I am new to the medical marijuana program and was experiencing some crazy anxiety on my 1st visit to the Liverpool NY PharmaCannis dispensary. I had heard from other patients that the places they went to were more secure than Fort Knox and it made them uncomfortable so that was what I was prepared for. I got to PharmaCannis and was greeted at the front desk by the gentleman working security. He was very nice and did not make me, or my wife, uneasy at all. My wife doesn't have a card but they let her accompany me in to meet with the pharmacist as long as she showed him a valid NY State issued ID or Drivers license. I was a walk in, without a scheduled appointment. After going over the paperwork we had a seat in a waiting area that had some music playing and was comfortable for us and other patients. We waited just about 10 minutes before one of the pharmacists assistants came to bring us to the pharmacy area. Her whole positive, happy demeanor put me at rest. She greeted us with a smile, led us to the desk, and explained everything to us in English, not medical language! lol. Once she found out that I am a veteran she advised me of my discount I would receive for Service to our country and thanked me for serving. After she got done explaining everything to us we met with the pharmacist. He went over his suggestions as to what best would help my PTSD and chronic back pain then we went over the different products and prices. I thought their prices were very reasonable plus they had some discounted products that I was able to take advantage of along with the veteran discount. They also offer a senior citizen discount. Even though this dispensary is 3 hours away from me I will definitely keep going so I never experience the horror stories I've heard about the one that is only 1 1/2 hours from where I live!! Thank you PharmaCannis in Liverpool NY, for making the transition from hard pharmacudical pain pills to medical marijuana, a pleasant one!
I have been going to this place for almost two years. It's the only game in town if you regularly need this medicine. No other New York dispensary comes close to value and price. Driving out of state is not worth it unless you drive to the west coast, so this is it. .The stuff they make in New York is set by law. Where else am I gonna go? I was going to Syracuse's South Side before this place, with a bullet proof car. This place is better than none.
Very clean and friendly staff. Great products at a reasonable price. I myself like the pineapple 20.1 vape. Has an atm available inside.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to be a little bit geared towards medicine vs recreation....probably because you can't just buy rec at the store yet. Soon though. And they have very high prices, but all in all its a good little place to pick up medicine.

I was approved for my medical card yesterday and was a little nervous to enter a dispensary for the first time.. the staff here put all of my concerns at ease!!!
