Hands down, the best pot shop to visit in this area! They have my most favorite item here! Sorry i cannot give that Away though, for fear of them selling out!  Friendly staff!

Confusing when you go in,  no one is ever available to help yesterday I just left.  No said I'll be with you.  Pricier than others also

The daytime manager lady, the skinny one with the short brown hair and the clear face shield, she's trash. Everytime I go in during the day she absolutely ruins my experience and puts a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth. Today I watched 5 people who walked in AFTER me be served before me, which I let go. I went and stood in line because all the sale papers were taken and I was unable to get any help unless I was in line. She finally came to me and asked what I wanted and I asked the sales. Her response was "grab a sales paper, I cant memorize all of them" then she picked one out of some random guys hands and gave it to me. NASTY BITCH IT IS A PANDEMIC. but still, I let it go. Glanced at the sales and saw that I could grab 3 eighths of Lucky Devil.  I waited in line again and asked for that when it came my turn. Her response was "we are out of the eighths" and then she moved on to the next person in line expecting me to move to the back again. I walked out instead because fuck that, you dumb bitch. Its fucking Christmas eve you think I wanna spend an hour in the dispensary because you can't take more than 10 seconds ith a customer at a time? Like get your shit together you fucking sad ass excuse for a manager. I didn't even know she was a manager until I called back to complain because I NEVER met no manager that acted like that. Ha. Damn fucking crazy cuz I LOVE coming there  the guys at night are dope asf and always on top of they shit. I come here cuz its convenient and close to home but sucks I can only go there in the night time if I wanna be happy cuz this bitch always leaves the most sourrrrrrr taste in my mouth. I give yall 3 stars cuz the night crew makeup for the faultiness of this bitch but she ruining that store on God. While I was waiting I watched several.other customers walk out because of the way she spoke to them or interacted with them.or straight up just SKIPPED them .

I used to love this dispensary. But the manager is just rude. The way she talks to her staff is ridiculous. I left right away. I won't support a business that allows their managers to speak down to the staff. Time to get new management!!

The Vault is a strange pot shop.  Instead of employing "budtenders" to help you select a product they have glass display cases and you're left to wander around on your own.  If you find something you like you walk up to the counter and ask for it just like buying cigarettes at 7-11.  The Vault provides zero customer service but they have the highest prices I've seen in Snohomish county, I don't get it!

The vault always is a reliable pick for affordable dabs! Not  the best bud wise, I'd go to KushMart in everett. The staff is always nice and usually willing to answer any questions you may have. Just have an idea of what you want and they'll know for sure!

I will start by saying I've been a regular customer for a couple years at the lake Stevens location happily. HOWEVERI came in to the lake Stevens location today. The website says if you're wearing Seahawks gear you get 25% off (as it is Sunday).When the employee rang me up she did not give a discount. When I asked about the discount for Seahawks gear, the response I received was, well frankly, unacceptable. "The website is a Seahawks fan but I am not. Of you had Patriots gear I would give you the discount." At first I assumed it was a joke, but then she refused to give me the discount and charged full price. I went out of my way to come here as a loyal customer. This experience has me questioning whether I should return to the vault. Let me be clear: this is false advertising

Wasn't going to leave review because I do not go here as often anymore as better dispensarys available, although I don't want you to waste your time coming here!but I Have received and have witnessed haooen to friends get wrong item in online orders before and have received "expired" weed at no discount which seems to be a theme here. customer service is the only thing giving them 2 stars and not 1 but there's a lot to be desired in that area as well recommend the extra 10 minute drive to next dispensary

The owner needs to know that his "friends" display abusive behavior towards the employees when they don't get their way and invoke his name as some supposed leverage against the employee. Such tantrums wouldn't be tolerated anywhere else. To the owner: check your " friends" who are using your name to defend their bad behavior.  It reflects on you terribly. Don't go there!!

