Great place. Wayyyy better than bloom in seven mile. Better choices better staff. Friendly staff.

My 12th Ohio Dispensary visit. - Headed to the Sauerkraut Festival nearby, heard this is a favorite place among many Cincinnatians.   The building isn't well marked, only a sign on the door in a strip mall in front of Walmart. A little difficult to find on a first visit.Like many dispensaries the door was locked, but nobody would get up to let you in, you had to go in when someone left.   Conflicting signs regarding wearing masks. (This review written in phase 2 of the pandemic)  One sign said they were required for all, another said only recommended if you are vaccinated.Before you get into the waiting area You check in near the door.  Since it was my first time there, they had to build a profile for me in their system. Not unusual, but the check in guy did it while I waited, along with 4 regulars behind me.  Most dispensaries have you fill this out and stand aside while others get checked in.  So I kept a few people waiting 5 minutes. Sorry!Once that was done, I was  welcomed into the waiting area where I was asked to fill out new patient forms. The odd thing was this was done on a dry erase plastic form(s) (4 I think)  These forms require a lot of info and at least 3 signatures. Seemed very odd to do on erasable forms.  I would have to guess, but didn't see that they took pictures and filed them in their system. One page seemed like info you would give if you were applying for a card, not already approved, but perhaps their bud tenders can see this info while consulting you?With that done, I got into the main dispensary where there were 4 consult/purchase stations and they were limiting the room to about 7 patients at a time.   Several big screen TVs that were blank. Don't know if they were down, or not yet operational.  Plenty of printed menus. Glad I brought my glasses.  Great selection of product and I would say  the prices are good to excellent compared to other Ohio Dispensaries. i did get some good values.    I knew a lot about what I was buying, and didn't need any real consulting, but the lady I had seemed professional and efficient. I did hear some nice consulting going on with a new patient on my right. I haven't seem much of that since the pandemic started.  This place was quiet with no background music, so  if I needed consulting I would have been able to hear it.  With all the plexiglass barriers, i can't hear the Bud Tender when there is music playing (Yea, I'm old and hearing impaired!)One more bit of weirdness about this place.  I had my purchase in the bag, was headed out and I remembered I had a large coke and had a 90 mile drive home.  Saw  signs pointing down a long hall for the restrooms. Started down that hall and saw a sign saying that product packages are not allowed  in the restrooms and to leave it with the employees at the counter, which I did.  Went back down the hall to find two unmarked doors at the end.  The one on the left looked like it went back into the dispensary, so I opened the one on the right and it was a janitor's closet. The other unmarked one was locked. No reactions to a knock, so I just left.As I approached the counter to get my purchases, there was nobody behind it, and I saw another customer headed toward it.  I was darn sure to make sure he didn't grab my stuff, which he didn't.   About that time , someone came back to the counter and I said I was getting what I left while I was in the restroom. They didn't double check me, and I don't know if that guy was there when I dropped it off. Final thoughts.  No online ordering, which most places have since the start of covid times.   The website isn't the usual menus.  This one looked real nice showcasing lots of product and appeared that you could easy sort the menu. But once you made a sorting selection, it was impossible, as far I as could see, to reset that search, so I had to leave the site and come back several times.All in all, place seems to me, to be in its infancy.  Good products, people, and prices.   I don't know if it was disorganized, but maybe their way is better? If I lived nearby I would be happy going  here.

I was a new patient, not having any idea what to expect. I have never used recreational Mj and no clue what I was doing. Dakota treated me with the utmost respect. Answered every question I had thoroughly whether I thought it was silly or not he certainly didn't. He encourage me to ask as many questions as possible. He taught me which products would be the best for me and went over what my Doctor already recommended. The place is very clean and professional looking as are the employees. Like I said I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary, I highly recommend going here. (No pun intended.

By far the best!! Actually cleaner and more comfortable than many medical offices I've been in. Staff is the most polite, professional, and helpful. They call you by name and are always willing to answer questions about products. Best prices. I'd give more stars if possible.

Did you guys smoke today? Because nobody will answer the phone.

Why have call in ordering if you dont answer the phone! Tried 5 times each time went to voice mail but the people who work there are great! Phone ins should have seperate operators.

I was totally new to the process and a little overwhelmed with all that it entailed but the staff was super friendly and so willing to help they definitely helped ease the anxiety of the process. Great place,great prices, great staff. I will be making this my go to dispensary no doubt about it!!
