It's crazy this place doesn't have any other reviews. I guess people value their privacy and don't want to review under their real name. They treat you great here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It gets busy so pre ordering is best but if you don't pre order as long as you don't go on Saturday when it's like Black Friday in there you'll be okay. As long as you pre order even on Saturday afternoon you'll be in and out in 5 minutes. They're so so friendly. Unlike other places in this state (Walgreens when i try to get my insomnia and anxiety prescriptions, I'm looking at you!) they don't make you feel like a criminal. They are extremely helpful at the counter if you ask if they have a product that's not on the website or ask them to recommend something similar. You don't need an appointment, as long as you come anytime M-F or before rush hour on Saturday afternoon you can just walk in and get served very quickly. The only negative though it's not enough to take away a Star is that for anyone who works a regular 9-6 job on weekdays the hours really suck during the week. But do your pre order Friday night and it's ready for you Saturday morning at 9 am. Parking is also pretty hectic as it's a small plaza but its in a very quiet part of Meriden so there's not too many people. I moved to Bristol a few months ago and we have a dispensary here but I've been going to Meriden still because they are just so nice and respectful to me there. Everyone always says bye _____ your name included see you next time. They have periodic fun giveaways like T-shirt's and free pizza. They have specials like 15% off or discounts on particular items. It's a real shame that Connecticut makes you pick one dispensary and stick with it because honestly I feel like everyone should be able to check this place out when they're in the area or even come out of their way to go here because they just treat you like a real human being. The staff is also very diverse in terms of gender and ethnicity so if you are more comfortable speaking to someone of a certain gender or who looks like you, they have you covered. Some of us have been marginalized in medical care and it can be a game changer to have people who look like you at the pharmacy, so this is a huge plus in my eyes. If they could stay open til 8 or 9 pm one night a week to accommodate working adults who may have a commute and can't make it there by 7 pm or if they could stay open til 5-6 on Saturday then that would be the only way they could improve. Despite the limited hours, if you can catch them when they're open this is as good as it gets.

The location is complete shit because driving in and out is like bumper cars. The ambiance when you walk in is nice until someone walks in after you, only to be stuck in THE bubble for a bit while they answer the phone. The staff is AMAZING and super talkative. Most of the customer base seems pretty old so but we all need the good green. Other local dispensaries have a rebate program and this one doesn't. BUT they will price match. You can also get a discount as a veteran or senior(idk). Bottom line is this place has got some growing to do but if you like quant quite purchases, this is for you.

Willowbrook wellness is absolutely awesome. The staff is friendly, personable, helpful as are both pharmacists. One of the best. They r always willing to help and if u need a type of medicine they r out of, they will put a order in and let u know when it comes in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’m very impressed. It is very professional, clean, and excellent with Covid-19 precautions (a must as they likely serve many immuno-compromised individuals). I appreciate their focus on compassionate care. They can guide you to what you might need for anything from sleep to panic attacks, letting you skip the more dangerous and addictive medications like benzodiazepines. Any problems or concerns are met with understanding and help. Definitely the place to go to for care.
