Great people - great service - friendly & accommodating with no pressure - very professional & knowledgeable

Great set up, well educated staff and high quantity products.  Can't wait for flower to be available in PA state!!

Not a very friendly place I went there twice lady said I did some to her old school new age they don't like my kind of people. How the world has changed  words. She said I said  the wrong way  cause a man to be judged for what come on I'm grown never came in this place for her just to do business and leave got my family please cure give it a why ?

Great staff! Very polite and all the girls are pretty, im leaving my number & 20$ in their tip next time. Always look in the back for online orders that never picked up, always nice and give advice. I think im in love with the cute one with glasses. They have lots of quality product as well

This is the place to go, period, full stop. They offer discounts after so many purchase's, etc. You can count on them to have what's on the website. While the online reservation's are not currently working quite right, you can call the location and reserve a strain, provided they're out of the particular strain, and they'll hold it to the EOB. No, I don't work for them, and I'm in no way affiliated with them in any respect, excluding being a client. it's an alright dispensary. the staff somewhat know what they're talking about and the selection is okay. the problem i have is with the wait. very long lines. every time almost.

Very helpful & very friendly. Not their fault, always out out of dry leaf don't know if it's state wide. But it's a pain in the ass . Excellent people work there!

I reserved an item online. When I got home and examined the product the advertised THC content was much lower than stated on the menu. I spoke with the manager by phone and he would not remedy the situation. I will no longer return to Cure. Rise has a better selection and less expensive prices. I placed a curbside pickup order, very long line waiting to get in the store. Laura was so nice, helped me with a small issue for my order. Quick and easy. Thank you so much, Laura and Cure!

I used curbside pickup. I have difficulty standing for a time and especially when it's sunny and hot (thanks Multiple Sclerosis). It was great. I got cash went and parked behind the store showed my cards and paid. I didn't have to bring my walker, I got to sit in my car and get my medication. This is the way it should be for people with mobility problems and the elderly. Thank you and what a great system you have. Remember pick a date and time, and then order from the dispensary the same day your appointment is.

Nice looking facility, friendly and helpful staff. And, unfortunately, the worst product selection and worst pre-ordering system in the region.

Better advice leading to a better result. Now on a stronger dose. Now to see if the supplier is consistent. Going the right direction. It a shame those on disability continue to pay $50 annually for card renewal. Those of us on limited disability income continue to pay tax on disability income and continue to bail out PA

Customer service is horrible. Seems like they don't know what's going on. 1. I drove an hour to go here because they had a specific product nobody around me had. 2. The woman with glasses (didn't get her name) looked completely overwhelmed for some reason and there were only 4 people in line and 4 in the lobby. 3. The same woman catered to a guy outside instead of the 3 people that were let into the store 4. I was a new customer, and I needed to fill out the intake form, which I kept trying to initiate, because I felt she would once again wait on the people behind me. 5. She asked for my medical card and ID, but yet asked me for my date of birth while an employee and 3 other people were in the lobby. I believe that's a HIPAA violation and I should probably contact the DOH, to prevent situations like this occurring in the future.  6. After I filled out the form, she said I would have to wait for a pharmacist to approve the form. I've been to many different dispensaries and never had to wait for a pharmacist. I drove an hour, waited on line for 20 minutes, only to be strung along and have my date of birth and name exposed to 5 strangers. I left after that. I wouldn't expect that from a dispensary. I drove an hour there and drove an hour back empty handed. I rather take my money elsewhere.

Ok. Here we go.The lines are long. Why do we have to walk in holding up ID/DL and Patient card? Kinda weird don't ya' think?Why is the security guy so bossy? I get it, you got a job to do but you don't need to be so bossy.They need more variety.I don't know who thinks these folks are know a thing or two, cause the dude that helped me had barely a clue. Some people have been pleasant but for the most part they just seem overwhelmed.Lines are too long and no variety.Found a new spot, so won't be going back.

People here are nice and friendly and very helpful to a guy who really has little exoerience with marijuana. Quick service too. The only downside is that its a cash only business...and the ATM on site charges 4 bucks to get yoir own money.

First and foremost, GO TO RISE DISPENSARIES. They are so much better and have locations in York, Mechanicsburg, and Carlisle. I promise you will never go to Cure again if you try any Rise location. Today I tried to return a disposable pen an hour after purchasing because it was EMPTY. I waited in line AGAIN for 45 minutes only to be told rudely by the staff there was nothing they could do and told me I was out of luck. They didn't care. So I walked away without medicine I PAID FOR. This place is a joke and I'm never returning. I've also had a situation where they made an error counting money and tried to pocket $20 they owed me in change.They only want your money and they don't care about their clients.

One of the worst, the website never works, the phone doesnt work or isn't answered. Go elsewhere.

Literally the worst dispensary around drive the extra bit and go to restore or the Apothecarium they constantly screw up orders huge lines and then they lock the door on you I have had this happen many many times and again today seriously avoid this shit hole at all costs

My first experience was not so great.  However it was not at the complete fault of the facility, therefore I gave them a second change and I was so glad I did.  I was better prepared and the staff on this particular day was nicer to me than the staff on my first visit there.  This place is hassle free as long as you get a courteous, knowledgeable front end employee to check you in.  Otherwise you may end up dealing with a "know it all" who doesn't care enough to listen to the answers to the questions they are required to ask.  My first visit there the girl did not listen to my answers and wasted my time which caused me to have to leave because I arrived too close to closing time.  I had to drive over an hour to get there, I called and was expected, but was not treated understandably as when I was on the phone with an attendant prior to my arrival.  My second visit was much better as I had a different front end person who listen to my answers to the questions and was able to expedite my visit because he acknowledge information the first front end person on the previous week refused to hear. Some people...uhg....Anyway, I won't be returning there on a weekday close to closing again.

They don't deserve to be in this business and they are definitely not interested in helping anyone. Please Do your research there are other dispensaries in Lancaster that are actually providing the services they are supposed to be providing. To the owner of Cure I will tell everyone who will listen NOT to go to your dispensary.

Cure, now, is very different from the cure I started going to a while ago, maybe almost a year ago. The staff is more friendly than I remember, thankfully. More efficient and the prices for some of the product I have used seems to be more competitive than it used to. All pluses.