Rude employees who neglect COVID safety guidelines. The woman helping me was not wearing a mask and when I asked her to put one on for my safety, whispered some shit to her coworkers and the laughed and pointed under their breath

Absolutely insane how rude these people are. I came in with my husband and was instantly overwhelmed. The person at the door was so pushy, all I wanted to do was float around and check out the flower and pieces. They kept asking if I was ready to be checked out and I had to keep saying no. I was pointing to a piece up in the top of their shelves and was basically drooling over it. I asLed a few times to check the price of a piece. They gave me a range of the price, but wouldn't let me touch them (for obvious reasons) and wouldn't check the actual price for me. The entire experience was bizarre.

With regards to ADA compliance, I'd give them a 0-star rating. I am blind, and called to ask for help today 4/20/20, to place an order. The discount is for online orders only. I explained that online ordering was not an option, I am blind. They told me, "No exceptions! If you don't use our online menu, you must come in the store."Where are ADA equal access and reasonable accommodations? It is Non-existent, for the blind. The Vault doesn't care to help the blind.

Decided to try them again, as I've heard they've improved...NOT!! My wife stopped in and came home with fucking 3 month old shit! And no fucking discount on it. She didn't even think to check the date, since most reputable shops wouldn't sell shit that old, or at least discount the fuck out of it. This place sucks..

Staff is always rude, and they are not covid compliant when it comes to mask wearing. As a cancer patient, getting supplies is necessary, but scary dealing with this place because of that.

FALSE ADVERTISING.The Vault offers in-store pick up through Leafly.com. There it says "order online and save 20%". I placed an online order today and when I arrived at the store they would not honor the discount, they wanted full price. They said that discount had been removed "about 3 weeks ago". I told them they are still advertising the discount online. The MOD/PIC told me he wouldn't honor the discount, couldn't change the website, and I could use their in-store ATM (which charges an absurd transaction fee).I've been a customer at the Vault since around the time it opened but I'm not shopping here anymore. Would rate 0 if it was an option.

Although their overall LACK of medical discounts , and higher price averages than many of my GoTo 502's , at least at this location you can typically expect WELL STOCKED inventory , occasional promotions to get folks like me in, a SPIN WHEEL OF DISCOUNTS, and USUALLY a knowledgeable staff, better than average, since after their first two years. Because of HEAVY MEDICAL DISCOUNTS AT OTHER LOCATIONS, I don't shop here as 19.8% OFF / 29.8% OFF SHOWS A TRUE RESPECT for medical patients with actual severe long-term chronic pain.

A friend of mine from out of town was interested in visiting the local cannabis shop so after doing a quick Google search came across this shop. Shortly after being welcomed into the store my friend was immediately help by an employee. However I was repeatedly bombarded by several employees that we're not currently assisting others. What troubled me was that one after another they kept on insisting on trying to help me when I kindly refused their help stating that I wasn't necessarily interested in purchasing anything during that visit. Because of the consistent now again I wasn't able to comfortably either selection of product in peace So that I have actually became irritated and was overjoyed when my friend was finally finished getting what he was after. I would probably not recommend this store in the future.

Been there a few times and was never impressed. I didn't feel strongly until I called ahead and made sure they had a product because it is a 30 minute drive there for me and I was calling around looking for something specific. The woman on the phone quickly said yes they had it. I drove down there to find out they don't have it. After finding the woman I talked to she said she guesses she misheard me. Didn't apologize, nothing. I was irate because of her an hour of my time was wasted. Never going back there.

What a FABULOUS place, always very kind budtenders. They always answer my questions nicely and I've never felt stupid. I'm kinda surprised to hear so many negative comments, but it's the internet. Female and male, I have only had good experiences. Tonight this guy politely listened to me talk about Michael Jackson!!!! This place is very lovely. Peace

Place is the best around amazing deals wendsday and Saturday on oil and carts love this place well as of 7/24 no longer the best around jacked there regulator dabs up to 22 each I'd you go to buds garage they have the same exact one for 12 and yes I compared them. Same exact one but way cheaper. I loved the vault but unfortunately they hooked everyone with.crazy deals them jacked prices up almost all the places around are 12-16 per gram.
