Super nice! Lydia was so helpful and personable. She made sure we knew what we were getting and helped match us to what was best for what we needed! She also was super knowledgeable about specials and what strains did what. Will definitely be back!

The rewards program is worth going here.The price for caviar nugget is 23$ while it's 30$ at both dispensary in Louisville.I can put up with a lot for prices like the rewards gives you plus the drive is nice.

Absolute garbage staff. Rude and generally incapable of doing their jobs, menial ass job that it is. Can't keep track of the order they check people in, forget to man their medical counter regularly and are generally rude the second you walk through the door. In a world of better product and nice budtenders you will have a significantly better experience at pretty much any of the thousands of better dispensaries in the area. Step it up losers.

The staff was friendly, informational, and seemed passionate about what they do. I noticed the staff had genuine relationships with a lot of regulars and there was a great vibe to the store. Product selection was great and very competitive pricing.  I would recommend stopping by and trying it out for yourself!

I was excited that the store opened so close to my house while at first the service was excellent and the product was great within a couple of weeks things began to deteriorate. The final straw came when I purchased a closed package of shatter a concentrate where they only show you a sample and give you a sealed package. When I return home the package was not at all filled with shatter but a Sandy oily substance. I called and I spoke with someone claiming to be one of the managers he had you asked someone else questions about what they do so I don't think he was a manager in the last they refused to take take any responsibility for selling me bogus product I strongly do you recommend you do not go to this dispensary and waste your hard-earned money

From Idaho aaaaaaaand my first time in a Colorado dispensary.  When I come back im going to this place every time.  Monica helped me and was so rad I felt like we should be friends. Super nice staff,  knows their product inside out and very well priced.  You rock Monica, thank you!!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed in this place. They have great flower and it is closer to my home than any other dispensary so naturally I was super excited about it. But every time I've been in there (with the exception of the very 1st time) the employee that helps me has been awful. Seriously like just terrible. They don't listen, they don't know anything about their own rewards program, and I get the overall feeling that they just don't care.Each time I've been they have had to make me wait so they can load the product I want into their system. There is also a lack of registers which forces the customer to wait longer than we should. It's frustrating!Yesterday the guy helping me and my sister literally did not pay attention to what we asked for and my sister almost purchased THC edibles when she wanted CBD edibles. Can u imagine how it would have affected her had I not noticed that the stupid guy gave her the wrong thing?! I think his name was Matt. So not only did he literally try to sell us the opposite of what we asked for, when we asked for pricing he said.. "look at the sign over there" (pointing to the back wall). Really dude? Just bad service all around. I refuse to spend my money at this place anymore.I'll make the drive to Starbuds!

Disappointed in getting "Top shelf" bud that's full of seeds. Then only offered 5% off my next purchase. I'll take my business elsewhere.

These guys are on educated I don't know what ID's are supposed to look like.? I was highly recommended because They have really good quality but they won't even let me come in the store because They don't know the laws of ID's. I'm going to go above and beyond to let people know that the guys working here don't know anything about customer service. They are already telling me not to put a review on them because they know they messed up. Well guess what I am human too I'm not a child trying to put the rule on somebody I'm a grown ass adult. It's not fair to us hard working class Americans to get denied when the Bud tender doesn't know how to do his job correctly.

Recently moved back to CO and was in search of a good dispensary close to my house. I discovered IgadI and it is now the only place I'll shop for my CBD and flower needs. I never know the same of the staff who is helping me (partially my fault, I should really ask) but they are always down to recommend some of their favorites and what other people are digging. I really like that they are affordable and the flower, in my opinion, is always good. I stop here as often as I can and it's always an enjoyable experience! Thanks for all that you guys do - stay awesome.

Never met any employees at any other diso as nice as Lydia was. Cheapest prices around and definitely going back.

Since prices came down. Igadi has the best everyday out-the-door pricing with a decent selection.

Save your money Folks....I bought some edible gummiest... They were absolutely zero actives in them...I ate 3 (30mg)..and ZERO effect....Which means that their content uniformity is way off....They were on sale $12.00 and get another for $0.01. I should have known better...they were dumping them because they knew they were worthless... I contacted them via email and guess what....NO RESPONSE.....This is one of those dispensaries that rush product to the market....low quality for a quick dollar....STAY AWAY.....Oh yeah...the employee that assisted my had ZERO knowledge about the business......did I mention STAY AWAY???

Great dispensary, we had a terrific customer service representative who knew exactly how to answer our questions on various cbd products and also recommended some great bud.

I used to really like going here but their medical side is subpar. They aren't consistent with which form of medical card or proof of card they accept, so I've been let into the med side but then when I actually want to buy something they don't accept the form of card that allowed me into the place. This seems like a dumb thing to not be consistent with. Not going there ever again.

Lydia and the rest of the gang is amazing! Love the pre-rolls, daily specials, and the premium high!  I will always be a #1 fan. I like that there's no pretentious bud tenders or employees with attitude. The other place I've visited in Lafayette wasn't so welcoming!  Treat 'yo self to some Igadi loving!

