Good flower & I like that you have so many choices to choose from when it comes to wax, live resin, rosin. Loyalty program is pretty sweet as well. Dollar back for every 25$ you spend I'm pretty sure.

The best prices and quality, customer service is #1

I've been going to The dispensary for years was just treated horribly and told I had an illegal copy of my medical card just because the bottom with the state address was cut off. I've used this medical card at several other dispensaries. I understand rules and regulations as I've had a job having to enforce them but there's a tactful way to go about it. The person I encountered was rude and should not be in the business of customer service. I will never go to this dispensary again.

Haven't shopped a dispensary in 4 years and now I remember why. I thought I'd go support my local shop who grows organic like I do, and was immediately disappointed by both customer service and product quality. After spending $700 between my wife and I, we were still being treated poorly by amateurs who have less understanding of the products than we do, and also less compassion. Keep your money and don't spend it on uncured cannabis, or on trash concentrates. 2 out of 8 grams have a taste that almost resembles hash, if you can get over the "uncured almost molded" taste. I've worked in this industry for 10 years and am not surprised in the least by my experience, but I am trying to save everyone else from the same.

I have been a customer of this dispensary since they opened. The staff has always been awesome. Dana, the current manager, makes sure everything runs smoothly. She also makes sure that I am getting the proper discounts and other extras Ascend offers. She's the best! I will continue to be a customer for the excellent product, prices, and the staff.
