Prime ATC is a medical dispensary located in Merrimack, NH. This is the only medical dispensary I've ever visited. The quality of product and the quality of service are good. The staff are very willing to help and are patient with their clients.  The normal wait time isn't very long, but I have seen the computer go down (which essentially closes down the dispensary). There's usually two to  three budtenders working. It's really nice because when you get up to the counter, you don't feel rushed. They will  answer all questions and help you towards purchasing your medication.The negative point of Prime ATC appears to be returns. I purchased a product that is $55 and is known to de defective or leak (returns are usually offered for this reason). However, when I went to open the product two days after purchasing, it was cracked and unusable. I called Prime ATC the next time they were open and they basically passed me off and I never got a call back. This issue was clearly created by the dispensary because the product was packaged and in their possession for a month before it was sold to me. It's very frustrating that a business that you depend on for alternative care would avoid you and not give an explanation for such an issue. I honestly feel disrespected.  It's very easy for this business to act in such a way when they know that their patients have few options as far as receiving their medication. I personally have to drive over an hour to Prime because it's the closest dispensary to my residence. This type of discrepancy will be less common in he future when there are more major dispensaries in NH. It's easy to tell how high their profit margin is, so it would behoove them to treat people like patients and not customers. Especially with Temescal opening a dispensary in Keene in fall of this year. This will draw many customers away from Prime, so you would think it would be of importance to take care of their clientele.By the way, they are cash only, so you get to pay the surcharge on the atm in the lobby if you forget your money,

Knowledgeable, personable and extremely patient and helpful staff!! Price is only a tad higher than streets but NO WORRIES ABOUT CONTAMINATION!!  Never more than a 10 min. wait. Advice and suggestions for each individual!!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. However their medicine is just awful. It smells and tastes like mildew. For the amount of money they charge the product should be all top shelf. I've decided it's worth the hour drive to Maine as theirs is supreme.

Always a pleasure doing business here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, never have to wait too long, every time my order is right and the quality is top notch.

Limited vape menu compared to most other dispensaries. Staff are pleasant, but a bit too eager to chat vs focusing on their job. Transaction took longer than necessary. Also felt somewhat uncomfortable because I am immunocompromised and observed a staff member not wearing a mask for covid.

Hey herbally medicated friends I’m trying out Prime ATC for the first time in two years. I interested in opinions from patients around my age (55) about the quality of what you get from Prime and which strains you Medicate with. Thank you UPDATE: The manager was very nice and replaced the low quality medicine I bought with equally low quality medicine so I will never go back to them. You can go to Maine and get much higher quality at half the price and I am not joking at all .

The flower is beautiful but the concentrate is gross and the staff is amazing. Prices are out of control. 50$ for a half gram of shatter is not necessary. Maine takes NH medical cards. Prices are less than half. I suggest green truck.
