The experience of professionalism and customer service at this dispensary is by far one of the best in the county. They always seem to have the specific products that I am looking for. They provide an easy points system for future discounts. And of course their weekly deals are great! Whatever your ailment is you can find relief at Columbia care Melbourne

Went there for the first time today, and I have nothing bad to say at all. The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot to ask for your name) was very polite and helpful getting me registered in their system. After that was done, I was escorted to the counter where Chris was helping me decide which medicine I should choose. Chris was really nice, polite, and helpful, and gave off nothing but good vibes. Overall this is now one of my favorite dispensaries and I can't wait to try out more of their products.

I went in today to just pick up my online order & was greeted by the nicest, most friendly staff. They are always so helpful, but today they made my day by noticing it was my birthday and singing Happy Birthday to me, using my name. Now that is the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I work in sales, so I know how difficult people can be. My experience today, assured me that there are still caring people in this world. Thank you!

The selection of flowers and all other products is very extensive.. The staff is very knowledgeable. They take time to listen to You. Chris T and Ashley at the Melbourne location are just super. They both always make you feel important and that you care to them. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for any medical Marijuana needs.

What a great experience at the Melbourne, FL location! Today was my first visit after receiving my card. I felt comfortable and a ease from the moment I walked in the door. Ashley and the entire team were so friendly and accommodating. Ashley answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and provided some great information. I will definitely be back.
