I am giving this place five stars because not only do they have the most high quality customer service I have seen yet! And also the most kindest people to ever greet you in for first time visitor and also most seen customers. I am so happy to say that I will be returning to this place a lot more often. And shout outs to Marcus for the excellent experience!

Great staff that is always very friendly and more than happy to help. Covid precautions are in place. I suggest checking their up to date Weedmaps menu before going so you can be in and out. They do call ahead and online orders for pickup as well.

Nice waiting area like the Rise in Cleveland only this place definitely has a certain heavy aroma in the air. Same secure walk-in with ID and card check before you're let into the locked waiting area before being called to the register in a separate area when your order is ready.

This is a nice dispensary located in Lorain. I sometimes feel like I am the only person taking COVID seriously, but RISE is, too. I was the only person in the waiting room, was seen at my scheduled time and treated with safety.If you can, ask for Nikki. She was super helpful. I was extremely impressed by her knowledge about the products and what's popular for various needs. They have a plexiglass wall in-between their specialists so you have very limited interaction with others.One thing I noticed was that the in-person menu appears to be much larger than the online menu. You can place an order online (to pay with cash only at pick-up) and they'll text you if they are out of anything you requested. The text connects you to a live person, so you can actually discuss suitable alternatives.I liked this dispensary and would recommend it highly. Again, if you're new or advanced in medicinal marijuana, talk to Nikki. She seems genuinely concerned about wanting to help patients!

First time going into a dispensary with my brand new medical cannabis card. They were super helpful and explained everything clearly. They were also very quick to use the nickname I put down as my preferred name on their papers they had me fill out - a good sign this place is also LGBTQ+ friendly; they will use your preferred name over your birth name, no questions asked. I will be going back soon, for sure!

I've been to a few dispensaries and just not in Ohio. These folks at RISE on Cooper Foster are"Top Shelf" in every sense of those words. Professional. Knowledgeable. It's not like going to a dispensary. It's more like going to see some really good friends. Thank you Rob and crew!

I originally only came to Rise in Lorain because they were the only one in stock with a strain I wanted, but I will absolutely be coming back because of the resplendent staff! Ninja was so welcoming and excited to talk strains with me. She really knows her stuff and quickly understood what I was looking for. Marcus also helped me and again, another phenomenal employee! He, too, was great to talk to, knowledgeable, and so patient with me. Both made the process so easy. The other dispensaries I've been to were fine, but here it's different. The employees make that difference because they're happy to be there and clearly love what they do. Rise of Lorain is hands down my dispensary of choice, and it's 100% thanks to Ninja and Marcus. Thank you!!

One of the most comfortable dispensaries to go to. It's sadly, still not possible to actually see the product before hand, being that everything is prepackaged for sales purposes, and there's nothing on display of current lineups. It may just be because we're currently a medical mj state. Aside from that, the products there are as good as you can legally get in Ohio. And the website is always up to date. One of many things you can rely on with RISE. Though, having a consistent product to work with, is not one of those things. They change rapidly, so if you find something you like, you're best to buy as much as you can, and use sparingly.
