professional. He really listened to what I liked and what I needed from the strain. Dion made excellent suggestions, explained the benefits of sativa vs indica, informed me of the daily deal and offered his assistance for the future. Thank You Dion!

Everyone at Surterra Wellness is friendly and helpful. Joe is knowledgeable with all the products Surterra has and he was patient answering all my questions- also told me about the specials so I saved money- a comfortable atmosphere especially for seniors.

Having worked in dispensaries for several years, I really value a knowledgeable staff and Surterra has that in spades. Michael is a standout who displays equal parts professionalism and warmth, in an industry that often provides only one of the two. If you are looking for a polished dispensary where you feel at home, this is the place. Surterra deserves all of the positive reviews it has and then some. Thank you, Michael!

Great club! I’ve been a patient in CA, and to clubs all over the US (where the taxes are a joke). Price is reasonable, products are solid. Flower selection is a bit limited but these days I’m only looking for low-key, uplifting products. Certainly recommend!

I have had my medical card since nearly the beginning of the program in the state. I have visited around 10 or 12 different dispensaries from probably 7 of the companies who participate. All of my experiences have generally been pleasant but today I had such an excellent time from the moment I walked in the door that I needed to write this review. As soon as I came in, Josh at the front desk greeted me warmly with a huge smile. "We've been waiting for you!", he said. I was almost caught off guard by how friendly of a welcome I received, but that tone remained throughout the experience. Melissa came over and asked if I was picking up an order with a big smile too and the three of us were laughing and chatting about random things immediately. Melissa took me over to Mike behind the counter who was just as friendly and welcoming as Josh and her had been a moment earlier. Mike quickly packaged my order while we discussed the strain I was getting and some of the incredible sales Surterra is offering today. This was a simple and quick set of interactions. I couldn't have been in the store for more than 3 or 4 minutes in total but these three team members all made me feel like a VIP the entire time. I will absolutely be coming back here for as many future purchases as I can! Thank you Josh, Melissa and Mike!
