Keaton, my bud tender, was most knowledgeable and kind. He had great selection choices and listened to me with patience as my terminology wasn’t up-to-date. Nice place, nice tenders and excellent prices. When passing through Klamath Falls I will stop in again!

Amazing experience! So glad this is the last stop I made in Oregon before I go home to Arizona! Crystal (Krystal?) I didn't catch the spelling but she was on point from the moment I walked in the shop. I felt like I was being guided by an old friend that knew exactly what I needed for my disease as well as what else I might need if there isn't quite enough medicinal value in one thing or another that I was choosing! I literally don't think I met someone more knowledgeable in the industry. Give this woman a raise, she even understood how to gage tolerance levels and how each product would interact with that. (Cartridge, wax, rosin, batter, flower, everything, she knew exactly how to explain the difference and why it's different as well as her own preference and why she feels that way about it.) Overall amazing experience. I've never felt more comfortable getting in and out of a place with guidance and leaving it up to the tender to help me choose. Very fast too. Loved it, thank you so much!

Great customer service, and no wait. I was welcomed rite in and had everything I wanted. Super reasonable I got 3 grams of flower and a cured live resin cart for 50 bucks. If your a med patient you get a nice discount as well. They have a big selection of all products you could want. I'm from out of town and this was fun too check out A oregon dispensary!

We went three times. The first two times, the tender was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time, when we opened it, we found it melted together. It was a different strain of the same product we were happy with the first visit. The manager on duty first tried to blame us, telling us we left it in the heat and told us we melted it. When we explained that we went from the store to the motel and it had not been exposed to heat, he quickly switched and said it was the strain. All we wanted was to exchange and also purchase more. In the first 2 visits, we spent over $300. They would not stand behind a $20 item. Very sad.