This dispensary is just average. They only have two registers, so if there are a lot of customers, you have to wait a bit. I felt like they were just trying to sell me something instead of really help me find the right strain to use. They don't have the biggest selection so if you want something specific, I would call ahead to verify. With other dispensaries in CO who go above and beyond to help guests, this place just does the minimum. Also, bring cash or pay $3 to use debit card purchases under $30. They do have an ATM with a fee of $3.75, I believe.

I came in here on my birthday and have been a regular ever since, everyone in here has always been friendly and helpful! Their bud is great, and the bud tenders know what they're talking about and are always trying to find you the best deal. I went in tonight and Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while making sure I got what I came for quickly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and good buds!

Bud tenders, policies, and quality are inconsistent. Sometimes it's all good, other times ALL bad, and everything in between. With all the options out there, there's little reason to stay loyal to a company that you can't trust.

First time visiting Igadi and it was a pleasant experience. You're greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning

igadi is the best dispensary around the prices and flower are always great and its close to my home in Northglenn

Do not use your credit card here! I've noticed first time they added the tax without giving me change back when they round it up which they always do expecting a tip. Second time they gave me back my change from the credit card. I realized I had been cheated the first time. I gave the employee a tip. Next day looked at my credit card statement. It was $58 then another charge for $2.50. Think about how many people go in and out of there. $2.50 adds up quick. Dishonesty gets you no where. I won't be back

And down my favorite dispensary. Always friendly always knowledgeable and I'll leave with good stuff. Great variety great deals too. I seriously will drive out of my way just to come here.

The armed security guard with political slogans on his facemask and bullet proof body-armor are going to be enough for me to stop coming to this place. Sheesh, take it down a notch, IGADI.

Wow, this place is awesome! I went in today with probably a thousand questions and Kayla went above and beyond expectations with her help. She helped me for over 30 minutes to find new product that will suit me better. I never felt rushed like I have before in other dispensaries. I live in boulder but I will make the drive to Lafayette to go here just because they are that good!

Amazing staff, great prices, offer membership with amazing deals, best prices in town, great product availability. Staff makes you feel welcome!

My first trip I wasn't too sure I'd visit again. The worker, to be frank, was a rude prick. However, he sold me gummies. The second trip I went to this location, and staff was exceptional. And although I'd never had gummies aside from Robhots, the Igadl gummies, I'm now convinced, are the best on the market. They are also the cheapest price I found in Denver when calculating mg vs dollars. Definitely try the grape and fruit punch flavors. The are smooth and you will not be disappointed. There is no terrible aftertaste.I also picked up an Incredibles candy bar. It was also worth every penny!

Yesterday I was asked to remove my face mask INSIDE for ID verification. The small (~10x10ft2) reception area was filled with at least half dozen people. During the entirety of the Covid pandemic, I have never been asked to do this at a dispensary.  This combined with the armed Kevlar vest wearing security guard assures I will never return to this place. "Medical"."  Terrible Experiences. Little to no inventory, high prices. Don't expect to be considered a patient here. There is no separated service area and no accommodations. You will wait outside in the cold in the queue with all their rec patients. The loud, bright arcade-like atmosphere is like walking in to Chucky Cheese for adults. While bud tenders are friendly, no one has answered my questions directly. Questions from membership details to "will you have any indica soon" are met with diffusion and half-sincere apologies. Predatory membership practices. On my first visit they contacted my preferred dispensary and had me un-enrolled.  It no longer matters that this place is closest to home.

I stopped going there, because of the tip added on the bill. Not tipping them, makes the client feel uncomfortable, since they hold the credit card reader while you pay.

These guys are always nice and friendly, my bud tender Olivia was helpful, but they are all like that! The place is clean inside and they are always following Covid processes. The prices here are usually very reasonable. What makes them cool, they have a lot of good reward stuff and generally great value. I would definitely pick them over competitors in the area.

I go out of my way to purchase from this location, great edible selection and awesome budtenders. They know their stuff, are always very friendly and happy, and just all-around really great! Never a bad experience in over 2 years 💜

Definitely avoid this place if you're a medical patient. Their medical selection is ridiculously small. Half the time that I want anything, I can only buy it for a higher price on the recreational side. What's the point of having medical option if there's rarely flower or concentrates options? Those that are there are worse than the recreational choices 100% of the time. Used to be one of my favorite dispensaries until the medical section became sparse. Just close it and say you don't want medical patients?

Very informed workers to help you with your selection. Clean with health protocols in place. Product and prices are fair with daily specials. If you have any issues, they are very willing to help.

Good herb, but way overpriced. They just raised their prices on their most affordable herb offerings (again). Expect to pay no less than 175 out the door per ounce, and that's on a sale day. Hoping for a new, not so uppity, neighborhood dispensary.
