I live going in this location! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful!! Sometimes you do have to wait outside depending on the the and the inventory and that's kinda a bummer esp when it's cold outside.
One star because You have to leave at least one. This place is the most unorganized store I've ever been in. Its a total joke. 7 out of 10 times I go there, there is some sort of problem. Either they have sold my order, placed BEFORE THE DISPENSARY OPENED, off the sales floor and therefore I was not able to get what I I needed. Or they conviently blame the computer systems for being down.How can they be down every time there is a problem? How can they consistently blame this on systems when they themselves run around in there clueless, or stand around talking while customers sit in wait...JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, GO TO AN ORGANIC REMEDIES. Herbology is owned by Grassroots, yet they hardly ever have their products available. Always the same. Ilera or Calypso. Both suck.Get your crap together, or leave Lebanon. It already sucks enough without a less than dispensary.

Very pleasant to meet the team working together in this facility from entrance to exit, With a background of management and sales and customer service over 30 years I will share openly that Matt, Shannon, Javier, Samantha , Jenn are doing a great job. I've been there a few times, but today i had an outstanding worker stick out. Thanks Alice for taking the time to explain things to me in a quick, efficient, yet easy to understand way. I usually get overwhelmed by info overload but you were very helpful. Thank you!!
Great experience every time. The employees are always nice and very helpful. It’s to busy at times, and still runs pretty smooth. I’d recommend going to other people.
I live in Reading PA. So the first time I went to this location. I had to wait outside it took a long time. I just went there yesterday. I am so impressed. There were plenty of workers there. I walked in the door they took me right back and I was out of there within 5 minutes. And if you look at their menu they have way more options than anywhere else in this area. So thank you very much !
